I don't own EoA. I'm currently not in a good place and my parents took Tumblr away from me. They don't understand what it is like to be a teenage girl right now and sometimes make things worse. If I don't publish stories for awhile it is because I'm not in a good place mentally. I have written 3/4 chapters earlier for this story so I'm gonna publish them now

"Papi, don't go to the meeting," the four year old princess cried.

"Elenita, mija, I have to," King Raul told his daughter kissing her forehead. He frowned upon feeling that her forehead was quite warm.

"Lucia, can you feel Elena's forehead?" Raul asked his wife who had just entered their daughter's bedroom. Lucia put a hand on Elena's forehead.

"Mijita, are you feeling ok?" She asked as Raul left the room to go to his meeting.

"Mami, I feel hot."

Lucia sat next her daughter.

"Elenita, is anything hurting you?"

"Si, my tummy," Elena cried burying her head into her mother. Lucia petted the little princess' back as she sang a lullaby. After Elena had fallen asleep she got up and looked for the thermometer and her daughter's nightgrown. She went back to her sleeping daughter and changed her out of her red dress and into her pajamas.

"Mami, my tummy," Elena cried waking up.

"Elenita, I know, let me take your temperature. Can you say ahh?" Lucia asked as Elena opened her mouth. A few moments later Lucia frowned when she read the thermometer. Elena was running a fever of 101.5.

"Mami, my tummy really hurts make it stop," Elena cried before leaning over her bed and throwing up on the floor and herself. Elena started to cry harder and louder.

"Elenita, it's bathtime," Lucia said scooping up the four year old. She asked a servant to clean up the mess as she started to run Elena's bath.

"Mami, can I have bubbles?" Elena asked. Lucia got the bubble bath and put in into the water. She undressed Elena and put her into the tub. She hated so much to see her little girl sick and knew that Raul hated being in his meeting instead of being with their daughter. After Elena was done soaking Lucia wrapped her in a towel and brought over to her bed.

"Mami, can you sing me a song?" Elena asked after Lucia changed her into a new nightgrown.

"Si, mijita," Lucia said kissing Elena's still warm forehead. Lucia started to sing Elena a lullaby but soon the sick little princess was fast a sleep. Lucia herself also feel a sleep not want to wake her daughter.

"Lucia, how Elenita doing?" Raul asked waking Lucia up.

"She's running a fever of 101.5 and has thrown up, she is fast asleep now," she said getting up. She made sure that Elena was tucked in, and put a trash can near by before kissing her forehead again.

"I hate seeing her sick, luckily she is such a healthy little girl," Raul whispered before kissing his sleeping daughter's forehead.

"Papi?" Elena muffled sleepily.

"Elenita, go back to sleep, it will make you feel better," Raul whispered kissing her forehead again.

"Ok, Papi," Elena muffled before falling back asleep.
