Plunge into the hunt
Within a treacherous city
For a doubtful test.
Notes: So Klay cosplayed as Hotekk and I want to know where he got the costume. Did he hire someone to make it or are other people making it and selling them online? It does not seem like an easy costume to make, or at least not one that looks like the real thing. I don't think Klay made it himself since he does not seem to have the skills to do that. But I could be wrong about that. Maybe Klay is a professional cosplayer on earth. That would be an interesting thing to add to his character.
This episode also brings up a question that never got an answer in the show. How did the CodeMasters become the CodeMasters? It seems the regular players don't know, so that information is being kept secret. The Ultimate Guide to All Things Chaotic actually gives an answer to this question. In the CodeMaster section it says that the CodeMasters were regular players who were just very good at the game so they were rewarded the titles. Personally, I don't think this is true because I think other players would know that they became CodeMasters by being very good at the game. I know the guide is official Chaotic material but there are small inconsistencies between what the book says and what is shown in the cartoon. It's not uncommon for official material to have wrong information especially years ago. Like the GameBoy Pokémon guides would have a lot of mistakes or leave out important information. So I normally treat other material as non-cannon unless the information makes sense or is proven to be true through the main source.
Question: How do you think the CodeMastes became CodeMasters?
