Warning: There is a scene that is not suitable for a younger audience.

Owen and the troops followed the green Indominus Spino through the jungle. It was getting dark since they traveled for hours, they rested for a few minutes before continuing their journey. Experiment 127 guides them where his brother is tracking Val. He just hopes that Val can avoid the big red giant. I mean, what he heard from Marco, Experiment 126, aka the red Indominus Spino, is deadlier than his green counterpart. But what's worse is his temper. Mortem had trouble controlling him since he would try and escape multiple times from his prison cell. It was proven to be difficult to capture him sometimes as they had to heavily sedate him when captured. They lost half of their men because of Experiment 126. Tim had to make sure his men were all accounted for since they knew the danger they would face. Suddenly, Experiment 127 lifted his head up as he smelled a familiar scent.

"He's got something!" Mike said as he watched Experiment 127 taking another root.

"Move out!" Tim ordered as they followed the green hybrid to the root.

The Raptor Squad, Rexy, and Indominus Rexes followed the green Indominus Spino as he took them to a trail that leads to an abandoned research center. Owen remembers this from Claire. She told him that Sorna had research centers that were scattered through the area. But were no longer useful since the island was called for immediate evac when both islands were going to get shut down.

"Be on your guard." Tim said to the troops. "Who knows what is out here."

Everyone understood as they stayed together while the raptors went ahead to scout the area, seeing if there were any known threats. Owen held his rifle close, ready to fire at any threat that might come his way. Suddenly, the green Indominus Spino's head shot up and let out a low growl. This caught everyone's attention as they followed Experiment 127's direction towards the undergrowth that was covered by some fallen debris. They quickly pointed their weapons at it as they felt the ground shake. The predators made a deep growl, ready to attack Experiment 126. They were about to fire when something else came out from the undergrowth that shocked the group.

It was Val.

Owen gasped at the sight of his niece. Shocked, he put his gun down and went to Val, who smiled at him happily with arms wide as he picked her up and hugged her tightly. "Thank God you're ok!" Owen whispers in relief.

"Uncle Owen, you found me!" Val said happily as she hugged him tightly.

"Yes, Val, yes. I found you. I'm not gonna lose you again, I promise." Owen said happily with tears falling from his eyes.

Everyone slowly lowered their weapons but quickly brought them back up when Spinosaurus came out from the undergrowth along with a pack of Velociraptors and a Mortiferous Raptor. Owen gasps as he quickly backs away with Val in his arms. But the little girl stopped them just in time.

"Uncle Owen, it's okay! They helped me." Val assured him and the others.

Owen looked at her in confusion. "Helped you?"

Val nodded as she pointed at the Mortiferous Raptor. "Snow was the one who saved me from the scary men, and she brought me to her pack. And then we met Broken Sail who helped them stop Assassin." She explained to her uncle.

"Wait, you named one of the Indominus Spinos, Assassin?" Marco asked the little girl.

Val nodded her head. "Uh-huh, I heard that word when Daddy and Uncle were talking about a movie that has an assassin in it." She explained, remembering the conversation that her daddy and uncle had before the accident,

"Your niece knows about assassins at a young age?" Barry questioned his friend.

"Hey, we didn't know that Val knew about it until now." Owen defended. It's not his fault that he and his brother love to talk about their favorite movies when he visits him and his family.

Then a Microraptor glides by and lands on Val's head. "Oh, and this is Monica! My Microraptor friend!" Val said cheerfully.

Marco clears his throat. "Now that you have your niece, we should go."

Tim looked over to Marco and gave a serious look. "Not without Mortem. He's still wanted for his crime. You have to take us to his ship."

Before Marco could reply, a soldier called through Tim's communicator. "Lieutenant! We discovered a ship that appears to have been attacked."

This caught the attention of the crew. Tim had called backup to scout the island for any sign of Mortem's ship. "What happened?" Tim asked the soldier.

"Something attacked it and it led to the jungle."

"Do not engage, the enemy could be-" Tim was cut off when they heard a loud and unknown roar. This made everyone tense. Marco was not familiar with this roar. He knows all Mortem's creations roars and sounds, but this one was not familiar to him. Val hugs her uncle close, scared of the sudden roar.

"What the hell was that?" Owen asked in worry as he held his niece close.

"I…I don't know." Marco whispers out.

"What do you mean 'you don't know'?!" Barry exclaimed in shock.

"I am not familiar with this creature." Marco said in alert. "I don't even know if Mortem made a new one yet."

Owen looks at him in confusion. "What the hell does that mea-"

"LOOK OUT!" Jay exclaimed as he quickly saw something being thrown at them.

They all quickly dodged as a flaming truck came out of nowhere and crashed into a warehouse, exploding in the process. "The hell is happening here?!" Tim exclaimed.

Then a loud roar was heard again and the next thing they knew, a giant creature crashed on the ground, revealing an abomination. It was 18 feet tall, brawny, filled with muscles and had big arms. Monstrous face with dark eyes and big sharp teeth. The only clothing it wore was black ripped pants. Everyone watched in horror as the creature released a powerful roar towards the group.

"Open fire!" Tim ordered as he and his men started shooting.

But the bullets seemed to have no effect as the creature roared at them and slammed all four of his fists to the ground, causing the ground to shake violently, forcing them to fall. It was going to attack again when suddenly, both Indominus Spino charged at it and tackled the creature to the ground, holding it down by clawing at it or trying to bite its arms off. But the monster didn't feel anything as it got up and swung them off his arms, causing the Indominus Spinos to crash into the building. Soon, the Indominus Rexes joined in the fight. Biting it or slashing it with their claws. But they soon were knocked out of the way by the creature's powerful hands, causing them to collide with some abandoned vehicles. Soldiers shoot at the creature, trying to injure it, but to no avail. The creature's hide was too strong, and the bullets deflected by it. The creature made a low growl before grabbing a big boulder from the ground and throwing it at them. Luckily, Jay jumps in and smashes it to pieces. Jay lands on the ground and roars at the creature with the raptors and Snow coming to his aid. The creature roared at them before it got shot in the face by Marco. The monstrous creature glared at Marco, who glared back at it, readying a Winchester Model 1897 shotgun. Suddenly, the creature made a deep laugh that sent chills down to everyone's back. Marco didn't lose his cool as he pointed his shotgun at it.

"Marco…Kingbird…" The creature spoke in a deep, raspy voice.

Marco took some time to recognize the voice until he realized that the creature was actually his boss, Renaldo Mortem. His glare hardened as he readied his shotgun at his former boss.

"Mortem." Marco said in greeted teeth.

"Oh, good, you recognized me." He spoke in a dark and mocking tone.

"How can I not?" Marco said with a glare as he looked at his former boss's new form in a sarcastic tone. "That's a new look for you."

Mortem chuckles darkly at him. "Oh, Marco, I will enjoy breaking all your bones and watch you suffer as your daughter will die without this." He started with a grin as he took out one of his hands and a hidden mouth opened. A tongue soon came out of it, holding with a vial that has the antidote for Quinn.

Marco glares hard at this while monster Mortem grinned at him wickedly. Owen began to panic, thinking that Marco would try and betray them. Marco lowered his weapon, slowly making Mortem lose his guard, until he pumped the forearm and quickly aimed his shotgun at a rusty crane that had a metal pipe attached to its rope. He fires a single bullet that broke the crane's rope and the metal pipe crashed onto Mortem before he could even stop it. That attack stunned Mortem that he accidentally dropped the antidote, causing it to fall safely on some ferns before rolling away.

"Go! Take Val to safety!" Marco ordered, shooting towards Mortem, distracting him so they could get away.

Tim looked at his soldier and spoke. "You heard him, move out!"

Understanding his command, the soldiers moved out, but not before Owen handed Val over to Barry and said to his friend. "Barry, take Val and go. I'm staying here to help Marco."

"Uncle Owen!" Val begged her uncle not to go.

Owen gave her an assuring smile. "It's okay, Val, I'll be fine. I promise I'll come back, just stay with Barry and the soldiers, okay?" He assured his niece.

Hesitant, Val had no choice but to agree as Barry carried her away. Owen faces Mortem's monstrous form as he gets up and tosses the pipe off him with a roar. Rexy and Broken Sail charged at the Mortem with powerful roars. Rexy bites Mortem's right leg while Broken Sail went from behind and bit Mortem by the shoulder. The old dinosaurs worked together to pin Mortem down as they tried to bite his neck off. However, the monstrous being kicked Rexy off his leg and grabbed Broken Sail's snout as he did a Judo flip on old Spinosaurus to the ground and then kicked Rexy. Both old dinos were down, but not out. The raptors charged at Mortem's monstrous form, biting, and clawing at him. Mortem's Monstrous form roared at them before tossing them off him, one by one. Each raptor crashed on a broken down vehicle, the ground, or the undergrowth, but they would get back up and attack Mortem. Snow charged in as well with Jay as the two hybrid raptors worked together to fight him off. Owen helped out as he readied his Marlin Model 1895SBL lever-action rifle and aimed it at Mortem's eye. He fired a single bullet, hitting in the eye, causing Mortem to roar in pain.

Jay was underneath him and kicked Mortem at the chin, so hard, that Mortem almost toppled over. Tim helped out as well as he took out a grenade and unpinned it before throwing it at Mortem. It exploded at his face, causing the monster to roar as his face now has a huge burn mark. Angered, Mortem grabbed a broken-down truck and tossed it at Tim just before Ivy tackled him. Mike quickly pushed Tim away in time before he could get crushed by the truck.

"We have to take him down!" Tim exclaimed as hybrids and raptors tried to take down monster Mortem.

"Tim? Tim, can you read me?" Lexi's voice came through his communicator.

"Lexi, I'm a little busy right now." Tim said as he reloaded his rifle.

"Tim, what the hell is going on over there?" Lexi asked in worry as she could hear the sounds of the roaring beasts.

"Long story short, we found Val, but Mortem mutated himself to a giant monstrous being!" Tim said as he fired more rounds at Mortem.

"WHAT?!"

"I know! I know! It's weird, but we're trying to figure out how to stop him!" Tim said.

"Tim, look out!" Mike yelled as he dragged Tim away when Mortem threw a boulder at them. Both males landed on their sides, hard, as they both yelled in pain. "That's gonna leave a mark." Mike groans in pain.

"We have to keep fighting!" Tim gritted his teeth as he slowly got up.

Mortem roars at the raptors and hybrids as he either tossed them away or punched them. They were knocked off and tossed aside but they didn't give up as they continued fighting him. Mortem had enough and decided to end this battle quickly, by ending the caretaker of the girl. Mortem suddenly jumps high in the air, fists raised and clenched, as he is about to slam them all towards Owen. Mike saw this and quickly got to Owen, to save his life. Before Mortem could slam all four of his fists, Mike came in front of Owen with raised hands as Mortem smashes his fists to them, creating a huge cloud of dust.

"MIKE! OWEN!" Tim and Jay yelled in unison, shocked to see what happened to their friends.

However, when the dust clears, both Jay and Tim become shocked to see Mike, holding both Mortem's monstrous hands with all his might. But Mike seems to be absorbing all of Mortem's energy, making him weaker and weaker. Mortem was shocked at this but didn't have time to recover when Mike pushed him off with a mighty throw, sending him flying through air before crashing into a building. Mike was shocked at this, especially the others, but Marco realizes something that could help them defeat Mortem for good.

"Absorb him!" Marco yelled towards Mike, who turned to him with wide eyes.

"WHAT?!" Mike asked loudly in confusion.

"Absorb all of the energy that Mortem has and use it against him!"

Mike looked at him as if Tim grew another head. "Say what now?!"

"Trust me! Absorb as much as you can and shoot it at him!"

"Will that work?!" Owen exclaimed, after hearing Marco's plan.

"Just do it!" Marco exclaimed in frustration.

Mike wasn't sure about this until he felt Owen's hand on his shoulder. Looking at the raptor trainer, Owen gave him an assuring smile. "Owen?"

"You can do it, Mike. I know you can." Owen said, believing Mike can accomplish this task.

Knowing that Owen has fate in him, Mike nodded his head as he faced the monstrous form of Mortem's, who was slowly getting up, before turning towards Jay. "Jay! Bring him close!" He called out to him as he ran down the slope.

Jay nodded without question and charged at Mortem's monstrous form while roaring to the carnivores about the plan. When Mortem got up, Broken Sail grabs his arm with his teethes and tosses him away, allowing the Indominus Spinos to body slammed him, squishing him like a sandwich. Mortem roared in frustrated before Ivy and Iris came charging in. Iris headbutted on Mortem's chest while Ivy grabbed his arm and flings him away. Mortem crashed on the ground with a growl as he didn't have time when Mike came and grabbed his back. And stated absorbing all of Mortem's energy.

Mortem roars as he was about to grab Mike from his back when suddenly, Broken Sail and Rexy appeared and grabbed both his arms, holding them tight within their jaws before pulling them with all their might as they literally ripped his arms clean off.

"UUUGGGHHH!" Mortem roared in pain as he lost both his arms.

Mike quickly gets off him when Mortem's back hits the tree. Marco, Tim, and Owen started shooting, forcing Mortem to shield his eyes. The carnivores surrounded him, hissing and growling dangerously. Mike was a few feet away from Mortem as his body was surrounded by blue energy. He could feel so much power in him that he needed to release it. He quickly looked up and shouted to Jay and the carnivores.

"MOVE!"

Hearing this, they quickly moved out of the way as Mike released a powerful stream of blue energy coming out from his hands and shot Mortem. Mortem was hit and released one final roar before exploding into blue energy and smoke, covering everything. And soon when the smoke cleared, Mortem was gone, nothing was left of him. This shocked everyone, including Tim. They just witnessed the termination and fall of Renaldo Mortem. However, their shocked state was cut off when the ground beneath them started to break, indicating that all the energy caused the ground to lose hold and everyone knew that they had to leave.

"Everyone, run for it!" Tim ordered loudly.

They quickly did as they were told and escaped the broken ground. They all avoided the collision as more clouds of dust surrounded the area. Somewhere from afar, Tim's soldiers and Barry were in a safe distance with Val and Monica. They saw the explosion and were shocked to see what was happening, especially Val.

"Uncle Owen!" Val cried out in fear and worry.

As the dust settles, the land that was once held as the abandoned research center is gone. Only a pile of rubble. The crane was seen dangling on the edge of the cliff. The raptors, Rexy, Broken Sail, and the hybrids were in a safe area. Tim was able to make it as well as Mike and Jay, who helped the Lieutenant up on his feet. Marco, on the other hand, was lying on the rubble, slightly injured from the event. He slowly opens eyes to see the blurry image of a cliff and something glowing was seen. As he adjusted his eyes, he saw the antidote, hanging on a branch of a fallen tree. His eyes quickly widened as this was the only hope to see his baby girl's eyes open again. Grunting, Marco limped his way towards the antidote that was currently dangling on a tree branch.

He was about to get it until he heard Owen's cry. Turning his head, he saw Owen holding on to a fallen crane, he was trying to pull himself up, but his left was injured as he struggled to get up. The crane slowly started to fall to the edge of the cliff as its weight was breaking it down. Marco looked between the antidote and Owen. This was an ultimatum. If he gets the antidote, then Owen will fall to his doom, but if he doesn't get the antidote and saves Owen instead, he will never see his daughter wake up. It was a hard decision for this assassin.

Meanwhile, Owen struggles to hold on, his left arm was hurt badly, and he can barely hold on. Owen has to hurry to get off here because the crane is about to give in. Mike, Jay, and Tim were too far to reach him, even the carnivores can't go near him without causing too much weight on the ground. Owen can't end like this, he has to get to Val, he promises her. Owen felt he had slipped off the metal crane. He tried to hold on with all his might, but before his hand could slip, another hand grabbed his, just in time to since he almost lost his grip. He looks up to see who caught him, and to his shock, it was Marco. The former second in command grabs Owen's hand before he pulls up the raptor trainer with all his strength. Both grunted as they worked together to make it to safety. They soon got off the crane just in time before it fell off the cliff, as well as the tree that has the antidote. When Owen and Marco reached safety, the crane crashed on the ground while the antidote shattered on the rocks, breaking the glass as well as spilling the antidote. Marco and Owen both panted out from the sudden adrenaline rush. Owen looked at Marco with a grateful look, but soon vanished when he saw the distraught look on Marco's face.

"Marco? What's wrong?" Owen asked the former second in command.

"I…I lost it." Marco whispers out.

"Lost what?" Owen questions him until he realizes what he meant and shows sympathy towards him. "Marco…I…I'm so sorry."

"I was so close…so close to see her eyes open." Marco whispers as he looks at the destroyed research center. Suddenly, he felt a hand on his shoulder, causing Marco to look at Owen with a determined look.

"Hey, I promise that we're going to help your daughter, and damn well I am keeping that promise." Owen assured him.

"…Owen…" Marco whispers before sighing as he looks at the ground. "It's too late for that, the antidote is the only thing that can save her."

"Maybe not the only thing." Owen suddenly said, causing Marco to look at him in confusion, as the raptor trainer smiled at him.

After regrouping with the others, Val was delighted to see her uncle was okay as she gave him a big hug, happy and relieved that he was okay. After checking everything was set, they all head back to the ship to take them all back to Nublar, I mean everyone. This includes Snow, her pack, and Monica. Broken Sail didn't join them since he doesn't want to leave his old home. But he would allow them to come visit him, when they like, much to Val's joy. Snow and her pack decided to come along since they grew attached towards Val, wanting to be by her side at all times. Soon, they sailed back to Jurassic World. Tim made a call towards his superiors, saying to send a team to place Mortem's ship on lockdown, to confiscate it since it holds value in finding out Mortem's secrets.

They returned back to Isla Nublar and headed towards the facility where Quinn was placed. It was a research center that was far away from the park. Allowing few employees and scientists to know about it. Dr. Wu and Carl were working together to keep Quinn stable. From what they learned about her sickness, it was incurable. Her sickness was spread throughout their body, they don't know how long it will take for her to live. When Owen and the others returned with Val, they were relieved and delighted to see them all right. Claire hugged Val in relief, knowing that she wasn't injured, but shocked to see Snow and her pack as well as Monica. Owen made a quick explanation to Claire before turning towards Carl.

"Doc, did you find a way to cure Quinn?" Owen asked urgently.

Carl lowered his head sadly. "I'm afraid not. The sickness within her has spread, it's beyond our medical knowledge." He explains in grief.

Marco lowered his head in sadness but suddenly lifted up when Owen said to Carl seriously. "But there is another way." Owen then turned towards his niece, who was being carried by Claire, as he gave a sharp nod. "Another cure."

Carl understood his gesture. "Are you sure, Owen? We are not sure of Project Alpha's capabilities. We don't know what powers Quinn will inherit when given the serum or if can cure her sickness." He explained to Owen about the situation and side effects.

"Well…I think it's time for us to take the risk, don't you think?" Owen said as he turned towards Marco, who looked at him seriously. "Are you willing to try?"

Marco looked at Owen briefly before turning to the glass window to reveal his daughter, Quinn, inside. Lying on the bed with machines keeping her alive. He wanted to see his baby girl playing again, wanting to hold her in his arms, and seeing her eyes, her beautiful green eyes. Marco tightened his jaws before turning back to Owen with a sharp nod of his own.

"Let's do this." He spoke seriously.

Nodding, both scientists allowed Owen, Marco, Claire, and Val to enter the room. The rest stayed outside as they watched as Claire handed Val over to Owen, who made their way to Quinn's side. Marco was at the other side of the bed, holding his daughter's lifeless hand gently. Owen whispers some words of encouragement to Val, saying that she can do this. Val nodded and looked over to Quinn's sickly body. She felt pity towards Quinn as she wanted to help her wake up and to be with her daddy. Soon, a single tear fell on Val's eye and touched Quinn's face. The tear was absorbed within Quinn's skin. At first, nothing happened, this made everyone worried that Project Alpha did not work. And Quinn will forever be in a coma. With this news, Marco felt his heart sink in pain as he closed his eyes, tears of pain and anguish started to fall from them as the thought of losing his daughter was unbearable.

Marco was about to let go of his daughter's hand when suddenly, he felt it holding on to his, startling the man in the process. His action caused everyone to look at him as he looked at his hand to see his daughter's hand holding it tightly. Carl and Wu suddenly both turned to Quinn's heart monitor and saw that her heartbeats were no longer slow, but properly beating in a healthier way. Then something miraculous happened, Quinn's eyes started to twitch, and ever so slowly, she opened them for the very first time, revealing her beautiful emerald, green eyes. She blinked, adjusting the lighting before looking at her surroundings. She was in a strange room but didn't feel like the hospital. And there were people she didn't even know were here with her. She was confused until she turned towards her other side to see her dad, looking at her with teary eyes. Both made eye contact for the very first time before Quinn was placed into a coma.

"D-Dad?" She stuttered quietly and happily as she saw her dad by her side.

Marco nodded his head as tears came down his face. His daughter, his sweet child, is now awake for the very first time. With pure joy, Marco gently hugs his daughter, crying tears of joy along with Quinn, happy to see her dad again. Marco kissed his daughter's forehead gently as he embraced her tightly. Everyone smiled at the heartwarming scene. The girls shed some tears at the father-daughter's embrace. Owen smiled at Marco and Quinn, knowing that the pain that they both suffered is slowly fading away. He hugs his niece close, and Val looks at him with big, wide eyes.

"You did good, Val." Owen said quietly with a smile. "Your parents would be so proud of you." Val smiles and nods before she hugs her uncle.

Back at Sorna, there was something underneath the rubble of the fallen research center, an armless man whose body was broken and damaged from the fall. It was none other than Renaldo Mortem. He lost. He lost the battle against those who got in his way. He was so close in reshaping the world to his own image, a world filled with Mega Humans. Powers with no limits as he rules the world as a king. But he now lost it. He lost it all. Mortem breathes weakly as tries to survive this, wanting to take revenge against those who made him like this. However, his anger secedes when he hears something coming his way. Turning his head weakly, he saw someone that supposedly had died many years ago.

His former third in command, Archibald Creature.

Archie was looking at Mortem with a blank look under his eyes, not showing any signs of emotions or sympathy to the weakened man. Mortem glared at him dangerously, having a feeling that he also betrayed him so many years ago. There was brief silence between the two, not a word was spoken to them, until Archie broke the ice.

"You're afraid."

Mortem scoffed at him weakly, coughing a few bloods out of his mouth. "Of what, you?" He asked mockingly.

Archie shook his head. "No…of death. You lost everything, Mortem." He said to him blankly.

Mortem gritted his teeth. "I would've gotten away with it if it weren't for Kingbird's betrayal! He was supposed to get the girl! Not help those that wish to protect her!" He yelled with blood coming out from his mouth as he glared at Archie. "And now, you betrayed me as well after you left by faking your death just like Kingbird! I was close to shaping the world!"

Archie just stared at him. "To what? A deserted wasteland filled with death and despair? Making everyone slaves? I think not. Kingbird did the right thing, and now, he got the help he needs to save his daughter from the parasites you inflicted on her."

"You disappoint me." Mortem grunted out in anger. "You were once a bright man; I could've made you my successor."

"I am nothing like you." Archie said to him bluntly. "We are humans, and as humans, we are odd. We think order and chaos are somehow opposites and try to control what won't be. But there is grace in our failings. And you missed that."

"You're unbearably naïve. They're doomed without my guidance." Mortem spat out.

"Yes…" Archie began as he took out a G19 Gen5 MOS from his holster, causing Mortem's eyes widened in shock and horror before Archie pointed the gun at Mortem's forehead. "They will be doomed if you're still around." Archie's amber eyes looked at Mortem's now fearful eyes. "And besides, no one escapes from life alive. Goodbye…Mortem."

And with that, Archie fired a single shot at Mortem, killing him instantly, ending the madman's reign of terror. Archie puts the gun back in its holster before taking out a device and tosses it at the rubble where Mortem's dead body was. He turns and walks away, but not before he presses a button to activate the device that exploded, creating a fire that burns Mortem's body. Archie leaves the scene calmly as headed back to his base until Trish the Troodon jumps out of the undergrowth and to her master's side with Raoul the Rahonavis on her head. He smiled at them calmly as Raoul flew over to him and perched on his shoulder. Archie scratched the Rahonavis's chin, making him croon in delight, before turning to Trish.

"Now, let's get back home, I have a lot of decoding to do on Mortem's encrypted files." Archie said. "They could be useful in helping out our little friend and her pack one day." He added, referring to Val and her family. Trish crooned as they headed back to base.

Knowing that Archie has ended the tyrannical control of Renaldo Mortem.

Okay, if you guys are wondering why I didn't add Tyron the male T-Rex, I didn't feel like adding him. So, please don't be mad. Archie and Mortem's scene was based on a movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron. The last chapter is coming up soon and I hope I can finish it for you guys to enjoy. And I want to thank dindagangleader14 for his character Archibald Creature. And to JurassicMilitary19 for the ideas about Tim Murphy.
