I know! I know! It's too short for a real chapter, but I dunno...I'm just trying to rush this so I can move on to Iron Man 3. I apologize for that! lol Anyway, I also apologize to everyone that I ruined Thor 2 for since I pretty much spoiled most of this...I'm like REALLY sorry.

As we grew closer to Malekith, I was able to find my right state of mind again. Jane was another story however, she almost seemed thrilled to see Malekith. I refused to look at Loki for the remainder of the trip, trying to remain focused. I wanted to kill Malekith, to avenge Frigga. I wasn't sure if this the Aether and the Reality Stone influencing me, but deep down, I knew this was something that I wanted for myself. Like I had to prove something.

Go to Jane Foster...with us at full power, we could be unstoppable. We could make our own Reality.

"Stark, are you alright?" Loki questioned.

I find Loki's hand on my shoulder as we come to a stop, and I try to rid myself of all the dark thoughts swarming in my head regarding Jane.

"No..." I muttered in reply.

We find ourselves on top of a hill, not so far from Malekith and his small army of dark elves. I glanced at Loki almost guiltily, and decided to come clean about one of my visions before it was too late. It was an interesting change of heart that I wanted to save Loki, but I also knew that I wanted closure. I couldn't help but feel that the only way to achieve that was to protect Loki, maybe make him answer for his crimes. Then, a thought had occurred to me. If the Reality Stone had such an influence on me, who's to say that the other two Infinity Stones Loki was in contact with couldn't have influenced him during his attack on Earth? It was a possibility, but I needed Loki alive to prove my theory. There was no way to fully pardon him from his actions, but perhaps, it would be a start at his redemption. I wasn't quite certain he was fully deserving of redemption, but I needed to try and find out at least. I shake these thoughts from my head as I finally come clean to Loki.

"Earlier...I had a vision about you..." I confessed.

At this, Loki pauses and gives me an intrigued look.

"Regarding what, my pet?"

"Stop calling me that." I glare at him.

Kill.

I grab at my head and try my best to remain calm.

"I apologize." Loki spoke up. "But continue, please..."

"I saw you die, Loki." I clenched my eyes shut tightly. "Just...be careful... please."

Loki gripped my chin lightly to force me to look at him. I wasn't surprised to see him smirking at me as per fucking usual.

"I believe I detect a hint of affection in your voice." Loki teased. "But yes...I promise."

I blushed as I stared into his eyes. I had a feeling this would be the last time I would see him, so I just spoke about what was on my mind.

"You know, truth be told, under different circumstances...I might have fallen in love with you. I remember drawing this picture of you after having a dream about you when we were in Germany, before we met. You seemed mischievous, charming, but also misunderstood." I confessed. "But then...you mentioned that my dreams were so much more. It was hard to believe, but for once...I knew you weren't lying. You actually helped me make sense of something I couldn't control."

For once, in all of my time spent around the demigod, Loki actually looks flustered by my confession. I can't help but smirk at his reaction, watching as he folds his arms and grumbles under his breath about me. I then put all joking to the side, and give him a look of worry as I then place a gentle hand on his arm.

"Loki. Be careful okay? As much as it pains me to say it...I don't want you dead." I murmured softly. "I was just angry and hurt before when I said those things...you've killed people I care about and have done things I don't know I can forgive you for, but...I can't hate you. I don't know why..." I sighed.

Loki glanced back at me with an expression I couldn't quite figure out.

"Even after all I've done to you, Tyra Stark? You don't want me to die?" Loki smiled faintly.

"Even though you've pretty much fucked up my mind...I've grown kinda fond of you in a way." I admitted. "So don't do something stupid, okay?"

Loki grinned deviously and before I know what's happening, Loki held my face in his hands as he pulled me in for a hot searing kiss. He slipped his tongue into my mouth smoothly and started to caress his tongue with mine. Normally, I would have found myself disgusted at the feeling, but somehow, Loki made it better. I couldn't help but want more as I lean back into him. Finally, as quickly as it happened, Loki ended the kiss and pulled away before winking at me playfully. I couldn't help but hold my breath as my heart gave a gentle flutter.

"Then I shall make sure not to die then." Loki said.

What exactly did I feel for Loki? Was it love? I don't think I truly know what love is yet...

Loki joined up with Thor as I followed him closely behind. At the top of this hill we glanced down at Malekith's ship. I felt that rage and darkness inside of me build up all over again.

"Are you ready?" Thor asked Jane.

"I am." Loki smirked again.

Thor left Jane and moved forward with Loki. The two paused at the edge of the hill as they saw Malekith and other dark elves move out of the ship.

"You know this plan of yours is going to get us killed." Loki told Thor.

"Yeah, possibly." Thor shrugged.

Loki held out his hands to Thor, gesturing for him to take off the handcuffs he had on.

"You still don't trust me, brother?" Loki raised an eyebrow.

"Would you?" Thor retorted.

Thor made his way over to Loki and started taking off the handcuffs. Loki rubbed his wrists before moving one of his hands down to his waist.

"No I wouldn't." Loki pulled out a knife.

In mere seconds, Loki had stabbed Thor and pushed him down the hill. Whatever trance Jane was in, she snapped out of it when she saw that Thor was hurt.

"NO!" She yelled.

Loki went after Thor as he fell down the hill clutching his stomach. I stood at the top of the hill in complete shock before making my way down the hill to help Thor.

I wasn't going to let Loki betray us like this! Even if I did slightly care about him...

"You really think I care about anything?! About anyone?" Loki kicked Thor before he had the chance to even get up from the ground. "All I ever wanted was you and Odin dead at my feet!" Loki hissed.

Thor held out his hand trying to will Mjölnir over to him. Before Mjölnir even got to Thor, Loki chopped off his hand. I gasped and went over to tackle Loki.

"Stop it!" I cried.

Loki grabbed me around the waist and grabbed Jane by her hair as she tried to help Thor as well.

"Malekith! I am Loki of Jotunheim! And I bring you gifts!" Loki threw me and Jane at Malekith's feet.

OH SHIT! OH MY FUCKING GOD! WHY DID I TRUST THIS NUT JOB?!

"I only ask for one thing in return. A good seat from which to watch Asgard burn." Loki grinned.

Get to Jane Foster.

I stood up and gave Loki the most threatening glare I could muster.

"Are you kidding me?! You're willing to hand me over to the man who murdered your mother?! When I get out of this, your ass is going to get kicked around so fucking hard that you will never be able to sit again!" I yelled furiously.

Loki appeared unfazed by my anger and merely winked at me.

"Did you really think you could trust me to begin with, darling?" Loki smirked.

Malekith ignored me and moved Thor to his side with his foot while looking down at him.

"Watch Asgardian."

"NO!" I roared.

Suddenly, I grab ahold of Jane, and found myself relishing in whatever power I had as I watched the Aether drain out of her and come to me. Jane drops to the ground, looking at me in shock and fear as she scrambles away.

KILL. KILL. KILL.

I let out an angered scream as I raised my hands and began to attack Malekith with the full power of the Reality Stone, taking him apart and putting him back together over and over. Malekith was screaming throughout the entire ordeal, and everyone stood back and watched in absolute fear as I practically tore him apart.

"If you know what's smart, you will surrender the Aether to me!" Malekith shouts.

I knocked down Malekith again, ready to rip out his organs and make him regret being born.

"WHAT DID I JUST FUCKING TELL YOU?!" I hollered. I then smile darkly at him. "Sorry...I don't know where that came from."

"TYRA!"

I glared over at Thor who was holding his arm.

"Just give it to him! You can't control the power of the Aether! The person you once were will be gone the longer you possess this dark power!" Thor shouts worriedly.

"I can just fucking kill this guy! Make him pay for what he did to your mother! You want me to give over the Aether to this fucker?!" I gave Thor a look of disbelief.

"It won't bring her back."

I whirled around, surprised that Loki had said such a thing.

"Now be a good girl and give the Aether over." He smiled smugly.

"I will wipe you from Reality, Laufeyson." I growled.

Loki's smile fades quickly as he looks at me with worry.

"Tyra." Loki softly utters.

That's...the first time he's ever really said my name...

Loki slowly approaches me as the power of the Reality Stone practically radiates off of me in waves. Finally, his hands rest on both of my cheeks, and he gently presses his forehead to mine.

"Don't let the power of the stone consume you. Come back to me, darling. Let me earn your forgiveness." Loki's lips hover over mine.

Before I knew what was happening, and while I was distracted, Malekith used his power to pull me away from Loki and into the air, taking the Aether and the Reality Stone from my body. After the Aether was removed from me, I'm thrown to the side like garbage, practically drained of energy.

"Loki! Now!" Thor yelled.

Loki sprung into action and got on top of me and Jane as he also broke an illusion.

Thor's hand was never actually gone...

Thor grabbed Mjölnir and started using the mighty hammer's power to blow up the Aether with a huge blast of lightning. We all looked around and hoped that it was all over after a minute or two of pure silence as no one dared to move. Particles of Aether started to rise in the air and go inside of Malekith. Malekith's skin became darker and his eyes were now blood red.

Well this is great...end of the world here I come...

Malekith did nothing and began walking away to his ship while nodding at his followers. His minions began attacking us without another word. Loki got off of me as he and Thor began to battle other dark elves. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see a faint glow, and realized that my watch was now operational.

Come on Tyra! Get up!

I groaned as I picked myself up from the ground, and started fidgeting around with my watch.

"Jane! Get behind me!" I told her.

Jane nodded and quickly did as I said as a few of Malekith's men came running at us. I summoned and threw my holographic shield at them before shooting lasers at each of them with deadly accuracy.

"Tyra! Look out!" Jane yelled.

I glanced over to find that huge muscular dark elf run at me.

He...he's the one that killed Frigga.

My eyes widened and I quickly pushed Jane out of the way protectively while I got tackled to the ground. I struggled with all my might and managed to kick him off of me before he could stab me with that blade of his.

"You bastard!" I growled through clenched teeth.

After grabbing a sword that lie on the ground next to a deceased dark elf, I started battling with the much larger dark elf. Several more minutes into our battle, he got out some weird looking device and turned it on before tossing it at me. I glanced at it in confusion before getting the idea that I should run. It exploded and this weird gravitational force started to suck me in. Loki pushed me out of the way just in time before that could happen. I then noticed that Malekith and some of his men were getting away in the ship which included the dark elf I'd just fought. Thor flew over and tried to stop Malekith, before the huge bulky henchman prevented Thor from getting near Malekith and began to beat him ruthlessly.

NO!

The ship had left and vanished without a trace, meaning that Malekith had gotten away. Then, a group of dark elves surrounded Loki and I.

"Be careful. Wouldn't want you to get hurt." Loki teased.

A dark elf came at me and I quickly punched it in the gut before blasting a powerful laser through its skull and ending its life.

This was the first time I really killed something. But right now, it's kill or be killed. I can't...I can't feel bad.

"I think I can manage just fine." I retorted. "It's you that I'm worried about."

Loki and I began battling the group of dark elves together. I recognized most of Loki's moves as I observed him in our fight.

Thor was right, Loki really did take after Frigga.

Loki knew all her tricks from swordplay, to magic. After finishing the dark elves off, we looked down at our handy work and smiled in satisfaction.

"Not bad." Loki said.

That almost sounded like a compliment...

"I could say the same for you." I smiled at Loki. "I'm sorry for threatening you back there, I thought you betrayed us. I shouldn't have assumed that...I...thank you for saving us."

Loki almost seemed sad...his expression almost seemed like he was guilty of something.

"I wouldn't thank me just yet." Loki mumbled softly.

Loki ran over to Thor and the huge bulky guy and my eyes widened when I figured out what he was planning to do. Loki grabbed a sword from the ground and stabbed the huge dark elf from behind. It didn't even seem like the sword did anything to him which I thought was strange.

It nearly screamed when I put a dagger into his back! What the hell?!

I ran as fast as I could to aid Loki, wondering what the hell he hoped to accomplish.

"Loki! NO!" I shouted.

The muscular dark elf turned around with the sword sticking out of his chest and then grabbed Loki by the arms before bringing his body towards him and plunging the sword into Loki as well while it was still embedded in him.

"LOKI!" I screamed.

Loki seemed to be in some sort of shock and when the huge henchman then tossed Loki away from him, but in the end, Loki grinned deviously.

"See you in hell, monster." He hissed.

I heard a familiar beeping noise. One of those grenades exploded on the huge dark elf, which pretty much destroyed his body and wiped him from existence. Thor was in tears as he gathered Loki in his arms. Loki grew much more pale as each minute passed.

It was just like my vision...

"No no no no!" Thor panicked.

"I am a fool...I'm a fool...I'm sorry." Loki whimpered.

Thor shakes as tears blur in his vision, his own brother now lying on the ground was dying. This time, it wasn't a trick that his brother was known for doing.

"I will tell Father what you did here today. That you died with honor." Thor cried.

"I didn't do it for him." Loki breathed out.

Thor noticed me and gently put him on the ground as I quickly went over to Loki and held his face in my hands.

"Tyra...this is not...your fault." Loki whispered.

Loki choked on some blood and coughed violently, his body shaking as he gasped for his last breath. I felt myself crying and shook my head frantically.

"I told you not to get yourself killed. You promised." I sniffled.

"...I lied. I'm sorry..." Loki smiled faintly.

Loki was now incredibly cold, and only growing colder as he was dying.

"Hey, I'm really proud of you. You did good." I tried smiling.

"...I do believe I detect...a hint of affection in your voice." Loki smiled faintly.

Loki slumped in my arms and I quickly checked for a pulse, finding none whatsoever.

Loki was dead.

What had surprised me the most was that I felt no closure, that I wasn't even remotely thrilled that the man who killed Coulson was now dead. I should have been happy that Loki, the demigod to have terrorized and almost taken over the Earth, couldn't hurt anyone else ever again. I should have been ecstatic that Loki, the man who emotionally and physically tortured me, was no more. But all I felt was an emptiness inside of me I wasn't sure could ever feel whole again. I didn't know what to feel for Loki, didn't know if he was worth of redemption up until this point. As my vision blurred with tears, I felt completely conflicted, even more so than when I had the Aether and the dark power of the Reality Stone within me.

"Why do I fail?" I cried. "I...I couldn't save your mother, and I couldn't save you...and...a- -and- -"

I felt a hand on my shoulder and glanced over at Thor who also had tears in his eyes. I knew it was time to let Loki go.

"I'm sorry." I whimpered.

I kissed Loki's pale lips and got up as Thor pulled me in an embrace. I cried quietly against him while he led us away from Loki.

Loki...was officially gone.

We ran as a sandstorm was beginning to form in this realm and we all hid in a cave for shelter.

"He's gonna destroy it all. Malekith isn't going to just destroy Asgard or Earth, he's going to get rid of everything." Jane seemed scared.

"How? Jane how?" Thor asked twice.

"I saw him on Earth. Why would he go to Earth?" Jane said.

Jane actually had a vision? That's a first.

"Convergence." Thor realized.

What? Between worlds? All nine realms? Oh...I get it now...

"Oh god..." I put my face in my hands.

"None of this wouldn't have happened if Tyra and I hadn't found the Aether."

I then got pissed off immediately at Jane Foster, the curious scientist who got us into this mess in the first place.

"No. None of this would have happened if you had just listened to me!" I snapped. "I told you not to fucking touch it, that it could kill us, and I was pretty much right all along! You and your stupid damn curiosity! Didn't you know that curiosity killed the cat? Now we're all fucked because of you! Don't say my name like it was also my idea! IT WAS ALL YOUR IDEA!" I yelled angrily.

Jane stares at me with wide eyes, being that this is the first time I've ever truly snapped at her in such a way. She knew not to take it personally, knowing I was grieving over Loki and Frigga, but also feeling upset that I was so hostile towards her. Thor takes a step in front of Jane, as if protecting her from me will somehow diffuse the tension and make me forget that this was inevitably Jane's fault to begin with.

"Tyra...I understand that you are upset over my brother's death. I am upset too, but we must put the blame aside and figure out how to get to Midgard to stop this." Thor told me.

...as usual, he's right...god damn it...

"You're right...I'm...I'm sorry, Jane..." I deflated.

I hugged myself and averted my gaze from the two as I walked further into the cave. I perked up when my watch was now fully functioning unlike before.

"Hello, Miss Stark. How can I help you today?" JARVIS asked.

"JARVIS? You're actually working?" I mumbled in surprise. "No glitches or anything like that?" I examined the watch.

"No, Miss Stark. I have a strong signal from where you are standing." JARVIS replied.

But how?!

"We're in another dimension! How the hell is this possible?" I wondered aloud.

My eyes widened in realization as I was reminded of London.

THE PORTALS!

"Guys! I found our ticket to Earth!" I perked up.

"How?" Jane asked.

"JARVIS is working again! He says he has a signal which can only mean one thing! There's a portal around here that leads back to London. Remember the portals those kids showed us in that factory?" I told them.

Jane nodded in understanding, knowing exactly what I'd been talking about.

"That's right! Good job, Tyra!" Jane started moving around.

I saw a shiny object on the floor and realized that they were Darcy's car keys. I put them in my pocket and saw other various objects as we all began looking for a portal, like that bottle of soda that the kids threw into the portal.

"JARVIS? You think you could help me locate this portal? Do you see any weird signatures of energy somewhere? Throw me a bone here, JARVIS!"

"I am receiving a weird reading of bizarre energy. It's actually to your left." JARVIS informed me.

I picked up a can of soda from the ground that Jane had thrown earlier in the factory and tossed it to my left. The can disappeared in the matter of seconds.

I found our ticket out of here! YES!

"Jane! Thor! I found it!" I beamed happily.

Thor and Jane followed me and in several seconds we were back in the factory in London.

Now to stop Malekith.
