Alex knew he was different. He didn't care that he was different. His parents hated him, and the other kid's were told to never go near him. The only friend he had was the spirit that protected him from bullies. He knew his parents didn't like him talking about it in public. The only other kid he saw with a spirit was a boy from japan. He was excited that someone else had a spirit they could see. But before he could say hello, his parents pulled him away and took him to a shrink. He didn't think anything was wrong with him but his parents did. He just went with it, telling them what they wanted to hear. It was better, because if he didn't, they would put him back on the medicine that made him feel terrible.

He had learned how to use his spirit to fight back and get him things. His father tried to mark him with the fire poker and just as he was about to put it on his eye, his spirit sent his father flying across the room. His parents decided to send him far away. They sent him to live in Japan alone. That was a year ago. He finally learned how to do things with his spirit. He then started to go out and purposefully get into fight to test his abilities. He then enrolled himself into a school to learn more of the language, and to find the boy with red hair.

10 Years Later

Alex was sitting a jail cell, thinking about why he had been cuffed instead of that other man. He was still in his tattered school uniform, sitting in a cell next to the infamous Jotaro Kujo, A delinquent who would never back down from a fight. Though he knew better. JoJo and him were somewhat friends, only having a mutual understanding and never sharing to many words. But it surprised him when his mother ran in and he cursed at her. What he heard next shocked him to his core. "Listen mom, you can leave. I'll be staying here for a while. Seems I've been possessed by an evil spirit, and I have no idea what it'll make me do next. During that fight, it took everything I had to stop it! So do everyone a favor, and leave me here in this cage." As the police started to criticize Jotaro's mental health, he stabbed an ice cold beer and chugged it, before crushing it and throwing it away. "HEY! HOW DID YOU GET A BEER IN THERE?!" yelled the more portly officer. "Like I said, I have an evil spirit. It likes to bring me things sometimes." Jojo said nonchalantly, before a shonen jump manga that hadn't been there before floated into his hands. Then a radio appeared out of seemingly nowhere and switched on. "HE'S READING SHONEN JUMP WHILE LISTENING TO THE RADIO! THIS IS A TOTAL BREACH OF SECURITY!" yelled the officer again. I watched in awe, thinking this could only be one thing: "JOJO"S LIKE ME?!". Jotaro then gets up and moves to the cell door. "Hold it. This might not be enough to show you I need to stay in here." He said before extending his hand. Alex watches as a second arm shot out and grabbed the taller cop's gun out of the holster and snapping the gun holder. "There's no doubt now. Jojo has a spirit as well! But it does't seem to be evil.." Alex thought. "Did you see it just now?!" Jotaro said firmly. "I did" Alex said, getting stares from everyone in the room. "Y..You can see it?!" Jotaro said in surprise. "Yes. Because I also have a spirit!" Alex yelled before bringing out his Spirit. It was a humanoid, wearing the armor of a knight and a Crown with small ornamental swords on it, with a large sword on it's back and two swords on it's hips, as well as Golden knuckle dusters. It eyes glowed gold with a hint red. "This is my Guardian Spirit!" Alex yelled. Jotaro looked shocked and gave the cop his gun back, while Alex "banished" his spirit onto his body. Jotaro's mother looked shocked and went out, while typing a number in her phone.

2 Days Later

A large man came in and stood in front of both of our cells, accompanied by Mrs. Holy and a man who looked to be of Egyptian descent. "Both of you need to come out right now!" the old man ordered. Alex could feel tremendous power from both of them. As the officer opened the cells, He stepped out willingly, not wanting to know the extent of their power. The old man turned to him and looked Alex up and down before speaking in a commanding voice. "Show me your spirit!" He said, while Mrs. Holy looked at the old man with a scolding look. "Dad, that's not very nice!" she said, earning an embarrassed from her Father. "Sorry sweetie..." He turned to Alex and extended his right hand, and Alex took it feeling it was obviously a prosthetic. "My name is Joseph Joestar, and if you would, I would like to see your spirit please." He asked. "Alexander Knight, and gladly." He stepped back and summoned his spirit earning looks of awe from the priest looking man and from Mr. Joestar. He sent it away to wherever it goes and stood next to the wall. Then Joseph looked at his grandson and ordered his ally, whose name he had found out was Muhammad Avdol, to get his grandson out of the cell by any means necessary. Alex watched in awe as a man with the head of an eagle shot out of Mr. Avdol and pinned Jotaro. Mr. Joestar then explained that what we thought were spirits were actually a physical manifestation of our psychological power that stood behind us in battle. "This is called a STAND!" he shouted. We all looked in surprise as Jotaro brought forth his Stand, which looked like it was from an ancient age of fighters, as it started to counter the attacks of Magician's Red. Alex watched as Jotaro's Stand grabbed a metal bar and rushed at Magician's Red, bringing out his own Stand to intervene, just as Avdol turned and walked away calling back Magician's Red. "Hey! Don't turn your back on me, we aren't done here!" yelled Jotaro, which fell on the deaf ears of Avdol, who walked up to Mr. Joestar."I've done as you asked Mr. Joestar" "Good Job, Avdol". Alex then looked at the ground, calling back his stand, and saw Jotaro was outside of the cell. Afterward, they all went to a small restaurant. They were all sitting and talking about their Stands abilities. "My Stand, as you call it, has tremendous power, as well as speed and precision. It can enhance my senses so I can notice things others can't. Oh! and I can heal things! The only draw back is that I feel the pain of what happened to the thing i'm healing." He said while taking a sip from his hot tea. After a brief summery, Mr. Joestar had told us about the evil monster that is Dio. Alex looked shocked while Jotaro looked indifferent and turned away, gaining a chastising lecture from his grandfather. "Listen old man. This means that your story is so unbelievable, that I have no time for it." He insulted. Alex just sipped his tea and watched as Mr. Joestar karate chopped a large camera, breaking it in half, yet it produced a photo. "Did you see the thorns that came out of my hand?! That is my Stand! The Stand that suggests the Hermit card, Hermit Purple!" He said with a raised voice. I nodded as the photo showed a man with a star birthmark. As we left the cafe, I got a call from my parents. He said his goodbye's and went his own way, answering his phone. "What is this we hear about you getting arrested?! You ungrateful brat! I knew we should have sent you to the mad house!" his father yelled. Alex just threw the phone and walked the rest of the way home in silence. He hated his parents and they hated him. He slept that night just waiting for tomorrow.
