A/N well here you go dear followers, the end of my story. I'm sorry it took so long to post it, but I had no idea what to do. But I did it! So, enjoy.
Disclaimer: I do not own Wings of Fire or anything in it, just my OCs

Aroura walked down the halls of the ice palace. It was quiet with most of the inhabitants gone or out for the day. North had gone to spend the day with Penguin, and her mother and father were in the garden catching up with each other. Romantic had already gone back to the rainforest tired of the cold and, as she called them, spiky dragons.
As she walked down, she looked out the window and saw her parents. She new it was selfish to want them to get back together, especially since they never where, but she still did. It didn't look like she would be disappointed ether since her father seemed happier than she'd ever seen her since Grapefruit had come. Her mother on the other hand seemed to be considering it still, but Aroura was almost certain it would happen.
Then there was North who seemed happy for once. He stood up for himself and saved his sister's life. His sister who had previously thought that he hated her. Now though h was happier especially with Penguin. Penguin was odd, but she new that she was a good match for North.
Romantic, as she noted, was in the rainforest once again. Aroura would have to go visit her friend someday soon, but for now she had things to do. Romantic had written to her and seemed to be doing fine still. She had frequently brought up a Nightwing who she had recently met, making Aroura suspicious about her friend's new friend. Yes, she definitely needed to visit her friend soon.
As for her, well she was queen of the Icewings. Since she was now the only heir to the throne it had been given to her. She was not educated on how to be a queen, but the advisors and tips from Romantic helped her a lot. Soon enough she would be a grand queen always putting her subjects first and make selfless sacrifices for them.
She walked down the halls, not fly just simply walked. She walked into the throne room and looked at the icy seat. On her head was the crown all the queens before her had worn, and in front the throne they had sat in.
It was funny, really, how the search for her father had brought her on such an adventure. She fought assassins and evil queens, made friends and found family and in the end, it gave her a throne. The throne to the kingdom she did not know she belonged to until recently. Yes, it had been a grand adventure. Like all stories this one had a happy ending, or at least for Aroura and her family. She was queen, her friends were safe, her father found, and the evil gone.
Now she was going to learn how to be queen, like Romantic had been all these years. She would miss her friend and home in the rainforest. If her mother left to, she, and probably her father would miss her terribly to.
She walked threw the throne room and up to the grand throne in the center, in front of the back wall. She staired at it for a while wondering if she should take her seat as the queen. She had done little to earn it after all.
Then again, she ha also started everything to get her there.
She walked up the few steps that led to the loft the thrones where on. She walked up to the throne and admired its art. The ice that built it and the furs that made the cushion. She admired it for no more than a minute the took her place on the throne. She sat there looking at the closed doors that led to the outside world and frowned.
"Guards!" she called.
"Yes, your highness."
"Can you open the doors for me?"
"Of course, your highness."
The two grand doors opened reveling her grand kingdom, the kingdom she would serve until er time was done. The kingdom she now called home, and her mother would to, and where she would spend the rest of her life happily with her family.
That is after all why this whole story started isn't it?
THE END
