I'm alive! In this period I'm pretty busy, but I hope you'll appreciate everything that I will publish although I won't be regular as before. Enjoy it! ;)

It was apparently a normal Monday, and at the usual time I went out of the school with Thomas, Cody and Jessie: the faces of the first two ones were tired as they have never been before and, although I couldn't see it, I think mine was pretty similar: "Three tests..." I murmured

"Three freaking tests in a day..." added Cody "Do they think we are machines?"

"I... I can't even... form a... sentence!" exclaimed Thomas, very slowly

"You're exaggerating" affirmed Jessie "They were quite easy..."

"We're talking about the concept, not the level" I precised "My mind is full, and now I have to train ten little tornados..."

"Tornados?" asked Jessie "They are so cute..."

"Yeah, but they are also pretty lively, especially the Wonderful quartet..." I joked "One day I'll make a list with everything that they made me do out of the pitch, I could write a book about that..."

"You'd better write it in another moment..." affirmed Thomas

"Why?" I asked

"Because you're losing the bus, dude..." laughed Cody, pointing at the vehicle stopping two hundred meters ahead

"Jesus Christ!" I exclaimed, running away as fast as I could "Bye, guys, see you tomorrow!"

I luckily took the bus just in time and, when it arrived in front of the South Park Elementary I was still panting: "Wow, G..." commented Stan "What happened to you?"

"Yeah, it looks like you've run the marathon..." added Kyle

"Nothing, why?" I asked, trying to fix myself "Let's go training..."

At the entrance of the school, I found a surprise: a boy with brown skin and eyes of the same color was waiting there, and he wore a t-shirt of the Colombian soccer team and has a rucksack on his shoulders: "Hola, coach!" he greeted

"Hello! Who are you?" I asked "And how do you know I am a coach?"

"I'm Juan, my family has just arrived here from Colombia" explained the kid "My new schoolmates have told me that you are the coach of the soccer team: I'm here for the training, to see if like it..."

"Uh, ok Juan, follow me and the other kids..." I accepted, starting moving to the locker rooms

"Ehi, G..." murmured Cartman, while we where walking "Can I ask you something?"

"Yeah, tell me" I answered

"Are you sure that including another minority will be good for the team?" asked the kid "There is already Token, and one is enough..."

"I don't even have words to describe you anymore" I commented "Let me see at least how he plays..."

"I was just pitching..." precised the kid

"Enter the locker room" I ordered "Or you won't see the PITCH until the end of the year..."

When Juan touched the ball for the first time, the pitch was enlightened by a celestial light: well, this is obviously an hyperbole, but I think I had never seen no one playing soccer like him.

The warm up consisted in dribbling, he started doing that and didn't stopped for five minutes, and only because I had declared the end of the excercise: "Wow..." commented Craig, surprised

"Did he seriously manage to impress you?" asked Token "I've never seen a genuinely surprised Craig before..."

"He must have something special" added Butters "Nobody of us can make more than twenty dribbles..."

"Yeah yeah, is good" I commented, trying to hide my amazement "But dribbling isn't so useful in a match, let's see what he can really do..."

The successive excercises, a slalom and some shots, were just the second act of the show: he didn't conduct the ball, he combed it, and every single time he kicked the ball it entered the top corner of the goal without any attempt of intervention by Kenny.

Do I also have to talk about the final match? 10-1 for his team, he scored nine goals and the tenth was scored thanks to his decisive pass: his infinite ability made it look like he played against cardboard cutouts.

I whistled three times: "Stan, I think you'll have a serious opponent for a place as striker..." commented Scott

"Aaah shut up, Scott!" exclaimed the kid, nervous

"Keep calm, guys" I commented "If Juan chooses to stay with us, he will be a fundamental resource for the title race: now let's go to the locker room..."

While we were descending the stairs I asked the Colombian kid: "How was your training?"

"Nice, thank you coach" answered Juan with a smile

"Tell me one thing" I said "Have you already played soccer in a team before?"

"No, but I've learnt to play with my father..." he explained

"Jesus..." I murmured "Incredible..."

As we entered the room, I saw PC Principal and a slim man with a green shirt standing in front of me: "Hello, G" greeted the first one "Can I talk with you for a while?"

"I can't leave the kids alone..." I answered

"Don't worry, Mr. Mackey will stay there until you go back..." explained the headteacher "Follow me..."

I obeyed and we entered a little office, where we sat one in front of each other: "First of all, G, I have to thank you for the beautiful work you're doing with the team..." started the principal

"Thank you, PC principal" I smiled

"Now let's talk about the elephant in the room" explained the man "Juan..."

"The elephant in the room?" I repeated, with a chuckle "He's great! He must be part of the team!"

"I agree with you, also because we have to take care of minorities, but here comes the problem" declared the headteacher "There is a limit of ten players for all the sport teams of South Park Elementary..."

My face turned serious: "So I have to..."

"Yes" PC Principal interrupted me "You have to send away one of your players..."

I was shocked: "But... I can't do that... the group is great, I can't destabilize it..."

"I know, but these are the rules: I have prepared some guidelines to make your work easier..." explained the man, giving me some papers "I want an answer before Friday evening, choose responsibly..."

I was really confused as I went out of that room: how could I sacrifice one of my loyalists?

My terrible thoughts was interrupted by Mr. Mackey going out of the locker room soaked and angry: "You have to control those monsters, mkay!?" he shouted before he went away.

I chuckled and entered the room: it wasn't time to think about it yet...

"So..." asked Stan, on the following afternoon, when I arrived at South Park Elementary "Why have you asked to meet us after school?"

"I have to talk with you about an important issue" I answered "Follow me to the stands and sit down..."

The kids obeyed and I started talking: "I'll be short: there is a limit of ten players for the soccer team, and since Juan is an incredible player and me and PC Principal want him in the team I have to choose one of you that will be replaced by him..."

The kids kept obviously frozen, shocked as I was on the previous evening: "WHAT!?" shouted Kenny

"Aaah, he will surely choose me..." declared Tweek "Too much pressure, aaah!"

"Calm down, Tweek" I said "PC Principal has suggested or, to be more precise, ordered me to save some of you that he considers important for the team..."

"Did he saw some of our matches?" asked Clyde

"No, his choices were obviously based on his PC philosophy" I explained "So Token, Craig, Tweek, Scott and Kenny are safe."

"Yes!" exclaimed the kids

"Wait, wait, wait..." interrupted Cartman, standing up "I can understand black, gay and ill people, but Kenny is just poor..."

"Dude, fuck off!" exclaimed the kid

"PC Principal thinks that the soccer team helps Kenny to have a better life standard..." I explained "And I personally agree with him..."

Kenny blew a raspberry to Cartman, that puffed and sat down.

"So do you have to choose between me, Stan, Cartman, Clyde and Butters?" asked Kyle

"Sadly yes" I confirmed "But please, don't try to influence me: it's a difficult decision and I just need time, ok?"

The ten kids nodded: "Fine, see you on Thursday training..." I greeted, going home with Kyle "Bye!"

On that same evening I started analyzing the statistics of the five remaining players and I didn't moved from my desk from 9 to 11 p.m.: "Are you still writing?" asked Kyle, as he entered the room to put his pajamas on

"Yes, it's really difficult" I affirmed "Everyone of you has an ability that the others can't equalize: Stan has goals, you have assists, Cartman has winning interventions, Clyde has balls regained and Butters the number of covered meters since he always runs like a dog..."

"Well, you just have to choose what you need the least between goals, running, grit and strength..." commented Kyle

"You've forgotten the assists..." I remembered

"Why? I know that you won't choose me..." declared the kid

"I haven't decided yet..." I declared

My host brother's face turned serious: "Are you really thinking about sending me away?"

I thought about it for a second, then I admitted: "I am..."

Kyle started getting red on his face and asked, in anger: "What!? I've welcomed you into my house, I thought you were like my second brother and now you're saying that you want to fire me?"

"I've not said that, but I'm also the coach of the other four, I have to be objective..." I tried to explain

"So you want to expel me..." deduced Kyle, furious "Thank you, G, you're a real asshole..."

"Watch your mouth, Kyle!" I exclaimed, getting angry like him "I'm still older and bigger than you..."

"In this moment you're like a dwarf for me" concluded the kid, going out of the room to brush his teeth "Goodnight"

I looked at him going away and saw Ike on the entrance of the room: he had watched the entire argument: "Are you with me, aren't you?" I asked

"You're an asshole" confirmed Ike with a disappointed face, following Kyle

I hit the desk with my head and murmured: "Shit..."

"How was your school day?" I asked on the following afternoon, entering my bedroom

Kyle turned to me, but didn't say a word: "Are you continuing with your word strike?" I asked "You won't hold out indefinitely..."

"You don't know what I'm able to do..." answered the kid, without looking at me

"Aaaand you've just lost" I commented, sitting on my bed

"Gaaah!" shouted Kyle, frustrated "Goddamn it!"

At that moment, I heard something beating on the window and, when I looked at it, I saw a flying picnic basket.

I opened the window and said: "Cartman, haven't we said 'no influence'?"

"Oh, come on, G" smirked the kid, that was looking at me from the garden and held a long plastic stick "Can't I just make some biscuits for my best teenage friend in South Park?"

"The only teenage friend" I declared, picking up the basket "I take them happily, but this won't help you with my decision..."

"This won't help Butters..." corrected Cartman "He made the biscuits..."

"Hi, coach!" greeted the kid, appearing at Cartman's right

"It won't help none of you" I affirmed, eating one of the biscuits "Wow, they're incredible: nice work, Butters!"

"Thank you!" smiled Butters

"No, Butters!" reproached Cartman "You have to be more determined to make him confirm us..."

"I'll go" I decided, starting closing the window "I'll take into account this attempt of corruption, for both..."

"G! No!" shouted Cartman "Don't make hasty decisions!"

"See you, guys" I concluded, closing the window and lying on my bed

That school day had given me an idea to fix the situation with Kyle: I had to stimulate his curiosity and make his mind work.

So I distractedly took another biscuit and said: "If only there were a solution that makes everybody happy..."

Kyle, that was not looking at me, turned immediately his head but didn't talk: "I see I've your attention now" I commented, without removing the eyes from the biscuit "But I don't have any idea: how could PC Principal understand that everybody can play in the soccer team?"

The kid stood up, walked to me, took a biscuit from the basket and ran out of the bedroom: I ate mine, with a satisfied smile: "I know you better than you think, Kyle..."

During the following days, I basically stop my parallel work as match analyst: it wasn't worth it, since I was totally sure of the fact that Kyle and the others would have found a solution...

When on Friday afternoon I went drinking a hot chocolate with Jessie, I insisted to make a stop in front of the South Park Elementary in order to see what had they done, but I admit that I was pretty surprised of what I saw: two police cars were in front of the school, an there was a large crowd at the entrance: "Let's see what's happening..." I proposed

Clyde was the first person that I saw after we made our way among that large amount of people: "Hi, Clyde!" I greeted "What happened?"

"Hi, coach! I don't know" answered the kid "But I think that Juan is involved..."

"Yes" confirmed Stan, that had reached us with the rest of the quartet "We've discovered something interesting about his parents..."

At that moment two Latinos, a man and a woman, went out of the school with Juan, held by four police officers: "Your illegal trafficking is over" affirmed one of the "Be ready to go back to your country..."

"Bye, coach!" greeted Juan "I'm sorry..."

"We're not" answered Cartman, before explaining "After a little research on the Internet we've discovered that Juan's family is pretty famous for drug dealing, we've just informed the police and everything was fixed..."

My mouth was still opened as I watched Juan's parents entering the police car: "When I told you to find a solution I imagined something calmer like a campaign or a pacific march..."

"We've never done something so little" affirmed Kyle "And like always we managed to to reach our goal..."

"So you've learnt to talk again..." I chuckled

Kyle smiled: "Yeah, sorry for my reaction, G: I was just afraid of losing my place in the team since I want to win the league with you and the others..."

"No problem, dude" I answered "And remember that I won't have send you away for no reason..."

"So are we still brothers?" he asked

"Yeah" I confirmed, putting an arm on his shoulders "Forever..."

Jessie, that had kept silent until that moment, intervened: "I think that we can add some people to our romantic hot chocolate to celebrate this reunion..."

"I agree" intervened Cartman, making everybody laugh
