Once at the asylum the Judy and Alexis then wait as Nick slips through to the other side only for the guard wolves the pick up his scent.
"Alexis howl." Judy says as Alexis nods and howls.
"Come on!" Alexis says as she howls again getting the guard wolves to howl before Alexis, Nick, and Judy make it to the entrance.
"You are a clever bunny and wolf." Nick says as Alexis smiles.
"It looks like this was a hospital." Judy says as Nick pushes Alexis and Judy forward as they come to a door.
"You know after you. You're the cops. Okay all clear." Nick says as the group goes inside as sees it is an examination room of sorts.
"All this equipment is brand new." Alexis says as she takes pictures of some equipment.
"Carrots. Wolfy." Nick says as he finds claw marks.
"Claw marks..." Alexis says as she looks at the claw marks.
"Yeah. Huge, huge claw marks. I mean what kind of animal..." Nick says worriedly before the group sees animals acting savage behind some glass enclosures.
"Mr. Manchas. It's him! We found our otter. Mr. Otterton my name is Officer Judy Hopps and my sister is Officer Alexis Hathaway. Your wife sent us to find you. We're gonna get you out of here-" Judy then gets cut off as Mr. Otterton pounces at the glass.
"Or not! Guess he's in no rush to get home to the missus." Nick says.
"Eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen... Not including Manchas it's... It's fourteen. Chief Bogo handed out fourteen missing mammal files... They're all here! All the missing mammals are right here!" Judy says seeing all the animals are the ones missing before hiding as the group hears someone outside the room.
"Enough! I don't want excuses Doctor. I want answers." A voice says revealing to be Mayor Lionheart and a honey badger as they come in the room before Judy begins using her phone to record their conversation. As the group is listening Judy's phone then rings from a call from her parents.
"No, no, no!" Judy says as she tries to stop the call but the ringtone echoes.
"Someone's here!" Mayor Lionheart shouts.
"Sir you need to go. Now! Security sweep the area!" The honey badger shouts before Alexis, Nick, and Judy begin trying to find a way out of the room before seeing wolves headed towards them.
"Great! We're dead! We're dead. That's it. I'm dead, you're dead. Everybody's dead!" Nick says as he leans against a toilet.
"Can you swim?" Judy asks as Nick and Alexis look at her.
"What? Can I swim? Yes I can swim. Why?" Nick asks before the group makes it away through the pipes and fall out a waterfall.
"Carrots? Hopps?" Nick asks as he and Alexis don't see Judy.
"Judy!?" Alexis shouts worriedly before Judy surfaces.
"We gotta tell Bogo!" Judy says as Alexis sighs in relief.

"Mayor Lionheart you have the right to remain silent. Anything-" Judy then gets cut off by Mayor Lionheart as he and others are put under arrest.
"You don't understand! I was trying to protect the city!" Mayor Lionheart shouts as he is placed under arrest.
"You were just trying to protect your job." Alexis says angrily.
"No! Listen we still don't know why this is happening. It could destroy Zootopia!" Mayor Lionheart shouts before being put in a car.
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you..." Judy says.
