Two months had come to pass after Camo and Sodo began their relationship by the lake. Plenty of things had changed within their lives. Although Camo and Sodo still resided within their bedrooms whenever they preferred time alone, they nonetheless shared their bedrooms as well. Most of the time they would sleep together, whether it be on the floor or in bed. Camo and Sodo usually slept in bed together within the opossum's bedroom, since he decided to remove the parts of the bed and leave the mattress on the floor for the both of them after a few incidents harmed them from time to time.

Sodo had also become more talkative, but mostly towards Camo. The hyena was extremely more comfortable socializing with his boyfriend at home, and that made Camo extremely happy to know. Sodo would go on about his day and the stuff he was doing, and Camo never grew tired. He enjoyed hearing his lover talk about stuff he genuinely enjoyed doing. It made the opossum happy to hear such a joyous tone coming from the hyena's mouth.

It was the afternoon. Camo was lying down on his mattress set up on the floor. Meanwhile, Sodo was also in his bedroom, simply looking around the area. It looked as if he was searching for something, but what that something was, Camo was unaware of. He didn't mind the hyena looking at his belongings, though. They were dating, and it was perfectly normal to be curious about another individual's possessions, especially within a relationship.

"Hey Camo?"

"Yes?"

"What is this?" the hyena asked. Sodo showed him a piece of scrapped paper that read the word "love". Camo took a good look at it, and it took him a moment to realize what the piece of paper was. It was from the letter that had been ripped up by the Raggoons, the letter of passion that Camo had written for Sodo. A smile had emerged from his face as he grabbed the piece of paper from the hyena's paws.

"This was from a letter I wrote," Camo answered.

"Oh geez, what happened to it?" Sodo was curious.

"It got ripped up by the Raggoons, and that's why they were in cages that week," Camo elaborated. "T.O locked 'em up. Where did you find this?"

"Oh, it was inside your pencil can," the hyena answered. Camo was surprised it was found in there. He never bothered to check in that can since he couldn't find a reason to check inside of there in the first place.

"Wow, I'm surprised it was there," Camo said. "Uhh, let me show you the letter."

Back when Camo, Nono, and Peb were cleaning up, they actually managed to find plenty of the pieces together. Overtime, however, Camo himself managed to find other pieces. There was only one, large piece missing, which the opossum unfortunately failed to find despite his scavenging around. But now, Sodo had found it for him, and he could put it with the rest of the taped-up letter. The opossum brought out the letter, which looked a bit messy at first and difficult to read. He placed it on the table and attached the last piece to said letter.

"This letter was for you," Camo began. "I wrote it for you because I was a bit nervous about telling you that I liked you upfront. Even if we're together now, I'd still like for you to see what I wrote for you. So here."

Camo allowed the hyena to read the letter. Due to the way Sodo's eyes were moving, Camo could tell he was having a bit of trouble comprehending the words on the taped piece of paper. Sodo did manage to read it nonetheless, and he was super happy to have done so.

"You wrote this... for me?" Sodo smiled.

"I did!" Camo grinned back. "And I meant everything that I said in that letter too. There was also an envelope that I drew out for you, but that got ripped too and I just, it didn't look good anymore, and I'm sorry. That's why I asked you for some tips on drawing but hey, I could try to make you another one. If y-you want that is. If you don't want that it's perf-"

Camo was interrupted by Sodo. He wasn't interrupted by words, however. The hyena grabbed his head and pulled him in for a kiss. The opossum was surprised, but he enjoyed feeling like that at this moment. The opossum kissed him back before they stopped.

"It's okay, Camo," Sodo reassured him. "The letter is amazing. No one has ever done this for me before."

"Likewise," Camo empathized.

"This letter, uhh, it means a lot to me, really."

"You mean a lot to me," Camo told him.

"You do, too."

The two simply continued to hang out within the opossum's bedroom. They spent their leisure time kissing and snuggling on the mattress on the floor. This of course went on for quite some time until nightfall. The both of them decided to go to sleep together, comfortable in each other's arms.

"Good night, Camo," Sodo yawned. "Love you."

"Love you too, hon," Camo said back. "Have a good night."

It didn't take long for Sodo to fall asleep. Before Camo drifted to bed, he was thinking to himself for a little while. He was genuinely happy that the last piece of the letter was found by Sodo.

Camo got to show Sodo his letter of passion after all.
