Cali-Tokyo was somewhat serene, which was odd, considering what its residents had just gone through. The city itself looked peaceful, however, there was a large storm cloud above the dome. Dana and Maggie snickered as they put safety goggles on and boarded a blimp, floating away from the cloud and the dome itself. Once they got to a safe distance, the host pressed a button on a remote, causing the cloud to zap down on the field loudly.

"Last time on Total Drama Mega Mechas: we found ourselves down to five pilots, each of which had done something bad enough to deserve some intense punishment from our very own Maggie!"

"Yep, that's my name!" Maggie cackled, "They were oh so terrible, can you believe them?"

"What did they do, Maggie?"

"That Daniel thinks its funny to have someone be disposed of just because he didn't get along with him, tsk tsk. Blaster takes backhanded offers to get further in the contest, for shame! Oh, Margaret uses her connections to tear people away when she finds them 'not useful' or 'annoying.' Celeste is only worried about one thing only: Mitchy Mitch Mitchellson, booooooring. She'll ignore anything to get with that boy! And that leaves Mr. Buck, the silly goose that can't seem to understand personal space, oh, such a pity!"

"So Maggie made some special tests for them to undergo, and they were quite...grueling."

"Oh, I love that word!"

"Of course you do. We promised that whoever passed their test would get immunity from elimination, which only one of them did: Celeste."

"However! Chris was being a big whiney baby the whoooooooole challenge, not good for ratings or poor little Dana's heart when he said something he shouldn't have!"

"Yes, don't remind me..."

"Anywho, we gave Chrissy the old bootski last challenge, so all of the lame-o contestants could stay with us!"

"Yep, and they're about to meet up with some...old friends, aren't they?"

"Indeed! This is so devilish, Dana!"

"Why...thank you?"

"What have we got in store for the 'besties' tonight? Find out now on Total Drama Mega Mechas!"

The camera flew through the sky, going all the way down to the ground and into the dome, right in the center of a field inside.

"Dear mom and dad I'm doing fine," was heard as Buck was seen strumming a tune on his banjo happily while Daniel danced to the country tune wildly.

"You guys are on my mind," the camera swung past the two to show Caleb rolling his eyes while sitting at a table in the cafeteria. Larida was smiling cheerfully and patting the young looking gent on the head.

"You asked me what I wanted to be and I think the answer's plain to see," at a nearby table, Mitch was reading a book that he wrote to the ever-shy Celeste, who was happily listening to him.

"I wanna be famous!" Margaret ran past the two, startling them as a pair of security robots were chasing her.

"I wanna live close to the sun," suddenly, Margaret ran into Valerie and fell over, rubbing her head as the shy girl erupted in anger and the two started screaming at each other, scaring away the robots.

"So pack your bags, cause I've already won," the camera swung over to the outside of the dome, where Calvin was at the entrance, searching for clues of some sort, before waving to the camera with a bright smile and going stone-faced, realizing that he should be focusing on his task at hand.

"Everything to prove, nothing in my way, I'll get there one day," Yves was close by to the secret agent, watching him closely while keeping to herself and blasting an unsuspecting Garett with a water gun, as he was attempting to blast Calvin.

"I wanna be famous!" Blaster ran past the two, pretending to be a cyborg and blast some robots with her arm, only to knock over Brittany, who looked at the airhead angrily.

"Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na," the camera swung up to the sky, showing each and everyone's mechs being shot out of the top of the dome, with each person in them.

"I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous! I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!" the light had faded from the sky and the camera showed the fourteen contestants in a jet takeoff room, seated in a circle while Chris and Dana stood in the center, each with mischievous looks on their faces.

Five contestants were left, all in one cafeteria at one table, each of them feeling terrible after the events of the previous challenge. None were hit harder than Blaster and Celeste, though, the other three couldn't even compare. Blaster felt dirty, like she had done something horribly wrong that she couldn't fix, while Daniel and Margaret tried to comfort her, to no avail. The mob boss hugged the girl to her side, assuring her that she would "take care" of the person that had done this to her, though her boyfriend shot her a glare that suggested he was saying "don't do that" with his eyes, causing her to roll her own back at him. Celeste, on the other hand, was not so much miserable as she was a trainwreck. She was stuck in the quiet room for hours, and was clearly showing the effects of it. She hadn't spoke since the challenge, all she could do was stare blankly into the distance while others watched her. Buck waved his hand in her face, trying to incite some type of response, only to get nothing in return.

"That Maggie went way too far last challenge. Look at poor little Celeste over here!"

"Yeah," Daniel looked at Celeste intensely, "Now that you mention it, she does seem kind of off, doesn't she?"

"I can't even imagine what her punishment was. What could make her so out of things like this?"

"Well, maybe she...was brainwashed?"

"Brainwashed? I don't think so. What even would be the point of brainwashing her?"

"I dunno, man! I'm just spitballing here!"

"Can you two chuckleheads knock it off?" Margaret asked with a hiss, "Your pointless conversation about what happened to who is just going to upset Blaster even more."

"I didn't mean to hurt anyone," Blaster whispered sadly, "I didn't want to hurt anyone..."

"That lady really is insane, what gives her the right to do this?"

"Apparently it was in our contract," Daniel replied, "Can't believe we missed that when we read it."

"Yeah," Buck laughed it off awkwardly. "'Read' it."

"You didn't read it!?"

"Okay, no! But did any of y'all read it?"

The room was silent for a moment, and everyone, except for Celeste, who was still very much out of it, hung their heads in shame.

Confessional

"Maggie is the worst thing to happen to us since we got here," Daniel complained, "Why hasn't Dana gotten rid of her yet?"

"Maggie's got a thing or two coming from my associates if she continues to mess with us like this," Margaret growled, dusting her knuckles.

"I'm a bad person," Blaster said solemnly, "Lock me up and throw away the key..."

"Man, this show is a bunch of phooey!" Buck griped, "I want the time that I lost here given back to me, this was a waste."

"C...reep," Celeste mumbled.

Confessional End

As the five of them sat in their despair, Dana and Maggie approached them, both holding a mischievous glare on their faces. The three who could speak normally sighed as they entered, immediately wishing that they would've just stayed wherever they stay when they aren't doing challenges.

"What do you jerks want?" Daniel asked with a shooting glare.

"Jerk?" Dana asked, losing her grin, "But I'm not-"

"Oh, Daniel!" Maggie's emoji eyes fixed an aggravated look on him. "Do please mind your tone when speaking to her, 'bestie!'"

Daniel gulped, feeling the ominous aura that Maggie gave off striking him deep. He sunk back into his seat, causing Margaret to stand from her set and walk over to Maggie, cracking her knuckles before grabbing her by the collar of her sweater and lifting her into the air.

"You need to back off, crazy bitch," Margaret said intensely, though Maggie's smile was unphased.

"No!" Dana shouted, starting to slam her fists against Margaret's side. "Put her down!"

"You're upsetting the child," Maggie said in her mocking voice.

"Shut up!" Margaret shouted in Maggie's face, causing the scientist to chuckled in response.

"Please...put her down," Dana practically begged Margaret to let her associate go.

The mobster glanced over at Dana to see how upset she was, sighing, and dropping the girl to the floor. Maggie quickly hopped to her feet, dusting her coat off and adjusting her glasses, showing her happy emoji eyes once again.

"That's much more friendly!" she chimed, leaving Margaret feeling insulted as she returned to her seat. "How's everyone doing today?"

"Horrible," Buck quickly blurted out, "How else would we be doing right now? Peachy? You tortured us last challenge."

"I didn't 'torture' you, I simply tested out a fitting redemption for each of you. You had each gone off the deep end, no?"

"Even if we did something bad," Daniel continued the argument, "What could we have done to warrant what you did to us?"

"I already said what you did in the intro, do I really have to do it again?"

"The intro?" Blaster quietly asked.

"The readers saw it already!"

"Don't ya mean viewers?" questioned Buck.

"If I hear another stupid question, I'm throwing something at you," Maggie growled, her glasses shifting to angry eyes.

"Geez, alright!" Margaret yapped, "Why are you guys here, anyway?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Dana asked, "A new challenge is inbound!"

"Oh, yay!" the mobster added in a sarcastic tone. "Are ya gonna hold our heads underwater this time?"

"How graphic!" Maggie piped in again, "I'd consider it, however..."

"No, we are not doing that," Dana returned with her serious tone, "You remember those statues, yeah?"

"Yeah, what about them?" Daniel asked.

"Well, the time has come to include them in our game. You'll each be boarding your mechs to fight off the statues of your former castmates!"

"Wait, what?" Buck was puzzled, "How could a statue fight us? It's a statue."

"Kind of, not really. It's more so a large robot...with weapons built into it. They just look like statues based on your castmates!"

"Mi...tchell?" Celeste struggled to show a slight smile, thinking about the boy.

"What a looney!" Maggie joked, receiving glares from the others. "Yikes, tough crowd."

"Ahem," Dana continued, "This challenge isn't one with a voting ceremony at the end, either. There are five of you, and there are nine enemies out there. If you do the math, each of you could only possibly take down two at most, and that only leaves one for the fifth person. The rules of this challenge are...one! Take down the robots by yourself to earn a point! You get one point for each robot you slay! Two, slaying a robot means causing it to fully lose its power! You could mostly destroy one, but as long as the power source is still active, you won't earn a point. This means someone could rob the point from you if you're not careful. Three, whoever gets the least amount of confirmed robot-kills...will be eliminated at the end of the challenge! These make sense to all of you?"

The contestants mumbled a little bit, but came to the understanding that this challenge would be far easier than some of the other torturous trials they've gone through.

"Wonderful! Now, without further ado, please follow us to the field to board your mechs!"

Confessional

"Fighting the former contestants?" Daniel chuckled, "I guess that means I could get some good payback on Garett for his stunt he pulled with Margaret."

"It'll be sad to think about having to fight our friends," Buck said sadly, "But if it means we get to stay in the challenge, I'm all for it."

Confessional End

As the contestants arrived at the field, they felt something strange about only seeing five out of the fifteen mechs that were originally there. Maybe it was comforting, at least knowing that they had made it this far in the competition, but it could've just been tense. Anybody could've been eliminated at this point, nobody was safe. Buck, Celeste, and Blaster all boarded their own mechs, still feeling a bit strange about the whole situation, though Daniel and Margaret took a moment to do so. They stood next to each other, both nervous about what was to come from this challenge.

"Hey," Daniel spoke up amidst the awkward silence. "You ready for this?"

"Me?" Margaret let out a slight chuckle, "Always ready for anything, you know me."

"Yeah, you are super headstrong."

"Yeah, yeah. You're...gonna be okay with this challenge, right?"

"I should be...I think. I mean, I just have to get two to stay in, right?"

"Yep, two. Two of the former contestants."

"Who are you gonna go after?"

"Obviously Garett and Brittany, those two were horrible."

"Oh..."

"What? Something wrong with that?"

"Well, I was kinda hoping I could go after Garett. Dude was a total scumbag."

"Yeah, but I've got a score to settle."

"Sending your goons after him wasn't enough?"

"We heard that!" shouted a voice from somewhere in the field, startling Daniel.

"Shush, guys!" Margaret shouted, causing the voice to disappear.

"Who was that!?"

"Oh...just...people."

"People? Really, Margaret? You brought them back here?"

"In case something goes wrong!"

"What could go wrong?"

"We get tortured by some crazy scientist because she decided that we were evil or something."

"...Okay, I'll give you that one. But they won't kill anyone, right?"

"Not unless I tell them to. Right, boys?"

"Yes, boss!" another voice shouted, much deeper than the first.

"See? They'll be good, I promise."

"You're crazy, Margaret."

"You love it, though."

"Yeah, I know..."

Margaret laughed a little before kissing the boy and shoving him off towards his own mech.

"Go on, let's get the ball rolling!"

As the final two contestants entered their mechs, Dana and Maggie stood in their little safety booth, both with that same mischievous look from earlier on their faces.

"Are you ready to give them a sendoff?" Maggie asked Dana, giggling hysterically.

"Why, yes I am!" Dana replied, slamming her fist on the button to send the mechs flying.

Once the mechs shot into the city, they found themselves each in different parts of it. Buck landed by the manmade mountains, an area that he was well familiar with, having done the long jump from them and put the ring around the peak. He glanced around, searching for the robots that were mentioned before, only to find both Larida's and Theodore's at the bottom of the range, staring up at him. He gulped, feeling an odd coincidence in seeing those two specifically, considering Theodore was eliminated because Buck stole the ring from him, and he convinced others to vote out Larida.

Confessional

"What are those two gals up to?" Buck seemed concerned, as if they landed where they landed on purpose. "This isn't right. I'm not sure, but somehow this just isn't right."

Confessional End

Elsewhere, Margaret found herself around Brittany and Garett, just like she wanted to be. Her and the two robots resided on the beach of the island, the opponents looking at her with malice as her mech hovered above them. She felt a sense of security, knowing that she got what she wanted, but at the same time, it was strange that those two were around her. It couldn't just be coincidence, as she directly caused both of their eliminations earlier in the competition. She shrugged it off, however, as she was too thrilled to be getting the chance to beat the crap out of two people that she hated dearly.

"Alright, this is just too easy," she mocked the lifeless robots, "How come they give me the two easiest clowns to wanna beat down? There some kinda catch to this challenge? Psh, whatever the case, I'm gonna enjoy pounding each of you to a pulp. Get ready robots, here comes Margaret!"

She quickly lunged towards them, blasting out waves of knife-like weapons at each robot, dazzling them while she got close enough to grab them. She did so, yanking them into the sky and flying incredibly high, the two trying to fight back, but struggling due to the pressure from the passing air. Meanwhile, Blaster found herself with Valerie and Caleb's robots. She was incredibly confused, not sure why two members of the opposing team were her opponents when she had never even really interacted with them before. They were the closest to the dome, not even a mile away from it.

"Uh...uh...hello," she meekly said, waving her own mech's "hand" at them, causing them to start barreling towards her with evil intent.

Blaster went into panic mode, immediately starting to run in the opposite direction, trying to get away from them as quickly as she could.

"Ah! Leave me alone!"

They picked up the pace as the chased her through several of the buildings, getting closer and closer until she had a sudden realization and stopped running away. She turned to face them, aiming her arm cannons at the two robots, causing them to screech to a halt.

"That's right...I'm supposed to be hunting you two. Well, I'd start running if I were you!"

Immediately, she fired two warning shots through the sky, startling the robots and causing them to start running away from her, the exact opposite of what had just happened. She gave chase, laughing all the way.

Confessional

"I'm still not very happy about what I did," Blaster admitted, blushing in embarrassment, "But I am happy to be able to have fun without the danger of hurting anybody. This is a good way to relieve the stress. I hope Chet's watching right now, he's gonna think this is so cool! I love you, Chet!"

Confessional End

Daniel found himself with both Calvin and Yves' robo-statues around him, a little confused about the second one. Calvin's, however, made him miserable. The last thing he wanted to do was have to fight his friend, he was just glad that Theodore wasn't around him. They were atop some roofs, making the terrain not very beneficial to anybody. Any misstep could switch the favor of this fight to either side. Daniel sighed as he pressed a button in his mech, causing some music to start erupting from its shoulders. His mech started to auto dance. The two robots neared him, trying to avoid the punches that were flying at them.

"Come on guys," Daniel pleaded, "Don't make this harder than it has to be."

He tossed a punch towards Calvin's robot, staggering it and making it fall off the building, though it grabbed the edge quickly. Daniel gasped at the sight, almost forgetting that the statue was not the real Calvin. He stopped the music, rushing over to help his friend.

"Come on, don't fall, man!" he reached for the robot's hand as he begged for its safety.

As he was reaching down, Yves' robot ran over, shoving him off of the building and sending him crashing to the ground. He groaned as his mech starting shorting, barely able to stand from where he landed. The two robots hopped down, looking down at him with, what seemed to be, smirks. He struggled as much as he could, eventually turning the music back on. The boom from his speakers shot his mech off the ground and onto its feet, barely able to stand, but still clinging to power.

"Alright, you think that's funny?" he let out one chuckled before readying his attacks. "Well, try this on for size!"

As he started to send some punches their way, gears shifted to show a distraught Celeste, across from Mitchell's robot. The robot itself maintained a happy expression, making it hard for her to feel any aggression towards it. Her eyes teared up as she saw him, remembering how much she missed him.

"Mitchell," she was able to say his name without stuttering, but sounding miserable all the while. "Mitchell...you think I'm a creep?"

"I wouldn't say a creep," the robot replied in a slightly southern accent.

"You can talk!?" Celeste was taken aback, "Are you in there, Mitch!?"

"Why, yes! It's me, your Mitchy-poo!"

"Oh, I'm so happy you're back! Wait, why do you sound different?"

"Er...having my arm broken and such kinda got me all outta sorts! I'm sure I'll be back to normal in no time."

"That's great! Why are you back, though? Shouldn't you be resting?"

"I should, but I just had to see you, my dear!"

"Aw, that's so sweet!"

Confessional

"I can't believe it!" Celeste cried in joy, "He's back! He's really back!"

"What a moron," a shadowy figure chuckled, "She's really falling for this stupid lie? This is too easy."

Confessional End

Margaret continued carrying her enemies into the sky, eventually reaching a height way past the tops of any of the skyscrapers that were in the city. She laughed to herself as she shook them about, causing their robot eyes to spin like googly eyes.

"Well, this looks like a good place to drop you off!" she joked, "See ya next fall!"

With no more words to see, she dropped the two robots to the ground, causing them to slowly fall to their doom. They looked at each other nervously before crashing into the hard ground, splitting into many pieces, and revealing two shiny blue objects within the rubble. Margaret shined a look of destruction at them, crashing down to the ground in a menacing pose before stomping on the two objects, destroying them entirely.

"Guess those were the power sources that Dana mentioned," Margaret said, shrugging inside her mech as she was approached by the hosts' helicopter.

"Indeed, they were!" Maggie choraled happily, "Which means that you're the first person to win immunity for this challenge!"

"The first? Nobody else has?"

"No, not yet," Dana quickly replied, "It makes sense, you are the residential badass."

"Gasp, Dana!" Maggie was shocked, "You can't say that, it's a potty word!"

"Are you my mom now?"

"Were not having this conversation in front of that contestant, we won't hear the end of it."

"Fine, you're right. Anyway, you're free to return to the dome at this point. You did technically win the challenge already."

"Thanks," Margaret started, "But I think I'll stay around and keep an eye out for Daniel."

"Suit yourself," Maggie said with a shrug, "Now, Dana. Back to the dome, you're in trouble."

"That's so lame Maggie."

The two continued to argue among each other, they flew off towards the dome, leaving a laughing Margaret to herself.

Confessional

"Those two are so weird," Margaret continued to laugh about the "argument" that her hosts were having. "Still crazy, though. I'll have my boys do something about Maggie when the time comes."

Confessional End

Blaster continued to chase her two targets throughout the city, laughing all the way along. She fired cannon blasts upon cannon blasts at them, some blasting bits and pieces of arms and legs off. Eventually, she cornered them against several buildings, causing them to turn and beg for their "lives."

"Well, look how the tables have turned!" Blaster laughed at the robots as they begged. "Too bad for you two that I need to win this, I can't drop out when I've made it this far!"

She sent two powerful blasts through the chests of the robots, each incinerating the power sources and causing the rest of the bots to fall to pieces, spreading all across the ground. She kicked some bits aside, mostly the ones that resembled their faces, finding them awfully creepy for just some robots that were made out of mechs.

"It really is weird that they have you looking just like those guys. I wonder why they did that?"

Blaster scanned the area, trying to see if the hosts would tell her something, only to find them nowhere near her, and instead above the dome. She scratched her chin in confusion.

"Wonder what they're up to. I guess it really doesn't matter, but what do I do now? I already beat two of these things. Maybe I'll just goof around for the rest of the challenge."

With a giggle, she started galloping her mech throughout the city, dancing about to a tune that played in her head.

Confessional

"This challenge wasn't so bad," Blaster said happily, "I kinda wish it lasted longer, though. It was a tad boring."

Confessional End

Buck hopped from mountain to mountain, dazing his enemies as they tried to climb up to him, but just ended up having to change directions every few seconds. They each had angry looks on their faces as they tried chasing after him, both "mad," just like a human would be. Buck was still nervous, not sure how to go about this challenge as he continued to run away from them in fear. He thought about charging them down, but he figured that would end poorly for him one way or another. He'd have to use a strategy with a lot of thought put into it, but what kind of strategy would work? He kept asking himself as the robots started to get closer to the top of the range, eventually thinking of something that may help him.

"Alright, I only get one shot at this," Buck started to pump himself up, though he was still full of that nervousness that he had. "Here goes nothing!"

Without a second to spare, he leapt from the peaks of the mountains, shooting chains back at the robots that were climbing after him. As he landed on the ground, the robots were forcibly yanked from the mountains, crashing to the ground and losing their robotic limbs in the process. Buck let out a sigh as he retracted the chains, glancing about the two downed bots, trying to figure out where the power sources could be.

"Hm, I s'pose I could just melt ya down to find 'em!" he said with a laugh, whipping out a massive flamethrower from his back and starting to scorch the robots.

It didn't take long for the outer metallic shell to melt away, and the blue cores to be revealed to the ingenious boy, who sighed in relief.

"Thank goodness that worked, I was worried that I would've done gone and goofed everything up. Now then, what do I do next?"

Buck looked around, noticing the hosts above the dome, just sitting there instead of coming to greet him. Like Blaster, he was very confused about the whole situation. He started towards them, until he heard some noise in the distance.

"What in the heck was that?" he asked himself, as it was incredibly loud. "I'd better go check it out!"

The boy started towards the direction of the noise, leaving the robots behind where he destroyed them. Daniel, all the while, was still struggling to take down the robots that were around him, as his own mech was growing weaker and weaker by the moment. He continued to swing his punches and kicks, though they were getting slower, and he couldn't keep up with the movements of the former contestants, and he suddenly stopped playing the music, unable to power the speakers anymore. The mech fell to its knees as his opponents started to close in on him, leaving him feeling that this was it for him.

"I guess I had a good run," he said to himself, "But boy, Margaret is gonna be pissed."

As he closed his eyes, awaiting the attacks from his enemies, he didn't feel anything. After a few seconds passed, he opened his eyes to see Margaret holding the two robots back tightly, not letting either one of them get any closer to the boy.

"Margaret!?"

"Don't count yourself out of luck just yet!" she shouted to him, filling him with a sudden motivation, "Come on and win this thing! We need to move on together!"

Daniel felt a strange sensation wash over him, and he could do nothing but laugh as he slowly rose up, still barely able to stand up in his mech, but inching his way towards her.

"You really are the best girlfriend someone like me could ask for, you know that?" he thanked her for her assistance as he pressed the palms of his mech's hands against the heads of the robots, starting to play the music once more. "Well, let's do this!"

"That's the spirit, Danny!"

As the music invigorated him again, he crushed the heads in his mech's hands, causing the power sources to be crushed along with them, and refilling his own mech with the energy and power that it had lost during the challenge. He let out a sigh of relief, knowing that he had managed to stay in the contest, but not by himself.

"I guess I really do need help to get through these things, huh?" he said, embarrassed that he couldn't take care of things by himself. "Sorry to make you have to watch over me like that."

"Pfft, don't be a baby. We're partners, we help each other out. This is a two way street."

"You're right...I'm gonna so do something special for you when this show is all over."

"Oh yeah? Can't wait, babe."

Confessional

"And so we both stayed in for another day," Daniel started, letting out another sigh of relief. "I still feel a little helpless, but knowing that both me and Margaret are going to go on from this point does make me feel a little satisfied."

"I'm honestly glad I got to meet Daniel here," Margaret said with a blush, "He's a cool guy, and he doesn't mind my...family business. What more could I ask for?"

Confessional End

After some time, Blaster, Daniel, and Margaret all met with each other somewhere near the center of the city, waiting for some announcement related to how much longer the challenge would be going on for. It had been a few minutes since anything happened, and they were growing irritable, just standing around and doing nothing.

"How much longer is this going on for?" Margaret asked, clearly annoyed, "I wanna go back, but I'd like to see who's losing first."

"Maybe those two are both still going?" Daniel suggested. "I mean, there could be only three left and both of them are tense because they don't want the other to be eliminated."

"That's probably it," Blaster added, "I mean, I'd be hesitant if it were just me and one of you two in the bottom two."

"I wouldn't," Margaret said emotionlessly.

"Babe, come on," Daniel said with a sigh.

"What? I'm being honest."

"Well...I'd still be hesitant!" Blaster assured her, "You are my friend, after all."

"You're too sweet, Blaster."

"What's wrong with that?"

"Nothing, it's what makes you unique."

"Aw, I'm unique!"

As the three of them laughed with their light hearted conversation, they heard something strange in the distance. Something that sounded like a cry for help of sorts. Immediately, they rushed on over to the source of the noise, finding Buck standing guard at a downed Celeste, with Mitchell's robot still completely intact. Buck's mech didn't look all too great, either, considering it was missing bits and pieces here and there, almost as if the robot did quite the number on both of them.

"What the hell is going on here!?" Margaret asked, too shocked at the sight.

"This one's way different than the others!" Buck answered, the robot laughing maniacally. "It can talk."

"It can talk!?" Daniel and Blaster were startled by the statement, "That can't be right, none of ours did! Jinx! Double jinx!"

"Now there's too much of a crowd for my liking," the Mitchell robot said with an irritated sigh, "I think I'll leave now."

"Oh no you don't!" Margaret shouted, rushing to the robot, only to send a punch into it, which bounced off and sent her back to the rest of the group. "What the-!?"

"Would ya give me a second? I'm shutting down already, god."

After the words, the robot seemed to lose all power, crashing to the ground and splitting into many pieces, the power source flopping onto the ground, completely energyless. The four of the contestants still up hurried over to Celeste, who was seated sadly atop her mech, defeated. She sighed, knowing that she had already lost the competition as the host helicopter came by.

"Well!" Maggie's obnoxious voice called down to them, "It looks like we have our loser for the night!"

"Hey!" Buck hissed, "Ya can't eliminate her, something was wrong with the robot she was fighting!"

"That's what they all say."

"Is it?" Daniel asked, confused, "Is it really what they all say?"

"He was talking to me," Celeste whimpered, "He said that he was back cause he wanted to see me..."

"Talking?" Dana laughed a little, "They can't talk."

"Well, that one did!" Margaret argued. "When we got here it said there was too much of a crowd and it disassembled itself or something."

"It did!" Blaster added, "It's power core wasn't even active."

"Hm," Dana thought about it for sometime, "That doesn't really make sense, but we'll look into it. Unfortunately, we do still have to eliminate Celeste for this challenge."

"But," Celeste continued to whimper, "I was cheated..."

"Cheated or not," Maggie interrupted, "We're super behind on eliminations, so somebody's gotta go. And since you didn't defeat any of the robots, you're that somebody!"

"This is a crock of shit," Margaret mumbled.

"It's fine...I guess," Celeste sighed as the helicopter's ladder descended before her, allowing her to grab onto it, "Buck, do me a favor?"

"Anything ya need, crazy gal!" Buck said with no regard for the words he used.

"Uh...right. I need you to find out who's up to this. The theft, the attack on Mitchell, the robo-hijacking, everything. I was so close, but I lost it. You need to do it from here on out."

"...I'll do my best!"

"Thanks, Buck."

Celeste smiled and waved to the others as she got into the helicopter and it flew back to the dome, taking her to her elimination.

Author Notes:

*And there goes one of the final five, meaning that another two will be taking their leave from Cali-Tokyo in the next episode! Celeste was great to have around for this long, and I know a lot of people liked how humorous her relationship with Mitchell was.

*Only two episodes left! Is everyone excited? I know I am! There will be a brief pause between the end of this and the start of Scrap Island, but I'm super pumped!
