"Wahhh!" Everyone shouted as they fell out the portal and landed on the ground.

"That hurt…" Shay groaned

"Jeez you guys need to get better at that." The kids on the ground turned to see Jayden sitting on the desk but in different attire.

He still had the gold bands around his arms and legs. He now wore a white sleeveless hoodie and his flannel with the sleeves folded up. He still had the same shoes, socks, and shorts. He wore a red bracelet on his right wrist. The biggest difference was the gold hair clips in his hair instead of his goggles. He had some on his bangs right above his right eye and some on both sides of his head.

"Jayden..how come you're here?" TK asked trying to get free

"Jaxomon...He probably has some motive behind it. Can't say i'm mad though." Jayden said touching his hair where the clips were. "Hmm...I think these could work."

"Do you know why our appearances change when we go into the Digital world?" Shay asked Jayden did a double take when he looked at his sister.

"Shay since when do you wear dresses like that?" Jayden asked, confused. He knew the girl hated dresses that made her feel neat and proper. Skirts she was okay with but not dresses.

"Oh um...No reason." Shay said rubbing the back of her head.

"Okay...and to answer your question... I don't."

"Do you think it has something to do with the new digivices?" Izzy questioned

"Maybe." Kari said

"It would explain why TK and Shay's outfits changed." Tai said

"So uh…." Jayden asked sheepishly as his stomach growled "Can we call the others and get some pizza."

"You really are a pizza addict." Tai smilied

"You can't blame me! Plus I haven't seen Mr. Inventor Guy man dude in three years!"

"Ok then." Shay said, pulling out her phone. Before looking up Mr. Suzuki's pizza shop. "How much do you want? I can't guarantee It'll still be free or that I'll have enough."

"Wait, you're going to pay why?"

"Oh right you don't know! We-" Shay cut Tai off by putting a hand over his mouth

"I want it to be a surprise." Shay said

"What?" Jayden asked confused

"Nothing. So how much?"

"A lot…" Jayden mumbled while the others laugh

"He really is addicted." Tk said

"I'll text the others. Be there or I will find you. There let's go!" Shay smiled

Tai, Izzy, Tk, Shay and Kari were waiting in the shop. They told Jayden to wait around back. Luckily they didn't have to wait long as Matt, Sora, and Joe came in at the same time. Izzy was on his laptop trying to connect to Mimi who was currently in New York at the moment.

"Finally got her." Izzy said as Mimi's face popped up

"Hi guys!" Mimi waved

"So what's up?" Sora asked

"You dragged me away from my band's practice, you know." Matt said

"Shut up. This is important." Shay said running outside before coming back with Jayden in tow.

"Huh Jayden?!" The three who just got there shouted

"Jayden's there?" Mimi asked over the screen

"Hi guys!" Jayden smiled, going to give hugs.

"So the portal opened up again?" Sora asked

"Yes, it's very strange why though." Izzy commented

"Oh it's probably because of the Digimon Emperor." Jayden said

"Whazzat" Tai asked with a slice of pizza in his mouth

"Basically someone around our age has come to the Digital world and started putting Digimon under his control."

"That's terrible." Mimi gasped

"I would have told you earlier but there wasn't enough time with what was going on."

"So is he why Agumon couldn't digivolve?" Tai asked

"Probably. And the new Digivice and the Digimental Jayden has is the only way for Digivolution to work." Kari theorized

"Which means that you two need to get yours ASAP." Joe said looking and Shay and Tk

"So it looks like we need to go tomorrow then." Tk said

"Alright who's available." Jayden directed the comment towards the older kids.

"I can make it." Tai said, Sora and Izzy nodded as well.

"I can't make it this time." Matt said

"Ditto." Joe said

"It's ok." Shay said

"Alright tomorrow we meet up in the computer lab." Tai said

Having said that, the group decided to go their separate ways that night.

Shay grabbed Jayden. "You're coming with me." Shay said

"I figured." Jayden sighed as he followed Shay and TK back to their apartment building. "So you guys live right next to each other now?"

"Yeah small world isn't it." Shay smiled

The three of them talked about the Digimon. Jayden was sharing a story of Jaxomon testing out all of his attacks.

"He dove right off a cliff?!" Shay gasped

"I knew he was unlucky but sheesh." Tk said

"To be fair he didn't know some of the ground was broken." Jayden said

"So have any Digimon come back?" Shay asked

"Tsukaimon is the one I know of, I'm pretty sure some are still in Primary Village."

When the three reached the building the sibling waved bye to their blonde friends as they went into Shay's place.

"Im home!" Shay shouted

"Hey sweetie." Leah said from the kitchen "Did you eat while you were out?"

"Yeah..it's a special reason though." Shay said

"Hi." Jayden said

"Jayden? That's a surprise." Leah said "So you went back to the Digiworld?"

"Yeah.." Shay said

Leah sighed "Be careful okay, and Jayden you better protect her."

"I will."

"You're not going to Kai and Sara's place?"

"I couldn't if I wanted to." Jayden said, rubbing the back of his head whilst Shay smilied.

"Figures. So are you going to Odaiba Elementary School?"

"Maybe." Jayden said

"Alright. You can sleep on the couch if you want."

"Alright sure." Jayden said

"No! No! No!" Shay shouted, startling the other two.

"Shay?" Jayden asked

"He's sleeping with me!" Shay shouted

"Shay we may be siblings but we are different genders."

"I don't care! I never knew I had a sibling so when it was revealed 3 years ago I was so happy. But then you stayed in the Digital world, of course it was your home so I can't be mad. I just want to spend time with you."

Jayden looked at his sister. "Alright fine."

"Yay!" Shay cheered

Jayden was outside the gate of the school waiting for the signal. Since he wasn't a student there he didn't want to walk around since it might cause suspicion.

Shay flashed a light from here Digivice signaling the boy. In a few minutes the boy was able to get into the computer lab.

"Alright so when we get there we have to search for Tk and Shay's Digimental." Jayden said

"Hey what's going on in here?" A voice asked as the door opened.

"Oh! Uh… Mr. Fujiyama! What a surprise!" Tai shirecked

"Tai? Oh Sora and Izzy as well! What are you doing here even after you graduated?" The teacher said

"Mr. Fujiyama right?" Jayden asked

"That's me and you are?"

"I'm Kojima Jayden and I wanted to be enrolled at this school." Jayden said "I've moved back to Odaiba for a little while so my friends were showing me around since I'm going to start here."

"Well why didn't you say so! Follow me!" Jayden left after the teacher

"Thank you Jayden." Sora sighed

"That was some quick thinking." TK said

"But someone else should have thought of something just as similar." Shay said

"Huh? Why?" Tai asked

"I believe she means we've lost the only person whose partner can digivolve at the moment." Izzy stated

"Oh.."

"Well we are going to get the other Digimentals so it should be that much of a problem." Shay said as she walked to the portal. "Alright let's go! Digi Port Open!"

"Alright so where do we start?" Shay asked

"Well we need to find our Digimon." Kari stated

"Hey Guys!" They all turned to see Jaxomon sitting on the port "Wait where is Jayden?"

"Oh..it was tragic.." Shay said with fake tears. "When we got back he was really mad. He said he didn't want anything to do with us and the digimon anymore."

"WHAT?!" Jaxomon shrieked "I Didn't think it would be that bad! Please let me go talk to hi- why are you laughing?" The kids were laughing at the Digimon

"Relax she was messing with you. Jayden is distracting our teacher right now." TK said

Jaxomon let out a puff of air, "The others should be nearby."

Jayden was outside the headmaster's office. The boy took a deep breath and walked in the teacher behind him.

"Excuse me?" Jayden asked knocking as he opened the door.

"Yes? Come in? So what do you want?"

"Well I'd like to enroll for the year."

The headmaster turned around.

"Jayden?" Jayden looked to see his parents

"Mom? Dad?"

"Oh so you are related." Mr. Fujiyama said "I knew our two resident idols had a son but I never thought he'd be back in town."

"Eh? Idols?" Jayden asked confused

"Yep the famous idol duo of Kaito and Sara Kojima."

"Oh..wait everyone knows they have a son?"

"Yep! There have been lots of rumors saying that you're staying out of the spotlight but know that you're here you must be on your parents show."

"Huh!?" Jayden looked at his parents terrified

"Looks like they've come back." A boy said he was looking over a screen. He ran his finger over lots of different choices before deciding on Reppamon he unlocked 3 cells for 3 Different Reppamon. He smirked as they left

The group has been walking for about 20 minutes now.

"Get anything?" Tai asked

Tk looked at his digivice and sighed "No…"

"We don't have a clue where to start though." Kari said

Shay was looking around "Anyone here something?"

"I thought I did." Gatomon said

"Same but it was faint." Patamon agreed

Before they could gather their bearings a Digimon swapped in and took Shay and Pixumon before running off.

"Shay!" TK shouted trying to run after her but stopped when he saw two more of the same Digimon down the path

"Leave! Don't Worry about me! Find the Digimentals!" Shay shouts were heard deep in the forest.

The two Reppamon turned towards the others.

"We gotta run." Tai said. The group took off.

-Jayden-

Jayden was walking down the halls of the school. People who were still in the school because of clubs heard the news of the famous idol soon were known in the school. Everyone was staring at him asking for autographs. Jayden was confused with what was happening. His parents were the idols not him.

Jayden was walking until he found the pool.

"Hey are you in charge of the swim teams?" Jayden asked

"Yeah.. Im Mr. Suima and I guess your boss' son?"

"Yes. I was wondering if I could join the team." Jayden said

"Sure...but you need to show what you can do first." Jayden smirked after being trained by a literal seal swimming against normal humans.

"Time me?" Jayden said, taking off his flannel and hoodie. He then pushed off his shoes and socks. He paused when it came to the bands. "Do I need to take these off? They're pretty much connected to my body, see." Jayden pulled them and they didn't come up.

"Shouldn't be a problem."

"Alright." Jayden prepared himself to dive into the water oblivious to the stares lots off the girls gave him. One of the girls in particular was looking at the boy like he was someone familiar.

"Ready…" Jayden nodded "Go!"

Jayden dove into the water and swam as fast as he could towards the other side. Spectators were watching in amazement the boy looked like an actual aquatic animal. Jayden was able to flip his position to push off the wall perfectly. He popped up on the other side and looked at the swim coach.

"What's my time?" Jayden asked

"44.01"

"That's faster than pros." One girl said

"And He's an idol's son? Maybe they aren't all just looks." Another said

"We should start up a fan club!" A third cheered

"Please don't do that.." Jayden said the three turned to Jayden right behind them. They went star eyed at the boy

"EEEEEEE adorable. Look how small he is! Precious."

"Huh?!" Jayden gasped 'What's with these girls all I did was swim…'

Shay looked around at her surroundings. She was hung up by her wrist at some nearby temple.

" Look what we have here." Shay saw some boy in a weird kaiser outfit. 'The Digimon Emperor probably'

The boy pulled out her Digivice.

"That's mine! Give it back." Shay demanded

"Are you in any position to control me? We haven't even been introduced, besides I'm the one who's able to move freely."

"You're the Digimon Emperor and Idiot for what I know."

The boy smirked "You probably should shut your trap or who knows what might happen to your partner." Shay gasped as a pillar of the temple turned around and saw her partner.

"Pixumon!"

"What will we do!" TK freaked out

"Calm down TK." Patamon said from the boy's shoulder. The others were ahead of them.

"But She's all alone with those three and without Pixicmon she may not make it."

"TK! You need to believe in Shay and in us! We'll find her and stop the Digimon emperor. YOu just need to believe." Tk calmed down at Patamon's words. Tk's digivice beeped before a yellow dot appeared on it.

"Guys! Follow me!" Tk shouted, taking the lead.

"Where are we going?" Kari asked

"To my Digimental." The group ran until they found a shrine similar to the one Jayden had found and where Shay was captive. It was yellow unlike Jayden's gold and Shay's teal.

They saw the Digimental of Hope presented right in the middle.

"Pick it up." Patamon encouraged. Tk nodded and picked it up.

"Digimental Up!"

"Patamon Armor Digivolve to… Pegasusmon Flying Hope!" Patamon had turned into an orange pegasus, he had 4 gauntlets on each hoove. A pair of golden wings and gold breastplate with the crest of hope on it.

Tk hopped onto his Digimon "I'll go on ahead!" Tk shouted as Pegasusmon took off.

'I know the others are going to be coming for me, but what if they don't?" Shay questioned

'Maybe I should give myself up to him so no one gets hurt.'

Pixumon looked at her partner. "Shay, keep trying we'll find a way out!"

"What can we do?" Shay sighed

"We can fight! You helped Matt when he was alone and you never gave up! That's how you got your crest to work!"

Shay gasped as she remembered the first time her crest glowed an Pixicmon digivolved again to MegaPixicmon.

"Your right! Good thing you stopped me before it was too late!" Shay shouted

"You really think you have hope!" The Digimon Emperor shouted

"As long as I never give up I will always have hope!" Shay shouted. A teal light emanated from the inside of another pillar in it was the Digimental of Tenacity.

Shay watched as the about hovered over to her. The object was an oval shape with 3 pairs of pink wings. The rest of the object was white except for a teal breastplate with the crest of Tenacity on it.

"Shay it's your Digimental! We can armor Digivolve!" Pixumon cheered

The boy smirked as he held up the girl's digivice and a dark ring.

Not without your digivice or without your partner! Once I put this on her she's under my control!" The boy threw the ring at the pink Digimon.

"No!" Shay shouted

"Silver Blaze!" A green beam shot out and destroyed the black ring

"What!?"

"Nice shot Pegasusmon!" TK shouted, flying into Shay's view.

"TK!" Shay shouted

"No matter you still don't have this." The Digimon emperor shook his hand but noticed it felt light. "Huh?"

Gatomon had grabbed it and gave it to Shay.

"Thank you! Now Pixumon! Digimental Up!"

"Pixumon Armor Digivolve to...Sandabadomon!"

Pixumon took the form of a Thunderbird. Her body was white except for the wings which were pink. She had teal armor covering her neck, the crest of Tenacity right on front. Pixumon also had gotten considerably bigger.

Her new size easily busted her out of her captivity. She flew over to Shay who was now fully free. "Hop on!"

"Ok." Shay got onto her partner as they flew over to the duo of hope.

The Emperor growled. "Get them Reppamon!" The three Digimon from before had appeared before them at Tenacity Temple. The emperor called in an Airdramon to carry him away from safety.

"Let's GO!" Tk and Shay shouted

"Needle Rain!" Pegasusmon attacked the Reppamon; it hit two of them slowing them down but one dodged and jumped into the air.

"Rolling Tackle!" Sandabadomon dodged the attack and turned to the same Reppamon

"Paralyzing Screech!" The bird screech paralysis not only the one who attacked but the other two preparing to attack.

"Finish it!" Shay shouted

"Shooting Star!""Storm Shot!"

The attacks hit the three Digimon breaking the black rings

"Yes!" The group cheered. Like Jayden the outline of Tk and Shay's respective crest formed in there eye

Jayden was waiting for his friends in the Computer Lab. Soon the portal lit up and the group came tumbling out.

"Looks like everything was a success. Except why did those three come?" Jayden pointed towards Patamon, Pixumon, and Jaxomon.

"Jayden! I missed you!" Jaxomon flew at Jayden "They made me watch the gate all day! Luckily a was randomly pulled in!"

"Sorry for leaving you." Jayden said, rubbing Jaxo's fur.

"It's strange how they go pulled in." Izzy pointed out

"Let's leave it...right now I want to go to sleep." Jayen said, walking out putting his hoodie and Jaxomon that he decided to leave off.

"So what's your day been like Jayden?" Kari asked. Jayden shuddered as he pulled the hood over Jaxomon.

"Weird. I was swimming to try and get on the team and the girls kept chasing me calling me cute. It was terrifying."

"Swimming you say?" Sora asked. Jayden nodded

Tai went over to Jayden and opened his flannel before closing it.

"Swimmers body." Tai said

"Oh aniki you messed up!" Shay giggled

"Huh? How?"

Patamon and Pixumon's evolution scene are basically the same as Jaxomon just with their respective crests and digivolutions.

Their sped up version is the same as Jayden's and Jaxomon's

Tk's Digimental Up

His D-Terminal shoots out a yellow and orange beam with yellow taking over going into the Digivice before showing on the screen the crest of Hope. The Digivice spins mid air as Tk grabs it. He spins it in his hand before shouting Digimental Up!

Shay's Digimental Up

Her D-Terminal shoots out a teal and white beam with teal taking over going into the Digivice before showing on the screen as the Crest of Tenacity. The Digivice spins mid air as Shay grabs it. She does a spin and a teasing wink before shouting Digimental Up!
