"Look there it is!" Judy shouts as the group is in the museum and sees an exit that will take them to the ZPD.
"Judy! Judy! Alexis!" A voice says revealing to be Mayor Bellwether and two sheep heading towards them.
"Mayor Bellwether! We found out what's happening. Someone's darting predators with a serum. That's what's making them go savage!" Judy says as the group goes over to Bellwether.
"I'm so proud of you. You did just a super job." Bellwether says happily as she smiles.
"Thank you ma'am!" Judy says proudly.
"How did you know where to find us?" Alexis asks as Judy looks at her before at Bellwether.
"I'll go ahead and take that case now." Bellwether says as she tries to take the case only for Judy to hang onto it tighter as the group backs away slowly.
"Uh you know what? I think Nick, Alexis, and I will just take this to the ZPD." Judy says.
"Run!" Alexis, Nick, and Judy shout before running seeing Bellwether and the sheep getting closer. While running Judy cuts her leg causing her to fall.
"Carrots! I got you. Come here. Okay just relax. Whoops! Blueberry?" Nick asks as he takes out his cloth that has the blueberries and spills them while the group hides.
"Pass." Judy says before Nick holds a blueberry out for Alexis.
"No thanks." Alexis says before her ears perk at the sound of bellwether and her sheep getting closer while Nick wraps Judy's leg.
"Take the case. Get it to Bogo." Judy says as she tries to give the case to Nick.
"I'm not gonna leave you behind. That's not happening." Nick says.
"Neither am I." Alexis says as she looks at Judy.
"I can't walk!" Judy says.
"Well we're not leaving you." Alexis says sternly.
"Just... We'll think of something." Nick says before Bellwether's rams smash their way into the restricted area.
"We're on the same team Judy! Underestimated, underappreciated... Aren't you sick of it? Predators.. They may be strong and loud but prey outnumber predators ten-to-one. Think of it. 90% of the population united against a common enemy. We'll be unstoppable." Bellwether says before Alexis, Judy, and Nick try to make a break for the exit only to get rammed into a pit.
"Well you should have just stayed on the carrot farm huh? It really is too bad. I... I did like you." Bellwether says as she comes over to the edge of the exhibit.
"What are you gonna do? Kill me?" Judy asks as she and Alexis look at Bellwether.
"Oh no of course not ha ha. He is!" Bellwether says before shooting Nick with a serum pellet.
"No! Oh Nick!" Alexis says as she goes over to Nick.
"Oh don't worry sweetheart. Because after he kills your sister you're going to kill him. Yes police?! There's a savage fox in the Natural History Museum! Officer Hopps and Officer Hathaway are down! Please hurry!" Bellwether says as she uses her phone to alert the police.
"No Nick! Don't do this. Fight it!" Judy says as she goes over to Nick.
"Oh but he can't help it can he? Since preds are just biologically predisposed to be savages. Gosh think of the headlines! Hero Cop Killed by Savage Fox!" Bellwether says as Alexis looks at her and growls before Nick succumbs to the serum and begins to chase Judy before Alexis throws a fake dear at him momentarily slowing him down.
"So that's it? Prey fears predators and you stay in power?" Judy asks as she looks at Bellwether.
"Yeah pretty much." Bellwether says as she smiles.
"It won't work!" Alexis says angrily.
"Fear always works! And I'll dart every predator in Zootopia to keep it that way." Bellwether says as Nick begins to close in on Judy as Alexis watches in fear.
"Oh Nick... no..." Judy says as she backs away from Nick while he growls at her.
"Bye-bye bunny." Bellwether says before Nick bites Judy's neck as she screams.
"Judy.." Alexis says sadly.
"Your turn wolf." Bellwether says as she looks at Alexis.
"Bleugh! Blood! Blood! Blood! And... death." Judy says as she acts out a death scene causing Alexis to chuckle.
"All right. You know you're milking it. Besides I think we got it. I think we got it! We got it up there! Thank you. Yackety-yak! You laid it all out beautifully!" Nick says as he and Alexis help Judy to her feet.
"What?" Bellwether asks as she looks at the gun.
"Yeah oh are.. are you looking for the serum? Well it's right here." Nick says as he holds out a serum pellet.
"What you've got in the weapon there? Those are blueberries. From our family's farm!" Alexis says as Bellwether sees there are blueberries in the dart gun.
"They are delicious. You should try some." Nick says as he smiles.
"I framed Lionheart. I can frame you too! It's my word against yours." Bellwether says confidently.
"Ooh! Actually..." Alexis says as she pulls out the pen.
"And I'll dart every predator in Zootopia to keep it that way." The pen says.
"It's your word against yours." Alexis says as she smiles.
"Huh?" Bellwether asks.
"It's called a hustle sweetheart. Boom." Judy says proudly before police arrive and arrest Bellwether and her sheep.
