The Demigods of Hogwarts (Finished)

The demigods go to Hogwarts to over see the triwizard tournament. Harry, Hermione, and Ron get suspicious like always, and tried to expose them as deatheaters. The demigods of Hogwarts step in to defend them. Harry doesn't compete. There are more characters than the listed. Comments are appreciated, please review! K plus for slight cursing. Finished.

14. Second Task

Chapter 14

Vicktor POV

I swear I was going to KILL that Hermes kid! 'Make him look like he transfigured himself into a shark'. What the heck was wrong with him?!

At the beginning of the challenge it was explained that the merpeople had all taken someone that we loved. Apparently they had taken my mortal little cousin, Jakob, he was 9.

Before the competition we had made smoothies out of the gillyweed. Pretty smart on our part, am I right! Well the smoothies worked pretty well, and I located the merpeople easily.

Both my demigod friends were hot on my heels, and the only reason I was in the lead was because I went through the kelp forest instead of around it.

Once I got close enough to the mergards, and I whipped out my sword. I waved it around, encouraging them to back off, which they eventually did.

I grabbed Jakob, and started to swim towards the surface. I turned around in time to see Cedric grab Cho, and Fleur grab her sister.

I was still in the lead though, and I was totally winning this bet. I broke the surface, and my friends immediately rushed to help us out of the water.

Cedric and Fleur surfaced seconds later, both holding onto their captives. "Well-" I coughed up some water. "that was fun."

"V-vicktor?" Jakob asked, waking up. "What happened?"

"Nothing much." I answered. "You just got kidnapped by merpeople for the TriWizard Tournament Second Task, and I had to rescue you. So as I said, nothing much."

"Huh?" He asked. And I thought, yeah. Huh. That pretty much sums up my life.
