Hey guys! Hope you liked the first chapter, and I chose to give Lila more of a background, since we don't know much about her. I hope you enjoy!

Chapter Two: Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite

"I know who Ladybug is!" I exclaimed. Marinette was in for it. Of course, I wouldn't tell everyone it was her, but I would surely give hints to Marinette that I knew.

"You do!" Alya shouted. She pulled out her phone and pointed it at my face. "TELL ME!"

"I'm sorry, Alya," I said, shoving the phone away from my face. "I promised Ladybug I wouldn't tell. It was all an accident!" This would make Marinette not believe I know, it was all too easy.

"You really know who Ladybug is?" Marinette asked, her blue eyes narrowing.

"Yes, and I told her I wouldn't tell, so I'm not going to tell you who she is!" I said, snottily. Ha! This was working.

"You don't know," Marinette said, questioning my sanity. "Admit it. Your tall tales are over with, Lila, I'm so sick of you telling everyone lies! Maybe that's why your mother named you LIE-la!" Marinette put emphasis on "lie" and I hated. She was in for it. All I had to do was tell two truths and a lie.

"Actually, Marinette, my father chose my name and it's really Lilana, and I haven't told more than three lies in my life! Why would you say such a thing?" I acted hurt. I was, but I was more angry than hurt. I grabbed my chest and ran away, letting fake tears stream down my face.

"Now look what you did this time," I heard Alya say to Marinette. When I was far enough off, I hid in an alleyway and wiped the tears off my face. A familiar purple butterfly landed next to me, waiting for me to hide it. I took out a picture of my father, a perfect way to show my anger.

"Hello, Pairless," Hawkmoth's voice said in my head.

"Hawkmoth, I know the deal. What are my powers?" I asked.

"I give you the power to take away someone important from a person's life, whether it be a parent, a partner, or a love interest."

"Of course, Hawkmoth," I said. I felt a familiar feeling of being taken over. Hawkmoth had the choice for us to keep our memories, most people aren't aloud to, but he let me. My picture turned into a photobook, and I smiled. He was so creative. Not. I hopped into the school and corned Marinette.

"Say goodbye to someone you love," I said, a light coming out of my hand and hitting her in the chest. I opened the photobook and showed her the picture in it. The picture was of her father.

"Papa!" She tried grabbing the book from me.

"Oh, so you want another person gone." I smiled evilly and my hand pointed towards her yet again.

"Hey!" A silver pole slid over my hand and I turned around to glare at Cat Noir. I spun around before Marinette got away and let the light flash once more, taking her mother into my photobook.

"MOM!" Marinette shouted as I opened the book. Cat Noir looked ticked. They were both suffering- I loved it with a capital L.

"Pick on someone with superpowers!" Cat Noir said, pouncing on me. I moved back and kicked him in the chest.

"She's the one who said my mother named me LIE-la because she knew I would be a liar!" I shouted. "SHE DESERVES TO FEEL THE PAIN I FEEL!" This was true. Trying to take away something that made me feel loved was wrong, so I'd take away everything- and everyone- that made her feel loved. One step at a time.

I shot a light that was aimed towards Cat Noir, he dodged, but it hit Nino. "Not who I was aiming for, but it works." I shrugged, opened the book, and showed Nino. His eyes got wide as he saw Alya's face trapped in the picture.

"That's not cool, dudette! Give me my girlfriend back!" Nino shouted.

"You were in the way," I said, giving him a stern look. I didn't want to hurt Nino, but whoever came in my way would be punished. "I can't give you Alya back, once she's in the book, she's in the book." Nino shook his head and ran off.

"Stop that, Lila!" Cat Noir said, leaping to attack, pole high in the air, ready to strike. I put my hand up and blocked his pole.

"Your turn," I said, my hand aimed at Cat Noir midair.

"Not today!" Ladybug's voice called out as a yo-yo pulled my hand away, but my light had been let free, and it hit Chloe. She disappeared and landed in my book.

"I always knew you cared more about yourself then anyone else," I said. Marinette would agree, except for that, as Ladybug, she didn't have time to agree. She put her yo-yo around my leg and pulled me to the ground. I had had a light prepared for Ladybug, but because she pulled me down, my light hit Mrs. Bustier. Her eyes grew wide as almost every person in her class was put into my book, it was a whole class picture. The two people who weren't in the picture, that is besides the ones I already capture, were Marinette and Adrien. I wasn't sure why Adrien wasn't in the picture, mainly because Mrs. Bustier cares about everyone equally. Whatever, I thought, as I tried desperately to hit Cat Noir. If I hit him- well, let's just say Ladybug wouldn't have the last laugh.

Finally, I landed a hit onto Ladybug. Cat Noir's picture landed in my photobook, and Ladybug gasped. "CAT NOIR!"

"Have fun trying to beat me without your partner, Ladybug," I shouted, laughing. "Now, just to find someone who deeply cares for Ladybug that isn't a cat… I know!" Recently, I had seen a boy who seemed like a really big Ladybug fan. He wore a Ladybug t-shirt, a Ladybug baseball cap, and a Ladybug backpack. An evil smile crept onto my face as I turned around and ran away. Surely, he would make Ladybug disappear.

The boy was wearing similar clothing, and it was extremely easy to spot him. "Hey dude," I teased. His eyes got wide, and he started to run. "Nowhere to run from my, Bug Boy." My hand found its target, but yet again, Ladybug's yo-yo grabbed my arm tossing it to the side. My light hit the wall and disappeared.

"Not this time," Ladybug shouted, as doing so.

"Man, I hate you, bug," I shouted, again aiming my light at the running boy. The boy narrowly dodged my light as Ladybug shouted for her "lucky charm." Down fell a mirror, the rim dotted with black dots and the rest of the rim was red. I didn't care, as I aimed again for the boy, Ladybug jumped in front of the boy, holding the mirror at her chest. My light reflected off of it and I had to jump to the side to dodge it. Ladybug took the photobook from me, and ripped it, letting the akuma out.

"No more evil doing for you, little akuma," Ladybug said, her yo-yo swinging to catch the butterfly. Everyone was released from their bonds in my book and Cat Noir fell flat on his face. "MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!" Ladybug shouted, throwing the mirror in the air and all damage done disappeared. I held my head and groaned.

"What happened?" I muttered, knowing exactly what happened. Ladybug held out a hand and helped me up, and Cat Noir handed me my picture.

"You got akumatised," Cat Noir answered. Yeah, thanks for telling me, Captain Obvious.

Nighttime, no akuma, I am on my daily walk and see Marinette. Time to mess with her…

"Hey! Marinette!" I hollered towards her.

"Oh, hi Lila," Marinette said unenthusiastically.

"Sorry for trying to take your family away," I said, holding my fingers crossed behind my back.

"Lila," Marinette began. "Why- I mean- who was in that picture?"

"My dad," I responded, taking a moment to let that sit in Marinette's mind. I grabbed my phone out and pretended to be surprised. "My mom needs me, I gotta go. Bye, Marinette!" I started walking away, paused, swung my head to the side and said, "Don't let the bed bugs bite. Especially if they are ladybugs." Marinette looked at me confused, and I just walked away.
