Hey guys! Thanks for the reviews you've left regarding the last chapter! I'm so glad to have such supportive people like you! :D Anyway, here's the next chapter, I'm debating on having Tyra be truly involved with Thor Ragnarok, but we'll see how it plays out as I write this so...without further ado, enjoy and let me know what you think!

My eyes flew open and I stopped levitating after losing focus. I couldn't hold back a gasp and looked around the room frantically. I quickly regain my composure with a few deep breaths and move to sit up.

"I know where he is. That damn geezer was in Norway this entire time." I muttered.

It happened in the middle of the night, I'd been unable to sleep, so I went to the meditation room to train my mind. That's when I had the premonition I'd been hoping for. While Stephen knew that Odin had been living on Earth for quite some time, he was a hard man to track down and locate. After over several months of training my mind, body, and soul, I'd finally been able to conjure up my premonitions at will. Finally, after for so long, I'd gotten the hang of my Vanir abilities and learned more about my mother than I ever dreamed possible. When I change my clothes back in my room, I grab the sling ring and move to leave, but find myself stopped by the Cloak of Levitation. I'm slightly confused that the cloak isn't with Stephen for once.

"Listen. I can't waste any more time. If I don't go now, I'll probably lose him by some chance." I lowered my voice.

Immediately, I went back to my room to grab my hairbrush and pull out a lock of my hair before presenting it to the cloak.

"Tell Stephen that I learned a spell, the text is on my bed and it's marked. With my DNA, he'll be able to find me and conjure up a portal to my location. Can you give him my hair and lead him to the text for me, please?" I ask the Cloak.

The Cloak of Levitation finally moves out of my way, and manages to grab a hold of the hair I presented to him, before I walk past. When I get to the front of the Sanctum, I conjure up a portal, and pull my hoodie up as I feel a cold rush of air blowing in from the other side.

"Norway, here I come." I mumbled to myself.

I walked through and started my search for Odin.

It had been difficult for the next several hours trying to track Odin. I'd found the old retirement home he was found in back in New York, only to find that it was being demolished before my very eyes. It only made the search for the past couple of months very difficult. After I'd found out the retirement home was being demolished, I had to continue my search for Odin elsewhere, which currently brought me to Norway. With nowhere to turn, I stopped by a pub in small nearby town, before trying to remember my studies on Norwegian language. Back when I was in college during my early teens, they'd offered the course, being that I wanted to study a language and culture that didn't involve Spanish, French, or German. I even grabbed my cellular device and located the proper words to ensure that I didn't leave behind any mistakes, hoping not to catch any unnecessary attention from the locals here. I grabbed someone's attention by waving to them, and an older woman comes to me.

"Hei, har du et stykke papir og en blyant jeg kunne låne?" I asked. (Hello, do you have a piece of paper and a pencil I could borrow?)

The older woman nods and goes through the doors I assume to the kitchen, and returns not even two minutes later with the items I ask for.

"Du ser ukjent ut ... Er du ny her?" The woman questions me. (You look unfamiliar...are you new here?)

I smile sheepishly and give her a nod.

"Ja! Oh, hvor er min oppførsel? Mitt navn er Tyra." I laughed. (Yes! Oh where are my manners? My name is Tyra.)

She looks unsure of how to deal with me, and gives me a skeptical look as she pulls out a notepad and pen from within her apron pockets.

"Vel, vil du bestille noe?" (Well, would you like to order something?)

"Jeg vil ha noen te du har her, frue. Takk skal du ha." (I will have any tea you have here, madam. Thank you.)

She gives a grunt in reply and walks away. Immediately, I think back to my vision of Odin, looking withdrawn, and seeming at peace with himself. It was unusual to see such an expression on his face, but I let my hand hit the pencil and start focusing on his facial features as I sketch. It takes fifteen minutes, by which, I already find my tea lying on the table before me. I quickly sip at the lukewarm beverage and continue to draw, adding the finishing touches to his portrait. I leave enough money as well as a tip on the table, before walking over to the woman and handing her the pad of paper she lent to me, along with her pencil. After that, I slide the portrait of Odin across the counter and give her a polite smile as I ask her if she knew of him. She shakes her head and rolls her eyes as she walks off to another customer, and I take my paper and go. Within the next half hour, I'm walking across the town, speaking to the townspeople and showing them my drawing of Odin. Some citizens say they recall seeing someone like him, and point to the direction of an old abandoned cottage that was recently being used again. When I finally have a real lead from another stranger, I follow his directions and eventually find Odin at the small cottage.

"Tyra Stark. I never thought I'd have the pleasure of seeing you again." He mutters.

I frown at the King of Asgard in confusion and sit down next to him.

"How did you know I'd be here? You sound like you were expecting me."

"I just had a feeling, child." He smiles at me.

"Odin...how did you get here? Did...Did Loki banish you?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Indeed he did. I was quite mad about it at first as I'm sure you can imagine, but now...I can see what changed my eldest son, Thor...Midgard can be quite peaceful." Odin mumbles softly.

"You have no idea how long it took for me to find you. I mean, an associate of mine, a sorcerer, he's been trying to figure out how you got here and then we lost you- -" I rambled nervously.

"You need not be so nervous around me, Tyra." Odin chuckled.

"I was not- -"

"Stubborn like your mother. Freyja was quite the spirited woman. Absolutely despised admitting she was wrong." Odin smirked.

"You're dying aren't you?" I blurted out.

Odin's smirk faded quickly, his expression somber as he nodded in confirmation.

"Yes. It will happen soon, I fear. There's nothing anyone can do at this point because I've been away from Asgard for far too long, but...I am...at peace." He replies.

I place my hand on top of his, taking him back by surprise.

"I'm truly sorry. Is there anything I can do?" I ask.

"Should Thor or Loki come to you for help, be there to aid them please. That's all I ask. Knowing those two, they'll find trouble."

At the mention of helping Loki, I frown deeply, and he notices my discomfort immediately.

"I know the pain he has caused you, Tyra Stark. I cannot apologize more than enough for his actions. But please do this for me. For despite the fact that he is my adopted son, I have loved him like one of my own. He's just been misguided by his anger and grief since his discovery of his true heritage."

"You gave him the false hope that he could become king of Asgard." I snapped. "You always intended to give the throne to Thor. There were so many things that built up to him betraying his own people as well as you, and just to gain control of the throne. You could have prevented all of this, you know."

Odin gives me a small apologetic smile.

"Even I have made mistakes during my lifetime. I wish I could take it all back, but it is far too late for that and you know this to be true."

"Oh I know it's way past that." I chuckled dryly.

"Despite what he has done to you, you still love him."

Is he on something right now? What would give him that idea? Damn fool...

"Oh no. I hate him." I pointed out.

"No you don't." He gives me a knowing look.

"He fucking kidnapped me, killed people I cared about, almost killed my father, tried taking over my world, made me think he loved me, and...and...faked his own fucking death." I blinked away tears. "Don't say that I love him, because I don't."

Odin lets out a deep sigh and lays back in his rocking chair.

"Stubborn like your mother." He repeats.

I stand up and glare down at the old man in front of me.

"Stop saying that! Stop referring me to that damn woman! I don't know her! I've met her once in my entire freaking life and she sent me away back to Earth like trash!" I cried. "My father was actually going to marry her! And instead, she left him alone with a damn infant when he couldn't even take care of himself!"

Odin looks saddened and stands up before placing his hands on my shoulders.

"Your mother loved you so much. Every time she would visit from Fólkvangr, you and your father were all she ever talked about with Frigga and I. She never wanted to leave you, Tyra. But she had duties on Vanaheim." Odin explains.

I hold back a sob as Odin wipes away my tears with his sleeve. Several years ago, I would have been eager to fight his touch as I was skeptical of Odin, but this time, I let him hug me.

I return back to the Sanctum later that day, and am surprised to see that Stephen was in the meditation room. Before Stephen can fire off any questions, I walk over to him and nearly attack him with kisses as I starve for his affection. Stephen doesn't fight back, and instead welcomes me with open arms. Over the next several minutes, we lazily make out, which eventually turns into me getting slightly carried away as I start threading my fingers in his hair.

Before I realize it, I can't will myself to stop, and pay more attention to his lips. Stephen's hands tremble as they struggle to grab a hold of me, but he manages to bring me closer when he slips his hands into the back pockets of my jeans and firmly squeezes my ass. I melt against him and let a shuddering breath against his mouth before Stephen reluctantly pulls back, his eyes half-lidded as they search mine for answers.

"You alright?" He cautiously asks.

"No." I shake my head. "But thank you for indulging me."

"Yeah...of course." Strange smooths his hair back.

We finally manage to pry ourselves away, and Stephen wraps an arm around my shoulder as we walk together out of the meditation room.

"So you didn't come looking for me huh? I thought for sure that you were going to panic or something." I chuckled.

"I...trust you. Plus, the Cloak of Levitation led me to your room...along with a lock of your hair in its grasp. I was able to assume that you told it to lead me there in case I needed to track you down." Stephen said.

"So now you trust me?" I raise an eyebrow.

"Well, after all that mind blowing sex we've had..." He trails off teasingly.

I laugh and hit his arm playfully.

"You're such an ass."

"You love it. Got you to smile didn't I?" Stephen smirks.

"That you did." I replied.

"He what?" Stephens eyes widened slightly.

"Yeah, I know..." I averted my gaze.

"But why?" He stammered.

"He chose to remain in exile, Stephen. He's...he's dying. In all the time I knew him, he was cold and calculated, and now he's so..." I sighed. "He's dying, and he wanted to be left alone for whatever time he's got left."

Stephen didn't look pleased with my answer, but nodded in understanding.

"I know where he is though. So that should be enough, right? I can just check on him on a weekly basis." I offered.

Once again, he gives me an all too serious look, and I'm sure millions of thoughts are swimming through his head. Finally though, when he speaks, his voice is almost hushed as he gives me an almost desperate expression.

"Alright. He'll be under your charge then, Tyra. This is an important task, so don't take this lightly." Stephen warns me. "I'm trusting you with this. So please, don't let me down. Don't let yourself get attached to him, he's not just an old man..."

"Right..." I replied. "You're absolutely right. He's not just an old man."

"You said he kept bringing up your mother. Why?" Stephen asked.

"I don't know, but it upset me. I've...I've only met her once and it was very brief. I found myself back in New Mexico ironically near where Thor first landed on Earth. I still get so mad thinking about it. I had so many questions and she just- -"

Stephen reaches over from across the table and grabs my hand to give it a gentle yet reassuring squeeze.

"I know." He mutters softly.

I glance up at him again and give him a small smile before I realize it.

I think I'm falling for him...and so quickly...but he understands me.

"Yeah..." I murmur.

I drink the tea I made for myself and we both fall into a comfortable silence together for a short period of time.

"I can practically hear you thinking. What's on your mind?"

Stephen's smile is contagious, and I can feel my lips quirk up immediately in return.

"It's so fucking cheesy that I'm even saying this, but I'm so happy I met you."

"You're right..." Stephen purses his lips in thought. "That is so fucking cheesy."

I snort into my now empty cup before putting it down on the table.

"If you don't stop with that snarky attitude, Doctor, I'm going to have to put a stop to it myself." I smirk.

"You, are very flirtatious and for some reason, I don't mind it at all." Strange lets out a breathless chuckle.

"I can't help that you've brought out this side of me since we...you know..." I blushed.

Stephen barks out a laugh before quickly regaining his composure.

"Sorry, you are just so innocent sometimes." Stephen smiles.

"I am not! Shut your mouth!" I roll my eyes at him.

"I'm sorry, I can't quite help it. You can be so vulgar the majority of the time since I've known you, but when you try to even talk about something like sex, you get all tongue-tied. It's really adorable." Stephen noted.

I don't argue this time, and instead turn away from him and hide my face through my hair.

I mean...he's not wrong.

"Did I strike a nerve? I didn't mean anything bad by it, dear." Stephen spoke teasingly.

I jump when I feel two hands plant themselves on my knees, and look up at Strange. Stephen gives me a coy grin and tucks my hair behind my ear before I can object.

"You're not mad, are you? Cause...I can fix that."

I ignore Stephen and wait in anticipation, but this seems to spur a challenge of some kind for him. He gives me a small smirk and tilts his head as if to say, 'Challenge accepted.'

"Don't worry...I'll get you to talk." Stephen mumbles.

I can feel my heart flutter when Stephen lowers his head and bites at my earlobe.

Damn it...he knows I like that.

I gasp as he continues to nibble along my ear and neck, and immediately wrap my arms around his shoulders and grab at his hair to pull his head closer. I don't even realize that one of his hands is unbuttoning at my jeans, before his skillful hands are teasing at my lower lips.

"Mmmmph, S- -Stephen!" I moan.

"Got you to talk." Stephen breathes into my ear.

I shudder as my head lolls back, and immediately, Stephen is biting down at the juncture between my neck and shoulder. I groan appreciatively, tugging at his hair the faster his fingers start pumping in and out of me. The second I can feel my orgasm approaching within minutes, Stephen pulls his hand of my pants, moving to lick at his fingers which are coated in my juices. I glare at Stephen, who looks all too pleased with himself as he pulls away from me and starts backing away like nothing happened.

"N- -no! Don't you dare leave me here!" I whine.

"Was there something you wanted, Tyra? I'm quite busy." Stephen smirked.

"You fucking tease! You think women can't get blue balls too?" I growled.

"Tell you what...you follow me, and I'll see what I can do about that. I am a doctor after all."

"God, I hate you." I grumbled.

"No you don't." Strange chuckled.

Without another word passing my lips, I quickly follow Stephen to his room.

For the next several weeks, I make sure to check in on Odin on a weekly basis as I promise myself and Stephen, and even spend some time with Odin. It's almost as if he's a man with dementia, like a completely changed person that's lost in their mind. Odin and I don't really bring up Thor or Loki, or even Frigga, but I can tell he wants to talk about it. Either way, I don't pressure him into telling me anything he isn't comfortable with. Surprisingly, Odin and I get along fairly well, and he's almost like the elderly and wise grandfather I never had growing up.

Somehow, he knows about my progression regarding my Vanir abilities. It baffles me how Thor and Loki both have traits similar to Odin, and no matter how much Loki used to despise his father, they were more alike than he realized. I find myself confiding in Odin, and tell him about my studies with Doctor Strange. Odin is once again impressed that a mere mortal, and one that is so heavily practically minded like Stephen can become a master sorcerer in a matter of a few short years. I try to show him what I've learned from Stephen and Wong, and Odin smiles faintly while telling me I remind him of Frigga, but he asks me to continue to show him what I've learned. I find myself going to Odin more often than not, against Stephen's warnings. I admit that I had gotten attached to the old man, and I was angry at myself for it.

"Stephen?" I called out in the Sanctum.

I float around the halls of the Kamar Taj with my text in my hand, reading as I practice levitation, and try to find Stephen in hopes that he can explain a concept for me. For some reason, he's nowhere to be found, and I find myself bored and eager to try one of those forbidden spells from the books at the Kamar Taj.

"Don't even think about it, Tyra."

I find Stephen jogging down the stairs, looking out of breath almost by the time he reaches me.

"Wha...How did you- -" I sputtered.

"I saw that look on your face." Stephen raised an eyebrow.

"What look?" I scoffed.

"Oh you get this cute little smile, you know the one, and there's a mischievous twinkle in your eye. Plus you appear to be in deep thought as if considering something that you know you shouldn't be doing." He replies knowingly.

"Oh bitch please." I roll my eyes. "I'm not that predictable..." I pause for a moment. "...am I?"

"Well, we've gotten to know each other for a little over two years...and we saw our entire life spans telepathically through a spell...so I can say I know you quite well." Stephen smirked.

"You're a piece of work, you know that- -"

I heard a loud knock on the front door to the Sanctum, and whirl around in confusion when I hear someone storm inside.

Wait a minute...those footsteps are incredibly familiar...no, it can't be.

Stephen looks past me and addresses the individual, and my heart nearly stops when I see who it is.

"Thor Odinson. God of Thunder. You can put down the umbrella." Strange calls out.

"So, Earth has wizards now?" Thor scoffed.

Thor's messing with a relic, and accidentally sends it tumbling down to the floor as he listens to Stephen talk.

"The preferred term is "Master of the Mystic Arts." You can leave that now." Stephen resists the urge to roll his eyes.

"All right, wizard. Who are you? Why should I care?" Thor gives him a suspicious look.

"My name is Doctor Stephen Strange, and I have some questions for you. Take a seat. Tea?"

"I don't drink tea." Thor mutters.

"What do you drink?" Stephen asks politely.

"Not tea." Thor merely replies with a tense smile.

Stephen grabs me by the shoulder and pulls me with him as he knows I'm trying to hide away, and shows me to Thor.

"Thor, allow me to introduce you to my apprentice. You know her very well I believe." Stephen smirks.

I glare at Stephen and watch as Thor turns around to face me. His expression is priceless and I can feel the excitement radiating off of him when he lights up with joy.

"YES! TYRA STARK!"

I scream as I'm being lifted by Thor and twirled around in his arms as he hugs me tightly.

"Oh Tyra Stark, it is so wonderful to see you!" Thor shouts happily.

Thor kisses both of my cheeks, and I can feel my face burning with embarrassment. I glance over at Stephen, who looks extremely amused by my discomfort.

I'm so going to get him for this.

"Hey Thor." I smile at him warmly.

"How have you been, my dearest friend?" Thor laughs endearingly.

"Well you know, shit's happened over the past few years that just...spiraled out of my control." I grimaced. "But, what can you do really?" I chuckled nervously.

"It is so good to be around a familiar face." Thor places his forehead to mine. "I can tell you have much more to say, but let us catch up another time. I have business to attend to with your colleague here."

"Um, yeah. Speaking of which...what brings you back to Earth? Is Loki being an asshole again?" I asked in confusion.

"You can say that- -wait. How do you know of Loki's return?" Thor paused.

"Oh I can't wait to tell you about how that prick linked our minds together. I don't know if they're still linked, but I suspect that he did this to me when he invaded Earth and all that bullshit with holding me against my will." I smiled tensely. "Either way, I'm going to kick his skinny pale ass the next time I see him."

Stephen steps in, and places a hand on my shoulder.

"Oh...I wouldn't worry too much about him right now, Tyra. He's not going to be here with us for a while." He informs me.

I give Stephen a suspicious look, and shrug.

"Oh I can wait." I fold my arms. I turn back to Thor again. "So...what brings you here?"

"So, I keep a watch list of individuals and beings from other realms that may be a threat to this world. Your adopted brother, Loki, is one of those beings." Stephen explains.

"He's a worthy inclusion." Thor nods.

"Then why bring him here?" Stephen questions him.

"We're looking for my father." Thor answers.

I try to speak, but Stephen's hand is raised as a gesture for me to remain silent. I fold my arms and glare at him for the rude gesture.

"So, if I were to tell you where Odin was, all parties concerned would promptly return to Asgard?" Stephen asked.

"Promptly." Thor smiles.

Stephen claps his hands together in a pleased manner.

"Great! Then I'll help you." Stephen gets up from his seat.

"If you knew where he was, why didn't you call me?"

Stephen gives me a nod, allowing me to actually speak for the first time since this little meeting. I give Thor a sympathetic look and reach across the table between us to place my hand on top of his. Thor looks at me suspiciously, but I give him a reassuring smile.

"Look, when I found Odin, he was adamant that he not be disturbed. Your father said he had chosen to remain in exile." I told him.

"Hm." Thor pursed his lips.

"And it's not as if you have a phone." I gave him a knowing look.

"No, I don't have a ... a phone, but you could have sent an electronic letter. It's called an email." Thor smirks.

"Yeah, do you have a computer?" Stephen asked him.

"No. What for?" Thor looks at him in confusion.

"Uh-huh."

Oh my fucking god, this is too much.

I can't help myself and laugh out loud, causing the two to look at me in alarm.

"Sorry. Sorry. I'm just a little..." I fan myself with my hand. "Jesus Christ, Thor. You...I'm going to educate you when you have the free time, alright?"

Thor merely nods in response before turning back to the matter at hand.

"Anyway, my father is no longer in exile. So if you could tell me where he is, I can take him home." Thor told us.

"Gladly. Tyra?" Strange looked over to me.

"You know where my father is?" Thor gave me a hopeful look.

Immediately, I felt guilty that I knew about Odin's condition and didn't tell Thor about it earlier. Then, I kept thinking that if Odin would be returned to Asgard, that it might help save him somehow. Asgard had fantastic healers that Earth didn't have, maybe someone could save Odin before it was too late. I quickly nodded at Thor before walking over to him.

"Odin left his little cottage fairly recently, so I'll need one strand of your hair to find him quickly alright?" I gave Thor a serious look.

The Cloak of Levitation immediately started hovering around Thor, and quickly began agitating him before he could really get a word in.

"Will you stop doing that?" Thor growled.

"I just need one strand of hair." I explained.

"Let me explain something, Lady Stark. My hair is not to be meddled with." I grabbed a lock of his hair, and used the spell I learned. "Ah! We could have just walked."

"He's waiting for you. I told him I'd help you in anyway I could, and I just did so. Debt repaid." I muttered.

"All right." Thor gave me an appreciative smile.

"Oh, don't forget your umbrella." Strange told Thor.

"Oh, yes. Sorry. There we go. I suppose I'll need my brother back." Thor summoned his disguised hammer Mjolnir.

"Oh, yeah. Right." Strange summoned a portal.

A portal appeared from above us, and out of it, Loki fell to the floor with a hard smack. I stared down at the trickster with wide eyes and felt my entire body freeze considering it had been too long since I'd seen him. Suddenly, all of that anger resurfaced, and I started walking towards him before I realized it.

"I have been falling for 30 minutes!" Loki screamed.

"You can handle him from here." Stephen smiled at Thor politely.

"Yes. Of course. Thank you very much for your help." Thor gave Stephen a pat on the shoulder.

"Good luck." Stephen chuckled.

"Handle me? Who are you?" Loki questioned Stephen.

"Loki!" Thor scolded his brother.

"You think you're some kind of sorcerer? Don't think for one minute, you second-rate..."

"All right, shut the fuck up, you son of a bitch." I growled lowly.

Loki's eyes widened when he heard my voice, but then he smirked smugly when he saw me walking towards him, and thought I would fall right into his embrace. I flew right at Loki, tackling him to the ground and catching him by surprise. I didn't give him a chance to speak up before I started throwing hard punches.

"TYRA!" Stephen and Thor screamed in alarm.

"You think you can just fake your death and then link our minds together?! Who the fuck do you think you are?!" I shouted angrily.

I'm immediately being pulled off of Loki, being held back by Stephen. Loki wipes the blood trailing down his face and nose, and gives me a another smirk when he eyes the two of us.

"Really? You had intercourse with this foolish mortal? How desperate are you?" Loki chuckled darkly.

"ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?! THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY TO ME?!" I screamed.

Stephen lets out a hiss of pain when he notices my body glowing a bright red, and I found myself flying towards Loki again in an instant. Loki was prepared this time, and caught me by my arms, seeming unaffected by my spike in body temperature from Extremis.

"Oh? You've got yourself some new abilities, darling? How interesting. You've become more beautiful and threatening since I've seen you last." Loki flashed a charming smile.

"Oh don't you turn this around, you class act bitch- -"

Loki silences me with his lips against mine, and I find myself frozen in surprise. When he pulls back slightly, he tucks a strand of my hair behind my ear.

"Now, my pet, I know you aren't exactly pleased with me for...faking my death. And I do sincerely apologize for such an act. But now that I'm back...I can finally make amends, and after we get to Odin, perhaps...you'd be so inclined to join us in returning him to Asgard. I can answer all of your questions, and perhaps show you who the better sorcerer is here."

I can feel myself hyperventilating before I know it, and struggle in his hold. Loki doesn't budge, and stares directly into my eyes.

"I fucking hate you. Get off of me! GET OFF!" I holler at him.

"You could never hate me, Tyra. As much as you'd like to...you never could bring yourself to." Loki smirks.

All of the anger I feel, starts radiating off of my body, as Extremis heats up my very being until I'm catching on fire. Before things can go any further, Thor grabs me and yanks me out of Loki's grasp. He pats my body until the flames dancing along my body go out, and when I look into Thor's eyes, I can feel myself relax again. I blink away tears as Thor gently cups my face with his hands.

"Tyra, look at me, please." Thor murmurs.

"I'm sorry." My voice cracked. "He's...he's just so- -"

"I know how he can be. He is still learning, mind you, but...he is getting better." Thor assured me.

"N- -no. He's...he's- -" I choked back a sob.

"Tyra." Thor places his forehead to mine. "Do not let him upset you. Show him that you are above such things. What Loki did was horrible, and I mourned him as well."

"You don't understand. He...he linked our minds together. He made me think I was going crazy for so long. I'm...I'm so mad, Thor..." I hiccuped.

Thor tenses against me when I say this, and turns his head until he is glaring at Loki.

"Is that so?"

Loki smiles sheepishly and raises his hands in defense.

"I did this so long ago, brother. I almost forgot that I had done this to her in Germany- -"

"Silence, Loki. Before I truly let Lady Tyra attack you." Thor glowered at his brother.

Loki falls silent and folds his arms instead.

"Now, Tyra. If you would like to accompany us...I won't be opposed. You've always been such a great ally. You've never once failed me as a friend and partner. But I can't have you fight Loki, I need him." Thor gave me a sincere smile.

Thor wipes my tears away and plants a kiss to my forehead.

"However, your companion, Dr. Strange...I think he needs you more than I do. It is clear that you've both done wonderful work to protect the Earth." Thor explained.

I give Thor a nod, finding myself at a loss of words.

"You'd rather stay with that worthless magician than- -" Loki grumbles.

Thor shoots him another threatening look, and once again, Loki shuts up for a change.

"You're right. God, I feel so dumb." I finally spoke up.

"That's a first." Loki sarcastically replies.

I ignore Loki's jab as I gently move Thor to the side, before walking straight over to Loki, finally able to get a hold of my anger.

"Undo it. Right now." I give him a serious look.

"Undo what, sweetheart?" Loki smiles innocently.

"The link. Undo it now, and I won't try to beat the shit out of you." I fold my arms.

"Oh...the link? What link are you referring to?" Loki chuckles softly.

"I'm not kidding this time. Undo it. You don't know what type of pain you've caused for me with this bullshit. Undo it. Right. Now." I lowered my voice dangerously.

"You look positively ravishing when you're angry." Loki winked at me.

"Would you just do it already? We've had enough of your pitiful games, Loki Odinson." Stephen finally interjects.

Loki glares over at Stephen, who seems surprisingly patient with this entire ordeal.

"So you've chosen him? Over a powerful sorcerer such as myself? I thought you knew better, darling."

Why does he keep saying that- -

"Yeah, well, you have a track record for being an asshole and you know, trying to kill people I love, trying to take over my world, faking your death, messing with my mind so I'd love you...I don't really think I need to go any further do I?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Well look who finally grew a spine." Loki lightly scoffed at me.

"I'm done waiting. And I've just helped you locate your father. So stop being an ungrateful prick, and undo the link. I'm not yours, and never will be."

Loki and I stare at each other for what feels like centuries, but I stand tall and refuse to back down, until Loki finally cracks.

"Fine. I'll undo it. I can't promise you it'll be pleasant though." Loki grumbles.

"I don't care." I murmur.

Loki waves his hands and mutters a few words under his breath, forming a purple like energy within his palms. Immediately, I'm reminded of that moment in Germany when I first stood up to Loki and fought him before Steve and my father came to the rescue. I tense up and see the grin on Loki's face as he shoots the energy straight at me. I fly several feet back from the impact of the blast of magic, and I can hear Stephen and Thor cry out my name before I lose consciousness.

When I wake up, I feel a damp cloth being pressed to my forehead, and see Stephen hovering over me. My body is in excruciating pain and I can't help but let out a whimper.

"Hey, you're alright. It'll wear off in a couple of hours. Just...try not to pass out on me again, alright?" Stephen spoke softly.

"I'm sorry...you had to see that." I gulped nervously.

"Hey...I've had my fair share of angry ex-girlfriends." Stephen jokes. "But it was...interesting to say in the least. I'm glad you stood up for yourself though. You just refused to back down, I wish I could've gotten it recorded."

"So...where are Loki and Thor?" I breathed out.

"I got rid of them as quickly as I could. I sent them to Odin." Stephen answered.

"Right." My voice rasped.

Stephen waved his hand, and a cup of water floated over to him before he grabbed it firmly.

"Here. Drink this. Your throat must be sore." Stephen muttered.

"My throat?" I raised an eyebrow.

"When you first got hit with the blast, you were screaming in agony. I thought Loki had tried killing you at first, but I was wrong...the link was just extremely powerful in itself. I remembered the first time you were hit with it in Stuttgart, Germany...you basically experienced the same symptoms..." Stephen replied.

I nodded and took a sip of the water as it was raised to my lips. After he places the glass down at the nightstand by the bedside, he places a kiss to my forehead and holds my hand.

"Would you prefer to interact with each other in Astral Projection form while your body rests?" Stephen asks.

"Yeah...I've been meaning to practice being in that form anyway." I smile warmly at him.
