Did not get any feedback for chapter one or two, hope to get some here! Sorry this took so long btw
Marinette was awoken by the sound of her alarm clock wailing, informing her it was time for school.
She rolled out of bed like every other morning and sluggishly went to the bathroom to freshen up and change her clothes.
She yawned and rubbed her eyes as she went back into her bedroom and yelped at the sight of a sleeping chat noir on her chaise.
Marinette - NYAH!
She ran back in the bathroom followed by a red streak of light.
Tikki - Let me guess... you forgot he was here.
Marinette- COMPLETELY! Ahhhh he is going to wake up and see where we are! if he hasn't already! Crap Tikki! Ahhhhh!
Marinette scrunched up her hair in her fists, standing like a sumo wrestler, with a face of utter regret.
Tikki zoomed over to her shoulder and giggled.
Marinette - How long has he been here again?! I think we got back from the akuma fight around... ah I was not paying attention... Tikki do you happen to-
Tikki- 10:30! and its 8:30 now! your going to be late for school!
Marinette- He is going to transform back any time now! I can't leave him here alone Tikki! I'll have to play sick or something.
Tikki - ...And to whom are you playing sick to? Your parents are out of town; they may see that you where not there today but you can make up an excuse.
Marinette- Oh yeah... right.
She peaked out of the bathroom at the sleeping feline in her room.
He was still fast asleep.
She crept out of the bathroom and knelt down beside him.
How could I have forgotten he was here! He risked his life to save me! - she thought
She scanned over his wound and frowned when she saw the gauze was nearly soaked in his blood.
Marinette- Tikki I need to change his bandage.. do you think he'll wake up?
Tikki - Probably.. you should transform.
Marinette - ( whisper yelling) Tikki spots on!
- she transforms -
She gently lifts him into a sitting - like position and put some more pillows behind his back, and began to carefully unwrap the bandages from his torso.
When she got the last round of bloody gauze off his wound and the crisp air touched the flesh he began to whine in his sleep.
Chat - ( mumbling) ... ahh.. sceee. ..m'ladyyyy... noooo... 5 more minutess..
He turned his head and scrunched up his face but did not open his eyes.
LB- Its okay minou, once I get this changed you can go back to sleep.
Chat - ...mmmhp
Ladybug was sad to see it hurt him, but she thought his sleepy mumbles where kinda adorable.
She wiped the blood away and he winced and cracked his eyes open a little to see what was happening.
Ladybug hadn't noticed and continued to redo the bandages.
The sun was just starting to rise so the rays went through the curtains and scattered around the room.
Chat smiled at her, still with his eyes slightly open.
She finished wrapping his torso and looked back up at his face to see if he had gone back to sleep or not and was shocked to see two green orbs peering at her trough the cracks that where his eyelids.
LB- ( slightly blushing) Oh your awake! Um... good morning!
He smiled at her again.
Chat- As to you m'lady... I see you have already taken care of that for me. ( gestures to his side ) Thanks..
LB- Your welcome kitty, are you okay? Do you want to go back to sleep?
Chat- No, it's ok, I'm awake now. ( he grins at her)
(He starts to look around the room)
LB- NO! Sorry no.. close your eyes, if you see where we are you will figure out who I am.
( She practically jumped on him and covered his eyes)
Chat- OK!... my eyes are sealed! (he laughed)
(He puts His hands up in surrender)
He knew they where at Marinettes house but he decided to bring that up later.
He thought about it some more and that's when he realized.
Marinette is Ladybug.
oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh
LADYBUG IS MARINETTE!
He could not believe his lady was Marinette Dupain Cheng, the girl that sat behind him in school, his friend!
(He smiles really big)
LB- What are you so smiley about?
Chat- NOTHING!
LB- OK then! Keep your eyes closed I have to go get a blindfold or something... we cant stay like this all day now can we! AND NO PEEKING CHAT!
Chat- Okay m'lady, but I would not mind staying like this with you all day ( he threw a chat noir smile at her)
LB- You tomcat.. (she laughed) I'll be right back, and remember NO PEEKING!
Chat- OK ,OK go!
She leaves and gets a bandana.
LB - OK let me put this around your eyes.
He lifts his head off the pillows and she ties the bandana around his head so that it covers his eyes.
LB - There, is it to tight or anything?
Chat- Nope its fine
He tries to sit up a little bit and tries not to wince but ends up still inhaling sharply because of the pain.
He leans back against the pillows and lays his head back with his face scrunched up in pain.
LB- Oh gosh are you hurting?? Do you want some painkillers?
Chat -( Through his teeth but trying to sound normal) no... I'm fine bugaboo...just give me a second..
LB- No your not fine! Your taking the medicine whether you like it or not! Aleve, Tylenol, or Advil?
She grabs the bottles off the nearby table.
Chat- Fine.. Tylenol...
( Still with his head leaned back)
She got up and got some water and gave him it along with the two pills.
LB- ( stubbornly) Thank you.
He leaned his head back up and felt around until he found her hand and the things she was handing him.
He takes the painkillers and hands the water back.
Chat - Thanks m'lady..
( Leans his head back again)
LB- You need to stop doing that.
Chat- Doing what?
LB- Your always jumping in between me and danger and then you get hurt! My life is no more important than yours chat. You are not the sidekick, we are partners! I hate to see you get hurt because of me..
Chat- I know m'lady, but your so precious to me... I will always protect you, no matter the consequences on my side. I promise to be more careful though. And when I get hurt, it is in no way your fault. I chose to do it . It was my decision, and therefore it is my own fault, you don't need to blame everything on yourself.
LB- Stupid cat.
( She playfully punches him in the shoulder )
Chat- Ow! What was that for? ( he laughs)
LB- For being a hardheaded jerk!
Chat- Fair enough.
( His miraculous beeps)
Chat- How many pads do I have left? I can't see.
LB- Crap! Only one!
Chat- Can we reveal our identity's? I mean under the circumstances, we don't have much of a choice..
LB- ( hesitantly ) I guess so.. I mean you are in no shape to move, so yeah..
Chat- OK, please don't freak out to bad.. Claws in
(He de- transforms and a exhausted plagg lands on his head in a bed of golden hair)
LB- A-ADRIEN?!!!!!!
Adrien- (awkwardly) Hi... can I take this blindfold off now... I kinda already figured out who you are..
LB- What how! and yes.
(He takes off the bandana)
Chat- I woke up a few times during the night and saw where we were, and I thought about it more earlier and figured it out... Sorry I did not tell you.. I didn't want you to freak out..
LB- Its OK, we had to find out one way or another.. Spots off
( The de- transforms and tikki goes to get plagg some food)
The two teens chatter about the reveal for a few hours, (mostly Marinette squealing in excitement), and they get really comfortable around each other.
Marinette- I still can't believe its you!!!! I forgot to ask, are you hungry or anything?
Adrien- Yeah I could go for something to eat, I'm not picky, so anything would be great. ( he smiles )
Marinette- OK be right back.
She leaves to go get Adrien some food.
Plagg flies up to Adrien's face.
Plagg - No more bribing me with expensive cheese to find out who she is now! I'M FINALLY FREE TO EAT CAMENBERT IN PEACE TIKKI!!
Adrien laughs as the black cat kwami zooms back over to his yang.
It was true that he had tried to bribe Plagg with cheese on several occasions to try and find out Ladybugs identity.
Marinette walked back into the room holding a tray of croissants and pastries.
Marinette- Not really the healthiest breakfast but I think you'll manage.
Adrien- YAY! I love your baking!
She hands him the tray and he begins to knawel on a croissant.
Marinette- Do you think you are going to be able to stand later? With help of course, because I assume you don't want to sit here all day.
Adrien- Yeah I probably will, might need some help getting up though
( Plagg sneakily floats up to the tray while Adrien's head is turned and snatches a chocolate filled croissant and zooms away)
Marinette takes a croissant off the tray because there is a bunch, and switches on the TV.
Marinette- You want to watch anything in particular?
Adrien - Whatever you want bugaboo.
They turn on a cartoon , but end up really just talking for around 30 minutes about school and other stuff, that they never got to talk about because of their secret identities.
-Later-
Adrien- Can we take a walk or something?
Marinette- Its really not that good for you to be walking.. but if we make it short then I guess its OK.. as long as you let me help you.
Adrien- Great!
Marinette- 20 minutes tops, got it? Then you have to sit back down.
Adrien- Yes Mame!
Marinette helps him sit up on the edge the chaise.
She sits down beside him and puts her arm around him and he puts his around her shoulders.
As she eases him up he winces.
Marinette- Are you okay? Do you want to sit back down?
Adrien- No no I'm fine..
She gets him into a standing position.
He leans on her for a moment but then shifts most of his weight back onto his feet.
They walk out of her room into the hallway.
Marinette- Crap forgot about the stairs.
Adrien- Its OK i can get down
Marinette calls their kwamiis and they fly into their chosens pockets.
The teens slowly go down the steps until they reach the front door , then go out for a walk.
Adrien holds most of his weight but still slightly but barely noticeable leans on Marinette while she makes sure he does not fall.
They talk as they walk and just as they get back to the bakery, they hear a crash.
Marinette- Crap! No not now!
They both knew the crash was an akuma attack from memory of the previous ones.
She brought Adrien inside and sat him down on a chair.
Marinette- STAY HERE! And don't you even think about coming! You are in no shape to fight right now!
She rushed out of the bakery, and down a alleyway
Marinette - Tikki spots on!
