Banjo the Fox: The Bleach crap was a hint at one of the two possible sequels that I have in my head. I have several ideas for the sequel, but I think I've decided on one, and it's not the Bleach one. It'll just be more of a running gag at this point, except for a couple of instances when he'll actually be helpful. Also, no they can't fact check. That was the official documentation. Danzo manipulated it using ROOT. And first off, the Daimyo couldn't get the Hokage out of the position. He does not have that power in my story. He can assist in election, but not removal. Plus, when you see what Daimyo's are like...well...there's going to be a very big problem with that.

fresh prince1: Not much has happened. As will be explained very soon, Danzo has had these motions in plan for a long while.

Guest: Hagoromo's staff will be part of Naruto's abilities in the future. At this point though he lacks the capability to use it. Hinata will not be leaving the village however. That is admittedly an extremely interesting idea...that intrigues me. But despite how cool that idea is I don't think I'll use it. I may end up doing a spur of the moment thing because it's such a cool idea but I doubt it. Sai's future is interesting and I refuse to drop any hints that aren't straight from the story in any way. I like what I have for him. And Hiruzen needs Naruto back for both reasons yes.

Kur0KishiAlt: Morg and Naruto will not be a thing.

TheDemon'sRemorse: They are in the same world. I don't want to get into the intricacies of the Djinn and Aladdin until they're revealed.

OSR fanatic: Neither will actually be joining with Naruto until fairly late in the story. Koyuki will not be travelling with Naruto. She will have an interesting story. The incidents surrounding all three of them will still happen, in fact I have several ideas involving all three. I had put no interest into the Stone of Gelel yet. Hiruko will still be a guy though. Naruto is not on another continent. The world scale will be explained fairly soon.

Vortex

Long white hair draped down the elderly mans back as he walked down the dark, desolate corridor. The odd candle lit the dark tunnel, it's inky light barely piercing the veil of shadows that enclosed the room. The two loose, thick ponytails floated behind him, casting a shadow that gave him the appearance of a demon with horns. The goatee on his face stretched as his face returned to its permanent contortion, a frown. His hard, beady black eyes, completely invisible in the dark of the corridor, seemingly radiated an oppressive and crushing aura. The red markings on his face showed depictions of demons and other monstrosities committing horrendous acts, or maybe that was just how the shadows danced across his skin, cackling as they further embedded themselves in the mans soul. A scar slashed through one of the shadows, cutting it, his freedom barely marring his skin. He had long since forgone such trivial things like freedom. Or he had no choice. The world was such a blur he could barely remember now. The armor clanking around him a white noise, so trivial in its importance that he would have forgotten it even existed if he didn't see the faint color on it. Funny, he had forgotten what those reddish-pink and purple colors and gold plating even meant.

Was that wrong of him?

He couldn't tell anymore.

Gensui Amagiri reached out with his hand, the emancipated tool slowly gripping the door before swinging it open with a force that should not be possessed by such a weak body. The shadows surged, wrapping around the candle that lit the corridor, snuffing it out instantly and leaving Gensui in complete darkness. If he had wanted to there was no way he would have noticed. He was to blind to remember there were shadows in the first place. Deep within the recess of his mind he struggled, trapped within his own personal cage, yet the shadow surged once again and he was quelled. All that remained was a slight crack in the cage, one that he focused on. Progress was progress?

Gensui's eyes flashed a disgusting, parasitic red before they returned to their normal black. Gensui snapped his fingers, and dark, crimson flames erupted in the room, lighting up a lab of some sorts. His lips cracked open without his own desire, a dark liquid dripping from his mouth, splattering against the ground. The shadows idly reached forwards, cleaning up the mess before it surged back into Gensui's body. A wretched smile cracked the glass on his face. His own personal system of staying keeping the host body alive no?

Gensui walked towards one of the many, many tables in his room, smiling as he looked at the pair of Sharingan in the vase. He supposed he should send his results to Danzo. He had had two years to complete his time frame after all, and it had been three. He was idly surprised that the man hadn't sent for his assassination yet. He smiled, the shadows dancing around him greedily licking the air, leaping from the ground like hungry, ravenous wolves.

He would have enjoyed a good snack.

Gensui went down a single column, sealing all the pairs of Sharingan in a scroll. He idly slipped the scroll into one of his sleeves before he turned, the haunting glow of many Sharingan following him out. Yet even that was nothing to the lone red Sharingan in his right eye, the strange pattern it held pulsating with every step he took.

Danzo looked at the scroll on his desk, waving his hand idly. The ROOT operative strutted out of the room, not bothering to glance back at his superior. He would have died for that, that much was a common truth in ROOT. You did not question the Devil's orders after all.

The Devil wrapped a clawed hand around the scroll, his vile presence poisoning the gift from the Demon inside. Greater evil would always corrupt lesser evil. The Devil unsealed the gift, smiling as swirling red eyes stared back at him emptily from the containers they were kept in. His grin stretched his bandages, prying one on his face open just enough to see a hint of red underneath.

"Perfect," the Devil stated, the darkness that composed his body inking around the room, into the building, and into the surrounding area. "It's time to call a meeting. The roots have grown more powerful, and with the crimson life floating amongst them they shall not be stopped." The Devil smiled darkly. "And soon...the world shall bow before Konohagakure."

Danzo raised his hands, a dark glow radiating off of them before he slammed them on the table in front of him. The pulse of dark chakra exploded outwards, travelling through the building and underground bunker. Instantly five people were at his side. "Hypnos, Terra, Meri, Amemasu, Namtar...all of you have proven yourselves worthy of being the first to receive the eyes you see before you. Prepare yourselves. You will now have the Sharingan."

The five men before him bowed deeply, their plain black eyes - barely seen through the thin holes of their blank masks - almost glowing. They grasped the eyes and disappeared, Danzo smiling as he thought of the surgery they would go through to properly apply the eyes. With that the Devil looked at his hand. No doubt Gensui had more Sharingan. He had no doubt the man had kept some to himself. It didn't matter though. He could always request more, and if denied, kill the man before he could stop him. He knew the man likely possessed the advanced version of the eye power, but he knew that with his own form he could defeat him. Danzo smiled at the number of Sharingan before him. This, while a plentiful number, was just barely enough to fill his requirements for his personal army. However, he planned on growing it at an incredible pace if he had the chance, and he knew just how to do that.

"Akatsuki..." Danzo muttered. "And Orochimaru..."

With that Danzo stood, a dark robe fluttering around his old body. He walked forwards, his eyes powerful.

"So the Kyuubi has left Konohagakure huh?" a man repeated, his ringed eyes glowing powerfully, showering the area with his oppressive power. The man was cloaked with a black robe, red clouds floating around it. His spiky orange hair was not dampened at all by the rain that battered his head, and his face remained neutral. As a God he was above the rain. Especially his own.

He could not be harmed in his threshold of power.

The man before him nodded, sporting the same uniform. However, his hair was black and an orange mask was on his face, a single hole revealing a red eternity behind it. "Yes...if my sources are to be believed the Kyuubi Jinchuriki has now left. Where he is is uncertain."

The man with the ringed eyes frowned. "That makes things much more difficult. That is likely why Itachi left so randomly. And took his ring with him. We must replace both him and Orochimaru now."

The man with the red eternity smiled, though none could see it. "Do not worry. I have two rings under production. They should be capable of meeting your chakra signature to the letter. Simply kill the other two and gain their rings and you will have only gained more members."

The leader of the New Dawn frowned, his ringed eyes pulsating with power. His mouth, covered by his robe, carved a path in the stone of his face. "Leave me Madara...I must find several replacements. And it seems we shall be needing to gather or forces. Danzo Shimura is on the move...and he is a dangerous man."

Madara frowned, the red eternity that was his eyes swirling, a black whirlpool surrounding it. "I see...well good luck then...Pain."

With that Madara Uchiha faded into the form of the world as Pain disappeared.

Sasuke growled. The world was a fuzzy blur to him yet he couldn't help but feel some form of satisfaction. Finally he was getting some form of real training, not the pathetic teamwork exercises that his teacher had made him so accustomed to.

Ironically he slightly missed those exercises...or at least the person he could do them with.

Sasuke sighed, snuffing down his anger at Naruto's banishment. Fussing over the past would get him nothing.

Instead Sasuke rose, stumbling over to a tree and leaning against it. However, even with the support he fell to the ground, his legs unable to bear even a part of weight. He was exhausted, both physically and mentally. He had nearly been caught by the Anbu last night as he tried to get information and was forced to flee. With the increased training regime given to him by Kakashi he had no energy left for the rest of the day but to eat and sleep. He watched Kakashi wave, the man's eyes light.

Sasuke couldn't see the guilt behind them.

"Good work today Sasuke..." Kakashi said. "Your skill with the Sharingan is progressing rapidly. Your copying my taijutsu style fairly well if how strained your legs are have anything to say."

Sasuke was silent, a silent heat radiating off of him as he looked at the man responsible for his friend's banishment. For the first time he felt hate towards someone other than his brother.

Kakashi sighed, his students anger palpable. It was obvious. Sasuke had always had a one-track mind. He was disturbingly easy to read. He supposed he would have to work on that, although with how volatile his student was now under the knowledge of Naruto's banishment, Kakashi was not sure he wanted to teach his student to be deceptive.

"Anyways," Kakashi began. "We'll be moving on to your fire-style jutsu. Get up. We're not near done with our training yet."

Sasuke groaned, his body aching with the slightest of movements as he tried to rise. Kakashi watched the pitiful display with apathy. "Don't start complaining now. We haven't even truly begun. This is just so you won't die of exhaustion during the real training."

Sasuke glared at Kakashi, yet he couldn't help but feel a sort of begrudging respect towards the man. He had become a ninja to get stronger and kill his brother. For the first time he felt like he was actually making strides to accomplishing that dream. Kakashi nodded at Sasuke's rising form. "Alright, let's keep moving. I expect no one to be able to touch you when I'm through with you."

Sasuke rushed forwards, his body feeling like a lone massive bruise moving in clumsy unison. Kakashi raised an eyebrow, his forehead protector still covering his own Sharingan as he dodged Sasuke's slow, lazy punches. "The slower you come," Kakashi stated, his body moving like water. "The harder I'll hit."

Kakashi proved his statement, lashing out with a ferocious punch that slammed into Sasuke's chest sending him flying through a tree. Blood and spittle flying from his mouth Sasuke roughly impacted against the ground, his vision blurring into a strange mixture of dark swirls and bright lights. He remembered hearing a low crack as Kakashi's fist impacted against his chest. Sasuke groaned, stumbling to his feet like a newborn babe trying to stand for the first time. He glared at Kakashi, his previously red eyes a dull-lax black. Kakashi simply smiled, not that Sasuke could tell. "I think you've earned a break. I'll call for the others, in the meantime take a quick rest."

Sasuke crumpled to the ground, his body entirely spent. He could barely move. Considering Kakashi's now much more intense work regime he likely wouldn't be capable of moving for a while, and they would still be doing teamwork exercises when he got back. He idly heard Kakashi state, "Besides...we were supposed to work on a fire jutsu, not more taijutsu."

A clone of Kakashi looked dismayed at Sakura's unconscious form. 'She's definitely shown improvement. Her chakra reserves have grown by large bounds in only a single week, but she still lacks endurance. If I can't get Kurenai to train her to be a genjutsu mistress she'll have to be a medic-nin.'

Kakashi sighed, shaking his head. 'She wanted to stand by Naruto and Sasuke in battle...that much was obvious but...unless someone like Tsunade teaches her, as a medic-nin she'll never be a frontline fighter.'

Kakashi sighed, picking up the unconscious girl. He had worked her to the bone. Since training began that day he had her running up trees for several hours straight with no break. She had almost completely depleted herself of chakra in the task. As soon as she had completed that portion of her training he had her practicing with him on taijutsu, and he did not hold back. He was positive he had broken several of her bones in the savage beat down, for calling it a spar would be doing injustice to the word. He felt a slight amount of disgust with himself for coming down so hard on the girl, but he had no choice. She had to be prepared for a true shinobi lifestyle in the upcoming years and as she was now she would never make it. After she was beaten and battered from that he had her use what pathetic amount of chakra she had left to work on small elemental jutsu's, specifically water. The girl likely did not have an affinity towards it due to being born in Konoha, but it was always possible to try. She could still learn the basic techniques, and having a few basic jutsu of every style down was always helpful.

The clone of the original handed her off to the true Kakashi, disappearing in a puff of smoke.

Sai smiled at his teacher who idly dodged several of Sai's swipes with his tanto. He wouldn't deny the boy the fact that he was skilled, at least Chunin-level. Hiruzen had sent him someone to make up for the drastic loss of Naruto. He had never heard of the boy before, something he found strange considering the fact that he was so young and was yet so powerful, but Kakashi ignored his inner gut telling him to be wary of the boy. After all, what could a child possibly do that could kill him?

The clone was surprised as a sudden lion made of ink surged from behind him, ripping him to shreds before he knew what to expect. As the original landed in front of Sai he frowned. He supposed he would have to watch out for this boy after all. He managed to defeat on of his clones, and with a strange jutsu on top. He had surely never heard of this boy, but Kakashi could not doubt that he was nonetheless interested in his capabilities.

Jiraiya frowned, looking at his heavily breathing group. Other than Itachi and Tokuma everyone was exhausted. They were undoubtedly strained from the pace in which they were going. Jiraiya could not deny that he was pushing them hard. He had forced them out of the Land of Fire in a mere two days, and they had been on a non-stop chase to catch Naruto before a rain came and washed away his scent. Jiraiya was obviously desperate to find his godson.

"Take a break. You all deserve a rest."

The group gave a collective sigh of relief, all of them falling to the ground. Itachi stood however, leaning against a tree and closed his eyes. Jiraiya frowned at that. He knew Itachi would be the loner of the group, it was expected, but for Konoha teamwork was a priority, and having one member of the team that was so isolated would eventually lead to problems. However, the amount of combat they would likely be facing on this mission was small, and Itachi was powerful enough on his own. Jiraiya hoped he could take care of himself. The man could pose a significant threat to him if he fought him seriously. Itachi was a dangerous opponent. He doubtlessly stronger than Kakashi, and could likely force Gai to use several of the Gates to even fight on even grounds with him.

Jiraiya had a sneaking suspicion that Itachi was even stronger than Tsunade and Orochimaru, but he kept that thought to himself.

Yet he was straying from the importance of the topic. The subtly growing tension would not end well. The group was only functioning as well as it was because of their general trust of the Toad Sannin. Jiraiya sighed. There was no corny, or even serious teamwork building exercise he could work on that would be capable of fixing this issue. Thus, instead of try and fix the issue he walked over to Itachi. The Uchiha opened his eyes, the blazing red eyes almost unnerving Jiraiya. Almost.

"Yes Jiraiya-sama?"

Jiraiya shook his head. He had always attempted to talk Itachi out of the honorific when it came to him. However, the man was a stickler for titles. "Itachi I know you've sent a full report to Hiruzen already, but I would appreciate knowing what you know of the Akatsuki. They will be going after Naruto, and they may know that he has abandoned the village. It would be good to know as much as we can on them."

Itachi nodded. Tokuma and Gaku, both overhearing their conversation, listened in carefully. Natsu payed no mind, struggling to catch her breath. She had never faced such intense physical strain. Muta was silent, seemingly asleep.

"As of right now I don't know much information. There is a single leader of the organization, a man known as Pain. I've never truly seen him, but his eyes are strange."

Jiraiya raised an eyebrow. "Continue."

"His eyes...they're a tight, deep purple with rings surrounding his pupils. I believe him to be extraordinarily powerful as he is capable of controlling a multitude of S-rank shinobi and a slowly growing army. There are seven core members, excluding me. I do know that he desires to have at least ten core members. As for who those members are...Orochimaru was once one."

Jiraiya tensed. His old friend seemed to be involved with a lot.

"However, the ones that I know of are Deidara of the Earth, Kisame Hoshigaki, and Sasori of the Red Sand."

Tokuma's eyes widened. "All of them are S-rank shinobi...each with monikers of being extremely deadly in either single-combat and capable of facing on entire hordes of shinobi on their lonesome."

Gaku nodded, a frown on his face. "I can't think of many shinobi that are even on their level in Konohakure." Jiraiya nodded. "That's why we ideally would like to send entire squads to take on enemies of their caliber, each led by at least two S-rank shinobi of our own."

Tokuma frowned. "With all due respect Jiraiya-sama, there are not that many S-rank shinobi in the world, much less in Konoha."

Jiraiya frowned. "That is a true statement. The only potential leaders we have currently on leading said attacks, and this in the distant future mind you, are myself, Itachi here, Kakashi, Gai, Asuma, Hiashi Hyuga, and if we can get her back, Tsunade."

Gaku's eyes widened. "With all due respect Jiraiya-sama, surely some other shinobi, such as the likes of Shikaku Nara, are capable of facing these men." Jiraiya shook his head. "Shikaku is brilliant, and likely could win in a fight against a shinobi of their caliber, but he is only S-rank in intelligence and leadership qualities. In outright combat he is only an A-rank ninja. Someone like Kisame Hoshigaki would still defeat him. Sasori or Deidara he could likely handle."

Itachi frowned, shaking his head. "Do not worry about Kisame. I can handle him by myself if need be. Deidara can also be defeated by a skilled Raiton user. His signature style of jutsu is vulnerable to it, and he is extremely overconfident. A genjutsu specialist and a Raiton user, along with a squad would soundly defeat him. He also despises the Sharingan and gets quite distracted when it is used, so again I would be useful against him. As for Sasori...I cannot truly find any valid weaknesses. He is a natural genius, and his level of intelligence supersedes my own."

Jiraiya shook his head. "Do not worry about it Itachi. You have done extremely well for the short amount of time that you were in the group. You already have been an integral part in taking them down, and likely will be even more so in the future."

Itachi nodded. Gaku and Tokuma frowned however. "If this is true," Tokuma said. "Then please Itachi-san, on our few breaks on this trip please spar with me. I would like to be as prepared as possible for any attack on the village or encounter with these dangerous shinobi."

Itachi raised an eyebrow but nodded nonetheless. "Come. Follow me then." Itachi walked into the forest, Tokuma following closely behind him. "Try not to tire yourselves out to much. We will be moving again soon." The duo nodded as they disappeared in the shadows, the forest hiding them from view. Gaku watched, shifting his feet. Jiraiya raised an eyebrow. "Do you want to go with them?" Gaku frowned, shaking his head. "No...the unique style Inuzuka use can truly only be assisted by another Inuzuka. My regular elemental jutsu and my combination techniques can be perfected though. We will likely need them if we are to encounter this group."

Jiraiya sighed at the man but nodded. "Remember, on this mission at least, there is a low chance of hostile engagements. It is mainly a search-and-retrieve style mission, only ranked so highly because of its importance. Itachi is only with us on the off-chance we encounter the Akatsuki and because of the fact that Konoha is in such a fragile state due to Danzo's betrayal. We needed to recall many shinobi. There will likely be more spies from over the countries suddenly starting to reappear in Konoha. We're also sending more Anbu out. Konoha is preparing for war. The spies are being ordered to destroy and retrieve as much information as possible."

Gaku nodded, yet walked off nonetheless, his canine partner following. Jiraiya sighed, looking up at the sky. He though about all the shinobi being sent in as spies to foreign countries. It could prove to be a dangerous endeavor. Preparing for war was a dangerous task, and with Iwa and Kumo already eager to light the candle of battle, Konoha would be pressed into a two-sided choke hold that could potentially crush them. They needed to be strong to even persevere. In addition to assisting Kirigakure in the mere hope of gaining an ally...these were truly dark times.

Jiraiya sighed, idly flexing his arm. "I myself can improve," he stated. He flexed. He knew he was getting old. He was already far out of his physical prime. Sure, he could surpass it with one of his aces in the hole, but relying on such a thing was a serious weakness. There was no way he could gain back his physical strength, however, his strategies, even for how advanced they were, could always be improved. The only real threat to him out of who Itachi named was Pain and Kisame, yet he knew there had to be even stronger members of the group.

With that Jiraiya strutted off, and if one focused closely they could see licks of red hugging his form, like a drunken woman flirting.

Naruto jumped back as Morgiana attempted to land another punch on him. She rushed forwards, her legs surging with unnatural strength as she closed the distance rapidly. Naruto frowned, quickly drawing on the Spirit of the Fox, misty chakra evaporating off of his skin and forming a foxy spectral shape behind him. Morgiana still rushed forwards, completely unafraid of the large form behind him. Naruto raised his hands, thick, red chakra spiraling off of them. He landed on his feet before he rushed to meet the girl, the duo engaging in a melee of vicious blows.

Naruto landed a punch on Morgiana's cheek, the blow snapping her head to the side. Yet he seemed as if she didn't notice as her body maintained it's current direction, slamming a knee into his chest. Naruto wheezed, bending over in pain. She launched a savage punch, the blow colliding against his chin and sending him flying into the air. If this was a real fight she would have followed, but worried she may have hurt him, Morgiana stopped her assault.

"Naruto-san..." she stated, worried about him. Naruto groaned as he landed, looking at the girl with a mix of jealousy and awe. "Morgiana you're so strong," he muttered, groaning as he stood. "How? You really don't seem like you'd be capable of being so strong. Your body size just doesn't fit."

Morgiana blushed at the praise. "I'm a Fanalis. I'm technically not human. I don't know much about our tribe...I was separated from them at a young age...but we are naturally this strong."

Naruto frowned, reaching out and touching the girl's shoulder gently. He squeezed, getting her to look at him. He smiled gently, embracing the girl. "I'm sorry you had to go through that," he stated. "I promise you we'll find your tribe." Morgiana blushed, nervous, but hugged the blonde back, although a little to tightly, causing him to cough.

"Thank you."

"C-c-c-can't...breathe..."

Morgiana blushed, letting Naruto go instantly as he crumpled to the ground, greedily snatched air into his lungs. Morgiana blushed, glancing around at the numerous clones of Naruto around the field. "Naruto-san, if I may ask...what are all of these...extra yous...doing?"

Naruto smiled, rubbing his nose with his finger. "They're training!" Morgiana raised an eyebrow. "But how does that help you?" Naruto frowned. "Their memories are transferred back to me when they dispel. Due to that I have them practicing things that can be improved by repeated practices and memory while I do more physical things, such as sparring with you."

Morgiana nodded, understanding flickering across her red eyes. "So they all send their memories back to you?" Naruto frowned, slowly nodding. Morgiana smiled in appreciation. However Naruto suddenly winced, a roar exploding in his ears. "OI! IT'S TIME I WORK YOU TO THE BONE!"

Naruto groaned, massaging his temples. 'What do you want Kurama?' The fox snorted, flames extending from its nostrils. "I'm tired of working with your clones. I'm going to work with you on the Spirit. You don't have a choice so don't bother arguing."

Naruto snorted. 'Work with me while I train with Morgiana.'

Kurama grinned, like trickles of flame dusting his body. "That is not a bad idea..."

Naruto paled, before he turned to Morgiana. "Morgiana let us continue."

Morgiana nodded rushing forwards. Naruto breathed, the familiar rush of power that was the Spirit of the Fox descending upon him. Kurama smiled at the progression Naruto was making at calling the spirit. However he quickly focused back in on the situation.

"You can't beat her in a strength competition and likely never will be if she continues to grow in that strength. No, what you've got to do is handle her when it comes to illusions. Genjutsu."

Naruto frowned, disappointed that he would have to use an art he was so terrible at using.

Morgiana lightly jumped off the balls of her feet, soaring towards Naruto at blinding speeds. Naruto frowned, spinning on his heel as his body sent out a pulse of power. The pulse managed to slow Morgiana momentarily, forcing her to land as it cancelled out her momentum. Naruto cancelled his spin, instead digging his hand into the ground before ripping it upwards, unleashing a wave of crimson energy towards the redhead.

Morgiana's eyes widened before she stomped on the ground, a large rock shooting upwards to defend her. The crimson energy merely vaporized the rock and continued onward, slashing Morgiana across the chest. Morgiana stumbled back, pain shooting across her whole body. Naruto smiled, raising two fingers and expanding his chakra outwards in tendrils that touched Morgiana's head. A bright flash of red illuminated the area before Morgiana collapsed, unconscious.

"How the fuck are you so good at this shit?"

"Language!"

Naruto blushed. 'Kaa-chan...'

Kurama rolled his eyes at the woman sharing Naruto's mind, brushing her off. "I don't care. The point is the amount of skill he uses is unnatural. It shouldn't be possible. Yet he's strong enough to do all of these things. You can't deny it. He sucked at genjutsu. But now he seems to be capable of doing it naturally. Sure any competent shinobi would shatter them easily, but for a brief moment to even stun someone like he does is something unheard. Even Asura wasn't this good originally."

Naruto smirked. 'Maybe I'm better than Asura?'

Kurama laughed, the voice echoing throughout Naruto's whole body, making him shiver at the implications behind it. "You wish." Naruto smiled proudly puffing out his chest. Kushina nodded at his attitude, yet Kurama snorted. "I liked it more when you were depressed."

Naruto rolled his eyes, dispelling his clones. 'Fuck you too Kurama.'

In Naruto's mindscape Kushina looked at the fox, an annoyed look on her face.

"What?"

"That depressed side...he was more mature then yes but...even you should be able to tell the fact that he isn't stable right now. Emotionally he's practically bipolar...even if around certain people. He's cold to practically anyone he doesn't trust, unreasonable so. We're his family right now...and I need you to recognize that Kurama."

The fox frowned, breathing out heavily.

"Family would warn him about those people following him and the girl."

Kushina smiled, nodding. "I already have!"

As you can probably tell I was feeling this chapter in the beginning. Towards the end I sort of lost it. This chapter was meant to be a lot darker, while showing Naruto's brighter personality. I feel like I achieved it but just not in the way that I wanted to. I really can't wait for a lot of things I hinted at in this chapter to come to light. Sadly Gensui's twist is far far later. I also wanna see how you guys felt about the Sharingan that I mentioned. I originally had more Sharingan planned for use, but I decided against it because I thought it might be a lot more powerful than it should have been. Anyways, I'm out bros. Review, Favorite, Follow, and critique as always.
