The ship had left the moon and none of the Zerg could reach it in time, but Kerrigan was not dismayed as she suspected that there was another way that she could deal with Moebius as Tenorai arrived with his ship and she asked. "What's the plan for getting inside the Moebius ship?" Tenorai had the answer.

"When Moebius attacked our expedition, they left several Pylons intact to take away to realms unknown. As of now, they have the rest of the prisoners captured from my people in their ship, being sent to whereever they may go to be turned into slaves. Or worst, Hybrids..."

"We won't let that happen. Tell me how we getting in there and we will rescue them together." Tenorai seemed to be surprised by this for a moment as he recovered to explain it."

"I can get inside, due to a secret that only my kind knows about the Pylons."

"I want in on this mission. There's something that I need to know inside that ship." Tenorai brokered no argument as he agreed.

"Very well, but it must be the two of us. If we bring more in, then the results will be..." Kerrigan nodded as she answered back.

"Bloody. I understand."

"May Adun's shadow hide us both." Kerrigan had never experienced the feeling of warping in and it was unsettling, but she pushed it off for the mission in hand as Izsha bid her Queen farewell for the moment.

"Good luck, my Queen." With that, the pair of them warped and headed for the Moebius ship to do what they can...

"Keep an eye out for any prisoners' that may try to escape." A Marine voiced into the comms as he came close to one of the Pylons stolen from the Protoss before it came alive with power as he exclaimed. "What the?" Another Marine joined in seeing the event before two individuals warped in and they were quickly killed with a psi-blade and an psi-blast as Kerrigan and Tenorai had infiltrated the ship.

"We're in. Where to now?" Tenorai answered as he sheathed his blade for the moment, their cover still good.

"We must first find out where the prisoners are, then rescue them. Then we head to the bridge and kill the Commander responsible for this assault."

"Lead the way." They moved from the Pylon and were careful to not alert the guards to their presence before they found a Marauder in the way.

"Make sure every cell is secured. We don't want any escapes."

"That Marauder may cause use trouble with Marine support. My sword can cut through their armor with ease." He readied his blade and dashed, cleaving through the force there with swift ease as Kerrigan lightly whistled to the number of dead before the Marauder even realized what happened with a short exclaim.

"Now I know why you carry that sword."

"We must hurry! No doubt anyone had heard or seen that occur." Kerrigan nodded as they pressed on as the overhead speakers spoek with an adjutant's voice.

"Attention, reports from patrol 6-3-1 have gone silent. Any available units close by, investigate at once." Kerrigan hissed as that meant reinforcements as she spoke to the arriving force.

"There's no way around those Marines. We have to fight."

"I can weaken our enemies with my Psionic Aura, it disables them for a moment and renders their armor null, even makes them unprotected from our blows." They charged as one of the Marines shouted.

"Intruders! Quick, alert the bridge!" They fired at the pair, but they were unable to bring them down under Kerrigan's Crushing Grip and Kinetic Blast as well as Tenorai's Sword Charge and Psionic Aura before they pressed on before Tenorai spoke.

"I can sense a few of my brethren nearby. If we free them, we can be sure of their support." With that, they took a side route to one of the cells blocks and found guards there before they took them out and Kerrigan spoke.

"There, let's open the doors." Kerrigan was a bit glad to still have some of the Terran knowledge to open the cells instead of just breaking them down as a few Zealots and High Templar were freed as one of the Zealots spoke.

"Tenorai. Thank Adun, you are here to rescue us!" They also took note of the second member and the Zealot exclaimed to her presence. "And Kerrigan? What is this?"

"I will explain everything later." The Zealot and other Protoss nodded to the fable readied before Tenorai inquired for more details. "Right now, we must focus at the task at hand. Where are the others?"

"The Terrans placed us in different holding cells. Civilians were taken closer to the bridge and the warriors were set further away."

"Moebius will know we had rescued them. We need to move quickly." Tenorai nodded as he called out.

"Warriors, ready your weapons! We will take this ship and rescue our people! En Taro Tassadar!" They cheered as they moved, one of the Templar pairs who were a bit wounded, merged to create an Archon for the battle as the Commander exclaimed to their movement getting out and back into the main corridors.

"All forces, prepare for battle. The Protoss wish to take our ship! For Narud!"

"Narud? Why does that name sound... familiar?" Kerrigan questioned what it meant as they engaged the hostile forces, their cover blown, but they had more firepower at their hands as Tenorai spoke once more.

"We are reaching the second wave of prisoners. Forward." But their path was not easy as a two Hellions suddenly transformed into walkers as Kerrigan exclaimed to the sudden development.

"What are those things?"

"The Terrans call these Hellbats. An improvement of the Hellions." Kerrigan could only imagine where that name came from as Tenorai exclaimed. "Avoid them, brothers, these mechs can kill you in seconds if you are not careful."

"Understood." They cut through the forces, the Archon making short work of the Hellbats as the Commander exclaimed.

"Attention Protoss, and Kerrigan. You are disturbing Narud's greatest plan ever achieved. Cease now and surrender, or be destroyed by his wrath!" Tenorai would not yield to such threats.

"You started this fire when your kind attack our expedition! Now we will finish it with your end!" More prisoners were freed and Tenorai inquired to looking about for someone.

"Have any of you seen Lasarra?" A Zealot answered that as he spoke.

"The Terran Commander took her near the bridge, along with several others."

"Wait, there is a disturbance in the hall ahead."

"Warning. Intruders are overwhelming the ship. Activating interior defenses." That meant sentry guns as Tenorai exclaimed.

"This commander is insane."

"Execute the prisoners! Do not allow the Protoss to rescue them!" Now it was down to stopping the Terrans from killing off the remaining Protoss and some of them don't have shields to keep them safe for a bit.

"Kill the Marines! We cannot allow the civilians to be killed!" Kerrigan followed in blasting through with the other troops as she exclaimed to them coming close to the last series of cells.

"We are getting close to the last cell. Lot more of these guards than a simple assault force!"

"Do not let them kill the poisoners!" Kerrigan didn't let that happen in helping the Protoss out as they killed the Terrans and freed the last of the Protoss kept hostage before Tenorai exclaimed. "Anyone who can fight, come! The rest, go back to where we came from and wait there until we're done with this task." They got a bit more help in fighting back as Kerrigan exclaimed as they got closer to the bridge.

"Moebius are fortifying the bridge! Let's hope your warriors are ready!"

"This is our last stand! Hold the line! I will make sure that the last prisoner is in my hands!"

"Lasarra! He has Lasarra!" Tenorai was filled with rage as he charged with will and force as the Terrans tried their hardest to stop them.

"Hold the line!"

"We're almost there." They breached through as Tenorai spoke.

"Hurry! The Terran has Lasarra inside the bridge! Warriors, wait here until we return." The pair of them headed in, Kerrigan keeping to the shadows as she mentally forced her suit to adapt to cloaking, it was difficult, but it also let her build up the power as they entered the Bridge, the Commander waiting for them with a magnum in hand and Lasarra's head its target as he exclaimed.

"None of you, move! Or she gets it!" Kerrigan didn't dare try it right now as she focused on her power as Tenorai hesitated before focusing on the Commander with inquiring.

"Why attack my people? What do we have that you could possibly want?"

"Is it not obvious?" Kerrigan listened for a deatils as the Commander went off, he was unprotected for the most part, though she sense an addled mind from what must have been Terrazine. "Your kind. You have been born and made to serve the final form of our master." He ranted on like there was nothing that they could done to save Lasarra. "Soon, he will return. Soon, he will break the cycle and will ascend those who are worthy to be at his side with his Hybrid. Soon, Amon the dark god, will come for you all. And no one, not even you Kerrigan, can stop him."

"Not if I have anything to say about it." With that, she lashed out, the Commander's mistake in believing that she was powerless to grab him, he choking up as he dropped the weapon, Lasarra escaping as Tenorai rushed like a bolt and impaled the Terran through the heart with his blade, the choking ceasing to death before Tenorai removed his blade and the Terran dropped dead to the flooring, blood pooling as Tenorai spoke.

"For the people you have slain during your long occupancy of our expedition..." He returned the weapon to its sheath and turned to Lasarra, taking her shoulders in speaking. "Are you alright?"

"Yes, Brother, I am now." The two embraced in a hug as Kerrigan smiled to the scene before turning her eyes to the dead Terran, concern rampant in her mind as she pondered.

Who was this 'Amon' the Commander was talking about and what did he meant by Hybrid, was there... something else going on that Jim and Alex wanted to be sure about before they could tell her about it?

Tenorai managed to warp them back to the Leviathan before he spoke in thanks. "The expedition, the people you saved, and I own you our thanks." Kerrigan shook her head as she spoke.

"I did it for Jim... It's what he would do."

"What are you going to do now?" Kerrigan didn't know what her next plan of action really was, but she knew that getting back Char was on the list as she spoke.

"I am not sure, but I know one thing. I'm going to avenge Jim's death. I'm going to make Mengsk pay."

"Once, I was told that revenge would never bring back those we lost. But I understand the pain." Kerrigan asked what his point was.

"Are you telling me that killing Mengsk isn't right?"

"No. What I mean is, if killing him will bring you peace. Then let James Raynor be there in spirit, be there when you take your revenge."

"I... Thank you." Tenorai bowed as he spoke.

"May Adun's shadow guide you." With that, he warped away and Kerrigan knew that she should head out soon, leave the Protoss to Kaldir and see if they could adjust it to livable conditions for them, a new world to call their own, but before that, she should see what Abathur had for the Roaches strain and start to make preparations to head for Char, that world was home to the Zerg and it should be theirs again without the Terran Dominion taking it as their own...
