Chapter 7
Talk about the ex:
Hiccup was now standing at the stairs. His ex wife in front of him. Twitching an eyebrow he walked to her and his words were stained with venom. "What are you doing here? I told you to never come near me.". He went quiet when a little girl behind her poked her head out. Hiccup looked at the kid. "Who's this?" he asked. Heather then sighed. "Your daughter.". Hiccup then lifted a brow. "Nice try. But I am not falling for that.". Heather huffed and shoved a document into Hiccups hands. It was a birth certificate. His eyebrow twitched. He looked at her. "I thought you said you can't get pregnant.". Heather looked down. "So did I, I learned I was pregnant for 10 weeks after the divorce.". Hiccup looked at the kid and at her. "So what? You want child support?". Heather shook her head. Asking if they could speak in private. So, they went into an empty interrogation room.
Heather sighed. "I have MS. Doctor said I only had two months left. I came to you because you were the kid's parent. Please, don't throw her away………... like I threw you away.". Hiccup sighed. "I want this to be authentic. I want a DNA test first.". Heather nodded.
Later that day, Hiccup got the results. He was a 99.9% match. His eyes were paling. "I have a daughter?". Hiccup went to Heather and held a pen out. "Where do I sign?".
(I wasn't sure how to put this.).
