Day: 64
Dear Diary.
Today I've taken the liberty to NOT go on a Gammoth genocide and take a "day off" to go do a lot of gathering quests.
You know, there's something cathartic about just taking time and picking herbs and mushrooms and all that.
Oh but don't worry I've gotten my fair share of muscle works fishing off glutton Tunas and mining ores.
I think it's a pretty good balance to take it slow and enjoy the little things in life as a hunter. I mean sure. There's always the thrill of the hunt, but it's bad to get burned out from too much hunt right?
So that's what I did today. I did make a good progress on my Gammoth Weapon collections.
I'll get back to Hunting Gammoths tomorrow!

Day: 65
Dear Diary.
I think it was a good thing that I took a little break. I managed to make the rest of the Gammoth weapons.
I gotta say. Taking that break really refreshed my body and it really helped with the hunts to by in record time! I should really do this more often. I'll take another gathering tomorrow and set up for my hunting run on Mizutsune.

Dear Diary.
I've spent my days in the Hunter's Hub doing some basic gathering quests.
Not much to write about.. But I also was looking around for Michi... She was nowhere to be seen.. Maybe she went back home..
Anyway Tomorrow I head to the Misty Peaks to hunt down the Mizutsune!

Day: 67
Dear Diary.
I've started my Mizutsune genocide today. I'm kidding. But I did get good hunts in. I even managed to make two of seven weapons.
There was only one instance where I've failed a quest. The Light Bow Gun. I've used Adept style and was dodging around, but it wasn't enough. Some of it's hypnotic movements were a bit too much.. The failed quest didn't bother me much, I'm sure even the legendary hunter that saved Moga failed on multiple occasion.
Making the weapons I've realized that I was a little low on Dragonite Ores... Again..
I guess with quality weapons, you need quality materials.
I'll be heading to the Volcano to mine some tomorrow.. The heat is going to be murder on my skin...

Dear Diary.
Volcanos.. Uhgg... This place is like a sauna... It murders my skin.. Even with cool drinks I just cant stand the heat.. I did what I can to mine as much ores as possible..
I.. didn't get much.. ores.
Well by the end of the day I did get a fair share of dragonite ores.. Now I just need to get back to hunting the Mizutsunes... and try and get the hardest material.. Literally the hardest part.. It's claws.. I don't know what that things made of but all my weapon bounces off that thing.. Seriously.. On top of that it doesn't really break either.. Seriously..

Day: 69
Dear Diary.
Alright.. I'm pretty sure the Mizutsune's claw is like the hardest substance known to man AND wyvernians.. Seriously, this thing is harder than steel or any ores! I've tried crushing it with my hammer, slicing it to ribbons with my bladed weapons, and blasting it with my gun lance.. Nothing's worked.. I only managed to sort of carve it off with my Carving knife. Does... that make my knife stronger than my weapons?
Anyway, out of like five hunts.. I've gotten like one claw.. There has to be a better way to get the claws off this monster.
I'll try harder tomorrow.

Dear Diary..
I'm completely beat.. My hands are still vibrating from that reverb shock of hitting the Mizutsune's Claws.. On top of that, I didn't get much out of the hunts either.. I'm battered and bruised..
I'm going to go on a gathering quest tomorrow to relax and heal up..
