Chapter 46: The War Begins

Inside their inner world building smashed together as two zanpakuto merged creating tensa zengetsu. "You two have a limited time before this becomes a permanent situation." Tensa told the two boys. "We must work in tandem."

Shiro was looking at his clothes, or lack thereof. He was missing his top half of his uniform, so was Ichigo. However, unlike his twin, Shiro hated not having clothes. His pale skin was always something people made fun of, like Ichigo's orange hair. He felt Ichigo nudge him gently. "We've got this." Ichigo stated. "Just concentrate and kill the had guys. That's not too hard."

"Tch. " Shiro looked at his brother. "Well, if we go over our time limit, I'll blame you."

Tensa rolled his eyes at the statement that had Ichigo ready to help at his brother. "Argue later." His dual voice sounded agitated.

"Are you ok, old man?" Ichigo teased.

The zanpakuto looked at him with an incredulous look. He looked nothing like his former self. Now a much younger version of zangetsu, Tensa had a white and black horn upon his head from merging with the hollow zanpakuto. He was also wearing a white robe with black fur around the collar and hem of the robe.

The zanpakuto went to speak when Shiro spoke. "He's not Zangetsu. He's Tensa Zangetsu." Ichigo looked at his brother with a lifted eyebrow. "He's different from the old man you know. He's in bankai form."

"I see." Tense spoke. "You're the smart one. "

"Hey!" Ichigo yelled out in indignation.

"Enough!" Shiro said with a slight smirk. "Let's do this." He clasped his brother's shoulder. As the two merged their souls a new outward from appeared.

The merged being dodged Gin's strike as Aizen took on the Captain's of the Gotei. "I think we're annoying him." Shiro stated mentally to his brother as Gin once more used his long ass bankai on them.

"You think?" Ichigo's voice sounded annoyed. As they shot out another cero from the horn.

"Don't do too many of those Ichi! They take a lot of energy!" Shiro warned his brother as Gin shot a blast of fire at them. When suddenly a dust like fog appeared around them. The dust had tiny crystals in it.

"Oh dear." Gin mumbled with amusement in his voice. "It seems you just cannot stay out of this, can you Matsumoto?"

"If you're on our side, creature, do not attack my Lieutenant." Toshiro's voice sounded behind the duo.

"If we weren't," Ichigo spoke his voice sounding like two people speaking as one. "you would be dead by now. " With that the duo shot passed Matsumoto towards Gin at their fastest speed. The flash step was no flash step but the hollow equivalent called a Sonido. For once Gin's eyes flashed open in shock as his head was grabbed by the creature and he was sent, top speed, towards the ground and hit hard. Gin gave a gasp before spitting up blood.

Ah. Now that's interesting. He thought. Maybe. Just maybe. Matsumoto's worried look was the last thing his electric blue eyes saw before darkness took ahold of him.

Toshiro looked at Gin's unconscious form on the ground as Matsumoto fretted about the blood and possible broken bones. Looking back up, Toshiro called forth his bankai and flew upwards to pierce Aizen's body with Daiguren Hyorinmaru. The ice dragon roared with anger at it's master's betrayal. Unfortunately he never got close enough as Aizen vanished from his sight. Blood sprayed out of a wound. He looked and saw that his bankai had been broken as his left arm was cut from his body. He spat up blood as he was pierced from behind. He fell from the sky towards the ground.

"Kira!" Renji yelled out causing a blonde man to look from his fallen captains body. Renji pointed towards the sky. The sight of half of the captains falling towards the ground caught his attention.

"W-We need to act fast." Both men looked behind them and saw the healer Hanataro. "We need to create a net in order to catch them mid -fall. I'll need your help!" He bowed towards them, hoping they understood the fire situation they were in.

"Tell us what to do." Kira told him.

"Rangiku!" Renji waved for her to follow them, after all, there was nothing she could do for Captain Ichimaru.

Orihime heard what the group was attempting to do, so as the kido based nets began to go up to catch the falling captains she called out, "Soten Kisshun!" In almost an instant each of the fallen captains were healed by her ability.

Aizen, having seen this saw the girl as a threat. She could've been a useful tool, if things had gone differently. "Hado-" began as he pointed his finger at her when suddenly, the being that had thwarted his plans appeared behind him after using another sonido. Trying to catch the larger sword wouldn't have been easy if the user was weak, but Aizen found that he could not and was forced to dodge the swing of the sword that had released a black and red arched energy attack.

"Orihime!" Uryu grasped his friend's wrist and pulled her back towards the white forest where the pink haired demon girl was try awaken her captain. Ikkaku and Yumichika were both on guard, each itching to get into the fight, but we're worried about their captain.

Suddenly a voice yelled out. "Hado: 99 - Goryutenmetsu!" In a large area surrounding the unknown user, the ground shoot upwards towards Aizen, transforming into five enourmous blue energy dragons. The five dragons converged upon Aizen in an attempt to weaken him. Unfortunately, Aizen seemed unaffected.

On the ground, panting ever so slightly was Hachigen Ushoda, Hachi to those who knew him. Beside him was Lisa Yadomaru and Hiyori Sarugaki. To the humans these three were unknown but to most of those present these three were ghosts.

Above, appearing next to the transformed duo, Shinji, Love, Kensei, Rose and Mashiro all appeared. What the hell? Shiro wondered why these guys had suddenly appeared. Ichigo eyed the group incredulously. After giving Shiro shit, these guys appear, now?

"Hirako." The way Aizen said Shinji's name made the duo believe these two had history. Probably wasn't good history from the waves of energy they were sending from the blonde.

M-Angel: Uh-oh the Visoreds have suddenly appeared. Wonder who did that? LoL!
