Four:
Who poisoned Tris? I ask, after the adrenaline of today's events cooled down. "We're going to be okay," I blurt and turn to face Tris. She nods, slowly, and I smile. I cup her face, with my left hand, and she nuzzles into it. I lean closer to her, my lips longing to touch hers. "Can I?" I look at her, and she smiles and nods. I kiss her softly, and she kisses me back. Fireworks go off inside me, and I get a surge of confidence. I pull her closer to me, by wrapping my arm around her waist. I hear a cheer, from a group, and I pull away. I stare at Tris, who's cheeks are bright red, then look at the crowd. It consists of our friend group and her disapproving brother. "They're soulmates," Uriah cheers, and it is my turn to flush. "But... how?" Christina asks, "Tris is a wolf." I smirk and laugh softly. Tris smiles and looks into my eyes. Hers are blue-grey and bright. I lose myself in them. "Have you ever considered I'm a wolf, too?" Zeke laughs, and I let go of Tris.
Tris:
I talk to my parents about the full moon tonight, and I tell them about Tobias. "Tris, we're going to have to do to you, what we did to Christina when she first transformed." My eyes widen, as Mom says that. "Your wolf will want to go to his, he'll probably be doing the same thing unless he's mastered his transformations." I always forget, when your 18 you can't control when you transform, and you have to learn to tame it once again. I groan internally and hug Mom.
I break free of my chains and explore around. The transformation has been complete, and I look in a mirror. My wolf is small, like my human form. The wolf has silver fur and one dark brown eye. The other is blue. I look for a way to escape and find my soulmate. My wolf chants for him, and I break the window. I climb out and run to the Eatons.
Four:
A wolf with silver fur and different colour eyes breaks into my room. I grab a vial and splash it on the wolf. The vial's contents can show who the wolf is in human form. When I see Tris, I am only half surprised. She leaps on me, making me double over, and my wolf is... wanting. I groan, as my back hits the floor, and she kisses me, a lot. I kiss her back, and she deepens it. I grab a candle of wolfsbane. She cowers away from me, and the candle. I grab a dog collar and splash the reverse effect onto her. So to the humans, she looks like a husky. I put the dog collar on her, and I hear Dad rushing to me. "Are you okay, son?" I see a woman with him. Natalie Prior. She has a look of concern on her face, and I detect slight amusement. "Yeah," I look at Tris' wolf and chuckle. Natalie smiles. "Your Beatrice's soulmate?" I nod. "Beatrice" doesn't suit her. It sounds too... vulnerable for her. I understand why she's Tris now. I hand the leash to Natalie, and she smirks. She waves goodbye to us, and before Tris leaves, I kiss her nose. My wolf scolds me. I walk back to my room, where I talk to my wolf. "You can't let us have one moment of pleasure, can ya?" I roll my eyes, at my wolf's dirty comment. "No, she's still taming herself. When she's ready, we are. Okay?" My wolf blows a raspberry, and I roll my eyes. I lay down in bed, and stare at the ceiling. I hear a knock on the front door, and I hear shouting. I run downstairs, to find Evelyn and Dad. "Dad? What's going on?" I stare at Evelyn, bitterly, and she softens at me. "Tobias," she breathes, and I fight the urge to slap her. "We need to talk. All of us," she says.
