As with many fictional stories, they will not have realistic causes and effects that lead up to something but these moments will help lead our characters to where they need to be. I know it can be annoying when details aren't realistic or "that easy" but it is happening for the sake of the story. So, for the moment, just follow along.
Shadow the hedgehog likes to begin his days early. Permitting him a time period to exercise, shower, eat and then relax before he begins his days. Shadow did half of those things before he decided that he wanted to have a light breakfast at his preferred brewery. Dressing in a white v-neck shirt with a pair of fitting dark-blue jeans along with a pair of biker boots and a tan analog watch on his wrist. He headed out the door, grabbing his set of keys along with his leather jacket in his hand, deciding that today was an ideal day to ride his motorcycle.
Blaze the Cat is an empathetic woman who is in control of her emotions and is able to maintain them through a stern gaze that makes her intimidating yet appear possibly emotionless. For someone who was supposed to be queen, it was her duty to sustain a leveled head. Now, here she stood, in front of a brewing company called "The Mad Hatter", with her remaining applications in her hand. Anticipating finding hope in this place. Blaze closed her eyes for a moment, taking a deep breath to cool her nerves before entering the brewery. She entered the brewery to discover how the atmosphere was very calming, due to its soothing music, earth-toned color pallet, and its broad uses. She was honestly impressed and knew that she would like it here, now she must see if she can work here. Blaze walked up towards the cash register asking to speak to the manager of the establishment, when she was introduced to him, she introduced herself and asked for any possibility of hire. Providing him a copy of her resume, Blaze may not have many job experiences but she does obtain a lot of techniques due to her training of being a guardian and the becoming of a queen. They discussed for a while longer before the manager anticipated whether or not he would hire her. After a moment of thought, he has decided that he would hire Blaze and has informed her that she would begin her training on Sunday. As Blaze was listening to her new coworkers' instructions, she was also able to catch the sound of a roaring engine that silenced itself right after, making one of her ears twitch back a bit. Igniting a sense of curiosity within her. Afterward Blaze thanked the worker who hired her, feeling relieved for obtaining a full-time job at the moment, until she can determine where she wants her life to lead up to. She received the paperwork that her new manager provided her, thanking him, she began to walk towards the door she came through while reviewing the forms she must fulfill and return on her first day. As she passed a figure while looking down and walked out the door, she noticed a scent of evergreen in the air.
Shadow had parked his motorbike in the front of the building, making him receive a few stares from the locals who weren't used to the loud rhythm this early in the day, glaring at him but he didn't pay any mind since they tend to fear him afterward. His gaze fierce and direct as usual, often making anyone flinch or uncomfortable under his hard gaze. He entered the brewery casually, as he was walking towards the cash register, a female form passed him. He caught a quick glance at her, only saw lilac fur which somehow portrayed fire, producing a scent of lilac in bloom. That small observation has made his skin crawl and has peaked his interest underneath his dark red gaze, especially when he caught a glimpse of a flame. But he decided to proceed forward towards the cash register, more determined to proceed with his method of obtaining relaxation rather than to get a full glimpse of what he had encountered. As he reached the register, he requested a cup of French Roast with only two teaspoons of sugar along with a poppyseed muffin. Once Shadow had received his order, he placed himself within the back of the brewery, where he can sit comfortably on a single person couch with his breakfast beside him. Amongst the small library, they hold. Picking up a book to read, so he may rest for a while, as his mind wanders about how a destructive object produces a lively smell.
Blaze had stopped on the sidewalk outside of the brewery after reading her forms, looking up only to see the very vehicle that had caught her attention not too long ago, surprising her since she's never seen such a thing so beautiful. What she saw was a black BMW R18 Cruiser, gleaming in the sunlight, but Blaze had to avert her stare since it was considered rude. So Blaze redirected her attention towards the tasks she had to do. Looking at the list she held in her pocket, a list of materials instructed her what she needed to purchase for the party tonight. As Blaze slowly begins to comprehend what has led up to now, along with her recent hiring, Blaze finally felt a glimpse of hope. Making her smile gently and beginning her travel towards the store.
