Hi guys! I hope you enjoyed the last chapter! I feel like I should point this out again...if you some of guys haven't seen Thor 2 yet, then there are going to be spoilers from the movie...and I apologize for that. But go see Thor 2! It was great! And it comes out on DVD and Blu-Ray in February...YAAAYY! Anyway, moving on! I hope you like this chapter! I'm going to make Tyra more...crazy. Mostly because of the Aether inside of her. Just so you know...

Red.

Everything was dark and red, it was all I could see.

Blood...was I drowning in blood?

It was weird, witnessing everything in slow motion, time slowing down before your very eyes.

I have to be seeing things...this can't be real.

Unlike the usual head tingling and my chest contracting slightly whenever I would get a premonition, I felt as if I was suffocating.

Drowning...

At this point, I was going down that dark path of no return, I wanted to kill someone.

And Frigga's death only added more fuel to the fire.

"Jane Foster! Tyra Stark!"

I snapped out of my daze, my vision clear and back to normal. I turned around at the voice, surprised that I was thinking of such dark thoughts. I wasn't like this at all.

Or maybe I was...very deep down.

"You need to come with us."

Guards came in our direction, surrounding Jane and myself. After glancing at them, I realized that I wanted nothing more than to murder them.

I gotta get my head together, I can't be thinking like this.

Or maybe you should.

"You touch either of us, and I will ensure your suffering." I found myself speaking.

W- -what?

This will be very interesting indeed.

The guards seemed nervous at my tone, but nodded. Jane appeared concerned as I then followed the guards. We weren't taken to the prison of course, but we were moved to a room of their choosing.

Or was it Odin's choosing?

I kept staring out of the window over at the other side of the room, trying to make myself comfortable and to try to rid of my sudden negative attitude. I was angry, feeling trapped, and wanting nothing more than to go home and see my family again.

How long would I have to be here?

I can feel the anger pent up inside of me, and wonder if it has anything to do with the Aether. Was it feeding off of my anger and despair? It was hard to tell. All I can think about is Frigga, her death repeatedly flashing in my head as I start becoming angrier by the second. Being here with Jane only amplifies my rage, and finally I snap, lifting my hand and punching a hole into the wall with strength I didn't know I had. It's a small release, but it's enough to help me calm down. I sit back down, as I gaze at my currently bloodied hand, and stare at it in fascination.

It was almost beautiful in a way.

"Tyra!"

My gaze was turned over to Jane, who seemed very worried and fearful of me at the moment.

"Are you okay? You're acting a little strange...you need to calm down."

I smirked at Jane.

So she is afraid of me.

Of course she is.

"Calm? I am calm, Jane." I chuckled.

Jane saw my bloody hand and ran over to help me.

"No!" I snapped.

Jane stopped in her tracks, more concerned about my wellbeing than before.

"I'm fine...this is just a scrape." I glared at her.

"Your hand is bleeding! You're not okay!" Jane yelled angrily.

"Well aren't you feisty? Get away from me..." I grumbled.

This is all her fault, Tyra.

Jane came over and ripped a small part of her dress to wrap it around my hand.

"Tyra...I think the Aether is doing something to us. Odin said this stuff was dark matter, I might die from the Aether, but he said you would be able to survive this...but that doesn't mean you'll be able to handle its power. This dark power is already doing something to you." Jane spoke lowly for only me to hear.

I fell silent and tried processing what Jane had said. I hugged myself tightly for a minute as I began breathing deeply trying to remain calm.

Jane was right...the Aether was already doing something to my mind...

I slapped myself in the face and finally felt a little better, less angry.

"Jesus...I...I don't know what came over me. All I know is...I want someone dead." I mumbled softly.

"It's okay...I felt like that too. You're not alone here." Jane put her hand on my uninjured hand.

"We need to get out of here, Jane. Malekith is going to come back for the Aether, for us. Asgard can't handle another attack." I said.

"You think they're going to come back?" Jane asked with surprise.

"I don't think Jane, I know. Odin says that Malekith can sense the Aether if I do recall. They're going to come back in bigger numbers this time." I sighed.

"But how do we get out of here? We're trapped, we're being held prisoner pretty much...I don't see a way out." Jane stammered.

She's got a point...

The door opened and I shut my trap immediately while looking away from the guard carrying in food.

"I told you that we're not hungry." Jane snapped at the guard.

Sif had busted in and knocked out the guard.

"Good, let's go." Sif spoke up.

Well there's our ticket out of here.

As we follow Lady Sif, it's come to our attention that Thor also believes that Asgard is in danger because of Jane and I, or rather the Aether inside of us. That's when we're told that Loki Odinson was to be joining us to help us get out through one of the hidden portals in Asgard.

Another vision coming true...

He has much knowledge about the stones...but you don't need him. Kill him.

I ignore the voice as I walk away from Jane and the others, just pacing back and forth. I grow anxious as I hug myself tightly, eager to be as far from everyone as possible.

"You are?" Jane spoke up.

"I am Loki. Perhaps you've heard of- -"

SLAP!

"That was for New York!" Jane spoke angrily.

Loki's silent for several seconds, before he speaks once again.

"I like her."

Kill him. Kill him. Kill him.

The voices stop when someone approaches me, and I realize that it's Loki standing next to me. I feel my breath caught in my throat as I stare anxiously at the demigod.

"So we meet again." Loki smirked.

Deep down, despite knowing that this would happen...I would never be ready for this...

"It appears so." I managed.

I can feel my heart pound rapidly in my chest as Loki leans down towards me. I gasp when I feel him grab my arm, lift it towards his face, and pull back the sleeve as he looks at the scar he deliberately left.

"I'm glad you remember to whom you belong to my pet." Loki placed a kiss on the scar.

Kill. Kill. Kill.

"Leave Lady Stark alone, Loki." Thor practically growled.

"I'm just having a little fun, brother." Loki chuckled lowly.

"She is under my protection along with Jane. Let her go...now." Thor warned.

KILL.

Suddenly, I feel a wave of complete rage course through me as I grab Loki by his neck and begin squeezing with almost ungodly strength. Shouts of worry surround me as I lock eyes with with the demigod, who begins kicking his feet as he gasps for air. I feel an immense satisfaction at watching the trickster who caused me nothing but pain struggle, but then, flashes of Frigga flash in my mind.

"TYRA!" Thor shouts.

Thor's voice snaps me out of my daze and I drop Loki in complete shock. He crumbles to the floor, holding his neck and gasping. Thor looks at me with wide eyes, almost fearfully as he's grabbing my arms. I blink away tears, not knowing of what was truly happening to me because of the Aether.

"T- -Thor?" I whimpered.

Thor immediately pulls me in for a hug as he tries very hard to comfort me.

"Well well. What interesting strength you've required." Loki quips.

Thor separates from me after planting a loving kiss to my head, and steps in front of me.

"Do not antagonize her." Thor growls.

"I am doing no such thing." Loki chuckles dryly.

Loki teleports around Thor using his magic, before he's right next to me again.

"Having such raw power flowing through your veins...how does it feel?" Loki smiles.

"I'm not in the mood for your games!" I snapped. "I almost killed you just now! Just get away from me!"

"You think that simply strangling me would do that?" Loki laughs. "It would take much more than a hand on my throat to rid the universe of me, Tyra Stark. It would serve you well to remember that."

Loki gently and firmly grabs my face, before lowering his lips right next to my ear.

"Now tell me." Loki murmurs into my ear. "How does it feel to wield the power of an infinity stone? Surely, you've seen the truth by now?"

He is far more clever than once realized.

For some strange reason, I find myself melting against Loki as a strange warmth fills me.

"It calls to you." Loki purrs. "I can already tell."

"Loki!" Thor shouts angrily.

Suddenly, the spell is broken, and I regain myself before shoving Loki as far from me as possible as we hear footsteps in the distance.

"Go. Take them." Sif told Thor.

"Thank you." Thor thanked his companion.

We find ourselves hurrying along as we locate our transport out of here, specifically a ship that dark elves used previously when invading Asgard. We saw another friend of Thor's, Volstagg, who openly glared at Loki as well just as Lady Sif had done earlier. Clearly, no one trusted Loki, and for good reason.

"I'll give you as much time as I can." Volstagg said.

"Thank you, my friend." Thor gratefully shook his hand.

After Volstagg also threatened Loki discretely, we all stood on the ship and move about quickly as we try to figure out how to start the ship. Technically, we were committing treason, and having Loki here with us only added to the shitstorm of trouble we were in if we got caught. Thor begins to fiddle around with the controls and I quirked an eyebrow at him after quickly losing patience.

"Do you even know what you're doing?" I asked.

"I thought you knew how to fly this thing." Loki added.

"I said how hard could it be?" Thor replied.

"How about you let the tech expert do the job?" I smirked and pushed Thor to the side.

I carefully looked around the controls and grew nervous as we heard Volstagg attacking guards to prevent them from coming onto the ship.

"Whatever you're doing, Tyra, I suggest you do it faster." Loki told me.

"Shut up and let me see how this thing ticks." I replied.

"Just press the buttons gently." Loki gently urged me.

"And I thought I told you not to test me." I slammed my hand on several buttons angrily.

I smirked in satisfaction as the ship started to turn on. Thor gently pushed me behind him and made me stand with Jane who at the moment, appeared to be sick. I let her lean on my shoulder for support as Thor started to fly the ship, all while also knocking down several columns on our way out of the palace.

"I think you missed a column." Loki teased.

"Shut up." Thor grumbled.

And then we flew out of there like there was no tomorrow.

Maybe we actually have a chance.

"Let me take over. Clearly, I'm the best pilot." Loki scoffs.

"You're right, but out of the both of us, which one can actually fly?" Thor retorted.

Was Loki trying to be annoying or what?

I gasped as Jane fell to the floor.

"Oh dear...is she dead?" Loki peered down at her.

I checked for a pulse before getting back up.

She was okay...I think...

"Jane." Thor called out to her.

"I'm fine..." Jane muttered weakly.

The ship jolted and I gripped onto something that was the closest to me. I blushed as I noticed that I had held onto Loki's arm.

"Not a word." I spoke up before he could.

"They're following us." Loki told Thor.

The ship began jolting even more and I realized that we were being fired at.

"Now they're firing at us." Loki added.

"Thank you for the commentary, Loki! It's not at all distracting!" Thor snapped.

We hit a huge statue as we headed inside a tunnel.

"Congratulations, you just decapitated your grandfather." Loki said. "This is tremendous! Why don't we just take the biggest ship and escape in that?! Just crash into everything in our path! It's brilliant Thor! Absolutely- -"

During Loki's rant, Thor finally has enough and shoves Loki out of the ship. My eyes widened as I realized what Thor had just done.

Did...he just kill Loki? Was all that stuff about him being the only way to help us out of Asgard a bullshit cover up story just to kill him? Why go through all of that effort?

I ran to the side of the ship only to find a smaller ship below us with Loki on board. It was another friend of Thor's that steering the small ship. I sighed in relief at the sight as Thor grabbed onto Jane and had his other arm around my waist.

"Hold on." Thor told me.

"Wait what- -"

Thor jumped out of the the ship and we jumped onto the one below before I can even let out a scream. After regaining myself, I observe the handsome blonde man steering the small ship.

"I see your time in the dungeons has made you no less graceful, Loki." The blonde chuckled.

Loki gave Thor a weary and suspicious look before cracking a smile, and even seeming amused with Thor.

"You lied to me...I'm impressed." Loki mutters.

"Yeah, I was almost happy he was dead." I joked.

"And who might you be?" The blonde asked me.

"I'm Tyra Stark. The half mortal you guys have been hearing about." I smiled politely.

He was incredibly handsome...I'll give him that much...

"Freyja's daughter? It is truly an honor to meet a beautiful maiden such as yourself!" He winked at me. "You look almost exactly like your mother."

"Ummm...thanks, I think." I blushed.

"Eyes to yourself, Fandral." Loki glared at him.

I felt my face heat up as I stared at Fandral and Loki.

Was Loki jealous or something? Yeah right...there was no way he'd be jealous...it's Loki. He sees me as a possession.

Loki begins to take over the controls of the small ship and smiled maniacally as he increased the speed. It seemed he was having the time of his life right now. I glanced back to notice that there were ships now following us and Fandral gripped tightly onto a rope attached to the ship.

"Goodbye Tyra Stark. Until we meet again." Fandral winked at me. "For Asgard."

Fandral grabbed my hand and kissed it before nodding at Thor and jumping off the ship. He swung over to one of the ships following us and started getting them off our tail as he fought them off. Loki kept moving forward towards this cliff and we all grew nervous quickly, thinking we were going to crash into the cliff.

Was he going to kill us?!

"Loki!" I yelled. "What the hell are you doing?!"

"If it was easy, everyone would do it." Loki replied.

"Loki are you mad?!" Thor yelled.

"Possibly." Loki smirked.

We headed inside this tiny gap inside the cliff. Both sides of the ship were scraping off the walls causing sparks to fly almost everywhere.

We're going to get crushed!

I closed my eyes and braced myself for the worse.

"Ta daaa!" Loki sang.

I cracked one eye open. We were officially no longer in Asgard.

Where the hell are we?

"Holy fucking hell..." I breathed out.

Someone lightly touched my back and I gasped as I felt tingling on my head and that familiar pain in my chest.

FLASH!

Odin sighed as he stared down at Thor from his damaged throne.

"One son who doesn't want the throne, another who wanted it too much. Is this to be my legacy?"

Thor shook his head, and looked more determined than ever.

"Loki died with honor. I shall try to live the same. Let THAT be your legacy." Thor said.

"I can not give you my blessing, nor can I wish you good luck. Even if I could, it could only come from my heart. Go." Odin told his son.

Thor offers his hammer to his father, ready to hand it over.

"It is yours, if you are worthy enough to wield it." Odin mumbled.

"I shall try to be. Thank you." Thor smiled at his father before leaving.

FLASH!

What the hell? What did this vision even mean?

"I take it you had another vision?" Loki grinned. "You've been that way for several minutes now."

I blushed before rolling my eyes at the trickster, moving to take a seat.

"You can forget it...I'm not telling you." I said.

"Aw, and after all we've been through. You won't tell me what you saw?" Loki feigned a hurt expression.

"Why should I? It's got nothing to do with you."

Not that I know of at least...I could tell that there was something missing from this vision...

We both glanced over at Thor who was putting a blanket over Jane.

I felt slightly tired myself. Maybe I could rest a bit?

I started closing my eyes and tried to give Loki and Thor some much needed space because I knew they were going to talk about something of importance. There was so much tension between them because of what happened in New York and surely because of what happened even before that point. Maybe it would give them some much needed closure.

"What I could do with the power that flows through those veins..."

I peeked out from one eye and noticed Loki glancing at me and Jane.

"Don't even think about it." I replied.

"It would consume you." Thor added.

"She's doing fairly well." Loki looked over at Jane again. "For now..."

"She's stronger in ways that you've never even known." Thor defended.

"Say goodbye." Loki whispered.

"Not this day." Thor replied.

"This day, the next, a hundred years, it's nothing! It's a heartbeat! You'll never be ready. The only woman whose loved you will be pried and snatched from you- -"

"And will that satisfy you?!" Thor glared at Loki.

"Satisfaction is not in my nature." Loki rolled his eyes.

"Surrender is not in mine." Thor retorted.

I could no longer help myself, and getting curious, opened my eyes again. I could feel my mind becoming hazy like earlier as I watched Thor and Loki argue.

I wanted to see some blood shed.

Kill...

I licked my lips and waited eagerly for Thor and Loki to fight. For some reason I wanted them to kill each other.

"Son of Odin..." Loki started.

"No! Not just of Odin! You think you alone loved mother? You had her tricks, but I had her trust!" Thor glared at Loki.

"Trust? Was that her last expression?" Loki hissed. "TRUST? WE LET HER DIE!"

Kill each other...now...please...

"What of you in your cell?!" Thor snapped.

"Who put me there? WHO PUT ME THERE?!" Loki yelled.

"You know damn well! YOU KNOW DAMN WELL WHO!" Thor tackled Loki.

I felt the small ship jolt, but I wasn't panicked in the least. I was just enjoying the chaos unfold before me. As far as I was concerned, I wanted to see blood, I wanted them to hurt one another. Thor suddenly stopped as he had his fist held out and ready to punch Loki. After several seconds, his anger subsided and he slowly backed away.

"She wouldn't want us to fight." Thor said.

"Well, she wouldn't exactly be shocked." Loki rolled his eyes.

Both of them were grinning slightly, almost like nothing had happened several seconds ago.

"I wish I could trust you..." Thor smiled sadly.

After a minute of pure silence, Loki spoke up.

"Trust my rage." Loki finally replied.

Loki noticed how antsy I now was.

"You might want to check on her." Loki glanced over at me.

Thor looked at me and grew worried. He came over and put his hands on my shoulders.

"Lady Stark...are you alright?" Thor asked.

"I wanted to see some blood shed. Come on Thor...help a girl out here." I smirked.

"The Aether...it's starting to go to her head." Thor realized.

Loki, knowing full well what the Aether truly is, begins to look over at me in intrigue.

"Allow me to check on her." Loki offers.

"No tricks this time Loki." Thor warns him.

"Of course." Loki nods.

Loki makes his way over to me as Thor begins to steer the ship this time, holding my face in his hands as he examines me.

"The Aether is integrating itself into your very being." Loki mutters. "Very interesting..."

"That scar you left..." I slurred. "It feels so...so great."

"Oh really?" Loki smirks.

"Yeah." I giggle. "This power...it's unlike anything I've ever felt. Like, I could kill someone right now and not regret a single moment of it. Especially you."

Loki carefully observes me as one of his hands drifts down my face, and over my lips.

"As if I'd let you kill me so easily." Loki huffs quietly.

"I hate you so much." I breathe out. "You...did things I can't forgive you for...but...you've made me feel things I've never experienced before either."

"You know, you admitted to me once two years ago that you've known about me since before my arrival...from that moment..." Loki paused, looking almost regrettable. "I knew you were different from the other mortals, special even."

"If you're about to spew your bullshit love towards me, you can shove it up your ass- -" I start.

"Oh far from it, darling." Loki smirks. "But as I was saying...you had my attention. You almost reminded me of myself in several aspects..."

I sigh and stare into his green eyes.

"...what do you mean by that?" I mumbled softly.

Loki leans down, his lips grazing mine almost uncharacteristically gently.

"Destined for greatness." Loki breathes out.

Before anything further can be said or done, Jane woke up as if something is calling to her. I can immediately sense it as well, but don't say anything as Jane looked towards a familiar ship in the distance and smiles.

"Malekith..." She muttered.
