~WE ARE NUMBER ONE! HEY!~ (NOW LISTEN CLOSELY-)

When Peter Quill breaks down his plan, I can actually admit that I'm impressed with the guy. In comparison to my father's idea, Quill's was definitely more better in comparison. However, in the midst of the talk and discussion regarding the fight of our lives against Thanos, I feel a bitter kind of hopelessness. Surprisingly, Stephen looks accepting of his fate and doesn't give off any negative vibes as Quill gives the run down of his plan. Despite our little moment earlier, my mind continues to reel with many thoughts and my anxiety continues to escalate.

I hadn't had time to ask Stephen how we actually win against Thanos in the end of it all, since my father had unknowingly snapped me out of the spell a bit too early. I'm almost tempted to keep the Time Stone and use it again to see what Stephen witnessed exactly. Although, given that he's almost completely silent, I can tell it would be a waste of time. After unleashing my spell on it, I had given the Eye of Agamotto back to Stephen.

All I had to go on was Scott Lang. How he'd stood outside the SHIELD base in New York, demanding to be let inside. The new Ant Man seemed to have information that none of us did. In this timeline, Scott Lang hadn't vanished like everyone else. He survived the snap and none of us knew how. In other timelines, Scott hadn't lived to tell the tale.

Stephen Strange sits along the steps of what used to be a plaza on Planet Titan, as we finally execute our plan and wait for Thanos' return to his home planet. We're all on edge, eager to give it our all. Although I am burdened with the knowledge of how this entire fight is going to end, and I know it has to happen the way it does.

I hate it...I hate all of it...

I can already feel myself tear up as I remain crouched with Peter Quill, and the human looks concerned when he sees my expression. He moves slowly when he knows Thanos isn't here just yet and faces me.

"What's up? Do you suddenly not like my plan, TyeDye?" Quill asks.

I shake my head and rub furiously at my eyes as I feel the nerves kicking in. I'm more than tempted to perform a temporary telepathy spell so that I can silently talk to Stephen.

Ah fuck it, I'm doing it.

"No, your plan is good. More than good." I mumble softly.

"Listen, whatever you and Strange saw, you have to force it out of your mind for right now. Because there's a huge purple gremlin on his way, and he packs a really mean punch." Peter warns me.

I nod frantically as I quickly move to pull my hair back in a ponytail. I then attempt to link my mind with Stephen so that we can communicate.

"Don't worry about me, I'll hold up my end." I mutter lowly.

"Chin up, buttercup." Quill playfully pokes my cheek. "As long as we follow my plan, we'll all be good."

I give Quill a sad smile and put my hand on his shoulder.

"Listen, I know we didn't really get along so great when we first met, and for obvious reasons but...you're a good guy." I whispered.

Stephen. Can you hear me?

Quill gives me a smile in return as well as a respectful nod. Our moment is caught short however, when we finally hear large pronounced footsteps sounding from several feet from our position.

Thanos is finally here.

You need to try and calm down. Focus on the plan...focus on our plan.

I'm scared. What if we somehow fuck up? What if I fuck up?

Tyra. You're a good sorcerer and you know everything that I do. On top of that, your body is more than advanced than most humans.

Well most humans weren't subjected to Project Extremis, or have a Goddess for a mother and a genius of a father, yet here we are.

You've only proved my point. You can do this. And there's no one else in this universe that's capable or well equipped, or one that I trust...more than you. Do not have any self-doubts now.

...Okay. I'm sorry that I keep bringing it up, but I can't help being afraid Stephen. I keep imagining that something will get fucked up and that...I'll end up losing you. I don't know if I can handle that.

It won't resort to that. My absence will be...temporary. But you won't ever be alone. Apart of me will always be with you. In more ways than one.

I'm roused from my thoughts when Stephen finally spoke up and addressed Thanos.

"Oh, yeah. You're much more of a Thanos."

"I take it that Maw is dead. This day extracts a heavy toll. Still, he accomplished his mission." Thanos replies.

"You may regret that. He brought you face-to-face with a Master of the Mystic Arts." Strange retorts.

You say in more ways than one...what do you mean by that Stephen? What did you see that I haven't?

Strange begins to stand slowly as he prepares to make a move, but his expression remains passive as to not give anything away to Thanos.

The answer was in the alternate timelines, at least that's when I finally saw it. Give it some time, you'll see the signs. I just want you to know that I...that I love you. No matter your decision.

I feel my heart skip a beat as I attempt to process Stephen's words. If Stephen was able to see something in the alternate timelines, how did I not pick up on it?

Tyra, I know you want answers. But you need to focus on the present. I need you here. Now.

"And where do you think he brought you?" Thanos smirked.

"Let me guess. Your home?" Strange asked.

After his expression changes, Thanos smiles almost reminiscently as he curls his Infinity Gauntlet donned hand, before activating the Reality Stone. Our surroundings morph into what Planet Titan looked like formerly, but thankfully, it doesn't affect our current hiding spots.

He's so powerful...and he doesn't even have all of the stones yet.

Tyra. You need to empty your mind of all distractions.

You're right. I'm sorry.

Don't be sorry. Just focus. It's almost time.

"It was. And it was beautiful. Titan was like most planets. Too many mouths, and not enough to go around. And when we faced extinction, I offered a solution." Thanos told him.

"Genocide." Strange spat out with venom.

"But at random, dispassionate, fair to rich and poor alike. They called me a madman. And what I predicted came to pass."

When Thanos relaxes his fist; the Reality Stone stops glowing and the illusion fades back into the current broken state that Titan is in.

"Congratulations. You're a prophet." Dr. Strange quips sarcastically.

"I'm a survivor." Thanos glares at Strange.

"Who wants to murder trillions." Strange responds.

"With all six stones, I could simply snap my fingers, and they would all cease to exist. I call that...mercy."

Fuck this guy...

Yeah...he's a bit arrogant isn't he?

Well let's knock him down a peg or two huh? Or at least show him that we're not to be messed with.

I can hear Stephen chuckle within my mind. For some reason, it puts me at ease.

That's the plan, sweetheart.

Strange begins to descend down the steps slowly.

"And then what?" Stephen asked.

"I finally rest... and watch the sun rise on a grateful universe. The hardest choices require the strongest wills." Thanos concludes.

Strange forms the mandalas of light along his arms as he spoke with a renewed determination.

"I think... you'll find... our will equal to yours."

"Our?" Thanos mutters.

Before Thanos can react, a large chunk of debris lands right on top of him. Some of us come out and approach slowly as my father flies in.

"Piece of cake, Quill." Iron Man said.

Quill's mask materializes over his face as he looks towards my father.

"Yeah, if your goal was to piss him off." Quill replied.

"Look alive boys. It's showtime." I spoke lowly.

Suddenly, the wreckage on top of Thanos erupts in a bright purple as he screams angrily. Then, after turning, he turns the fragments of the wreckage into bats and has them swarm my father, and sends him flying through the ruins from the sheer force alone. Before Thanos knows it, Spider-Man comes swinging in webbing his eyes before sending a kick to the face as Drax leaps from his cover. Drax runs at Thanos with his blades hand in hand, before sliding behind Thanos to slice the back of the tyrant's knee. As Thanos lets out a pained scream, Strange summons a portal and the two of us swarm out together. Stephen has a sword of pure golden energy and duels with Thanos on one side, Drax attacking on his other.

I summon a sword I conjure out of magic as well and make a move to stab him before I'm being kicked at. Before I know it, I see Strange summon a shield to absorb the weight of the impact to protect me. I give Strange a pointed look but give him a grateful nod nonetheless as I spring back into action. I levitate in the air just in time to see Star-Lord flying in to the ground as he shoots Thanos from behind. Then, using the Power Stone, Thanos summons balls of energy at Star-Lord. Quickly thinking, I summon platforms for Quill as he leaps towards Thanos. After flipping over him, Quill slaps a mine onto Thanos' back. Star-Lord disengages his helmet as he lands and flips Thanos off with his middle finger while he falls backwards.

"Boom!" Quill smirks.

God, he's such an ass- -

He actually reminds me a bit of you actually. Your constant joking, your sarcastic remarks, your endless Pop Culture references that date back to the 80s...

I'm going to pretend I never heard that, doctor.

Just as according to plan, I summon a portal behind Quill while he falls backwards into it. The bomb goes off, sending Thanos to his knees as he's briefly dazed from the explosion. I glance over to see Strange muttering to the Cloak of Levitation. In seconds, the Cloak of Levitation detaches itself from Strange's shoulders before flying directly at Thanos and wraps itself tightly around his armored hand. Thanos, slowly panicking, starts tugging strongly at the Cloak. Then, working together, Strange and I begin summoning portals everywhere as Spider-Man now makes his move. Portal after portal, Peter attacks Thanos before vanishing through another portal.

"Magic!"

Spider-Man punches Thanos in the head and vanishes through a portal to the lower right before reappearing from above.

"More magic!"

Spider-Man yanks Thanos's head down hard, and then jumps into a portal in front of him. Then, another portal conjures up from above and Spider-Man leaps through behind Thanos as he delivers a flying kick.

"Magic with a kick!"

After appearing from a portal on his right, Spider-Man jumps through to attack Thanos once again.

"Magic with a-"

Before he can finish, Thanos turns after predicting his upcoming attack and grabs him mid-air before slamming him to the ground with a hand around his neck. Immediately, I'm reminded of the alternate timelines Peter Parker is killed just from Thanos squeezing and practically destroying his windpipe from his utter strength alone.

"Insect!" Thanos growls.

"Shit!" I gasp.

Before I realize it, Peter is being thrown right at me and we're both tumbling to the ground together. Thanos hollers in rage as he finally manages to pry the Cloak off of his arm, before being bombarded with fiery explosions courtesy of Iron Man. Thanos, thinking quickly, sucks all of the flame from the explosions into the gauntlet with the power of the stones, before firing it right back at Iron Man and sending him away with one huge blast. I look at Peter desperately and point towards Thanos as we quickly move to stand.

"Go now!"

Spider-Man nods as he then jumps in from behind as Thanos was focused on Iron Man. Spider-Man webs down the gauntlet and drops down in front of him before pulling as hard as he can to yank off the gauntlet from his arm. Thanos growls angrily as he pulls Parker towards him and punches him a great distance away as well before tearing off the webbing. That's when a small spaceship comes out of seemingly nowhere and attempts to literally land on top of him. I'm nearly keeling over in shock as the ship manages to bury Thanos under debris before the cockpit opens up. Landing in front of Thanos is a blue skinned cyborg woman who I recognize from the alternate timelines as Gamora's sister, Nebula. She summons a blade and looks to Thanos with pure hatred.

"Well, well." Thanos mutters lowly.

"You should have killed me." Nebula growls.

"It would've been a waste of parts!" Thanos shouts bitterly.

Nebula then runs at Thanos and begins attacking him with her energy filled sword.

"Where's Gamora?!" She screamed.

With just a punch, Nebula is sent flying away from Thanos. Then, finally, Strange and I use this opportunity to finally get the ball rolling.

Now Tyra! Like we talked about earlier!

Got it!

Using the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak to pinion the gauntlet, it begins to pull at Thanos' fingers, and slowly pry the gauntlet off of his hand. Thanos fails to pull free of our clutches as Drax slides again from his right and knocks him off balance with a powerful kick to the knee and wraps his body around that leg. Star-Lord then shoots an electric trap onto the ground as he had done with Spider-Man just earlier on Maw's ship, and the tangle-field begins to pin down his other hand. Then, Spider-Man swings in and webs at Thanos' chest before maneuvering around from behind and digs his Iron Spider legs to anchor himself into the ground.

Finally, Stephen summons a portal just above Thanos before Mantis finally makes herself known and lands atop of Thanos' shoulders. Her hands immediately go to the mad tyrant's temples. Thanos screams in pure rage as Mantis uses her abilities to put him under. My father then finally returns just in time to go pull on the gauntlet. As Stephen reapplies the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak to reinforce the hold on Thanos' right arm, I start running as fast as I can to help pull off the gauntlet.

"Is he under?! Don't let up!" My father yells at Mantis.

Mantis begins to cry as her hands gently squeeze at Thanos' head.

"Be quick. He is very strong." Mantis warns us.

I finally make it to them and begin helping my father. Then, I watch everything unfold as it's supposed to. I glance over at Stephen and give him a pained expression, but he gently shakes his head at me.

There has to be something I can do...does it really have to happen this way?

Tyra. You know it does...don't try to change anything. Please. This is the only way.

But you'll...you'll be gone...I don't know if I can handle that, Stephen.

I don't like it anymore than you do, but the sake of the universe is much greater in comparison to just me. We have to let this happen.

Stephen...I don't know if I can handle losing anyone else...

You and I both know that nothing else will work. We need to leave things be, allow destiny to take its course.

I blink away tears as I focus on prying the Gauntlet from Thanos' hand and tear my gaze away from Stephen. I felt a gnawing in my stomach, one of guilt, knowing very well what was about to happen. It was only natural that I felt like saying or doing something differently. Honestly, if it weren't for Peter Quill's love for Gamora, we might have won the fight against Thanos on Planet Titan.

Stephen. We literally have the power to end things right fucking now. If Thanos doesn't have the gauntlet, he literally has nothing against us. Plus, Quill...we get rid of him for the time being and this could all be over, no one has to wiped from existence. Even if it's just temporary.

Tyra Elizabeth Stark, don't you dare try to change anything. We discussed this and you were...you were fine with things happening this way.

I thought so too Stephen, but...I've lost so many people...I don't know if I can handle losing you.

"I thought you'd be harder to catch. For the record, this was my plan. Not so strong now, huh? Where is Gamora?" Quill mocks Thanos.

"My... Gamora...?" Thanos rasps.

"No, bullshit. Where is she?" Quill questions.

"He is in anguish!" Mantis cries.

"Good." Quill growls.

"He… he… mourns!" Her voice cracks.

Drax looks at the currently subdued Thanos with pure disgust. My vision once again blurs with tears as my mind races with the thoughts of 'what if?' Then, I glance towards Peter Parker and activate the telepathy spell once again. I see Stephen look at me in confusion before he realizes what I'm about to do.

TYRA DON'T- -

I disconnect the link with Stephen and look over towards the young Spider-Man.

Peter. Don't panic. It's Tyra. I'm just communicating with you telepathically through a spell.

Miss Stark? W- -what's up? Are you hurt?

Peter, I don't have much time left, but I need you to reinforce your web and come help pull the gauntlet off alright? Can you do that for me?

I mean, sure, but what's this about? What are you planning on doing?

Don't question me right now and do it! I'm about to let go of the gauntlet and I'm gonna need you right there when I do!

Tyra wait!

"What does this monster have to mourn?!" Drax questions.

In the distance, Nebula reappears and gives us all a saddened expression as she finally figures it all out.

"Gamora." She mutters.

Peter Quill turns to the Gamora's sister and looks at her in disbelief.

"...What?" Peter barely uttered.

"He took her to Vormir. He came back with the Soul Stone... but she didn't." Nebula concludes.

In seconds, my father senses the gravity of the situation and his helmet materializes away instantly before he glares openly at Quill. I can't help but glare at Quill as well, knowing how emotionally invested he is with the daughter of Thanos. I truly feel terrible for Quill, but I already know that he's compromised our plan to save the entire universe because of his love for Gamora. I knew I had to stop him. Deep down, I knew I had to try, even if it might end up in failure.

Tyra wait! What are you doing?!

Can I rely on you or not Peter?! I'm about to let go shortly!

"Okay, Quill, you gotta cool it right now, you understand?" I barely hold back a sob. "Quill, don't you fucking dare!"

Quill slowly turns to Thanos as all of us struggle to get the gauntlet off of the mad tyrant as quickly as possible. We were so fucking close that we could start to see Thanos' palm.

"Don't! Don't! Don't engage, we've almost got this off!" My dad shouts furiously.

The look on Peter Quill's face is very heartbreaking and I could find myself relating to Quill, but this was the wrong time and place for a confrontation such as this.

"Tell me she's lying." Quill grows enraged. "ASSHOLE! TELL ME YOU DIDN'T DO IT!"

"I... had... to." Thanos breathes out.

I'm letting go, kid! Fuck it!

Tyra wait!

Quill starts to tear up and tries to will them away, but it's too late. Quill has finally snapped.

"No, you didn't… No, you didn't…" Quill whimpers.

That's when I let go of the gauntlet and make my move.

"NO, YOU DIDN'T!" Quill cries angrily.

I grab at Quill's wrist just before his pistol makes contact with Thanos' face. For a brief minute, everyone is stunned into pure silence. My father looks at me in shock and pauses in his movements before he quickly focuses back on taking off the gauntlet. In the nick of time, Parker reinforces his webs and quickly moves to help my father remove the Infinity Gauntlet.

Much like my father, there was too much at stake for me, I was afraid to lose anyone else. I can spot the intensity of Stephen's heated stare, and almost feel myself waver. When I look back at Peter Quill, however, I only find myself wanting to help him. He was hurting, he was in pain, all for Gamora. I knew he wanted revenge more than anything right now, but I couldn't let him have it, or risk half of the entire universe being wiped from existence.

"Quill. Think about what you're doing!" I pleaded.

"You let go of my fucking wrist right fucking now." Quill's voice cracks with emotion.

Thinking about the people that are gone in the future, I feel a rush of anger in my veins at Quill's reckless actions.

Wanda, Sam, Peter, amongst countless others...

Quill's anguish and despair was going to cost us everything.

"No." I spoke firmly. "You think Gamora would want you to act so stupidly over her? She'd want you to keep fighting Peter! To defeat Thanos!"

Quill continues to cry silently the longer we stare at each other. For a minute, I feel like I might have knocked some sense into him.

"I'm sorry." Quill mumbled.

Then, I feel something hard impact the side of my head before I'm being knocked to the ground.

The moment Tyra hits the ground in an unconscious heap, Stephen sees nothing but red. However, due to Quill's rage, everything they had worked so hard for falls apart and Thanos get out of their hold. As soon as Thanos snapped out of Mantis' spell, he throws her off of him and finally takes the fight much more seriously and to a whole new level. Stephen Strange barely has any time to think before he grabs Tyra's unconscious body in a hurry.

The entire planet, as decayed and messed up as it already is, gets to an even worse state when Thanos sent a large chunk of moon onto the planet's unstable surface as he tries to fight off Tony Stark at the moment. The aftermath is chaotic and Stephen has trouble even with the Cloak of Levitation back at his side to navigate through the debris. He places Tyra down on a safe area and gives one final glance before planting a kiss to her forehead. Stephen needed to ensure Tony Stark's survival.

They were definitely in the endgame now.

When I wake up, I find my surroundings in disarray. The gravity on the planet is so fucked up already, but with Thanos unleashing his rage at all of us, the planet is in an even worse condition. I see Stephen unconscious as well as bloody and bruised. Then, I see my father and feel my heart nearly skip a beat as I become more awake and alert. Thanos is kneeling and panting as he wipes at a wound on his cheek my father managed to inflict on him.

"All that for a drop of blood." Thanos grins.

Then I watch helplessly as Thanos brutally beats my father, and just like in my vision, my father is helpless and unprepared to stop Thanos. I can barely think as the sword my father conjured from the armor is used against him and pierces his body from Thanos' hand.

"DAD!" I scream in horror.

My father stumbles back, eyes wide, and falls into a sitting position. Thanos places his gauntlet covered hand almost in a comforting manner on his head, before his eyes follow my father's gaze over towards me. Thanos mutters something no one can quite hear aside from my father and smiles as he stands up. In a panic, I conjure up illusions of myself as I disappear into a portal I created quickly, and attack Thanos from behind. However, he seems to already be one step ahead of me.

Thanos manages to catch me with his abnormally large hands, holding me by the arms, and surprisingly not hurting me like I expected him to already be doing. He looks at me with a saddened look on his face and pets my hair, and smooths it back in a fatherly like manner. Despite the many things I'd gone through and the horrific things I'd witnessed along the way, I had never been more terrified in my entire life than at this very moment. Thanos was very intimidating.

"It's okay little Vanir. I haven't killed him yet."

"H- -How d- -did you- -?" I spluttered nervously.

"I know who you are Tyra Elizabeth Stark. You have such...knowledge. I could use that right now." Thanos murmurs softly.

"N- -no. Don't- -"

"Hush now. It's alright. I won't hurt you, little one. I've lost more today than you could ever know." Thanos assures me.

"No." I whimper.

"Give me the time stone, and I spare your father." Thanos spoke seriously.

I feel tears streaming down my cheeks and sob as I thrash against his hold, but he doesn't budge, not even a little bit. Then, he flexes his knuckles, activating several of the stones before aiming his hand from behind him, and directly at my father. I shake my head frantically, hoping that he was bluffing- -

Even though deep down, Thanos never bluffed.

Before I can say or do anything else, it all halts with a shout from Doctor Strange.

"Stop!"

The two of us look over to our right and see Stephen barely able to pick himself up from the ground. Stephen looks weak and damaged beyond repair after his own fight against Thanos as he sits up.

"Spare their lives... and I will give you the stone." Stephen offers.

"No tricks." Thanos warned.

Strange shakes his head gently, as Thanos aims the gauntlet at him instead.

"D- -don't!" My father breathed out.

My heart hammers in my chest, as Strange reaches up and gently plucks the Time Stone out of its hiding place amongst the stars. I quickly activate the telepathy spell I'd used moments earlier and look directly at Stephen, knowing this could be the last time I'd see him if things didn't go as planned.

Stephen. I love you. I know this wasn't easy...but thank you for saving my father. God, I- -I fucking love you so much.

Stephen blinks away tears as well as he reluctantly opens his scarred and shaking hand, and allows the Time Stone to float over to Thanos. Thanos grabs it and drops it over the thumb slot on the Infinity Gauntlet, and the energy pulse even has his him shudder and wince. I let out another sob as Thanos turns around towards me, his grip not relenting as the gauntlet falls gently on top of my head. Then, a tingling sensation courses throughout my entire body as I can feel him access my Vanir abilities forcefully.

My father looks confused and terrified, and I can tell he's desperate to get to me as his body moves weakly. He coughs out more blood in his attempt to move towards our direction. The pain suddenly stops, and my vision blurs as I stumble forward. Thanos is quick to catch me before I can fall to the ground, and holds me firmly against him.

Stephen...

"One to go." Thanos mutters.

Be strong...I love you.

I barely manage to hold back a gasp as I glance over at Stephen. With a flick of his wrist, activating the infinity stones, we're gone in a flash.

Wanda Maximoff lands next to Vision after locating him.

"Are you okay?"

Vision winces from the sheer pain, before his eyes widen in absolute fear. He already knows what's coming.

"What? What is it?" Wanda asked worriedly.

"He's...he's here." Vision muttered fearfully.

Suddenly, the wind picks up, the atmosphere feeling much more eerie and grim than previously. Nearby on Wakanda soil, Steve Rogers immediately presses on his comm before speaking.

"Everyone, on my position. We have incoming."

Seconds later, he is joined by the Black Widow, Falcon, Okoye and the Black Panther. Natasha Romanoff, a normally hardened woman, finds herself at unease as she glances around nervously.

"What the hell?" She mutters.

After hearing a loud crash nearby, everyone witnesses the blue and black clouds activated from the Space Stone just before Thanos steps forward, and in one arm cradled against him, is an unconscious Tyra Stark.

"Cap. That's him." Bruce spoke grimly.

Natasha's eyes widened after she gets a second glance at Thanos.

"Is that..." Natasha barely uttered.

When Steve looks more closely, he notices as well and he tenses up immediately.

"Tyra." He murmured softly.

Then, Steve looks angered as he stands up tall.

"Eyes up. Stay sharp." Steve ordered. "First chance you get, save the hostage."

Bruce reaches Thanos first, lunging forward with his fist out in the Hulkbuster armor. Thanos uses the Space Stone on him and Bruce is rendered useless as he merges Bruce with the cliff behind him to keep him frozen in place. Bruce's eyes widen when he glances at the youngest Avenger in Thanos' grasp.

"Tyra!" He cried out.

Then, Captain America is sent flying by purple energy before he even gets to strike a single blow. Black Panther is the next to come in with his kinetically charged armor, jumping high with his claws extended. Before he can reach Thanos or Tyra, Thanos grabs him by the throat and punches him to the ground, which causes his armor to discharge almost violently.

"Shit!" Sam cursed.

Then, Sam quickly steps into action, and stoops in. Despite his wings being rendered useless by the stone, he gets what he wanted when he successfully bumped into Thanos and grabbed ahold of Tyra tightly. They both crash to the ground together. Thanos looks absolutely angered when he sees that the Vanir is no longer in his grasp. Although the tyrant knows he's gotten enough information from her, and continues towards the final Infinity Stone he has yet to possess.

"I've got the hostage!" Sam shouts into his earpiece.

Sam looks down at Tyra with the utmost concern, and for some reason, begins to recall the first time they'd met at his own house back in Washington D.C. Sam shakes the thoughts from his head and focuses on checking on Tyra starting with her pulse. As soon as Sam touches her neck, Tyra's eyes fly open and she's nearly ready to scream as she sits up quickly like she's undead.

As soon as I wake up, I find myself in some kind of forest, with Sam Wilson kneeling at my side. I resist the urge to scream and look at Sam with wide eyes.

"S- -Sam?!" I nearly shout.

"There's no time! Are you able to stand and fight?" Sam quickly questions.

I nod, and move to stand with Sam's help.

"Thanos! Where?!" I questioned.

Sam points in the direction behind me. Using the sling ring that's remained on my fingers, I conjure up a portal high above Thanos. It's now Sam's turn to look at me with wide eyes as I jump in and close the portal behind me.

"Well...Tyra's fucking gone!" Sam yells into his earpiece.

"Gone? What do you mean gone?!" Natasha responds.

"She fucking pulled a Houdini on my ass with some magic and went after the Thanos guy!" Sam clarified.

"I have so many questions, but I'll get back to you about it later. Widow out." Natasha said.

Thanos is barely being held back by Wanda, who is in the midst of destroying the Mind Stone as well as Vision. I'm falling from the sky very quickly and find myself crying as I realize how quickly Thanos is to obtaining the final Infinity Stone.

We're gonna win...no matter what. Fuck that self-righteous asshole.

"HEY DOOMFIST!" I shout angrily.

I quickly summon another portal and disappear into it. While Thanos is temporarily distracted, his head darts quickly in search of me. Using the velocity of my fall, I conjure up a portal right next to Thanos and pummel into his side with tremendous force. He's stumbling back several feet from Wanda, who continues to use her power to destroy the stone. Wanda looks shaken upon seeing me for the first time in years, since the falling out at the Germany airport. Blinking back tears, she mouths a thank you.

I give her a solemn nod right before Thanos is charging at me. I summon a portal underneath me this time and fall through just before he can touch me. However, he already seems to be another step ahead before I can get in another hit. In a flash, he's got me by my neck with just one hand, and lowers my face near his. I wondered how someone like Thanos was so powerful, even without the stones by his side. He was more powerful than Thor, Loki, and Odin from what it appeared, actual gods.

"No more tricks, Vanir!" Thanos growled.

I thrash around in his grasp, kicking my legs at him as I claw at his arms. Another squeeze of his strong hand, and I'm gasping for air. My vision blurs just as a grin sneaks its way onto his face, and I feel utterly repulsed by him. Thanos was an absolute monster at the end of it all, his actions were far from being noble, for the 'sake of the universe.'

He's so full of shit.

"I remember killing the God of Lies with just the iron grip of my hand alone. Strangled the life out of him. I don't like to kill women or children, but...the strongest wills demand sacrifice, don't they?" Thanos barked at me.

He killed Loki from strangulation? What? No...no way. You can't just kill Loki like that.

The mere mention of Loki, or rather how Thanos spoke of him, lit a fire inside of me. I blink away my tears angrily as I found a renowned strength and pulled at his fingers. In a desperate attempt to get out of his hold, I heat up my body with Extremis and burn the tyrant's hand. As he shouts in pain and finally releases me, I fall to the ground a gasping mess. I glare at him as I struggle to get back up from my knees. I simply refused to die the same way Loki did, by this motherfucker nonetheless.

"While your visions have proven to me useful, I don't know if I have the need for you any longer, now that I'm about to get what I want." Thanos told me.

I rub at my extremely sore throat, as it continues to heal itself through Extremis.

"Yeah, about that. How did you gain access to my premonitions exactly?" I rasped out.

"I think you'll find that a lot of things are possible with the stones. You've seen it firsthand after all. I'm quite impressed that you were able to utilize their power so well...perhaps there is hope for you yet." Thanos quips.

As my throat heals, I merely spit blood at his feet before getting into another fighting position. For some reason, Thanos smiles and places a gentle hand on the top of my head. I find myself faltering in my movements out of pure confusion.

"You truly are a fighter...like my Gamora once was." Thanos smiles sadly. "Perhaps...I won't kill you on this day. The sheer reminder of my little one is too...saddening."

W...what?

Wrist flexing, he activates one of the stones and I find my body and soul reeling in shock from the absolute pain. I stumble forward once again to my knees and look at Thanos with wide eyes as he releases his grip on my hair. I pant and wheeze as I battle to stay awake and keep my eyes open. For some reason, I feel pure exhaustion, similarly like those time I'd been working nonstop in my father's workshop for days and nights on end. I have no reasoning behind it, other than knowing that Thanos is the cause of my sudden fatigue.

"Sleep child. You will need much rest for what is to come." Thanos assured me.

Suddenly, Captain America arrives as he slides under Thanos and comes up swinging with shields deployed along his arms, punching Thanos in the gut and chin as he attempts to get him away from me. I give Steve a look of surprise when I spot him grab the gauntlet and keeping Thanos' fingers unclenched with his sheer strength alone. However, it's not enough when Thanos slams his other fist onto the side of Steve's head and knocks him unconscious. I find tears spring into my eyes as I weakly crawl over to him.

Wanda glances over her shoulder again to witness Thanos approaching very quickly. She swings her left hand around to fend him off with her power, and pushes him back despite the blue-purple energy shield that he conjures with the stones, but even then, he slowly starts to make his way over to her. Wanda Maximoff, who had her powers and abilities created from the Mind Stone, looks at Vision with sadness as the stone embedded in his head finally starts to crack and shatter.

"It's all right. It's all right. I love you." Vision murmured softly.

Despite the fact that Vision was very well about to die, he wears a peaceful expression on his face. He's going to die by Wanda's hand alone, and Thanos won't be able to get the last Infinity Stone. Vision would be dying for the sake of the universe, and he was more than fine with this. As the fragments of the stone finally give in, a pulse of pure energy resonates and explodes from Vision's body. Wanda falls to her knees in exhaustion and lets out a choked sob as she realizes what she's done to her love. Thanos, pauses for just a moment, before continuing to make his way over towards Wanda. He wears a solemn and even an apologetic expression on his face. Wanda glares up at Thanos in pure hatred as I had done just moments earlier.

"I understand, my child. Better than anyone." Thanos assured her.

"You could never." Wanda snarled at him.

Wanda tenses immediately as Thanos reaches down to stroke her hair, as a sign of comfort. Wanda didn't want comfort from this deranged being.

"Today, I lost more than you can know. But now is no time to mourn. Now is no time at all." Thanos mutters.

I weakly look up from Steve's body and watch with wide eyes as Thanos activates the Time Stone to reverse the destruction of the Mind Stone. Vision is back alive, his eyes widened with fear when he realizes the gravity of the situation. Before he can react or run, Thanos already has his grasp on him.

"NO!" Wanda screams.

Wanda lunges for Vision, before being swatted away by Thanos. Then, I silently observe in pure horror, as Vision is killed once again, as Thanos pries the Mind Stone from his forehead. I shudder from the brutality and manner in which Vision is killed anew, his body devoid of color and limp, as Thanos tosses the deceased android like feeble garbage.

I guess Stephen was right...we're officially in the endgame now...

Thanos raises the Infinity Gauntlet up, and holds the Mind Stone over the last empty setting before dropping it. The energy surge has Thanos reeling from the sensations, and it's much more powerful than the previous from what I could see. Thanos studies the finally completed Infinity Gauntlet, but it's short lived as a bolt of lightning strikes and burrows him into the ground. I shake and shed more tears as I see Thor alive and well, eyes glowing with absolute power. Thanos can barely do anything else before Thor hurls his newly brandished weapon, and I wince as it impacts Thanos' body.

Oh my God...

Thor lands before Thanos and grabs the back of his head as he forces the weapon deeper into his chest and gives him an intense and deep stare. Thanos cries out in pain as Thor lowers his head closer and pushes the blade further into his body. I find myself shaking at how utterly brutal Thor's attack was, but I knew it was warranted considering everything Thanos has done in his pursuit for the Infinity Stones.

"I told you. You'd die for that." Thor growls lowly.

"You should've... You..." Thanos rasps weakly.

I find myself gripping onto Steve's arm with anticipation, despite knowing there were only several ways that this could end.

"You should've gone for the head." Thanos smirks.

"NO!" Thor shouts.

Then, with a snap of the gauntlet, there's a flash of pure white as all of us are temporarily blinded by the power of all six Infinity Stones.

FLASH!

"Holy fucking shit!" I screamed.

I fall to my knees as I cradle my stomach. My father comes from the kitchen in a hurry and looks at me in pure worry.

"What's up? You hurt?" Dad questions concernedly.

I glance down and see a small puddle at my feet. When my father glances down, he immediately pales.

"Well...this is fucking great." I grumbled bitterly.

"H- -hospital then?" Dad stutters.

I laugh at my father's expression and then wince not long after from pure pain.

"Yup. Yup...hospital would be a good idea." I nodded frantically.

"I'll dial Pepper's number, she'll grab the bag we packed for you." Dad told me. "Happy can watch Morgan when she gets back home and bring her by later."

My father's at my side in an instant, helping me walk through my living room and straight to the front door. I feel another contraction and grip onto my father's shirt extremely tight. I accidentally burn it slightly with Extremis heating up my body.

"WOW this hurts!" I shouted.

"You gotta cool it before you set me on fire, Tye!" Dad nearly yelps.

"Sorry! Sorry! I don't mean to!"

It takes another two minutes before we're down in the garage and on our way to one of his luxurious cars. I place my jacket on the passenger seat before sitting down. Then, as my father quickly gets into the driver side and starts the car, I grab a CD and put it in. Queen's Stone Cold Crazy from the Sheer Heart Attack album begins blaring through the speakers. My father gives me a small smirk and begins speeding off in the car after our seat-belts are on.

"Really? Queen?" My dad looks at me in amusement.

"What? We can get to the hospital with some kick-ass music on! Don't judge me!" I laugh.

Then another jolt of pain courses through me, I can't help but let out a cry. My dad drives faster through traffic.

FLASH!

Now back into reality, everything falls silent and I wake up from my bizarre vision. I realize I unconsciously have my hand over my stomach and my eyes widened in realization that what Stephen as well as Thanos had been referring to before.

How the fuck did they know I was pregnant when I didn't have a goddamn clue?! What the hell?!

I can't even begin to contemplate or analyze the vision I'd just had, before I'm roused from my thoughts. I look towards Thanos and Thor once again before noticing the damage inflicted on the gauntlet itself. It was completely distorted and scorched from what appeared to have been from heat. The stones weren't even glowing at this point either.

"What did you do?" Thor spoke up. "WHAT DID YOU DO?!"

Thanos doesn't seem to be present as he looks around absentmindedly and uses the Space Stone to teleport away, and leaving Thor's weapon behind. I slowly walk over to Thor, my vision blurring every few seconds before I finally make it over to his weapon coated in Thanos' own blood. I can feel my body shaking as I fight back tears, of the fact that I'd failed so many people. I glance over at Thor with a saddened expression.

"I'm sorry." I barely uttered.

Then, Steve comes stumbling over from the clearing as he holds his left side.

"Where'd he go? Thor, Tyra...where'd he go?" Steve's voice trembled.

At this point, I feel numb, whether it's for the knowledge I hold of what's about to happen, or from whatever Thanos had done to me just moments earlier. For once, I felt such dread coursing through my body. Stephen knew how we all won, but I however, didn't get to see it all like he had. I had no idea how we were going to win. The only thing I did know, was to keep an eye out for Scott Lang. I'm roused from my thoughts as I hear footsteps approach from behind, and see Bucky Barnes walking towards us.

"Steve?" Bucky mumbles.

Bucky tumbles to the ground before collapsing into ashes, much to everyone's shock except for me. I already know what's happening, but it doesn't make it any less painful and heartbreaking to witness. I watch Steve walk over slowly as he touches the ground where Bucky's ashes had landed, and somehow had evaporated out of existence.

"I'm...I'm sorry..." My voice cracked with emotion.

Thor glances over at me in surprise, and I think he already suspects that I know something.

"Lady Sta- -Tyra. Tyra do you...do you know? What is happening?" Thor questioned.

I shake my head frantically as more tears spring into my eyes, Stephen's voice echoes in my mind.

"We're in the endgame now." I mumbled softly.

Thor gives me such an intense look, full of many emotions. Just then, I see Steve kneeling next to Vision's deceased and colorless body. While a few of our other comrades that had survived join us together. Natasha, Bruce (who just had gotten out of the Hulkbuster armor), Rhodey, Okoye, and Rocket Raccoon.

"What is this? What the hell is happening?" Rhodey questioned.

"...oh God..." Steve mutters.

I weakly walk over to some bushes nearby, stumbling forward, before vomiting, but this time I see a small tinge of blood mixed in. Then, I glance down and see my belly glow slightly from Extremis. I lean against a tree, struggling to stay awake and gather the energy to join the others. For minutes, I can't even hold my head up and have my head hung low, trying to gather my strength as I focus on breathing.

"Tyra..."

I manage to lift my head and see Steve approach me.

"Hey there, stranger." I weakly respond.

"Are you alright?" Steve asked.

"Emotionally, mentally, or physically? I gotta say, I'm not doing great on all accounts." I joke weakly.

Steve's eyes brim with tears and he moves towards me. Before I can say anything else, he's pulling me towards him for a hug. I feel myself lean into him and squeeze as tightly as I can. When I pull back, I'm once again surprised when Steve places his lips to mine. I can't even react before Steve pulls back and runs a hand to brush my hair back.

"I uh...I like the beard." I comment dumbly.

Steve lets out a saddened chuckle, but doesn't reply. I can tell he's either trying to process what's happening, what literally just happened with Thanos, or how I'm even alive since I haven't seen him since the HYDRA base in Siberia.

Honestly, it's likely a combination of all three of those things.

"Tyra. Where's your father? Is he okay? Where'd you guys go?" Bruce comes over.

I blink tiredly as I wipe my mouth with the back of my hand, and take another deep breath as I focus on composing myself.

"Well after I got kidnapped by that squid-faced asshole...we took the fight to Thanos on Planet Titan. You can imagine how well that turned out." I replied grimly.

The furry creature from the Guardians of the Galaxy, immediately comes forward with a look of concern on his face.

"Wait, you were on Planet Titan? Did Quill and the others survive? Are they okay?" Rocket questioned.

I look down at the raccoon like creature and shake my head sadly.

"How do you know?! Did you see Thanos kill them?!" Rocket glares at me.

"Watch your tone, rabbit." Thor warns Rocket.

"He didn't kill them...physically." I told him. "They went like everyone else."

Then, Thor as well as everyone else looks at me in shock.

"You know something. Tyra. You must tell me. Now." Thor demanded.

I blink away tears, and once again, I can hear Stephen's voice echo in my mind.

"We're in the endgame now." I mumble softly.

"You said that earlier. What do you mean?" Thor inquired.

"My...my associate Doctor Stephen Strange."

Recognizing his name, Thor nods as he follows along.

"Yes, the sorcerer. What of him?"

Again, I see flashbacks of Stephen, of the last moment I had with him. How Stephen was so accepting of his fate, our last kiss, the look of worry on his face over my well being. Stephen had figured out that I was pregnant if all the vague and mysterious statements he'd made earlier were anything to go by. Tears roll down my face before I can prevent it.

"Before Thanos got the Time Stone from us, Steph- -Strange and I...we used it to see alternate timelines. Timelines involving our battle against Thanos. Not just from our end, but from yours as well."

"And?" Bruce prods gently.

"Well, out of fourteen million timelines, this was the...most successful." I barely get out.

"Whoa, whoa! Fourteen million?!" Rocket exclaimed. "And you're saying this was the most successful? Are you fuckin' blind, lady?! Look around you! All of our friends plus half of the goddamn universe are nothin' but fuckin' ash right now!"

I can feel my body heat up and glare down at the last remaining Guardian of the Galaxy. He looks at me nervously, and I can tell it's because my body is glowing a bright red right now.

"It's temporary." I told him.

"So you and the wizard set this up?" Thor snapped.

This time, I don't respond as I move back over towards the bush again and throw up, thankfully with little to no blood this time. Turning back to the others, I can see their looks of anger, and concern.

"I- -it's not that we set this up, that's far from the truth- -" I slurred.

"Tyra...you okay?" Natasha mutters worriedly.

"Not really, but w- -what...whatever..."

"Shit! Someone catch her!" Rocket shouts.

Steve's at my side before I know it, and catches me before I hit the ground.

We're in the endgame now, Tyra.

Hey guys! FINALLY! FUCKING FINALLY I FINISHED IT! I've rewritten this chapter so many times you have no fucking idea! Like at least three or four! I think you can all tell by now that Tyra is perganant! Sorry, a little joke I made there and a reference from a YouTube video, but yes! Tyra is preggars! The difficulty was kinda putting that in there without it feeling completely forced or WHAT THE FUCK?! I had one alternative beginning on Planet Titan for the chapter with the news kinda slipping out in the most awkward of ways with like Tony having the armor scan Tyra after she throws up again and FRIDAY concluding from her scans that Tyra was pregnant, and it was actually pretty fucking hilarious with the Guardians of the Galaxy being there and everything and I REALLY loved it, but I felt like that it was weird and out of nowhere overall. Plus, I tried making this chapter slightly more serious. I just...went with the flow. I watched the movie so many fucking times trying to get this right or get it close to being right.

ANYWAY! Moving on! So honestly, I think everyone knows at this point that no one really died in Infinity War, except for maybe Heimdall...and Loki (Maybe but I fucking doubt it with him). I've been hearing some theories that maybe Dr. Strange messed with the Time Stone before giving it to Thanos, or some things involving the Soul Stone. Not sure which is true, but they're all really interesting theories regardless. But again, due to the movies coming out, we know that Spider Man lives, Wanda and Loki are getting their own TV series now which is pretty dope, and that's about all I know at the moment. I'm not sure what to do for a filler chapter, so I guess I might have to wait for the Captain Marvel, or Ms. Marvel movie to come out in March. Mostly because I'm not sure the facts of the aftermath of Infinity War. Like how Tony gets home, if Pepper is okay, shit like that. Like, I'm pretty sure I saw Tony and Steve together in the Ms. Marvel trailer but that's about all I know.

SO! With that being all said and done! I might edit this chapter later, but for now, it is the way it is! So, let me know what all of you thought! Criticism is always good as long as there's no insults included! I love hearing what a lot of you have to say! It makes me incredibly happy that you all enjoy this!

Ta Ta For Now!
