A figure can be seen running towards the stage leaving a dust cloud behind them. The figure being nothing more than a silver haired child wearing a white dress with puffy sleeves who was also sporting a fox mask. The child cleared their throat before tapping on the microphone that they were currently holding in their hand.
Luna: Hi everyone! It is I, Luna! I am going to be the host of this segment, the one who is currently piloting the camera is Mugetsu. Say hi Mugetsu!
A lady wearing a black suit wearing a matching fox mask waves to the camera before turning the camera back to Luna.
Luna: To those who are wondering why there are two of us instead of just one writer like in the special chapter. (she gestured to a banner behind her that read: There just is. Deal with it!) Anyway let's go to what you guys clicked on this chapter for. (the camera zooms onto the stage which now sported a couch and five people currently sitting on it.)
The five people were the Four Great Heavenly Kings and Kimiko. Toriko was sitting closest to the host then Sunny, Coco, Zebra, and with Kimiko sitting on the other end of the couch. All of them being in formal wear with the men being in suits and Kimiko being in a red halter neck dress that stopped at knee length for her showing that she was wearing flats with flower designs.
Four Heavenly Kings and Kimiko: Thank you for having us. (Kimiko looked over at Zebra who didn't say anything, she nudged him with her elbow making him grunt. She nudged him again making him see her expectant look)
Zebra: Thanks (Kimiko smiled)
Luna: Now that everyone is here, we will start with answering any questions or comments that have been given to me. Some of these are from PM's or other reviews. Since this is the second time I've written in this style, I've invited some special guests for part of this segment. Everyone, please welcome, Luffy, Sanji, Chopper, and Nami from the Straw Hat pirates!
Everyone looked to see the four members from the Straw Hat crew consisting of Luffy, Sanji Chopper, and Nami. Luffy and Sanji were both in formal wear while Chopper had gone for wearing a bowtie with his usual attire instead of a suit while Nami was in a red cocktail dress.
Toriko, Coco, and Sunny gave a slight frown as one collective thought ran through their head. That thought being: "Oh great, it's him again."
( the camera panned out so it could capture everyone in the frame as they sat down before focusing on the pirate crew)
Luffy: Ushishishishi! It's awesome to be here on this mystery show.
Luna: Well this isn't technically a show, just a segment in a chapter.
Luffy: (he nods) right, a mystery show.
Luna : Anyway let's get to the questions. (she waves a bunch of flashcards towards the camera) For the first one that is related to this Toriko and One Piece crossover: Since the second Toriko and One Piece crossover takes place after the One Piece timeskip does that mean that at least two years have passed since the end of the Century Soup Arc. Since you reference the injury Kimiko got during the crossover during the Ozone Herb arc. Also can you put the group in their timeskip outfits if that's true.
Luffy: Ooh a mystery question ( he gave a laugh as the rest of his crew sighed)
Luna: Well about that (she tapped her chin in thought) How do I explain this. I don't really know how much time has passed in the Toriko universe, since there's not an exact timeline showing how much time has passed since Kimiko met Toriko. And the only passage of time I'm completely sure about is the timeskip that happens in the in my opinion, the One Piece timeline does not correlate with how much time has passed in the Toriko universe. Not to mention, I put that crossover chapter right before the Ozone Herb arc, even though it was technically the first episode of Toriko (according to Crunchyroll) It's just a cool crossover. Just know that some time has passed since they've last seen each other. That's why they won't be wearing their timeskip outfits.
Nami: So basically just don't think too much about the timeline.
Luna: Yeah that's about right. Anyway onto the next question! This question is about the crossover. Are you going to write anymore Toriko and One Piece crossovers after this one?
Kimiko: I'd like to see them more, what do you guys think? (she turned to look at the rest of the group)
Toriko, Sunny, Coco:...uh
Luna: Well I've heard that there was another crossover where everyone from Toriko, One Piece, and Dragon Ball Z where they all got together and fought, but I haven't found a full episode of it in english sub. But I've thought about writing some interactions between Sanji and Kimiko.
Sanji: ~Do you hear that Kimiko-chwan~ (The blonde chef had currently stood up and was currently imitating a dancing noodle while hearts were surrounding him) ~We could see each other after this~
Zebra: Who the fuck is this idiot. (he was pointing to Sanji who had stopped his dancing to glare at Zebra)
Sanji: What'd you say shitty face!
Kimiko: Zebra-san! Sanji-san! Please calm down!
Luna: Oh yeah, you never actually met anyone from the One Piece crew. Allow me to explain then. (all of the lights turned off for a second before a single spotlight was placed on Luffy.) This is Luffy, and he's the captain of the Strawhat pirates, he and part of his crew met Toriko and Kimiko while they're on Hungry-la island. (the spotlight then switched to Nami who gave a wink to the camera) This is Nami, she's the navigator of the crew (the light then switched to the reindeer who blushed as the camera focused on him) This guy is Chopper, he's the doctor of the crew. (the camera then focused on Sanji who gave a smile) And this is Sanji the chef of the Strawhat pirates. Of course there are more members in his crew, you'll meet them in the crossover. Well except for you Zebra, you're still in prison at this point. (Zebra grumbled something under his breath while nobody could clearly hear what he was saying, one of the few words that they could make out was "cocky bastard") But back to the questions. I don't know if I'll be writing the TorikoxOne PIecexDragon Ball Z crossover since I can't find an english subbed version, but I might just make my own version if people are interested. What does the Straw Hat crew think?
Luffy: I'd love to see it! We can all eat tons of food! (his eyes were currently sparkling at the prospect)
Chopper: I'd like to see Terry aga-
Sanji: ~Kimiko-chwan!~ ~Shall we get together again and cook~ (Kimiko giggled as he waved at her. Unknown to her Zebra was currently flipping off Sanji behind her back.)
Nami: We're getting paid for this, right?
Luna: Huh! Oh! Would you look at that, your time here is up!
Nami: What!
Luna: Bye guys! (she pressed a button on a remote making the floor beneath the couch that the Straw Hats were sitting on to disappear, causing the group to fall down the hole, effectively sending them down into the abyss) Don't worry they're fine. Onto the next question. Are there going to be any more people that are going to be romantically interested with Kimiko? For example Match, Teppei, or Starjun? Well Kimiko, do you want some more names added to your list of suitors?
Kimiko: My list of what? (she tilted her head in confusion unaware of the glares that the Gourmet Kings were sending to Luna)
Luna: Don't worry about it. For my answer to this question, I cannot say it here. So let's move shall we. (she took out the remote and pressed another button. The floor underneath Luna and the camera disappeared, Luna waved at everyone before disappearing into the hole)
Coco: What just happened? (everybody just looked at each other completely confused and then back to Mugetsu who was standing there equally as confused as they were)
(the camera started to focus on Luna who was now in an empty room that was completely bare of anything.)
Luna: phew! (she sighed in relief) now that we're away from the cast, I can safely answer this question. This room is completely soundproof, not even Zebra can hear me. Look. HEY ZEBRA! YOU'RE THE WORST CHARACTER! (a couple of seconds passed with nothing happening, Luna let out a breath of relief) Now back to the question. I know I'm not going to have Match or Teppei being romantically interested in her, since in my opinion, they don't really have much time to interact and get to know each other as much as the Four Heavenly Kings do. That goes the same with Takimaru. They're just going to be guys that Kimiko knows and are her friends. Starjun though, I'm still thinking about it. I do have ideas where Starjun does interact with only Kimiko, but I don't know if I should include them since there are already so many people interested in Kimiko. But if people really want Starjun to have a romantic interest in her, just comment. If there are a lot of people that want to see some romantic interactions between them, I'll totally do it. If not, it's not going to happen because right now any interest Starjun has with Kimiko is just in her skills of being a chef. Now back to everyone else! (Luna pressed another button on her remote sending her back onto the stage with the rest of the cast) Hi everyone! Now let's go to the next question!
Sunny: Oi! You can't just leave a conversation without even giving a reason! It's so undignified! It makes me sick!
Luna: Well I didn't want to get murdered by you four, that's my reason. Now onto the next question: for when you get to the Cooking Fest, are you going to make it the same ending as in the manga or the anime? And are you going to continue from where the manga left off? Ooh I love this question! For the beginning of the Cooking Festival, I'm going to stick with the anime, but the second half I'm going to stick with and continue on with the manga, since the anime changed a lot of the ending. For the manga question, are you asking if I'm going to continue from where the manga finished? Well to those who haven't read the manga, well SPOILERS. From what I remember it ends with Komatsu going on a trip with Toriko to travel through space with Coco, Sunny, and Zebra. I don't remember if anyone else accompanied them, but that's the main thing I remember. I honestly don't know if I'll continue from where the manga ended? What do you guys think?
Kimiko: It sounds amazing! I'd love to see what other ingredients and food I can make from other worlds.
Sunny: We're all getting our own spaceship,right?
Luna: Uh, I think you all share a spaceship together.
Sunny: I REFUSE! THERE'S NO WAY I'M STAYING WITH THESE THREE! (he pointed vehemently at his brothers) They're disgusting and unrefined! Miko, you're going to be traveling with me!
Toriko: Hey! Kimi's my combo partner, she should be with me.
Coco: Shouldn't Kimiko-chan get to choose who she's with. (Kimiko gave a smile at Coco for his consideration)
Luna: Well if we want to think about this logically, shouldn't she be with Zebra? (Toriko, Sunny, and Coco all turned to stare at her. Making her blush at the attention) Well, you see, since Zebra always eats so much, shouldn't Kimiko be there to make sure he's not starving or eating all of his food at once?
Toriko, Coco, Sunny: We'll all share a ship.
Luna: Ok, for the question, I'm not sure if I will continue from where the manga ended, since it's so far away from where the story currently is right now. It's completely up in the air, if anything I'll at least make an epilogue. Now to the next comment it says: Die. Go kill yourself. (Luna blinked at the card and then proceeded to run towards Mugetsu while crying a sea of tears. The camera spun a bit before focusing on the two. Mugetsu currently patting Luna's head while Luna was clinging to Mugetsu.) Mugetsu, they're saying mean things!
Kimiko: I can't believe people would actually say that (she looked at the card that Luna had dropped in her outcry)
Mugetsu: There, there, y'know their words only have weight if you actually give it to them. (Mugetsu patted Luna's head as an act of comfort) If push comes to shove, we'll just move to ao3.
Luna: It's okay, we have a bunch of people who like reading the stories I write. That's all I need to keep on going.
Mugetsu: Very well, get going with the next comment then (Mugetsu ushered Luna back to the couch to the rest of the cast)
Luna: The next one says: I am a young hot lady looking for a sexy ti- (Luna was cut off by Mugetsu rushing behind the couch and yanking the card out of Luna's hand)
Mugetsu: This place has pornbots too. I thought that it was just a tumblr problem.
Kimiko: Is everything alright? There's not a problem is there?
Luna: No-
Mugetsu: Yes there is, get up. We're all moving to Ao3!
Luna: WAIT! We shouldn't just jump ship after one incident!( Luna tries to hold Mugetsu from storming off the stage)

The Reunion of Toriko and Luffy!

Kimiko hummed a tune as she sat in the rowboat accompanied by Toriko and Terry. It had been a couple of days since they finished up with capturing the Melk Stardust. Now that it was getting close to the end of summer, Kimiko wanted to be able to get to the last catch of the Spring Sharks before they migrate again. The ocean was completely calm with only gentle waves making the boat rock slightly. While she knew that fishing was a waiting game, she kind of wished that the fish would freaking hurry up and bite the fishing line already. She looked at Toriko who was currently lying back, eyes closed, without a care in the world. Looking past him, she could see that Terry was currently resting her head while basking in the sunlight. It was hard to believe that these two could fight such fearsome creatures when they looked so at peace.
I hope we could finish this up quickly. Toriko-san said that the best time to get the next ingredient is soon, and I'd hate for this to get in the way. Not to mention I'm the one that asked if we could acquire this ingredient. She gave a sigh at her thoughts as she held the fishing rod in her hands.
"Anything wrong, Kimi" Toriko said his eyes still closed.
"Not really, I just wish that fishing could go faster." she said
"Well, we can't force fish to bite a hook. Just relax, they'll get here when they get here. Not to mention Spring Shark soup is incredibly tasty. So it'll be worth the wait." he paused and opened an eye at the same time Terry opened hers. He gave a grin. "Kimi," he got her attention, "It's coming."
"Wha?" Before she could ask anymore questions the water beneath them started to get more rough and before she knew it looked like there was a whirlpool beneath them. She felt the fishing line tug and then almost pulled her into the water. Kimiko gritted her teeth as she tried to keep her grip on the fishing rod. She saw Toriko grab onto the rod helping her stabilize herself on the boat as the water started to swirl around them.
"Hang on, Kimi. This one's a big one." Toriko grinned as the fishing line grew taught and he pulled back causing what was on the other end to come flying towards the surface. Kimiko grinned as she saw the shark in its full glory, being as long as a whale, it had a serpentine shape body that glistened as bright as the sun.

"Look Toriko-san Spring Shark really does glow even in the sunlight."
"That means it's full of eggs!" Toriko grinned before clapping his hands together," I give thanks for all this world's bounty. Idtadakimasu!" he jumped off the boat and attacked the shark.
"Knocking successful!" Kimiko cheered as she watched Toriko and the Spring Shark fall back into the water. "Looks like we're all finished here."
"Let's head straight back and cook it up!"
"Of cour-" Kimiko was cut off by Terry who was growling all of a sudden.
"What's wrong, Terry?" the blue haired man questioned the wolf only for the Spring Shark to answer by moving up and down in the water and into the air.
"What the?!" Kimiko exclaimed.
"GOMU GOMU NO!" wait, Kimiko remembered that voice. "ROCKET!" she watched as a person shot out of the Spring Shark's mouth and into the air. "Man that was close!" Kimiko blinked as the man and the Spring Shark fell back down into the ocean causing a wave of water to soak her, Toriko, and Terry.
"Luffy-san!" she exclaimed as she saw the straw hat pirate land on the Spring Shark. He was sporting a different look from when she last saw him. He was wearing a red cardigan that showed his chest at which she can see a large scar in the middle of it. While the rest of his outfit looked the same with the knee length jeans, sandals, and signature straw hat.
"Hey! Toriko and Kimiko! Long time no see!" Luffy greeted unfazed by their strange meeting.
"Yeah, good to see that you're doing well too," Toriko greeted back.
"Um, Luffy-san. Why were inside that Spring Shark?"
"Huh? Oh you mean this thing." He looked down at the shark before snapping his head back to them. "Oh that's right! I found you at the perfect time! I need a favor!"
"A favor?" Kimiko repeated. That was when a ship dropped out of the sky and into the water, right behind Luffy. She recognized the lion masthead from the last time she saw it, it was the pirate ship that Luffy's crew used. She blinked in confusion, what exactly is going on?

"Chopper-san is sick?" Kimiko said as she and Toriko stood on the deck of the Thousand Sunny. She looked at Chopper who while sporting an adorable outfit, had two blue marks on his cheeks. She frowned as he was breathing deeply and looked overall frail.
"It's called Deep Sea Fever. It's a sickness that strikes sailors on voyages. It makes you get gradually colder, like the sea." Chopper managed to pant out.
"He says that the Seafood Fruit can cure it," Nami said as she sat right next to Chopper. Nami's looks had changed as well, she now had long hair instead of short and opted to wear a bikini top with jeans.
"Seafood Fruit." Toriko repeated
"They say it's in the ocean, so Luffy dove into the ocean without a second thought." a man with a long nose told them.
"Let me guess, that's when he was eaten by the Spring Shark and we found him." Kimiko finished earning a nod from the long nose man.
"Toriko, you know a lot about food," Luffy turned to the blue haired man, "Do you know where we can find the Seafood Fruit?"
"I've heard about it, it's said that it can be found on an island abundant in Chinese ingredients. Chinese Tower Island."
"Chinese Tower Island?" Sanji repeated
"They say it's the home to many celicious, healthy foods, and natural cures." Toriko elaborated, "The Seafood Fruit is a legendary fruit said to hold the flavors of of lobster, sea bream, pufferfish, and many other delights of the sea. The thought of it just makes my mouth water." Kimiko gave a sigh as she saw that Toriko was drooling.
"GREAT! Then we're setting sail for Chinese Tower Island!" Luffy yelled gaining a confirmation from his crew.

Kimiko grew worried as Chopper continued to cough from his seat on the deck. Terry had sat right next to him in hopes to keep the reindeer warm. Chopper had said that the disease isn't contagious, so it didn't matter if people were surrounding him or not.
"Is there anything else that can make you comfortable, Chopper-san?" She asked as Chopper shook his head no, too tired to even speak. Kimiko gave a small smile before draping a small blanket over his form and then leaving.
"He's trying his best to not cause anyone trouble," Nami said as Kimiko was walking towards the kitchen. Kimiko paused at the door and looked at Nami who gave the chef a smile, "Don't worry, we're going to make sure that he's alright."
"Yeah," Kimiko smiled back at the navigator before heading into the kitchen.
"~Kimiko-chwan~" Sanji sang as he saw the chef enter the galley. While at first glance, Sanji didn't looked like he had changed much still wearing a suit and having bangs covering his eye, but she could see that Sanji's bangs were now covering his right eye instead of his left.
"Hi Sanji-san, it's been awhile," she said as she walked into the kitchen with him.
"~Ah it's so nice to see you too Kimiko-chwan!" Sanji said as Kimiko looked at the Spring Shark meat that he was currently cutting.
"What are you going to be making with the Spring Shark?"
"Well, since Chopper's feeling cold, I figured soup would be the most logical thing to make," Sanji pondered, "Wait, didn't you and that Toriko guy capture this thing to eat?"
"It's fine for you to use it, I only needed some of it. Not to mention, Chopper-san needs it more than me." She answered before perking up, "I know the perfect soup recipe for this!"
"~Aaah Kimiko-chwan~ What's the recipe~" He sang as he danced with hearts in his eye.
"You're so funny Sanji-san." Kimiko laughed, "Do you have a big pot that we can cook the Spring Shark in?"
"~Of course Kimiko-chwan~" he sang as the rest of the crew sighed at hearing the chef.

"Hey, I think I see it!" Usopp said as he was looking through a spyglass.
"Yup, that's the island." Toriko commented, his eyes were closed as he took a sniff of the air, "I can smell the ingredients from here."
"It looks like there's some kind of wall up there, are there people there?" the long nosed man said.
"Long ago, there were humans there, but they all fled," Toriko explained, "the ingredients that grow on that island are also medicinal, one of the main reasons why people started to live there was to get those ingredients. But the humans were harming the ecosystem so the beasts all chased them off the island."
"What kind of beasts are living there?!" Usopp exclaimed

Kimiko gave Chopper a worried glance as she watched Nami set the reindeer doctor on top of Terry. Besides her, Toriko, and Terry, the Straw Hat crew decided on Luffy, because he said he wanted to go, Nami, because she's the one with the best sense of direction and could help navigate the group around the island, Zoro, for the increase in manpower, and Robin, because she's the only other person besides Nami that could navigate.
"Are you sure you don't want to stay on the ship, Chopper-san. Moving around all the time, can't be good for your condition." she said as she draped a small blanket over the reindeer's form.
"It's fine, besides I'm the only one who knows what the Seafood Fruit looks like. I was able to see a picture of it at the library in the Torino Kingdom, Toriko says he's never seen it either."
Kimiko gave a nod in understanding as she walked beside Terry in case Chopper were to fall off.

"Chopper." the long nose man said in concern as he and his crewmates were watching the island from the ship
"Do you think he'll be alright?" a skeleton asked
"All we can do is trust them and wait," a gigantic cyborg said. The three stood in silence before they smelled a delicious aroma wafting over to them, they looked over to the source of the smell to see that Sanji was cooking something in a gigantic pot on the deck.
"That smells amazing! What are you making Sanji?" Usopp asked as he walked over to his crewmate.
"Spring Shark soup, Kimiko-chwan gave me a recipe to work with."
"That' looks great!"
"I can't cure him, but I can at least have a warm meal for Chopper when he comes back."
"You're going to make me cry man!" the cyborg bawled
"It's moved me to tears, but I can't make any tears!" the skeleton stated
Don't let this sickness beat you, Chopper, Sanji thought as he looked at the stew.

Kimiko looked at Chopper with worry as the reindeer was coughing. Chopper looked up making Kimiko see that the blue parts of Chopper's face that had only been at the reindeer's cheek bones had spread to cover the entire cheek area.
"It's cold." he panted
"Chopper-san! Your face!"
"Huh? How does it look?"
"The blue color is spreading!" she exclaimed
"I did tell you that I'd turn as blue as the ocean."
"Yeah, but I didn't think it was going to be that fast," Kimiko stated as Nami patted her shoulder in comfort. Before anyone could say anything else, they all felt a gust of wind. Kimiko and Nami looked up to see some kind of bird heading towards them. In a blink of an eye Terry had grabbed both Kimiko and Nami, jumping out of the way from the oncoming creature.
"What was that?" Nami managed to say as Terry set her down.
"Thanks Terry." the chef patted the wolf in thanks as they looked at the beast that had tried to attack them. She raised an eyebrow at seeing a large black bird that was about the size of an average human, wearing martial arts gi.
Well that's new, she thought as she looked around and saw that they were all surrounded by the martial arts gi wearing black birds. The birds all moved in unison reminding Kimiko of the kung fu martial artists that she'd see in the movies.
"Awesome! Are they using kung fu!" Luffy exclaimed with stars in his eyes.
"They're Kung Fu Mynah Birds." Toriko said gaining confused looks from everyone else, "Normal mynah birds mimic voices, but these guys mimic movements. So these guys mimic the kung fu of the people used to live here."

"So they just copy people!" Nami exclaimed
"Do they taste good?" Luffy asked
"Nah they're not edible." the bluenette answered.
"Gotcha. GOMU GOMU NO FUSEN!" Kimiko watched as Luffy's stomach extended similar to that of a balloon being filled with air. She could only blink as she saw the birds attacking the rubber man bounce right off. "Zoro, don't kill them."
"Huh? Why?" the moss haired swordsman said
"It's Toriko's rule. Right, Toriko."
"Yeah, I don't kill anything I don't intend to eat." Toriko answered.
"Fine." Zoro said before heading towards the flock of birds. Kimiko only blinked before she saw that all of the birds that Zoro had walked by had all fallen down with Zoro sheathing his sword. "Not bad, but they could use some more training."
"Cien Fleur! Spider Net!" Robin crossed her arms to form an x, and then Kimiko's eyes widened as she saw arms that were interlaced with each other sprout and form a net, effectively catching a flock of birds from attacking.
"GEAR THIRD!" Luffy stuck his thumb into his mouth, "GOMU GOMU NO GIGANTIC FLYSWATTER!" his hand grew in size, big enough that it made the Kung Fu birds dwarf in comparison. Luffy gave a grin as he slammed his gigantic hand on the birds as if they were flies.
"Wow! You're pretty amazing, Luffy-san" Kimiko said only to jump back in surprise as she saw that Luffy had now shrunk down to a size of a child.
"Yup! Well you wanna keep on fighting birds?" Luffy laughed.
"Uh, I don't think that's what they have in mind," Kimiko looked at the birds that were all now kneeling in front of the group.
"It looks like they want to become your pupils, Luffy." Toriko said
"I feel like I've seen this before," the swordsman said
"It's just like that time in Alabasta, remember. The Kung Fu Dugongs." Nami specified
"Awesome!" Luffy jumped up and down and then grew back to his original size. "Take me to your nest!"
I guess him changing sizes is normal, Kimiko thought as she saw that Nami, Robin, Chopper, and Zoro weren't even fazed at the sight of their captain shrinking and stretching back to normal size.

The flock of birds had led them to an old building that had clearly seen better days if the crumbling walls and overgrown vines weren't a sign. The design reminded her of that of a temple, the building being symmetrical with stairs leading up towards the entrance.. Kimiko looked around and saw some Kung Fu Mynah Birds were operating equipment and trying to fix a damaged wall.
"No matter how you look at it, it's clearly a man-made structure," Robin commented
"They must have been living in this building when all of the humans abandoned the island," Nami said. Kimiko looked over to see that a couple of the birds were stacking items in a pile. Getting curious, she saw that the birds were stacking ingredients, ranging from fish to vegetation grown in water.
"Is this what you guys eat?" the birds bobbed their head making Kimiko think that they were nodding.
"Those are Lycho Sharks, an ingredient with a texture of lychee," Toriko pointed to the white spherical fish and then to the star shaped abalone right next to it, "And these are Star Abalone, a first-class ingredient."
"These guys don't have meat?" Luffy asked
"No, only seafood," Toriko answered and then turned to the birds, "Do you guys know what the Seafood Fruit is? Any idea where it is" all they got were confused looks.
"Looks like they don't know," Kimiko sighed. It felt like they weren't getting anywhere near towards the fruit.

Kimiko gave a sigh as she stirred a pot of soup that she had prepared from the ingredients that the Kung Fu Mynah Birds had provided her. She looked around her and gave a smile as she saw that a bunch of the chicks were copying her movements as their parent watched them. After a quick taste of the soup she poured it in a bowl, she walked with the bowl of soup while being followed by the flock of chicks mimicking her movements over to Chopper. Nami had placed him in a bed inside the building that the Mynah Birds were living in.
"Chopper-san, I made some rice porridge, do you think you can eat some?" she said as she held out the soup towards Chopper.
"Sorry, Kimiko, I don't feel like I can eat anything," Chopper coughed as his entire face was now blue and Kimiko frowned as she can see that the blue was now spreading to his arms.
"It's okay, Chopper-san, you just rest and conserve your energy," she said as she put on a smile to help put him at ease. Toriko frowned as he looked over at Chopper who was coughing and then to Kimiko who was forcing a smile to try to not show her worry.

"Yummy! Kimiko! Give me more!" Luffy stretched his empty bowl to Kimiko, who was on the other side of the table. The group had all gathered around a table of food that Kimiko had prepared except for Robin who had said that she wanted to explore the ruins more.
"Of course," she said with a smile, giving him another serving of soup.
"It's delicious! The broth is flavorful and light, it feels like I can eat tons of it," Nami said as she tasted a spoonful of her broth.
"Eat as much as you want. Do you want more Toriko-sa-" she halted her question when she saw her partner's concerned face, "What's wrong, Toriko-san?"
"We don't have much time. If we don't find the Seafood Fruit soon, it'll be too late for Chopper. At this rate his entire body will turn blue and when that happens. It looks like he'll only be able to last until the end of today, at best."
"No way," Nami said
"Chopper's not going to die." Luffy stated, "I'm gonna find the Seafood Fruit!"
"Then we should get going, we have no time to waste." Toriko said
"I found a stone monument just past here." the group all turned to Robin who was standing in the doorway. "I found an inscription on it, it may be a clue. 'On the island, where the sea overflows, the fruit grows'"
"'On the island, where the sea overflows'?" Toriko repeated
"What could that mean?"
"Island….sea?" he muttered to himself. Toriko looked at the table of food before stopping at a certain dish. "Kimi, where did you find these Surf Nunchakus?"
"Oh, those were in the river, these guys pointed them out to me," she gestured to the Kung Fu Mynah chicks that were surrounding them, the birds chirped at the mention of them.
"That's it, Kimi!"

"Surf Nunchakus grow in the ocean, they can't live in freshwater," Toriko told the group as they all gathered around the river that was running past the building they were staying in.
"So you're saying this river is," Nami bent down and took a taste of the river, "Salty."
"'Where the sea overflows' must mean that the water source at the top of the mountain." Robin said making the group look towards the top of the mountain.

"So this is the manmade structure that Usopp saw from the ship," Toriko said as the group were walking towards the wall that had water leaving through the openings in the wall.
"It looks like a floodgate," Robin stated
"Something tough lives here," Luffy supplied
"Yeah, something quiet, but with overwhelming strength. The boss of the island, I'd say." Toriko said. Chopper coughed making everyone look at the doctor, Kimiko frowned as he seemed to struggle to even breathe.
RAWR!
Everybody looked up to see a large bipedal panda wearing pants stretching some kind of muscle building equipment in its hands.

"An ExPanda, they say its sweat is like a highly concentrated Chinese soup stock," Toriko said as the creature roared. In a blink of an eye the item that the panda was currently stretching was sliced into pieces. The panda blinked at the lose of resistance and roared at the green haired man who had done it.
"I can handle this guy, you guys go on ahead," Zoro said
"Got it!" Luffy yelled as everyone left the swordsman to deal with the panda

"This is more of a tunnel than a gate," Luffy pondered as the group ran into the center of what looked like some kind of water garden. Kimiko looked at the various trees that were growing out of the water.
"What is this place?" Nami asked
"It looks like a reservoir," Robin answered, "but all of the fish swimming in the water are found in the ocean. Hey look." everybody looked over to where Robin was pointing at, it was one of the trees that were growing there. Looking closer Kimiko could see that there was fruit growing from trees.
"Chopper-san, can you see if that's the Seafood Fruit?" Kimiko helped the reindeer look up, it took a second before he responded
"Yes, that's the fruit!"
"Great! So we give that to Chopper and he'll be all better!" Luffy exclaimed and was about to stretch his arm towards it, only for something to reach out of the water and grabbed onto Robin dragging her into the water.
"Robin!" Nami cried out in alarm, the group all watched as large tentacles emerged from the water and tried to strike them.
"Luffy! It got Robin!"
"Wait, you guys can't fight in water, right?" Kimiko remembered that they had said something about eating a Devil Fruit and not being able to swim from the last time they met.
"Yeah, whenever I'm in seawater, my body completely loses strength," Luffy told them. They all watched as one of the tentacles raised itself from the water holding a completely drenched Robin, limp in its grasp.
"Robin!" the group gasped as more appendages emerged from the tree, making them see a hydra like creature with multiple serpentine heads emerged from the branches of the trees.
"So there's a plant beast that lives in the water, a Mangronve." Toriko said

"I heard that they grew fruit that looked like Chinese dumplings, but I didn't think that it was the Seafood Fruit," Toriko said as one of the heads reared back and then shot out water from its mouth at the two men. Terry quickly grabbed Kimiko and Nami and jumped out of the way so that Chopper wouldn't be caught in the crossfire.
"GOMU GOMU NO GATTLING!" Luffy yelled as he released a barrage of punches at one of the heads, another head went around and attempted to attack luffy's back only to be confronted by Toriko slicing off its head. Kimiko watched as the two had successfully cut off two of the beast's heads only for the two headless parts of the body to fuse together and create another head.
"This thing can regenerate!" Toriko exclaimed, "This is bad, this place was built to grow Mangronves, they can take in nutrients from the seawater to grow and evolve. This facility probably concentrates water raised up from the sea, to help the mangronves evolve." The two had to dodge as another head spat seawater at them.
"Stop it with the water!" Luffy said sidestepping a torrent of water and prepared to attack again only for him to be grabbed by a tentacle that was hiding in the torrent of water, "HEY THAT'S CHEATING!" he was immediately silenced when the creature spat water in his face knocking off the pirate's straw hat.
"LUFFY!"
"It's no good…..My strength's all gone," Luffy said as the monster slammed him into its gullet.
"Oh Acacia!" Kimiko screamed as she saw Luffy be bombarded by a torrent of water in some kind of throat sac that the creature had.
"Knife! Knife! Knife!" Toriko screamed as tentacle after tentacle came after the Bishokuya only to be backhanded by one of them sending him across the bridge, his face smashed into the ground.
"Toriko-san!" Kimiko screamed in alarm.
"Toriko…..Robin….Luffy," Chopper looked at his friends that were completely at the beast's mercy, "you guys are all risking your lives for my sake."
"It's not just for you," Toriko said as he stood up, "If we don't cure you, how will we ever be able to enjoy a delicious meal if you're not there. Food tastes much better when everyone eats it together. Chopper, we're going to make you better so we can all eat together."
"Toriko," Chopper cried as the man smiled.
"Just leave it to us! FLYING KNIFE!" the man sent a barrage of attacks at the head that had swallowed Luffy making the head spit the pirate out of its gullet.
"I'M FREE!"
"Treinta Fleur!" arms sprang out from the tree and grabbed onto Luffy swinging him towards Robin, giving Luffy the chance to grab onto her and slingshot them back to the ground.
"You guys all better?"
"Yup!"
"Then it's time to finish this, Luffy," Toriko held out the man's straw hat.
"Let's do it, Toriko!" Luffy placed his hat back on his head and grabbed onto two of the beast's tentacles and proceeded to stretch back with Toriko creating a slingshot. "GOMU GOMU NO-
"LEG KNIFE!" Toriko finished slicing the entire plant from its trunk completely cutting off the foliage, and from the stump they could see that the tree was already growing back parts of its branches but was completely harmless. They all breathed a sigh of relief as they saw the beast sink into the water, and the Seafood Fruit all float up to the surface.

Kimiko ended up steaming the fruit in the leaves of the tree, and once they were all done she picked up the steaming fruit and held it out to Chopper.
"Be careful, it's hot," she advised as the reindeer took a bite. They all held their breath as the reindeer chewed on the fruit.
"Ta-"
"Ta?" the group repeated
"TASTY!" The reindeer exclaimed making the rest of the gang sigh, "I'm all better!" the reindeer reverted back to his normal color before their eyes, "amazing! It really warms me up!"
"That's wonderful Chopper!" Luffy exclaimed
"C'mon everyone, let's all eat and celebrate!" Kimiko suggested
"YEAH!"

The celebration had lasted until nighttime with everyone eating to their hearts content. Everyone had all gathered around the fire as Kimiko proceeded to make more of the Seafood Fruit for them.
"See? Doesn't food taste the best when everyone eats together, right Chopper?" Toriko asked
"The best!" Chopper said with his mouth full making everyone laugh. The laughter continued as Toriko and Luffy proceeded to see who could eat the most of the Seafood Fruit. Kimiko smiled as she sat next to Terry who sniffed the Seafood Fruit in interest.
"Do you want some Terry, c'mon there's plenty to eat," the wolf huffed before turning her head in disinterest.
"Not to your liking? That's okay, just know that it's there for you to eat, okay," the wolf gave a bark at the chef's statement. Kimiko looked up as she saw the reindeer stumbling towards her. "Chopper-san are you okay?"
"Kimiko, it's no good," the reindeer was completely red, "I'm not cured after all. It's too late." Kimiko quickly caught the doctor as he fell into her arms, their body had now taken on a feverish red.
"Chopper-san!"
