Eleanor made her way through the house and found Cas in the dining room standing there with a bright smile on his handsome face, his gorgeous blue eyesshe had come to love, filled with love and adoration.
He was dressed in a pale blue shirt andsoft blue jeans, his usually messy hair a bit tamed.
Eleanor gasped and stood in awe at the beautiful sight before her. (Aside from the dinner setting) As simple as he was Castiel was simply gorgeous.
Eleanor blushed and looked down when he caught her staring. She looked back at him and then at the dinner table.
" This is wonderful Cas! You did all this?"
"Yes! I did! I..I just wanted to...thank you...for letting me stay here and...helping me when I was down...thank you... for everything Eleanor"
"Oh Cas!" Eleanor said closing the distance between them and embracing him in a tight hug. He returned it wrapping his arms around her waist.
"You really didn't have to do all this Cas, I'm just happy to have you here, but this is really sweet of you I really appreciate thank you." She smiled giving him a small kiss on the cheek close to his mouth, lingering a moment longer relishing how good he smells. She pulled back and looked up at him in a sort of trance, still wrapped in each other's embrace. Eleanor snapped out of her trance when they heard a ding. "Dessert must be ready." Said Cas. Eleanor stepped back away from him. "Yeah, well...um...I'll just be right back, i'm gonna go freshen up." she said turning away from him. "Sure I'll get dessert ready" Said Cas heading back to the kitchen.
Meanwhile...
Eleanor ran upstairs to her bedroom kicking the door closed behind her while stripping away her clothes. She ran to her wardrobe and shuffled through her everyday clothes pulling outthe only dress she owned. A simple navy blue T shirt dress. She was never much of a dress wearing kind of gal.
She laid it out on the bed and went into the bathroom, took a quick shower,brushed her teeth, got dressed and headed back downstairs to the dining room.
"Eleanor! You look beautiful." Cas said, smiling as he pulled out the chair for her and taking a seat himself. "Thank you! You don't look too bad yourself." She replied placing a napkin on her lap.
After dinner...
"Wow Cas! This was...Amazing! " Eleanor a exclaimed.
"Really?" He said tilting his head to the side.
"Of course Cas, why wouldn't it be?"
He sighed with relief.
"Good! I was hoping the steak wasn't over cooked."
"No no hunnie it was perfect. I don't think I could have done it any better." She laughed taking a sip of her wine.
"Well it pleases me that you liked it...Are you ready for dessert? I made your favorite?" He asked.
"Sure am." she said getting up to help him clear the table.
"No! You relax, I'll get it." Cas smiled picking up the empty plates. "I'll be right back."
Eleanor grinned at him and sat back down.
