Ok, so character analysis, here we go... But first, I will be sharing what exactly is the forgotten AU.
ALSO, THIS IS NOT JUST A LOVE STORY- IT FOCUSES ON A LOT OF MENTAL TRAUMA, A CHARACTER MUST HAVE FACED. IT FOCUSES ON A LOT OF PROBLEMS WE FACE IN OUR WORLD, TOO. IT ALSO INCLUDES SMALL BACKSTORIES.
Forgotten AU: ok, so basically, this story takes place in the future like many fan-fictions do... Shadowmoth has been defeated and, there has been no reveals from the superheroes' side... The hawkmoth defeat will be discussed when we talk about who was forgotten (main story) and how they forgot it, so right now, it is all a vast mystery.
So, I think it is kinda obvious that Marinette is the character that has been forgotten, and when that happened, she kind of disappeared in thin air... People have also forgotten about Ladybug, but all of them know a superhero is missing, and for some reason, no one can access the Ladyblog... So, that link is just gone. That is kind of a brief of what happened and what I am building on for the story; also, this story takes place five years later.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng: -
Age: 20 yrs
Lives: She lives in LA right now and owns two apartments in New York and a mansion in LA. She also holds a small house in Paris when she wants to see how everything is going or see how her friends are doing(she, of course, stays far away). More info will be shared as we proceed with the fan-fiction. Career: She is a famous faceless fashion designer. In a sense, everyone knows her work and the fake name(Iris) she has given herself but haven't seen her face. She also owns her very own company called 'Serendipity'. It is famous in their world, and only the wealthiest people can afford it. All actors, artists, singers, etc., love shopping from here. This company also has the most clients. Also aka, the name has a deep meaning to Marinette, which will be a part of the story.
Main description: She has some major trust issues now since no one knows she exists, and her crush's father was Shadowmoth... She doesn't trust anyone because her friendship with Alya got broken a while back; She leaned on her a lot. Marinette now comes out shady and rude when you first meet her, but when you get to know her more, she will be the kind girl that was depicted in the show. She is still the guardian and takes care of all the kwamis. Her clothing style has also changed, she wears skirts, and crop tops more, and always has a mask on... One essential addition to her look is the necklace that Tikki gifted her on her birthday and another necklace that an exceptional somebody gave to her. The necklace has a pair, so a friendship necklace... It has two charms on it that match her bracelet (which again have many charms on it, and she keeps adding more), one of the charms is a music note, and the other is a half heart, both in a light blueberry shade. She has also got some new friends, which may or may not be toxic. (Yes, they will be the replacement for Chloe and Lila's character in the real show...)

Luka Couffaine: -
Age: 21 yrs
Lives: He lives in Paris like the rest of the characters. However, he has moved houses and has let Adrien live with him... His sister and friends are always there, so not much privacy; But he doesn't seem to mind it...
Career: Guitarist in his band, 'Kitty Section'. His band recently got some fame and came 50th of top bands in Europe. They will soon be going through a world tour all around Europe. People recognise him easily in the crowd, and he is titled the second richest (after Chloe) in entire Paris.
Main Description: So you already know he is taking Adrien's place since this is a lukanette fan-fiction and not an adrienette. He has also forgotten about Marinette, but he knows that someone is missing; he knows that there is someone who used to be here but is no longer here. He feels people are lying to him about not knowing what he is talking about, so he ended up distancing himself more and more. He is always wearing a hoodie or jacket with the hood up... He has become quiet and not sure what to believe... His case is not as deep as Marinette's, though, because he still trusts few people. He also has a necklace like Marinette, half heart and a music note, but in black. Whenever he looks at the mirror, he can't help but look at the necklace and lose himself. He also plays the guitar and is very chill and relaxed (one of the reasons he doesn't have a significant issue of trusting people)... However, he is dealing with stress. He is best friends with Adrien, Alya, Nino and Chloe... He was also very popular and still is. His band, 'Kitty Section', is blowing up, and everything is working out, but the personal fight (the thing I described in the two paragraphs, above) leaves him tired and done.

Age: 20 yrs
Lives: He lives with Luka, and they both have a lot of fun. (ok wait, the past will be the same as it was in the show, like Marinette having a crush on both Adrien and Luka- If they had remembered her, it would have been so awkward for both of them... Of course, considering Adrien would have found out later)
Career: For him, it is tough to be accepted in any job since his father was Shadowmoth. So, no one trusts him enough. Adrien thought of revealing his identity, but the rest of the superheroes said no because they know something isn't right(but they don't know what). So they are waiting for one more year to re-assure themselves.
Main description: Well, ok, so let's just say he is the same as before, but instead of being so dense and oblivious- He over-thinks now because of his dad and mom and all the secrets. He looks too much between the lines. He barely comes out of the house, and if he does, he is always wearing dull colours and some ripped black jeans. He also wears an earring on his left ear that was made by his dad. His dad had told him it represented his mom(how, will be mentioned in the story.) Also, Felix is vital in this. Anyways.. he learns about his dad's goals and thinks it's utterly wrong at first, but with his struggles to be accepted in society and his newfound feelings for the 'mysterious' girl... He was close to going to his dad's path, but he didn't(he had his friends to support him). So the story will be more than a love story or forgetting Marinette. It will also talk about the emotional toll taken over Adrien Shadowmoth's reveal. His best friends are Luka and Nino; he had a crush on Kagami before the 'mystery' girl stepped in (and let's be honest, we all know who the mystery girl is... but let's act like we don't). Chloe is like a sister to him. Since she was the one that helped him through his breakout, she was the one that held him steady even though she had family problems of her own. He does not like Sabrina, and the reasons will be shared later in the story.

Lives: She lives next to Luka, and her house is much bigger than his since she is a model and the mayor of Paris. She could have bought a house somewhere much better, but she wanted to make sure Adrien was ok, so she decided to live as close as possible.
Career: As mentioned, she is the mayor of Paris and a model. She is not a hardcore model and only models a little for her primary career as a Mayor. She is one of the best mayors Paris has had in many years. She goes out, talks to people, donates money. However, according to the other higher class people from outside, she comes out as a scary person who gets whatever she wants. (Talk about split personalities)
Main Description: Chloe, Lila and Adrien were my favourite characters to re-write in this fan-fiction, so this character will be super different since I went a little too crazy... I made this character have DID (Dissociative identity disorder). Her struggles will not be focused on, but few chapters will talk about this. How she was diagnosed with DID will also be shared soon. She is flexible in her clothing style, yes most colours she is seen wearing are yellow, black, or white. She wears a thumb ring owned by her sister (AN ADDED CHARACTER- I REALLY LIKE THIS CHARACTER). Her three personalities will be talked more in detail, as the story progresses. Her best friends are Alya, Luka and Sabrina (might or might not become more or less from her 'best friend' status). Adrien is a brother to her; she will do anything for him. If there was one song that could express how much she cares for him, it would be the chorus of, 'Grenade by Bruno Mars'. She also has a major secret that has to do with Marinette.

Lives: /spanShe is based out in London, but right now is in Thailand for four months, because of her career. She is rich and owns multiple apartments in all the places she had to go for work. She is one of the most regular customer for, 'Serendipity'.
Career: Her career will be revealed in middle of the story. I am not telling this mainly, because I have packed this with many spoilers.
Main Description: Like in the show, she was a bald liar during high-school, but after the Shadowmoth and Marinette incident, she for some reason came in clean. She also has a deep past, but the fan-fiction won't be mentioning it. She will be the crackhead of this fan-fiction. She will be that one person, who no one can have a serious conversation with. She wears what her boss tells her to wear, since how the society thinks of her is a main think to succeed in the field she chose. Also, she does not have carrot hair any longer, she has grown out her front hair, and curled her entire hair up, so that's nice. Her trade mark is her deep winged eyeliner. After high school, she lost contact with everyone and got new friends. Her best friend, is also one of the people who are Marinette's friend. That girl will be revealed later, and she is the least toxic.

But here is the thing... I have added too many spoilers but none were major. I will keep updating this page as I keep building up the plot more and more. The characters that I didn't add or mention, it means that their character hasn't changed a lot, or if I do the entire story will be ruined.
