Chapter 3: The fight between Mal and Maleficent
When Ben came to where we were stand, he kneeled down as the fairy godmother started the ceremony. I smiled softly when she placed the crown on Ben's head and declared Ben as King of Auradon. Everyone clapped and cheered for Ben when Jane, daughter of fairy godmother took the wand and made a ruckus. Mal took the wand from Jane and everyone stood away from Mal. I stood in front of mal and told her that it's not the right way and that you're the one who can make their own future and not Maleficent. Mal lowered the wand and chose to be good. Jay, Evie, Carlos, Ben and myself fist bumped. I was proud of Mal for what she did when Maleficent came to the church. I wanted to protect Mal from Maleficent and that's when Mal threw the wand to the fairy godmother. Maleficent froze everyone and even me when I did a protective stance in front of the 4 VK's.
"What a shame, the girlfriend of Hades trying to protect the one person that he didn't care for." Maleficent said as she chuckles. "She's not worthy as Queen of Hades kingdom. I bet she did a bad job at it too."
"Mother stop it. She's more of a mother than you'll ever be. She cares more for me then you. Selena is amazing ruler of the underworld. For you, you're nothing to me." Mal said.
"How dare you say that to your mother Mal." Maleficent said.
"This is between me and you mom." Mal said.
Mal, Jay, Evie and Carlos did their best to defeat Maleficent. Jay tried to steal Maleficent's staff from her then she knocked Jay onto his butt. Maleficent transformed into her dragon form and chased Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos. Evie used her mirror to blind Maleficent for a bit so Mal could do something. Mal challenged her mother at a staring contest. Maleficent didn't have much love in her heart so she shrinks into a lizard and the fairy godmother unfroze and came over to Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos. She gave them A+ on their goodness class and unfrozen everyone. I looked at Mal and she nodded softly at me once she calmed Ben down. I smiled softly and I looked over at Belle and Adam. They nod softly for me to go back to the underworld to continue with ruling. In the next few days after Maleficent's defeat, Mal came to visit and she asked me for help with becoming Queen once that day came. I agreed and started to teach her and I didn't mind hanging out with Mal. Mal told me that I would be with Hades soon. I smiled softly at what she said, I told her that I wished he was here with me, but knew that won't happen. She told me that it will happen in the near future and that she promised to bring him back to me and I just gave her a hug as I thanked her for that.
Soon, I was visiting and giving Mal Queen lessons. I would check up on Evie and how her small company is doing. She was excited that I brought some shells from the Enchanted Lake. Evie thanked me for filling in the mother figure for not just Mal, but her, Jay and Carlos as well. I told her that the 4 of them are like my own children like what I wanted in the near future. Mal came into Mal's and Evie's shared room and see me. She gave me a hug and I knew she was having problems. I told her that everything will be fine and that she'll be an amazing Queen. I soon left after saying goodbye to Mal and Evie. I went to visit Adam, Belle and Ben. I greeted my brother and gave Belle and Ben hugs. Adam knew that I was still mad at him. Me and Belle went to have tea while Ben went to have a picnic with Mal. Belle and myself talked and we just caught up with life and how I was ruling and how Belle has been reading more books since then. I smiled when she said that romance books are amazing to read. After having tea with Belle, I was about to leave and I saw Evie and Ben. I asked what is happening and they say Mal went back to the Isle of the Lost. I froze when I heard Isle of the Lost. I told them to bring her back and I was worried for her.
I went to the underworld and thinks softly. I was worried for Mal, Evie, Jay, Carlos and Ben. I would visit almost everyday to see if they returned. My handmaidens noticed that I was worried sick for Mal. After 3 days of being on the Isle of the Lost, I saw Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos. I then noticed how Ben has been off the whole day. When the Cotillion came, I was in a Dark Blue puffy ball gown. I came to the ship where the Cotillion was being held and I met Evie, Jay, Lonnie, Jane, Carlos and Doug there. I greeted my brother, Adam and Belle before Mal got announced to everyone. I stood next to Jane as I looked up at Mal. I smiled happily when Mal came down the steps, Greet Adam and Belle and came over to me, Jay, Evie, Lonnie, Doug, Jane and Carlos. I told Mal that she's beautiful and I couldn't be any prouder of her. Mal smiled and Ben got announced. I feel Like Ben was under a spell.
