Michael Arrives
Princess was happily licking Elle on the face.
"KC, do you think I can pet Princess? She's tickling me!" Elle laughed.
"Of course," KC answered Elle. "Princess loves that!"
Elle petted Princess as the puppy's tail began wagging quickly because she was happy.
The next morning, Lisa, Elle, and Melanie were being dropped off at Pine Hollow by Eleanor.
When Lisa saw a familiar silver gray trailer in the driveway.
"Mom, I know that trailer," Lisa said. "Mike has returned to Willow Creek!"
"Who is this Mike you're talking about, Lisa?" Eleanor asked.
"His name is Michael James Bennett, Mom," Lisa explained as she, Melanie, and Elle got out of the car. "he and his horse, Thunder both have amazing bionic powers."
"I see," Eleanor said to Lisa. "well, call me when you girls are done."
"I will, Mom," Lisa promised. "just please don't make a repeat of my first day here and call while a rider is on Comanche."
"Uh... Comanche?" Eleanor asked.
"Stevie's former school horse, I ride Comanche now... I'll never forget when Phoebus Abano rescued Comanche and me out in that violent thunder storm, Comanche spooks easily." Melanie explained to Eleanor.
"Then, I can promise you," Eleanor said to her daughters. "that I will not call in the middle of riding lessons anymore."
Comanche raced up to Melanie and rubbed his muzzle against her cheek.
"Comanche is saying 'I love you' to Melanie by giving her a horse equivolent to a hug." Lisa explained to Eleanor.
Melanie hugged Comanche gently.
"I love you too, Comanche, and Stevie will always love you even though she has her own horse, Belle, now." Melanie whispered.
"Aww, that's so sweet." Eleanor said.
After Eleanor drove away, Connor raced up on Paladin.
Lisa saw a worried expression on Connor's face.
"Connor, what's the matter?" Lisa asked.
"I don't know who did it," Connor answered Lisa breathlessly. "but Pine Hollow's lounge has been ransacked!"
