Chapter 4
Jailbreak:
Dagur was sitting in his cell as the night guard was reading a magazine. He was looking at the clock seeing it's half pass nine. Then suddenly the wall blew up. The night guard was shot blank square in the head. The cell was pried open and Dagur escaped with his rescue team. Leaving a note saying You know where to find me brother.
The next day Hiccup was examining the body. "Shot blank to the head, guy never saw it coming. Fish, what do you got?". Fishlegs was examining a bullet casing. "Came from a 22 as I can see.". Hiccup nodded. "Savage's team. He was always the sloppy type. Astrid, found something?". Astrid smiled. He was calling her Astrid, not Hofferson. She was starting to reawaken her crush for him. "I found that these bars were pried to get him out.". Hiccup knew what that was. "Jaws of life.". He then called for the twins. "Examine the explosives used to blow a hole into three feet of concrete.". Tuffnut saluted. Ruffnut gave a cheeky sly kissy. Hiccup hated it, but he got used to it. Marching to his dad's office. "Permission to speak with you.". Stoick nodded. "Granted.". Hiccup handed the note left behind. "I know where he is. As teens we had a hideout at the scrapyard. Where Garrett/Gobber let us do with all the junk what we want.". Stoick nodded. "Go, catch this son of a bitch.". Hiccup was at his home with Astrid, she was petting Fury. Hiccup was surprised. "He doesn't usually let people give him attention. Can you use a rifle?". Astrid nodded. Hiccup then opened a save. In it was a lot of guns, rifles, pistols, revolvers and combat knifes. Astrid was shocked. Hiccup tossed an AK-47. He took a M-16. "I took a military course for my cop degree, upside, don't need a gun license.". Astrid asked. "Downside?". Hiccup laughed. "Sweat and blood.".
They drove in the van along with the SWAT team. Hiccup was memorizing the scrapyard, it was abandoned for a while now. Astrid was thinking.
(Flashback.).
PE class was starting and Astrid made sure her uniform was tighter to show more of her curves off. But to her downfall it caught all the other boys' attention but not Hiccup's. He was staring at the rope we were supposed to climb. He was first. Grabbing the rope he hoisted himself up and climbed, within ten seconds he was halfway up. Ten more seconds he was touching the roof. Which was atleast 30 feet. Everyone gasped except for her. She wasn't surprised. He slid down and landed on his feet. Taking his glasses from the PE teacher he went to the benches. There he sat down writing in some notebook. Astrid was so distracted she forgot it was her turn.
(Flashback ends.).
The truck doors shot open. The police ran out on search for him. Hiccup was heading deeper into the scrapyard. As he came to the spot he and Dagur used to hang out as kids he noticed that Dagur was sitting in one of the old cars. "Brother.". Hiccup pulled his gun out. "You killed a guard.". Dagur laughed. "Oh that wasn't me.". Hiccup kept his gun focused on his target. "You won't escape again.". Dagur smirked. "Then shoot me.". Hiccup wanted to, but he couldn't. Can he kill his childhood friend. Can he? "No, you're under arrest.". At that moment a bullet came flying, puncturing a hole in his flesh. Falling down he saw Dagur towering over him. "You're lucky it didn't hit your lung, you wouldn't been alive.". Marching off Hiccup made an attempt shoot. But he blacked out before he could pull the trigger.
