Raw: June 4, 2012
I sigh as I sit in my locker-room for Raw. As far as I knew, I didn't have anything to do tonight. I still haven't talked to Randy since Wednesday. I didn't have Chelle or Ryse around to hang out with. Eve and I weren't on speaking terms at the moment. I just have so much going on that I can't bring myself to be happy right now.
I stand up and do some stretches to try to relax. It is not doing much for me. I sigh before hitting the wall. Just after that, I hear a knock on the door. I walk over and open the door to see John Cena standing across from me.
I look at him. "Hey, what's up?"
John looks at me with concern. "Are you alright?"
I give John an annoyed look. "Which one of them told you?"
"They both did actually."
"Which one did it first though?"
"Chelle was first, but Randy wasn't far behind."
"Of course he wasn't."
"You seem annoyed that I know. Why's that?"
"Because when I'm mad and you find out, you usually start trying to get me not to be mad."
"I'm not going to do that this time. I can't blame you this time."
"Wow, you can't blame me. I'm surprised."
John rolls his eyes. "He didn't tell you that he was suspended. I'd be mad too. Are you alright?"
"I think I need time to be less mad about it before he and I will be able to discuss it."
"I see. I think I have a solution to your problem."
"And what's that?"
"You have a ticket to fly home to Saint Louis. I have a ticket to fly home to Tampa. I say we switch tickets. You go stay with Chelle for the week. I'll go spend time with Randal."
"Do you think your pregnant wife is going to be okay with that?"
"She goes through the cycles with hormones and being bitchy. Some space might do us a favor too. Plus, I'm not leaving her alone. I'm sending you. You're her best friend. She'll be okay with it."
"You're sending me to deal with your pregnant and hormonal wife. Now that's a vacation." I comment sarcastically.
"Would you rather spend another week having to go out of your way to avoid Randy while you're at home?"
"I…"
"He told me about that. If he had his way, you'd be talking to him though."
"Well, he didn't tell me he got suspended, and I still don't know how he got suspended."
"He didn't tell you either?"
"Nope."
John hands me a plane ticket. "Go to Tampa. I'll tell Chelle."
"Do you want to tell Randy too?" I ask as I find a plane ticket to hand John.
"I can do that."
"Thanks, Cena."
I enter Catering to see Ted and Ryse, who I didn't even know was here tonight. I grab some food to eat before sitting down with them.
Ryse gives me a small smile. "Hey."
I nod. "Hey, didn't know you were here."
"I just showed up because I was bored at home."
"That's reasonable."
"Are you doing alright?" Ted asks me.
"Is everyone going to ask me that tonight?"
"Who asked you already?"
"Cena came by my locker-room."
"Oh, seems like something he would do. I assume you're pretty upset."
"I'm very angry. I haven't spoken to him in five days."
"Well, he didn't tell you that he was suspended for two months."
"I was going to be mad anyway, but I would've been less mad if he'd told me himself though. That's how I should've found out."
"That's completely understandable. So what now?"
"John and I are swapping flights and going to spend this week at each other's houses. He's calling both Chelle and Randy and telling them. I'm expecting Chelle to call me soon after that to talk to me about that." I hear my phone start to ring. "I bet that's her now."
Ryse looks at me. "So you're just swapping houses for the week?"
"Yeah, pretty much." I roll my eyes and put my phone away.
"Was that Chelle?"
"It was Randy. John probably told him already, and he probably wanted to ask me about it. I'm not in a place where I want to talk to Randy right now."
"I guess that's reasonable." Ryse looks at me as my phone rings again.
I look at my phone, and it's Chelle this time. I answer the call.
Me: "Hello."
Chelle: "Hey, I just got off the phone with John. Do I need to get anything for you when you get here?"
Me: "If there's anything I'll need, I'll get it myself. Thanks though."
Chelle: "Of course, we'll make it a nice girls' week. You need to stop stressing about your situation. We'll have some good time to relax."
Me: "Thanks."
Chelle: "Is Ryse with you right now by any chance?"
Me: "She is. Why?"
Chelle: "Ask her if she wants to come too. She's more than welcome to join us. Not Eve though."
Me: "I don't think any of the three of us are even talking to Eve right now. Let me ask Ryse."
Ryse gives me a confused look. "What's going on?"
I smile. "Chelle wants to know if you want to join us this week."
"Oh. Yeah, I'll go."
"Good."
Me: "Ryse says that she'll come this week."
Chelle: "Great! I'll see you two then. I'm gonna go now. Bye!"
Me: "Bye."
I end the call before smiling. "This is gonna be nice."
"Yeah," Ryse says. "It will."
"I can't believe you're leaving me." Ted comments.
I laugh as I make a note to myself to call my therapist to let her know that I'm going to be out of town. "Get over it, DiBiase. Man, I really want to wrestle."
"Good luck getting Laurinaitis to give you a match."
"I'll get one by No Way Out at least."
"But do you want to wait that long?"
"No, but I'll take anything that I can get."
