Chapter Two

In a few long strides he was by her side, gazing down at her his glasses glinting in the light as he pushed them up on his nose. "Nii-san?!" The shout was loud and it made her wince as she pulled her hands from the death grip of Tamaki, silently agreeing with her nii-san that the male was overly loud at times.

It was with widened blue eyes that she watched the chaos unfold, Tamaki was floundering about yelling about a secret affair, Honey-Senpai just continued to eat his cake while Mori-senpai stood dutifully next to him.

The other club members were strewn about the room as well yet she was not worried about them nor their reaction to her sudden appearance.

Oh her nii-san was mad, she could see the twitch of his lips as he stood next to her, giving her that look. He hated when information was kept from him and this, this was pretty big. So with a smile decided to break the ice.

As a proper Ootri should.

"My name is Kagome Higurashi Ootri, I am a freshmen who shall be starting here at Ouran Academy tomorrow. I hope you will all take care of me senpais." She bowed politely her raven locks falling over her shoulders to dust the ground lightly.

She yelped as she was pulled into two sets of arms, her face flaming red as identical faces pressed their checks against hers. "Oh she's so proper! Are you sure she's your younger sister Kyoya?" The one to her left rubbed her cheek affectionately as the one to the right spoke, his finger playing with a lock of her raven hair.

"I mean she's so cute and proper! Makes us want to eat her up!" She could only flush more, no one had ever been so forward with her before, let alone males! Her shocked gaze sought out her nii-sama, begging him to help her.

It was with a dark scowl, one that made even Mori shiver that Kyoya nodded stiffly. "She is, now kindly release her and return to your clients." It was an order, low and cold and the twins could only cackle. It wasn't often that they were able to get under their Shadow King's skin...and this new found sister was a God send!

Of course they were upset, they were the host club, a 'family' and one of their fearless leaders, their 'mother', had kept a secret from them. So a little payback was more than overdue.

Hikaru tilted his head to rest it on her shoulder and gazed at her face, their face structures were similar, yet her eyes were a bit more almond shaped and such a striking blue that it was shocking. Her face was flushed red no doubt from embarrassment and it showed so much more emotion than her elder sibling.

"Hikaru" A dark voice said gaining his attention, "You are leaving your customers waiting." The look he was getting from the normally cool and collected member of the club made him grin as he slowly made his way back to his customers.

"haai" He gave Kagome a cat like grin, "We will play later." the blush on the young Ootri made him grin more as he looked at Kyoya who was gripping his clipboard rather firmly as the glare became colder.

'Things are going to become more and more interesting' Hikaru thought as he sat down next to his brother who was giving him the same look. 'Yes..things would be changing from here on out...how ..I am not sure.'
