Warning: This chapter ends in a cliffhanger. Brace yourselves! Ok, it's not really a cliffhanger, but you'll probably be anticipating the next chapter.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I know it passed, but it was around that time when I wrote this chapter.

Continuation: Next day

I woke up with a sudden realization and sprung up from my bed. We hadn't even thought about names yet! With me being 5 months pregnant, we only had like 4 months to come up with 2 names. That might seem like a lot, but this is what determines what your child is called for the rest of their lives.

"Good morning, darling", Maxon greeted me from my right side. He startled me and I almost fell off the bed.

"Maxon, we didn't even start thinking about names yet."

He shifted in his spot on the bed and turned to face me."We have at least 3 months, my dear. Considering we make the country's decisions, I don't think names will be too hard."

"No, you don't get it, Maxon, these names that we chose will be our kids' names for the rest of their lives. The press will be calling them that, and literally everybody will be saying 'Prince this' and 'Princess that' and soon 'King this' or Queen 'that'. And the fact that I have to use 'this' or 'that' is crazy! On top of that, I also want their names to actually mean something! And don't call me your dear", I outbursted. Maxon silenced himself, probably realizing to not poke the bear.

"Sorry. Being pregnant really takes its toll", I apologized, snuggling into Maxon's arms.

"It's ok, we'll think about names", he assured, hugging me.

... ... ... ...

Today, Mary was really busy sewing me a dress, while Paige was looking into new hairstyles for me. They couldn't spend the day in my room, so Marlee accompanied for the day to keep Maxon from freaking out. I changed into gray sweatpants and a baggy t-shirt for the day. I was queen, but that didn't mean I had to leave my previous life behind. That meant I could wear my own attire when I was by myself, or in this case, with a close friend.

"Marlee, I was thinking this morning about names for the twins", I explained, staring at her intently.

"Oooooooo, you guys are starting to think about names?", she asked referring to Maxon.

"Yeah, that's literally what I just said", I remarked playfully. She rolled her eyes and we started coming up with a list of good names. Both for boys and girls. I had a couple quick suggestions because I helped name both May and Gerad. By the time lunch rolled around, we had a pretty decent list:

Boy Names:

Alex

Duncan

Blake

Ethan

Aaron

Justin

Girl Names:

Sophia

Isabella

Kaeli

Eadlin

Kayla

We also made another rule that both their names should sound good together, so we wrote down pairs.

Ethan & Kayla

Alex & Sophia

Eadlin & Aaron

I loved the names Eadlin and Aaron, but there was something wrong with those names that I couldn't put my finger on. Marlee and I headed down to lunch so we could eat together. Neither Maxon nor Carter were there so it was like a Girls' day. She ate fish and vegetables and I just wanted to eat strawberry tarts.

"America, you can't eat strawberry tarts again, or Maxon's gonna kill me!"

"Fine." She pushed a salad in front of me and before I could object, she put a spoonful of salad in my mouth and I spit it in her face. Marlee glanced around the room and I did too, looking to see if anybody was watching. All we saw was a shadow of a guard behind the door.

"Food fight", I yelled, my inner kid, shining. I quickly grabbed a bun off the table and threw it into Marlee's face. She defended herself with a nearby plate and looked frantically at the table to find a throwable piece of food. Marlee settled on some mashed potatoes sitting at the edge of the table. I squeezed my eyes shut to keep the mashed potatoes out of my face and they hit me smack dab in the middle of my face. I wiped it off my face with a napkin and redid my hair into a messy bun. Sorry, Paige!

I threw a handful of salad at her and she skillfully caught with her plate shield.

"Skills I learned when was a maid", she exclaimed, smirking. She backfired the salad at me and I dodged it deftly.

"Skills I learned when I was a five", I retorted. In the middle of all of this, I ended up pining Marlee to the floor and smearing salad dressing all over her.

"Oh, Ames, do you want a hug from your best friend?", she asked in a mischievous tone.

"No", I yelled, and Marlee started chasing me around the dining room. I bumped right into Maxon, who I had no idea was standing there, and Marlee bumped right into me. I ended up between Marlee's legs and Maxon helped us both up. After we stood up, we noticed Carter was behind Maxon this whole time.

"How long have you guys been standing there?", I asked them, looked back and forth between Maxon and Carter.

"Ever since you threw a salad at Marlee", Carter answered. They both had their lips pursed together, trying to keep themselves from laughing.

"Wow, the things you see when you just want to join your wife for lunch", Maxon and Carter said simultaneously. We all doubled over in laughter.

"Now, did you two actually eat lunch before this big food fight", Maxon asked, smirking. Marlee and I looked at each other.

"No." We all enjoyed lunch together before we all had to leave and go separate ways. After we finished, Maxon headed down to the meeting room, Carter to the stables, and Marlee and I headed back to my suite.

I sat down on my bed, sighing. Marlee handed me a stack of mail that was sorted out. I got over 100 letters a day, some hate letters, some important, and some admiration letters. The people in the mailroom sorted out the mail and only gave me personal and important letters. Some days, I'd go down to the mailroom and ask for a few extra letters so I could respond to them. If the people of Illéa took their time to write to me, I could spare a couple of minutes to write back to them. I looked back at the stack of letters Marlee gave me and my eyes fixed on the first one

It was addressed:

Kota Singer

... ... ... ...

I honestly didn't know what to put there for the address of Kota, so I just didn't put one there. This chapter is kind of left in suspense.
