Rena Rouge and Carapace were sitting on the side of one of the cross beams on the Eiffel Tower, waiting for their third superpowered partner to arrive. Carapace had reached the landmark first, and not soon after, Rena made her appearance. Now the two had been waiting for Queen Bee to arrive for the past twenty minutes.

"I'm sure she has a good reason to be late, she seemed really thrilled to be a superhero during our first battle," Carapace said, idly twiddling his thumbs. Rena Rouge laughed at that statement.

"Oh, I doubt Chloe has an-," she started, before realizing her mistake. "Crap, you didn't hear that."

Carapace looked at the fox themed superhero, confusion in his eyes. "Wait, Chloe is still Queen Bee, I thought Ladybug picked someone else to wield the bee miraculous?" he asked.

"Oops," Rena Rouge said. "Yeah, my kwami accidentally told me about how Ladybug used the fox's illusion power to show Queen Bee with Chloe in order to hide her identity again."

"I never thought Ladybug would keep Chloe on the team, dudette didn't seem to like her too much," Carapace responded, trying to piece together any reason that Chloe would get a miraculous again.

"I bet it was Chat Noir, he always seemed to like Chloe more than Ladybug. I really don't know why, but Ladybug did tell me that Chat was giving her the miraculous," thought Rena.

"Ahem," a voice called out from behind them. "Now that you all are done exposing my identity, I'll have you know, I was doing the work of a real hero," Queen Bee said, making herself known to the rest of her group. "I stopped an armed mugging attempt on a helpless classmate of mine. He should be grateful."

"You defending anyone, much less one of your classmates? Ha, a likely story. I bet you were waiting for your nails to dry," Rena Rouge said, rolling her eyes at the bee hero.

"You all are just saying that because you are jealous I got to do hero work other than an akuma first!" Queen Bee said triumphantly. "If you don't beelieve me, just go to the police station and ask. Hmph!"

"Okay, okay, I trust you on this QB, but did you make a pun? That's Chat's thing," Carapace asked his teammate.

"Since you all think it was Chat Noir who got me the miraculous in the first place, I might as well pay homage to the third best hero in Paris," she explained.

"Third best? Nuh-uh, Ladybug and Chat Noir are both number one. Even I-the ladyblogger has her forum section called the Chat Room," Rena said.

"That's ridiculous, obviously Ladybug is the best; I, Queen Bee, am the second best; leaving Chat Noir to number three. Simple maths, obviously," retorted the smug superheroine.

"Ladies, ladies we aren't here to argue, we are here to discuss our battle with Motormaster on Saturday. I personally feel we need to work on communication. We won't be able to fight if we are all arguing about who should be doing what. We need to work as a team, or Hawkmoth will be able to defeat us quickly," Carapace voiced, explaining his logic to his teammates. "How about we will do group patrols on Wednesdays. We can also train or bond during those days. I can take Sundays and Thursdays for solo patrol. What about the rest of you all?"

"I can do Saturday and Monday," Rena Rouge offered.

Queen Bee looked frustrated. "Do I really have to do patrols, I have other things I could be doing instead. Like getting my hair done or shopping for clothes!" Queen Bee complained to the other two heroes, only to be met with disappointing gases. "Fine, fine, I guess I'll do Tuesday and Friday. I mean, I am the one who saved an actual life, so Paris needs me more than you two."

Rena and Carapace said nothing, a deadpan look in their eyes. "Ugh, fine. S-O-R-R-Y! Okay, I said it, now drop it."

"The Ch- Queen Bee actually says sorry? No one told me pigs grew wings," Carapace said, surprised at Chloe's apology. "Well, at least it isn't all of France that knows your identity, just us.

"Yeah, try not to transform in front of reporters anymore, tends to people, including Hawkmoth, to learning your big secret. Which is not the best of ideas." added Rena, who was particularly enjoying getting on the blonde's nerves.

"Alright, now that we've covered our patrol schedule," the fox hero continued on, "Is there anything else you all want me to ask Ladybug?"

"Ask her if there is a way to capture the akuma without shellter, Motormaster was fine, but we might face a more powerful akuma, and only having access to two of our three special powers could force our hand in some situations," offered Carapace. The other two heroes nodded their heads in agreement, and Rena wrote the question in the notepad she brought along.

"I have something to ask her also," Queen Bee added. "What would she and Chat do if we lose. How will they get back in time to stop the akuma victim? Hawkmoth will probably make an akuma that it takes all five of us to beat," Queen Bee said, a sad yet angry expression crossing her masked face. "I, more than the rest of you, don't want Ladybug to see us lose. However, it is likely that it will happen."

The group stood silent for a moment. The other two heroes never considered this as a possibility that could happen. Rena stood there shocked, not knowing what to think of that. Carapace was thoughtful, letting the idea play through his head for a few moments.

"I don't think that ladybug would leave us here without any to return quickly." Carapace said. "There probably is some miraculous that allows teleportation."

"Well, in case she doesn't, I am not planning to fail anytime soon or ever, and I hope you all think the same way," added Rena Rouge. "I'll make sure to ask her about it anyway."

"Thank you Rena," Queen Bee said. "By the way, It isn't fair if you two know my identity, but I don't know yours. How do I know that you won't sell me out to Hawkmoth?"

"No one is going to sell you out to Hawkmoth Chloe. Except maybe yourself, like you did last time," Rena said snarkily.

"No one is selling anyone out to Hawkmoth, okay. We're superheroes, not villians. We're also on the same team. No catfights, Mr. Noir is out of town. And Rena, use superhero names. Currently, at least, the world doesn't know who the 'new' Queen Bee is. Let's keep it that way," Carapace said. The role of being the voice of reason was tiring and not his style. He just couldn't help it while transformed. That fact alone, the effect the miraculous had, surprised him.

"If we're done here, I need to go home and work on my bl- homework! Yeah, homework, lots of homework," Rena Rouge said, a nervous giggle following her statement.

"And I have to redo my nails for school tomorrow! I can't go looking like I am now!"

"Alright then, meeting disbanded. See you on Wednesday for group patrol. Don't be late," Carapace called. He shook his head after realising the female members of the team bounded away, his remark falling on deaf ears. Deciding that he should also go home, he had to finish up his latest mixtape anyway, he jumped down from the Eiffel Tower, three beams at a time, and at an appropriate height, leapt onto the nearest rooftop, and made his way home.
