Hello, I am Rokettoman. I'm sorry for the lack of introduction and information in the first chapter. I will explain some trivia things.
This story is based on Superman's ending in Injustice 2 and also based on Injustice Vs. Masters of The Universe.
Goku's timeline is after Dragon Ball Super Broly, Luffy is after Whole Cake Island arc, and Naruto is after The Last: Naruto The Movie.
There will be a new character from Shonen Jump that not included in Jump Force, and there will be some character from Jump Force that I will not add in this story.
For now, there is no plan for including series from other series than Injustice/DC Comics Properties or other media than Shonen Jump.

INJUSTICE Vs. JUMP FORCE
Chapter 2: The Encounter.

"Die, intruder!" Wonder Woman swings her sword at Goku's neck but with his quick movement, Goku evades the sword attack and suddenly appeared behind Wonder Woman and ready to strike back with a punch. Wonder Woman quickly anticipate Goku's punch with shielding herself with her shield.
Even though Goku's punch is not hitting her face thanks to her shield, Wonder Woman's left hand felt the impact of the punch.
"Tch, not bad for an intruder!" Wonder Woman said as she throws a right hook at Goku, but he easily catches her left hand.
"You're not bad either," Goku said as he throw Wonder Woman at the ground. But before Wonder Woman hits her body to the ground, she does a backflip and standing perfectly.
Wonder Woman throws her lasso and binds Goku's neck, make Goku surprised. Goku tries to unbind himself from the lasso. "No mortals can unbind my lasso!"
"Then I will do this." An energy blast came from Goku's right hand and hit Wonder Woman's face.
"GAKH!" Because of shock and pain, Wonder Woman release her lasso from Goku's neck.
"Hey, are you okay?" Goku asks, a little bit worried if he might kill his opponent.
"You dare to do that to me!?" Wonder Woman charged at Goku with full speed. Goku blocks the attack with both of his hands.
Then the battle of strength and endurance between the two warriors from different worlds is happening. Both Goku and Wonder Woman did not want to succumb to the endurance contest.
"I'm going serious right now!" Wonder Woman tries to push her attack and break Goku's defense.
"This is exciting! I'm going a little bit serious too!" Goku said as he tries to strengthen his defense, then he transforms himself into a form known as Super Saiyan.
"What the!?" Goku's transformation makes Wonder Woman surprised. Goku easily overpowers Wonder Woman and kicks her in the stomach. "GAH!" The impact of the kick makes Wonder Woman vomits.
Recover from the kick, full in rage Wonder Woman tries to cut Goku's body with her sword. Goku put a little bit Energy on his two-finger, parries Wonder Woman's sword. His two middle finger becomes an energy sword.
Wonder Woman blindly slashes her sword but Goku can parry the attack with his energy sword. Goku jump backward tries another energy blast but Wonder Woman parries the blast with her shield. Goku shoots a barrage of energy blast but Wonder Woman is able to parry all of them.
"Your mere trick is not effective, intruders!" Wonder Woman said as she charged at Goku with full speed and tries to slash his neck.
"Then how about this?" Goku suddenly disappeared when Wonder Woman's sword almost cut his neck.
"Huh!?"
Then Goku suddenly appeared behind Wonder Woman. A ball of energy formed between both of Goku's palms.
"KAMEHAME..."
"What the!?"
"HA!"
A Kamehameha wave suddenly blasted in Wonder Woman's face.
"AAAKKKHHH!" The Kamehameha pushed Wonder Woman into the street, makes her tumbled and rolled on the ground up to five meters.
Wonder Woman fainted with her body full of wounds.
"That's exciting, let's fight again sometimes," Goku said as he turned back to his base form. "Maybe Naruto and Luffy already finish their fight."

"Mi Nombre es Bane, el Verdugo de hoy." Bane said as he tries to punch Luffy, but he evades it with jumping around.
"What language is that?" Luffy said as he jumping around evading Bane's punches.
Luffy tries to punch Bane's stomach but Bane anticipates it with his own punch. Two powerful punches hitting each other, causing a wave impact that makes the objects around them thrown off by the impact wave.
"Shishishishi, not bad!" Luffy said. "Try to block this, GUM-GUM..." Luffy stretches his elastic arm back. Without waiting for Luffy to finish his attack, Bane charged at Luffy. But it's too late for him. "PISTOL!" then Luffy throws a devastating punch and hit Bane's chest.
"GUUOOO!" The impact of the powerful straight punch that augmented with stretching makes Bane thrown off to a pile of garbage.
But that still can't stop Bane as he quickly stands up from the ground and clean his body from the trash. Bane feels the impact of the punch as he pats his bleeding chest. Blood also coming out from his mouth.
"Wow, you are tough!" Luffy praising Bane, but Bane suddenly throws a punch. "Whoa!" Luffy successfully ducks to evades the punch. Bane's punch hits the building wall and destroy it. Luffy amazed by Bane's punch power. "Do you eating devil fruit too?"
"Stand still, criminal." Bane said in monotone sound as he throws another punch.
"GUM-GUM PISTOL!" but Luffy quickly intercepts the punch with his Gum-Gum Pistol. The impact of Luffy's Gum-Gum Pistol makes Bane's hand sprained and tingling.
"OWWW!" Bane cringing in pain.
"GUM-GUM..." Luffy stretches both his arms far back, "BAZOOKA!" and then hurls them forward, striking Bane in the stomach instantaneously with a double open palm strike with both hands.
"GUUAKKH!" Luffy's Gum-Gum Bazooka frequently sends Bane flying off the wall. As his body hit and destroys the wall, Bane is fainted and buried with building material.
"Shishishi, not bad for training," Luffy said as he cleans his straw hat. "Brrr." The sound of his stomach can be heard, the sign that he's very hungry right now. "Ahh, I'm hungry. I hope the food in this world is good."

"I am Killer Croc, your executioner." Killer Croc said as he stands face-to-face with Naruto.
"Are you sure you're not one of Orochimaru's experiment?" Naruto asks but Killer Croc replies by throwing a punch. Naruto successfully evades the punch. "Whoa! You almost hit me!"
Naruto tries to kick Killer Croc's head with an overhead kick but Killer Croc successfully blocks the kick. Without wasting any breath Naruto throws a kunai that hit Killer Croc's face. Even though the kunai can stab his hard skin, he still can felt the annoying little pain.
"Grakkh!" Killer Croc blindly throws a barrage of punches and Naruto evades the punches with jumping around and somersaults.
"Hey, stupid crocodile! Catch me if you can!" Naruto jumps and walks in the wall, frustrating Killer Croc who can walk in the wall.
"Don't run, criminal." Killer Croc said as he tries to reach Naruto's feet. "GAKKH!" Naruto throws a paper bomb at Killer Croc's face. Thanks to his hard skin, Killer Croc only had several cuts on his face.
Naruto jumps back to the ground. "KAGE BUNSHIN NO JUTSU!" in an instant, Naruto creates ten clones of himself. The ten Naruto clones charged at Killer Croc.
"U-ZU!"
"GUKKH!" Two of Naruto's clone punch Killer Croc's stomach, makes him staggered.
"MA-KI!"
"AKKKH!" Two other Naruto clone hits Killer Croc's head and back from behind.
"NARUTO..." Four of the Naruto clone suddenly appeared from under Killer Croc. Four of them kicks Killer Croc in Unison.
"EEAKKH!" The kick is so powerful that it sends the Killer Croc flying to the sky.
In the airborne, Killer Croc tries to recover but suddenly Naruto and two of his clones appeared on top of Killer Croc's head.
"COMBO!" Naruto and his two clones perform a spinning heel drop in unison that hits Killer Croc's head.
"GAAAKKKHHH!" The spinning heel drop combo sending Killer Croc back towards the ground.
"Yes! Hahaha!" Naruto and his ten clones celebrates.
Killer Croc is still laying on the ground, probably unconscious. But unfortunately, the Uzumaki Naruto Combo still can't stop him as he still can stand up albeit in a struggle. Killer Croc blindly attacked the Naruto clone, makes all of them vanished.
Naruto who already landed on the ground feels amazed that Killer Croc is still able to stand up and fight. "If that can't stop you, how about this one?" A spinning ball of chakra suddenly formed in Naruto's right hand. Then with incredible speed, Naruto charged at Killer Croc who also charged at him.
Killer Croc tries to punch Naruto's head, but fortunately, Naruto can evade the punches as he delivers the spinning ball of chakra on his palm to Killer Croc's stomach.
"RASENGAN!"
"GUAKKKHHH!" the Rasengan grinds into Killer Croc's stomach, and then the Rasengan propels Killer Croc along the Rasengan's trajectory, makes him hit and destroy the wall behind him.
The Rasengan successfully makes Killer Croc fainted. Naruto huffing in relief as the fight ended and swept the sweat on his head. "Man, he really tough. I wonder there is another super-powered person like him in this world."
"Hey, Naruto!" Naruto turned his head to see Luffy and Goku call his name.
"Oh, you already finish too," Naruto said.
"Yeah, my opponent is tough. I have a feeling that she will become more powerful in our next encounter." Goku said.
"My opponent is no pushover either," Luffy added.
Naruto scratches the back of his head. "What really happened in this world? People dressed in fancy costumes suddenly appeared and suddenly label us as a criminal?"
"For that, I can explain."
"Who!?" Naruto, Goku, and Luffy quickly turns his head to saw a young man dressed in an attire that resembles a bat that appeared in front of them.
"Who are you?" Luffy asks with suspicion. He also prepares his fighting stance.
"Don't worry, I'm not on the same side as them." The bat person said as he pointing the unconscious Killer Croc.
"Huh, says the person who wearing all black," Naruto said. "Wait, I forgot that I'm wearing a black jacket." Then he scratches the back of his head.
"...Point taken, but I promise I'm not the same group as them. I am Batman." Batman introduces himself.
The trio Jump Force leader paused for a moment while looking at each other, and then a smile formed in those trio's faces. They can feel the sincerity from Batman's voice.
Goku approached Batman and asking for shake hands. Batman quickly accepts the gesture. "My name is Son Goku. Nice to meet you."
"The name is Uzumaki Naruto, nice to meet you!" Naruto introduces himself.
"I am Monkey D Luffy, and I'm going to be the pirate king!" Luffy introduces himself too.
"Pirate King, huh?" Batman can't help for chuckling a little. Then his face turned serious again. "I will explain everything, but not in this place. I'll take you to our hidden base, and I and my comrade will explain everything that happens in this world." Batman said as he walks left the location, followed by the trio behind him.
After walking for a while and making sure they are already far enough from the location, Batman takes a remote control from his utility belt and click it. Suddenly a loud sound of a motor vehicle can be heard. From the other side of the road, Batmobile appeared and automatically park itself in front of Batman.
Luffy's eyes sparkled, the sight of Batmobile is making his jaw drop in amaze. "WOOWWW!"
"Please don't shout," Batman said as he feels a little bit annoyed. Then Batman opens and enters the Batmobile "Let's get in."
"I can just fly and follow you from behind," Goku said.
"...Very well, just keep on track and try not to stray away." Batman said.
"Hey, hey, hey, can I drive?" Luffy asks.
"No." Quick answers from Batman.
"Come On, let me drive!"
"I. Said. No." Batman glares.
"Uggh, fine..." Luffy grumbles, makes Naruto laughing.
Luffy and Naruto enter the Batmobile and the Batmobile starts its engine and drove left the location with Goku following the Batmobile from behind.
"I'm hungry, you don't have anything to eat?"
"TT"
