I've created a monster 'cause nobody's wants to see thecure they want shady xd

I'm so sorry for the late. The university and the job are fucking me without nonstop.

I'll try to finalize to traslate all the chapters left before january ends. And then, I will continue the next part of the story 7w7.

But first in spanish, sorry xd

Well, I think this is the chapter that has the most action of all so far, so there are not so many Sherlock Holmes moments or existential farts, but there are, there are. The plot advances at the cost of thousands of questions that arise for the protagonists, who do not know what the hell is going on.

"The sun begins to rise and wash away the sky, the turning of the tide, don't leave it all behind and I will never say goodbye."

- Breaking Benjamin.

Chapter 8: Angels Fall.

Faraday galloped at full speed. He was eager to see his friends, but his expression was relaxed; he looked up at the sky, there were at most two hours of sun. He turned his gaze to the front again.

His mind was a jumble of events and sensations. He thought of the recent battle he had with Annie and the tears she shed when she was defeated.

"Were they tears of guilt? Were they tears of sadness for failing her mission? I want to believe that it comes first, so that would mean that our friendship was not a simple act to maintain her facade." The white-haired man thought hopefully. Then the smiling image of Petra came to his mind.

Faraday's eyes darkened, it still hurt to remember the redhead. His sense of guilt hadn't diminished over the days, it only increased every time he thought about what he could have done to save her.

"I don't understand what is right… I trusted her and the squad and still everything went wrong. Is trusting wrong? No… It would be a hypocrite to think that; I should have taken in mind that we still don't know much about the Titans shifters, I'm sure they would have won or at least they wouldn't have died if it weren't for Annie's hardening ability ... I myself sinned from treating her like a normal Titan, only stronger and smarter. I would have gotten carried away by my emotions ... I always say that I think coldly but when someone I love is involved I cannot maintain that attitude for long, if it had been another squad that would have wanted to face the female titan I would not have hesitated to stay ... I am so confused." The blue-eye reflected in frustration, tightening the straps of his horse.

In a moment of mental desperation, another face appeared in his mind to calm him down.

"Mikasa ... I suppose I can no longer deny it. That woman has entered my mind and my heart as if it were her home. I never imagined that a person like her could exist, so beautiful, strong and with a big heart despite the coldness that she tries to show. I know ... when this is over, I'll ask her what she thinks about my situation with Petra ... " The boy reflected, letting out a smile.

"Grandpa Gai, you were right… Women are the greatest mystery man has ever seen, but also his main fuel." He remembered his late grandfather with longing, although a headache caused him to complain.

Suddenly, he heard a familiar roar.

Faraday stopped his horse and readied his swords as he watched a bolt of lightning form behind him a giant humanoid figure with bulges on his back.

His celestial eyes stared in disbelief at a Titan, a female-looking Titan; no more than 13 meters, brown hair and blue eyes. But what made an impression and fear on the white-haired man were the two appendages on his back.

"Are they ... wings?" He was thinking in fear as the Titan soared. Faraday quickly looked around, there were a few trees, not too many; some exceeded 10 meters. He was at a total disadvantage and the titan was looking at him with obvious intent to kill him.

Faraday knew that trying to flee with his horse was useless, he would have to fight. The white-haired man got off his horse, secured it to a tree branch, and drew his swords. The titan remained motionless suspended 25 meters above the ground, flapping its white wings.

"The only thing going for me here is that if she wants to do something to me she will have to come close, and if she does I will have a chance to fight back." Thought the white-haired man trying to stay calm.

For a few moments everything was calm, the breeze moved the trees and grass while titan and man stared at each other; light blue against light blue, frivolous against indifferent.

The winged titan swooped down with her hand outstretched. Faraday was surprised, she was fast. The white-haired man moved quickly with his maneuvering team, taking advantage of the few trees. He narrowly dodged the titan's attack, who, seeing him move, braked and pushed herself up again, away from the white-haired man.

"We are at a standstill. The open field not only puts me at a disadvantage but also her, it is impossible to take me by surprise here. If that is all her speed, then I will be able to dodge all the time spending a minimum of gas ... Yes, that's the downside, even if I use little gas it will eventually run out, and I don't know how long she can stay in a titan state. Besides, I don't know if she wants to kill me or capture me ... I must think as if she wanted to kill me, in that case I just it would be enough to throw something at me from above. " Faraday thought, without losing sight of the titan that was still inert in the air, he supposed that she had also realized the situation.

The winged titan hurtled toward the ground, but not toward the white-haired man. She quickly uprooted a 20-foot tree and threw the trunk at Faraday like a boomerang. The white-haired man threw his anchors with extreme precision towards the trunk, using it to propel himself up and dodging it in the process. Taking advantage of the Titan's closeness to the ground, Faraday rushed like a tornado using the highest places in the trees for support. The giant brunette, seeing the young man approach her, decided to take the opportunity and pushed herself towards him. Faraday smiled at this.

The Titan was not expecting Faraday to fire his anchors towards the ground, propelling himself towards her and surfing the ground below the Titan who only had time to see him. The white-haired man quickly propelled himself towards the elevated foot of the titan, and with his tornado movement he cut the meat of the leg, with the aim of cutting off her wings, since he could notice how her neck was already hardened. The brunette prevented this, and with an agile movement she gathered her wings and dropped to the ground, causing Faraday to cut air; The titan used her hands as support to do acrobatics and move away from the white-haired man. Faraday, seeing her too far away, decided to take cover. The titan had risen again.

Faraday stood at the top of the largest tree in the place, trying to see his options.

"Her agility is even greater than Annie's; one would think that with such a large body her flight would be quite rough, but her movements are fluid in the air; I must be careful as she can also harden her skin. I can tell that she knows me, she has been cautious despite the obvious advantage she has; whatever the background she has on me I have just confirmed for her. She knows that she cannot take it easy on me, and I will answer her anyway. " The white-haired man was reflecting on the titan's capabilities. Unfortunately, he was conditioned to the actions of the giant, if she doesn't make a move he couldn't make one either.

The titan raised her left hand. Faraday could notice her fingers hardening, and then the Titan ripped them off with her other hand. The white-haired man gritted his teeth, preventing what she wanted to do. The arm holding the improvised missiles gathered momentum, launching them at Faraday at high speed. The white-haired man saw in slow motion the five fingers heading towards him; With no other option but to flee, Faraday surfed the ground, trying to get behind the few trees that were there. He heard three fingers crash against the ground behind him; The fourth was narrowly saved, but the fifth brushed against him, causing him to lose his balance. The white-haired man had to use his bare hands to propel himself up and shoot his anchors into a tree as he did a deadly spin in the air to regain his balance.

Faraday nearly urinated when he saw the Titan hurtling toward him out of the corner of his eye. At full speed Faraday put his body in parallel with the ground and began to rotate with his swords extended vertically upwards, managing to cut a little the face of the titan.

Faraday, still in the air, saw his chance. The titan, surprised that the human was able to dodge her again, could not react when Faraday plummeted down spinning like a tornado, severing her left wing, rendering her useless. The titan flapped her right wing with force to send a current of air that made it impossible for the white-haired man to continue on the titan, sending it a few meters towards the ground, where it fell sharply. The giant brunette used her arms to help her fall, but she couldn't help but hurt herself enough; now with one of her broken wings they both are in the same conditions.

The white-haired man got up quickly, ignoring the pain of the fall; He did a quick pain check and to his fortune nothing was broken, but he would be bruised for sure later.

"I have to hurry; maybe I cut off her wing, but I'm still at a disadvantage, there aren't that many trees anymore. Also, she might be able to redirect all her regeneration to her wing, so at most I have a minute before she can fly again." The white-haired man thought. At least he had managed to destroy her wing almost from the root, so it would cost her more to regenerate, plus he had previously cut deeply her right leg, including ankle and Achilles heel, so if she directed all her regeneration to the wing then her leg would not be completely cured.

Faraday wasted no time and propelled himself like a tornado towards the brunette, who had seen him coming and hardened her right hand, throwing a swift fist at the white flash. The blue-eyed, for the titan's surprise, dodged the fist and landed on her, driving his anchors into the forearm; from one moment to another, the brunette could no longer see anything, Faraday had thrown his swords straight into her eyes.

The white-haired man did not miss the opportunity and propelled himself towards the back of the titan, rushing like a tornado towards the right wing of the titan, cutting it almost from the root and with the same impulse he cut the left wing that was already regenerated at 80%.

The brunette felt the pain of losing her wings; the situation had turned against her. Thinking quickly, the blue-eye hardened her left forearm, and with her right hand ripped it off, subsequently using it like a Bo, beating it behind her back to force Faraday back. The white-haired man dropped to the ground, noticing how her right leg was already regenerated, surprising him; he could see that her wings were already quite advanced considering that he had cut them just a few seconds ago.

"She regenerates fast. I must immobilize her from below before she regenerates her eyes. The hardening at the back of her neck must have some limit." The white-haired man surfed the floor, cutting the Achilles heels of the brunette who fell to her knees; the white-haired man then began to spin like a tornado making big cuts around her body, however, he had to stop because the brunette had started using her amputated arm as a kind of propeller.

The titan was able to regenerate an eye, finally managing to see the white-haired man out of the corner and without hesitation she threw her arm/weapon at him. Faraday, out of time, had to turn in order to cut through the arm and propelled himself at full speed towards the brunette. With no time to harden her fist or any part of her body other than the back of her neck, she put her right arm in front of her in an attempt to protect herself (her left forearm was barely halfway there). That was like serving the meat to the blue-eyed man on a silver platter, who spun like a tornado to slice off her entire arm, leaving it maimed. The white-haired man then started towards her back again, noticing that the radius of the hardening of her neck had decreased, but not enough; He decided to cut her wings again, which were already 40%.

The brunette, seeing herself cornered and knowing that she could not keep her neck hardened for long, decided to make an emergency retreat; she concentrated for a few seconds and then expelled a pulse of static electricity from her body, slightly paralyzing the white-haired man who received a double hit as the electricity traveled through his anchors. The white-haired man, with all his willpower, managed to propel himself away from the titan, although the landing was not graceful as he fell face down.

The white-haired man watched as the titan got up as best she could and ran, retreating. By the time the blue-eye recovered she was already far away.

"If we were in a forest I would follow her, but given the few trees around it would be useless." The white-haired man sighed, and grabbed his head, noticing that he had a gap above his left eyebrow. Faraday approached his horse, which had come off well from the entire confrontation. He took a bandage out of his bag and tied it around his forehead.

"The confrontation lasted about 20 minutes, if I take in mind the moments in which we were doing nothing, thinking about what to do. I'm already late, there is little more than an hour of sun." The white-haired man thought as he mounted his horse, heading back to his destination, however, he took a few moments of low speed gallop to take out his journal.

Diary of a soldier.

On my way to Sub-Commander Mike I was attacked by a female-looking winged titan. Despite the unfavorable circumstances with the impossibility of escape, I managed to overcome it by forcing the retreat of the enemy.

It appeared almost out of nowhere, or so it seemed. She was behind me because of what must have come from Stohess like me, surely an ally of Annie who saw the whole mess and followed me to get rid of me; although it is still too early to draw conclusions. If she's an ally of Annie, then why didn't she help her? Perhaps she preferred to keep her alibi, confident that Annie could escape or crystallize as she ended up doing. However, I'm not sure if we could have beat her and Annie together; Maybe here I was at a disadvantage, but at least I didn't have to worry about civilians or soldiers.

I guess I can only speculate for now. I'll discuss this with Sub-Commander Mike when I arrive.

Daily end of a soldier.

40 minutes later.

The sunset was looming in the sky as the legion soldier approached the place where his friends were.

At 400 meters from the place, he could observe in the distance a huge titan, more than 17 meters, move away.

"A titan?! Inside the wall Rose? Was the wall breached? Impossible." The white-haired man thought, galloping at maximum speed, however, that titan who from his position seemed to have spots on a large part of his body. Faraday decided to do without going after the titan and went over to see if his friends were okay.

Then he heard a heartrending scream.

He pushed his horse to gallop faster, and when he saw the possibility he pushed his maneuvering team at full speed going to the source of the scream that became more and more terrifying, asking for help and mercy. Then Faraday saw Three Titans huddled over the source of the screams.

Without thinking, Faraday rushed towards the three titans, and like a tornado he quickly sliced through all three necks.

Mike stopped feeling the teeth of those beasts burrowing into his skin, although the pain was unbearable; He felt like he was missing both legs, part of one of his arms, and a large bite on the right side of his chest.

"Sub-commander!" Faraday watched in horror as the body of his sub-commander fell mutilated to the ground. The white-haired man quickly went to him, took him gently in his arms and led him away from the decomposing Titans.

The blonde, despite his pain, managed to open his tear-stained eyes and appreciated his savior.

"Faraday ..." The man spoke in a weak voice. Faraday stopped and put the man on the ground, quickly tore parts of his cloak and began making tourniquets to prevent blood loss due to his missing limbs. Faraday moved quickly, but he didn't have much hope.

Mike saw how the white-haired man desperately tried to save him, but both knew it was not possible, he would soon bleed to death, and if he did not do so, his right lung would fill with blood. The blonde raised his only good arm as best he could and put his hand on top of one of Faraday's.

The white-haired man looked at the blonde's hand for a few moments before pushing it away.

"Sub-commander, you must keep your strength, you have lost a lot of blood and-

"It's useless ... You and I know that I won't make it ... "The blond man said brokenly when he began to cough up blood; his skin had begun to lose color. Faraday squeezed his hands. teeth and fists.

"I'm sorry, if only I had arrived earlier ..." The white-haired man apologized.

"No time for lamentation ... The wall Rose was violated in some way ... The others are divided into squads to evacuate the villages ... Help them ... It's my last order ... Be careful with a titan with hair ... He can speak and give orders to the titans ..." The blond tried to say as he coughed blood and it became more difficult to breathe. Faraday looked into his eyes, found pain in his amber eyes, but, for some reason, there was hope.

"Faraday ... You always had a peculiar smell ... A unique one, too noble for this cruel world ... Please lead humanity to victory ..."

Those were the last words Mike Zacharius.

Faraday closed the blonde's eyes, while taking his body. He entered the facility and in a random room he laid his body gently on the bed, then took his black cloak with the wings of freedom and covered his face.

Faraday refueled himself with gas since he had spent almost half in the battle against the winged titan; He placed two regular swords in their empty slots, he really had to talk to Erwin about swords.

He went out and called his horse, which came almost immediately; Faraday stroked him lightly before mounting.

"A winged titan and a furry titan who talks and commands the titans… And I thought Annie was dangerous. They somehow violated the wall Rose, but it wasn't through a district like the other times… It seems I won't have a rest today. I'll be sure to ask Captain Levi for a raise after this. " The white-haired man thought humorously to try to calm himself down.

Later, elsewhere.

Night had almost fallen, as did Sasha's hopes to get out of her situation alive. He had arrived at his village a few minutes ago, realizing that there was no one but a girl and her mother, the latter being eaten by a 3-meter titan. Sasha tried to cut the Titan's neck with an ax, but it was impossible. She had to give up and went to look for the girl who was in a state of shock; Sasha looked at the older woman, asking her forgiveness; The woman, seeing Sasha leaving with her daughter, closed her eyes; her daughter would live, she no longer cared about dying.

In an oversight, the brunette let her horse run away in fear, having to run away with the girl, with a bow and four arrows as a weapon. The titan began to follow them, and Sasha, in an attempt to stop the titan, ordered the girl to run while she took over.

And there it was, with just an arrow and the titan closing in.

"Will I die here? I didn't even get a chance to eat meat today…" It was the pessimistic thoughts of the girl, almost resigned to her death.

However, the noise of a maneuvering team caught his attention, and he suddenly heard the meat being sliced. The titan fell in front of her, and behind the monster was the white-haired man that she was most pleased to see at this time.

"Faraday!" The girl shouted happily, approaching to embrace the blue-eyed, who received her warmly.

"Sasha, I'm glad you're okay." He told his friend, relieved to have arrived on time, since he was getting used to being late and for that reason people died.

"Good now that you are here! Everything is very strange, the titans violated the wall Rose and Sub-commander Mike ordered us to go to the villages and I came here, my hometown, and then this girl… The girl! Where is sh-

"Sasha, calm down." The white-haired soldier silenced her by putting a hand on her mouth.

"The girl is ahead, she was the one who told me you were here; I told her not to move and hide if she saw or heard something." He informed his friend; Faraday called his horse and they both went in search of the girl.

As soon as they advanced a few meters, through the forest they met villagers Among them, Sasha's father and the girl were with them.

After a while, they started to jog towards the nearest district. And on the way they met some known members of the garrison troops.

"Daz, Captain Hannes." The white-haired man greeted seeing his old companion and the older man.

"Faraday, boy, time without seeing us. I wish it had been in better condition. "The blonde greeted, looking at the group of villagers and noticing that Faraday was the only one equipped.

" Hannes, right now I'm alone; I can assume that you are looking for the gap; I'll help you. Daz, could you escort Sasha and her family to the nearest district? "Asked the blue-eye, receiving a nod from the trauma-faced boy. However, they all felt footsteps; Faraday noticed a volcanic abnormal about 100 meters away. Daz got scared and Hannes got into a defensive position, but the white-haired man stopped him.

"I'll take care of it. Don't go away yet, volcanics are the most sensitive to large groups of people, if it looks at you it will chase you. "The white-haired man ordered before galloping quickly towards the titan.

Once he was close enough and caught their attention, Faraday He propelled himself towards the titan using it as support for his anchors. Without wanting to risk, he used his Goken style and like a tornado sliced the titan's feet, making it fall flat on its face. The white-haired man wasted no time and turned around its entire body doing as much damage as possible, before he could go for the nape of the neck, slicing it cleanly.

Seeing the titan's body evaporate, Faraday mounted his horse and returned to the group, meeting the shocked faces of everyone except Sasha who was smiling happily.

"Impressive, I knew you were good, but I didn't imagine that much." Hannes praised.

" That's nothing, Faraday is the only active member of the special operations squad, whose Captain is Levi. In fact, since the captain is hurt and I couldn't fight for now, that makes you the Captain temporarily, doesn't it, Faraday?" The brunette girl praised her friend with animosity, who looked somewhat embarrassed by her friend's devotion.

"So no work ranges, Sasha. My current rank is… I think Team Leader, if I'm honest I'm not sure, but I'm not the Captain." The white-haired man tried to explain, although the girl wasn't paying attention to him.

Soon, the group broke up.

"Sweetie is that young man your boyfriend? "The man asked his daughter, making her nervous.

" No! We're just friends, and he already has an owner." The brunette clarified, trembling a little at the thought of Mikasa breaking her neck.

" Oh? What a pity, I did want a Son-in-law like him, he had courage and left that titan like a turkey at Christmas. "

Later, at night.

Hannes and Faraday were following the wall for several hours, but they had not found the slightest in fact, they had only encountered two normal titans on the way. Noticing that the darkness was already preventing them from seeing, they both decided to return to the nearest base. There, Faraday inquired about his companions, receiving nothing but negative On everyone's behalf. Faraday then refilled himself with gas and torches.

"Are you going to go out again?" Hannes asked incredulously.

"Yes. I'll go find my friends." The boy replied, heading towards his horse.

"It's very dangerous, boy. There are titans and the night is extremely dark." The blonde warned trying to convince the white-haired man. Faraday smiled at him already on his horse.

"The wings of freedom on my back will carry my flash." The white-haired man declared, starting to gallop.

Hannes watched him plunge into the darkness of the night and sighed.

"These young men… They make us feel useless."

After a long time of galloping and trotting almost blindly, life smiled at him and the moonlight was present. Faraday then saw the ruins of a castle in the distance and decided to get closer.

"Castle Utgard ..." He read the sign in a low voice. He entered the ruins and saw with joy that there were horses resting. Faraday got off his horse, and then a voice called out to him,

"Hey! Up here! "

The voice came from the highest tower, at the top there were two legion soldiers raising their hands. Faraday recognized them as Henning and Lynne. The white-haired man quickly climbed the tower with his maneuvering team.

"Glad to find you. Are you the veterans in charge of the 104th recruits?" Faraday asked anxiously.

"Yes, they are with us and two more veterans." Those words cheered the white-haired man. They went downstairs and he could see his friends. Krista, Reiner, Berthold, Connie and Ymir, as well as Nanaba and Gelgar.

"Faraday!" The first to greet was Krista, who got up going into the arms of her friend; the white-haired man welcomed her with pleasure despite the look that Ymir I was giving him.

"Glad you're alright guys, I was worried." He told them with a smile.

"I thought you were in Stohess with the commander and captain to attend court for Eren, Faraday." Reiner mentioned, looking over. the white-haired man.

"What does that matter? I'm glad you're here, friend, we already needed to see a familiar face." Connie greeted happily.

Soon everyone was sitting up, resting.

"Commander Erwin sent me on emergency to deliver a message to Sub-Commander Mike; When I left we still did not know about the Rose Wall violation, although by now it must be general knowledge." The white-haired man began to explain, taking a sip of water.

"The sub-commander stayed fighting the titans to buy time. He must be in some barracks by now." Nanaba mentioned. Faraday's expression turned sad as he looked at the blonde.

"I'm sorry… The sub-commander is dead. When I got to where they were holding you, I found three titans eating him..." The white-haired man reported. Everyone was shocked at this information.

"It can't be..." Gelgar muttered incredulously.

"I killed the titans and tried to save him, but already He had lost both legs, part of his arm, and had a huge bite on his right side. On his deathbed he informed me of the situation, and of something even more troubling." Faraday's expression turned serious.

"He told me there was a titan with hair, who could speak and gave orders to the titans." The white-haired man, making everyone even more stunned. Faraday caught some strange expressions on Reiner and Berthold.

"A talking titan?! You've got to be kidding me." Connie complained, clutching his head.

Faraday decided to put his confrontation with the winged titan aside for the moment. After that shocking news, everyone settled down to relax. Connie talked about what had happened in his village, and about how the titan in his house reminded him of his mother. Ymir mocked him saying that if his mother were a titan then he would not be a dwarf. Faraday could notice some nervousness in the brunette.

"Ymir, Enough. Connie is worried about his family, it's no use making fun of Him." The white-haired man said seriously, making the brunette look at him.

"Oh? You guys have no sense of humor. I was just trying to cut the tension." Said the brunette with false humility.

Diary of a soldier.

My mind is in a mess and I'm tired to the core. Only the confrontation with Annie and the winged titan caused me great tension and fatigue. But the rounds that I have been doing the last hours are making a presence in my body. Luckily now I can rest.

The attitudes that I noticed in some of my friends were strange. When I spoke of the hairy titan the faces of Reiner and Berthold almost denoted… ¿Happiness?

No, the tiredness must be affecting me, I had already agreed that I was going to trust them until the end.

I spoke a bit with Krista a while ago; we have not been able to speak properly for some time due to everything that has happened. The riddle that this girl supposed to me changed to a simple desire to understand her; she has left me clues about why she is how she is, but in general I only have a few pieces armed. For now, I only enjoy the confidence that she has in letting me see a little bit of his true personality.

"Maybe one day, I will reveal what's behind Krista, Faraday."

It was the most important clue the girl had given him.

End Diary of a soldier.

"Recruits, wake up!" It was Gelgar's voice, scaring all the sleepy ones. Faraday, who had just closed his eyes 15 minutes ago, got up with a dead look. Gelgar urged them to go up to the terrace, and there they saw something that chilled their skin.

"Great…" Faraday whispered. There were Titans everywhere, about 15 in all, moving despite the little sunlight that came through.

"These titans won't even let me have a drink in peace." Gelgar complained.

Then, in the distance they saw a peculiar titan. Faraday widened his eyes in surprise.

"Hey, that weird titan looks like a beast." Connie spoke, half scared. Faraday noticed the strange faces of Berthold and Reiner again.

"That is the Titan that Mike talked about. You have to be careful, if It can give orders to the Titans, then they are not here by chance. I would dare to say that this Titan, in some way, allows them to use the light of the moon to move." The white-haired man deduced, watching the beast titan approach the wall.

"Newbies, go downstairs and make barracks; if you can't hold back the Titans, come up here. Time to use the maneuvering equipment." Said the blonde, getting ready together with the other three veterans and Faraday.

"Rookie, why don't you stay with your teammates?" Lynne asked politely. Faraday glanced at his companions and then at Lynne, Faraday's eyes had turned an icy blue, causing the veteran to shiver.

"No, they'll be fine. Besides, slicing meat is fine for me."

With those words the five legion soldiers rushed towards the Titans. Faraday plummeted as he began to spin like a tornado, shredding the Titan's arm larger as he climbed and sliced through the back of its neck; Without losing power, he whirled toward two other Titans who were lined up, slicing their necks mercilessly. The other four veterans looked at the white-haired man in surprise as they took care of other titans.

"He may be a rookie, but he was personally chosen by Captain Levi for his squad, and he is currently the only active member of that squad." Nanaba thought, observing the dexterity of the blue-eye.

"I will go to the front to stop them from advancing! You guys stay and sweep those around the castle!" Faraday yelled, pushing himself forward, slicing the back of the occasional Titan's neck.

A while later, Faraday saw in the distance how the beast titan was on top of the wall and was doing a plus throwing something.

"No!" The white-haired man mentally yelled as he headed back towards the tower, but a rock had already hit the horses.

"The beast titan is throwing rocks, be careful!"

Another roar sounded and it was from the tower, Faraday watched as Henning and Lynne's bodies flew inert on the tower.

The legion soldiers regrouped, laying the bodies of the fallen soldiers on top of the terrace.

"They died instantly ..." Gelgar whispered.

Faraday noticed that Reiner had his arm injured.

"It seems that he stopped ..." Said the white-haired man, watching as the titan beast began to lower the wall on the other side.

"More titans are coming, Double the last time! "Connie warned.

" These attacks are too strategic, it's like they are playing with us." Nanaba growled.

" He was testing our strength ... That titan, he wanted to see our abilities. " Faraday said with serious look, before everyone's puzzled faces.

Faraday looked at the horde of titans and rubbed his eyes. He was very tired.

"Annie, the winged titan, the rounds ... I have been straining my body almost nonstop for 15 hours and I have been awake for more than 20 hours, not counting that I have hardly eaten. Luckily I'm hydrated, but..." The white-haired man though, worried about his situation. Despite the fatigue, the three remaining soldiers of the legion launched into battle.

Faraday glared at least ten Titans when he regrouped with the other two, noticing their desperate looks.

"Nanaba... sorry, I hit my head." Gelgar said before falling; Nanaba came to his rescue, cutting the neck of the titan who wanted to eat him; however, she ran out of gas and more than 5 Titans looked at her with suspicion.

Faraday saw this and rushed towards the Titans, killing three in a row, however, when he pushed himself towards one he felt how everything went dark for a few seconds, only to open his eyes again and find himself centimeters from the mouth of a titan. Faraday turned as quickly as he could, slicing the mouth titan while driving onto the balcony, falling face first.

"Faraday!" shouted Krista who went to assist with Connie.

"I'm sorry ... I'm very tired..." Gasped the white-haired standing up how he could. Then he began to hear screams.

"No, damn they are eating them…" Reiner cursed. Faraday rushed to shore despite Krista's protests and saw them there. Nanaba was being pulled by various titans while she begged and cried for her father. Faraday gritted his teeth in anger and prepared to go save them, but was stopped by Reiner.

"Wait! You are very tired, Faraday, you are skilled, but if you go there in your condition you will die. Besides, they no longer have salvation ..." Just when the blonde said this, Faraday saw how a titan crushed the blonde's head. Faraday closed his eyes, he was getting angry, some small sparks surrounded his hands, but they were imperceptible.

"Damn it! At this rate we'll just wait for the tower to collapse and they'll eat us. If Faraday can't fight we're lost." Connie complained. Faraday was by all means trying to stay awake.

"I… I'll distract them, you… get out the back and run… don't show yourself." Said the panting white-haired man as he drew his swords again.

"Faraday, no, you will die ..." The little blonde was trying to stop him. Faraday gave her a sad smile; you could see the weariness on his face.

"Maybe ... but I'm the only one who can fight ... I was thinking of giving my team to Reiner, but he's Wounded ... and Berthold, no offense, you wouldn't be able to hold out against all those ..." the blue-eyed explained. Krista gave him a serious look.

"I want to fight too. If we were armed we would have fought you and the veterans, then at least we would have died together." Krista said.

"Krista, the veterans did not die to give you an excuse to commit suicide. You are not like Faraday or the veterans! You don't think about surviving, but about how you will die." Ymir said rudely to her friend.

"Ymir, this is not the time for that." The white-haired man said, looking at the brunette.

"Shut up! You know it's true, you know her well enough. You've tried to make her see things from the nice side but it's no use. I'm already tired of you and I playing the good cop and the bad cop with her. Connie, give me that knife. " Ymir complained, heading towards the short haired boy. Faraday was looking at her expectantly.

When asked about the use she would give the knife, Ymir only replied that she would use it to fight. The girl approached Krista.

"Krista, I know you may not remember ... But promise me that you will keep that promise you made to me when we were walking in the snow. I have no right to tell you how to live your life, but ... Live it with pride." The brunette said inspired, to the blonde, who only looked at her with surprise. Ymir then approached the shore, and jumped despite the blonde's screams.

"Does she…?" Faraday did not have time to finish his thoughts when Ymir cut her hand with the knife and a rumble followed by lightning was heard surrounding the girl. She revealed herself to be a Titan.

"Ymir is a… titan?" Connie asked incredulously as she watched Ymir fight the Titans. Faraday, despite his surprise, noticed the disturbed looks from Reiner and Berthold. And then he looked at his fellow Titan.

"This day can't be worse ... No, it's another day ..." thought the white-haired man looking at how the sun peeked over the horizon. Ymir was beginning to have problems with the titans, Faraday wanted to help her, but felt that his legs were giving him away and he fell to his knees, being helped by Connie. Krista almost fell when she saw Ymir being bitten by the Titans, however, Reiner held her leg in time, although he held it too long and hard, causing the girl to complain.

"Reiner… what's wrong with you?" The white-haired man wondered, and he couldn't even try to make deductions because his head hurt.

"She could have used her powers to leave, but she's here protecting us… Ymir! What are you doing?! Do you want to play being a good girl?! You're not going to heaven just for that! To die defending this tower then destroy it! " Krista yelled angrily. Faraday looked at her in surprise, but smiled, this was the real Krista.

Ymir heeded the words of the story and began throwing bricks at the Titans, bringing the tower down. Soon, the structure began to collapse towards the Titans and Faraday understood the girl's plan. Ymir climbed up, and in a guttural voice asked them to hold onto her hair.

Soon, the tower fell on top of the Titans.

However, the Titans came out again. Ymir went after them, but was quickly overtaken. Faraday, fed up with being on the sidelines, threw himself into battle despite cries from Krista and Connie.

He rushed towards the two titans who stalked Ymir, and furiously sliced the back of their heads. Faraday quickly tried to put it safe but another Titan appeared behind him. Faraday evaded it as best he could, and saw out of the corner of his eye as various titans began to devour Ymir; Krista approached her and yelled something about her name, but Faraday was between consciousness and unconsciousness, dodging the titan on automatic; his senses were awakened for a moment when he saw his blonde friend in front of a titan. The white-haired man could not come to his aid as he had to turn on his own axis to cut off the hand of the titan that was stalking him.

"Krista ... Ymir ..." The blue-eyed thought in despair, gritting his teeth in frustration. He looked at the titan extending his hand in front of him, Faraday put his swords in a defensive position, but he felt his legs and arms tremble, and his eyelids felt like two walls of steel.

"I'm sorry ..." Was the last thought Faraday had before his body gave in to extreme fatigue; He thought about how he hadn't been able to go see Petra, couldn't make any more tea for Captain Levi; there would be no more planning sessions with the commander; Connie's funny comments, hunting with Sasha; the enigma of Krista; his revenge against the armored, something in which he had not thought for a long time; in his friend Eren and last but not least, in his beloved black-haired, Mikasa; he couldn't hold her again.

When Faraday felt lost, the sound of the cut meat made him open his eyes, seeing how the titan fell to his side, and on top of what was almost his executioner was his angel.

"Faraday!"

Her sweet voice made him smile, and at last he let his body drop from exhaustion; but he never touched the ground. The black-haired woman was holding him in her arms, with an expression of immense concern marked on her face.

Mikasa had been afraid of losing someone before, being Eren her only family was a very familiar feeling in her; but with Faraday she never expected to feel that burn that caused her to see how her loved one was at risk of dying; the closest thing had been to Trost when the white-haired man had performed the miracle to save her.

The black-haired woman clung to the tired body of the blue-eye, letting tears flow freely from her onyx eyes.

"You promised you'd be careful, you idiot..." The girl gasped. Faraday, who was somehow listening to her, just kept smiling.

"After so many demons falling from the sky today ... at last an angel falls ... the most beautiful angel of all..." There were Faraday's last thoughts before he completely succumbed to darkness.

Faraday opened his eyes for a moment, he was lying down and Mikasa was by his side, taking care of him; Faraday then looked to his right, Ymir was lying on the ground with Krista and Hange kneeling beside her.

"My real name is… History."

He heard the blonde say. Both he and Ymir smiled, before slipping back into unconsciousness.

"Ah, there are two angels ... A golden haired angel and the most beautiful angel of all with black hair... We are already on a roll, maybe this day will not be so bad..."
