"Hi, just wanted to call to see how you're doing. Hope you're doing well. I'm not sure if your brothers told you yet. They're actually putting me through wand training on Saturdays. They're a pretty good bunch of guys. Although, I think they wanted to put me through the ringer at first. They're awfully protective of you.

"They had a wedding to go to today. I'm assuming you're going to the festivities as well," Phillip said as he loosened his tie. "Hope you have fun. Eat a lot of cake, drink a lot of champagne, catch the bouquet … or whatever fun things you guys do at Wizarding weddings.

"I'll catch up with you later," Phillip said, knowing she'd probably not return his call. "My lunch date is waiting."

Phillip blew out a breath as he looked at his mobile before ending the call. He shrugged as he pocketed the phone and entered the London bar.

Drew had recognized the familiar number as she put her hair up in a ponytail. She let the call go to voicemail as she turned toward Andy in his basinet.

She picked up Andy before sitting down on her bed and placed the mobile on speaker as she listened to the message. She smiled as the message played. She closed her eyes as she heard him say that his lunch date was waiting.

"Hey, I'm here," the familiar male voice rang from the living room.

She looked at Andy, "Looks like our lunch date is here, too."

Phillip scanned the crowded bar and grill. All eyes seemed to look at the newcomer. He smiled as he saw the familiar face at one of the square tables.

"Hey, glad you made it," the black-haired chef said standing up to shake his old friend's hand.

"I'm glad you were free today," Phillip said as he sat down.

"Yeah, got here about ten minutes ago," Aston said as he handed him one of the green bottles. "You do realize this is a gay bar, right."

Phillip laughed as he clinked his bottle against Aston's, "Of course, I did. I figured you wouldn't have suggested it if it wasn't a great place."

Aston canted an eyebrow and then laughed. Phillip took a sip of his beer and nodded.

"We haven't gotten together since your birthday," Aston said. "What's new?"

"Drew's brothers are training me with the Schield wand," Phillip said as Aston raised his eyebrows. "Don't worry. They've assured me that everything is perfectly legal."

Aston laughed. "Well, that's one way to be a part of Drew's life."

Phillip laughed. "Yeah, I guess. They're all at a wedding right now."

Aston nodded, knowing Marco was at the same wedding festivities. "Well, I'm sure Drew is having loads of fun right now. I think we should enjoy ourselves, too. Shall we order?"

Phillip laughed as he nodded. They both looked at their menus.

"It is with great pleasure that I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Blaise and Jessica Zabini," the Ministry Officiate said as the crowd rose in applause.

The newlywed couple smiled and waved at the crowd as they made their way to the head table. Blaise, Sr. and Gregory, Sr., nodded at each other. They both waved their wands and plates of food appeared in front of each of the wedding guests.

Drew nodded to her left, at Marco as she held Andy in her lap. In between the two was Andy's stroller. Dean sat to the left of the Marco and to his left was his son, Dean, III. Diana sat in between her brother and her mother. Neve held Nora in her lap as she sat next to Nora's stroller. The last two seats were filled by Ronda Potter and Harlin Jankovic, who sat next to Drew. Drew took a deep breath as she nodded at both Ronda and Harlin before everyone started to tuck in.

The wedding guests ate and conversed. Drew listened intently to all the conversations. Ronda and Harlin spoke of their time working with the Ministry hunting down his former brethren.

As anxious as she was, Drew felt reassured that Harlin turned over a new leaf. He wasn't the Deatheater that had originally marked her for death fourteen years ago. Drew smiled to herself as the rest of the wedding program continued.

Phillip took a gulp of his beer before burping. "That hit the spot," he said as Aston laughed. The pair was savoring the rest of their pub lunch.

"So how's your recovery going?" Aston asked.

"It's actually going pretty well, I think," Phillip nodded. "The knee feels okay."

"That's good to hear," Aston said as he nodded at the waiter for two more beers. "You'll be back on the court in no time."

"I hope so," Phillip said as he accepted the beer bottle from the waiter. "I mean, I'm enjoying training with the wand, but basketball's always been my calling. I'm ready to hit the court already."

"So, I guess the house thing is wrapping up?" Aston asked.

Phillip shrugged. "The realtor's trying. We have no takers just yet."

Aston nodded, "There's a lot of memories there."

"Yeah," Phillip took in a breath. "I don't know. I'm not sure if that's enough to keep me here, though. My life and livelihood is in Boston."

Aston shrugged, "Well, being part of the Wizarding World does afford easier travel. You could always make a trip here if it was worth your while."

Phillip studied Aston for a moment before nodding in agreement. "I guess. Mr. Montague is here. It's good to keep an eye on my financials."

Aston smiled. "Yeah, I guess," the chef said. "And Drew still has ties here. Have you heard from her yet?"

Phillip took in a breath. "Not really," Phillip shrugged. "Her brothers kind of keep me in the loop."

Aston took a gulp of his beer. "Well, I'm sure she'll come around eventually."

"Yeah, that's what her brothers keep saying," Phillip said as he sipped his beer.

"Well, when the time comes, I'm sure you'll do what's in your best interest, Phil," Aston said.

"Yeah," Phillip said. He raised his bottle, "To what the future holds."

Aston smiled inwardly noting the same toast he had made years ago with Drew. He clinked his bottleneck against Phillip's bottle. They both took a sip as they thought about their high school friend.

Dean and Neve joined the newlyweds and other guests on the dancefloor. Dean held Nora in his arms as he danced with Neve. The older kids danced with each other.

Marco was also on the dancefloor as he held Andy in his arms. The deejay had a pretty good mix going on.

Back at the table, Drew and Harlin sat looking on as they waited for Ronda. Harlin smiled at Drew.

"So, you and Marco?" the former Death Eater canted an eyebrow. "I thought he was into guys?"

Drew laughed. "Yeah, he is," Drew said. "We were both scheduled off. He was available."

"Well, he does get along well with Andy," Harlin nodded at the pair on the dancefloor.

Drew laughed. She nodded at Harlin, "So, you and Ronda seem cozy."

Harlin shrugged. "She's seen me at my worst," he said. "And she's seen me at my best, too.

"How about you and Phil? Ronda said that Hans and your brothers are hanging out with him."

Drew blew out a breath. "He's learning about his Wizarding origins. They're putting him through wand training," she shrugged her shoulders.

"So, you two have spoken?"

She shook her head. "I haven't spoken to him for a long time."

"So he doesn't know about Andy?"

"No," she shrugged.

"I'm probably the last one to be giving advice, but," he paused. "I grew up without a father.

"And I probably put Uncle Todd in his early grave. I'm still trying to make things right with Aunt Jo. Growing up without a father-figure was difficult.

"Phillip doesn't strike me as someone who would shirk his paternal responsibilities."

"He wouldn't," Drew said softly. "I just don't think it would be fair to him if he felt obligated to stay because of them."

"He cares a lot," Harlin said, studying her face. "He stepped in front of the Dagger of Irses for you. He fought to remember you."

"I know," she said, almost whimpering.

Harlin took a gentle hold of her hand and squeezed. "Life is about redemption. You said it yourself. If not his, yours."

She looked up at him. She nodded. He smiled at her as he let go of her hand.

"Hey," the ginger-haired Auror said as she placed the three cranberry juice cocktails on the tabletop. Both Harlin and Drew took one of the glasses.

"Cranberry juice?" the brown-haired young man said after taking a sip.

Drew watched as Ronda sat back in her seat. Ronda kissed Harlin on the cheek.

"Well, you know what they say about alcohol and pregnancy," Ronda said, shrugging as she took a sip.

Drew smiled. Harlin took in a breath as he turned to look into Ronda's eyes.

"Really?" he said as Ronda nodded.

"Congratulations, you two," Drew said.

"Thanks," Ronda said to Drew as Harlin searched the table. He grabbed a napkin ring.

"Jessica won't mind, right?" he said as he held up the makeshift silver circle. He turned to Ronda and asked softly, "Will you marry me?"

"Yes," Ronda said as he put the oversized ring onto her left ring finger. Harlin gently reached for her face and pulled her in for a long kiss. Drew's breath hitched in her chest as she watched the couple.

"She said, 'Yes,'" Harlin said as he looked at Drew.

"Congratulations two-fold," Drew said as she stood up to hug Ronda.

As Drew hugged Harlin, he whispered into her ear, "Redemption." He looked into her eyes and nodded. A tear slipped down her cheek as she nodded at the newly engaged couple. The lone whispered word echoed in her head as the other wedding guests rejoined the table to share in the news.
