Wrenpaw's point of view
" The names Sleekwhisker and this is the children of the kin"
Even just the way the yellow she-cat delivered those words sent Wrenpaw's golden tabby fur bristling, Panic rising in her throat Wrenpaw instinctively ducked behind Applepaw who was snarling with her claws bared several other cats had the same reaction well others looked terrified out of their pelt glued to their spots in horror.
From the great oak the five leaders looked down at Sleekwhisker eyes glowing with anger as if they were about to speak until Sleekwhisker cut them off " Silence now you listen up because i'm not gonna tell you this again" Sleekwhisker sat down casually the black she-cat flanked beside her on her left a silver gray tom did the same on her right.
" Sleekwhisker what in the name of StarClan are you doing here!" Tigerstar growled " Sleekwhisker cleared her throat " Me and my companions are the called the children of the kin we are the kin reborn that's why were called the children of the kin"
Sleekwhisker paused to take a breath " Anyways were here to inform you that we want to settle this without violence" Sleekwhisker flicked her tail.
" If each of the five clans give us a portion of your territory then we will leave you alone" Sleekwhisker smirked " If you don't well then lets just say that you will regret it" Sleekwhisker licked her lips creepily " I have just brought i small selection of my loyal cats we outnumber you clans by a large number"
" Outnumber us? o please" Applepaw snorted " How can i bunch of rouges outnumber five clans ThunderClan alone is probably bigger then them"
" Moving on then now" Sleekwhisker continued " Since this lake is just so wonderful we have decided that this is going to be are new home"
That's when an uproar began. It was natural that every one was upset at Sleekwhisker's words
" What in the Dark forest are you doing here!"
" Who do you think you are settling down here and acting like you own this lake!"
" Get out of here you piece of fox dung!"
" Silence you mouse brains" Sleekwhisker unsheathed her claws walking up sitting face to face with Tigerstar Wrenpaw could tell by her tone that Sleekwhisker didn't seem quite right in the head.
" I don't like it very much when somebody cuts me off!" Sleekwhisker snapped clenching her teeth.
" As i was saying if this is how you're gonna treat us then we will take the lake by force we are very capable of beating you're miserable clans into submission" Sleekwhisker meowed in a somewhat disturbing tone
" The clans are weak i mean look at you theirs so many of you you're practically dead of starvation already and half of you can barley fight and you're not unified like us you squabble amongst yourself's over scraps of food and borders like a bunch of starving crows"
" Sleekwhisker get off of this island now and never come back!" Tigerstar snarled "and if you do then i'm gonna claw you're throat out!"
Sleekwhisker laughed " Like you're gonna do that you know what happened the last time The Kin attacked ShadowClan just let us welts on in and take over the place and you're telling me that you're gonna stop that from happening again or are you gonna prey to those silly star cats"
" Anyways come on then Raven and Roach lets get out of here" Sleekwhisker rose to her paws followed by Raven and Roach and the rest of the cats.
As the cats leaped across the tree bridge Sleekwhisker gave the clans one last glare " Remember when you you're friends and family are killed that you chose to do this"
Wrenpaw looked up to the sky it had gone completely dark.
" StarClan has covered the moon" Mistystar meowed her tone quite and somber " This gathering is now over"
Finchsong's point of view
" What in the name of StarClan just happened" Finchsong thought to herself why on earth would the kin return?.
Finchsong had only heard of the the Kin as story's from Sparkpelt and Sorrelstripe a kit Sparkpelt had tooled her about how they were lead by a rouge called Darktail who was the son of WindClan's former leader Onestar and a kittypet he had sought to destroy the clan's and nearly succeeded in destroying SkyClan and ShadowClan.
Finchsong had also learned about the ShadowClan apprentices who had sided with The Kin and helped them take over but the only one that didn't leave or die was Sleekwhisker who was always the closet with Darktail.
Finchsong couldn't understand why someone would betray there clan and go against friends and family to try and destroy them what happened in ShadowClan to make their apprentices so rebellious.
" What was that all about" Bayblossom, Myrtleflower and Flamestorm padded up beside Finchsong " " Who dose she think she is walking in and threatening us like that" Myrtleflower snickered.
" I wouldn't take them lightly" Bayblossom's voice was serious it was the first time Finchsong had heard him be serious in her hole life, " You've heard about how are mother spoke about them they seemed quite afraid of them"
" Y Ya and Sleekwhisker would never appear on the island if she didn't feel strong enough she was exiled from the lake after all" Flamestorm added Finchsong could tell that Flamestorm was shaken by the event.
" Ya i agree they seem very serious we should keep an eye open for them" Wrenpaw agreed
" There probably just trying to turn us against each other and steer up trouble" Applepaw meowed
" SkyClan lets get going now!" Leafstar yowled the four apprentices sat silently.
" I guess that we should get going" Wrenpaw finally broke the silence rising to her paws and began to pad of to join SkyClan.
That was when Finchsong remembered the dream she had with the wren and apple she had to tell them about it and this was the only time this moon she could tell them.
Wait Wrenpaw, Applepaw i need to tell you something Wrenpaw and Applepaw stooped in their tracks looking Finchsong in the eyes.
" What do you want?" Applepaw gave Finchsong a questioning look
" About a quarter moon ago i had this dream about a apple tree on fire and a wren and a finch flew by my head Flamestorm got the dream to"
"A crashing wave will rush through the forest,
Ice and water will flood the veins of the clans
the howling flames will startle the birds from the trees
And the clans will be shaken to their very core were the exact words i got" Flamestorm meowed
" Wait really i got the exact same dream down to the word i received it from my dead siblings" Wrenpaw sounded excitedly
" Really me two i got it from Onestar WindClan's former leader" Applepaw meowed.
" Also one more thing in my dream their was this yellow cat with green eyes she and lots of scars her pelt covered in blood and smiling creepily "
" Yellow cat with green eyes lots of scares and smiling creepily sounds like a one for one description of Sleekwhisker" Applepaw meowed
" Why would StarClan chose a bunch of random apprentices from three different Clans why wouldn't they chose cats more qualified" Applepaw meowed
" Don't ask me why StarClan works in mysterious way" Said Flamestorm
" Well whatever reason why they chose us it has to be something very important to the clans if they sent it to the clans"
" Hay hears an idea why don't we meet here every half a moon to discuss anything important that has happened" Wrenpaw suggested.
" That's a great idea" Finchsong meowed.
" ThunderClan get moving now!" Bramblestar yowled
" Finchsong Flamestorm hurry up you're gonna be left behind and have to walk back to camp by yourself" Myrtleflower meowed from the edge of the clearing.
" Goodbye then" Finchsong and Flamestorm gave Wrenpaw and Applepaw one last smile before bounding of to join the rest of ThunderClan.
