Chapter Five : White out

At a icy wasteland far from Etheria Adora, Ben, Bow, and Glimmer were sent out to check the detected Horde Activity and put a stop to them. went in with ship along with a sea captain who is a friend to the Best friend Squad.

The Dragon's daughter Five. She cuts a fine line on the sea, does she not? "A Sea Captain Asked"

Wait. What happened to the Dragon's Daughter Four? Oh, oh, oh was it adventure? "Bow asked"

No. Termites. I couldn't save the old girl. "The sea captain answered

Most important question is what happen to the Dragon's Daughter One to Three? "Ben asked"

He burned them. "Adora answered Ben's Question"

Anyway, I'm honored to be a part of another daring mission for the rebellion. "The Sea Captain said"

Well we do need a boat to get here, and Bow said you have one, Sea hawk if that's your name?"Ben said"

That is right my boy, truth be told, I was glad that I have something to do whoever your name is "Sea Hawk said"

Um it's Ben Tennyso-"Ben was cut off"

Mermista cancelled our plans this week, and she's hanging out with her other friends and didn't invite me to join. I... "Sea was Cut off by Glimmer"

Well, let this mission distract you from all of that. We have received reports of Horde activity in the Northern Reach. They've set up some kind of outpost, but we have no idea why. "Glimmer explained"

Well it seems very suspicious for them to set up an outpost on some desolated snow lands "Ben said"

Whatever it is, it can't be good "Adora stated"

By the way are we close to this Horde activity? "Bow asked"

Not to worry cause we are close to land "Sea Hawk said" then the ship hit ice

Well He did say we are close to land "Ben said"

Then they get out of ship and start heading to the Horde's Outpost.

Hey Adora "Ben called out Adora quietly

What is it? "Adora asked quietly"

You sure about this guy? "Ben asked"

Well we to put our trust in him, he's the only sea captain we can find back then "Adora answered"

Well i'm just not sure he's capable of this. "Ben was reluctant"

Don't worry Ben I think he'll be fine. "Adora assures hum"

Well I just don't endangered him or us in this mission. "Ben explained"

"Adora sigh and said" Well he did help us last time, I think he's capable of surviving this.

A Few Minutes Later

Come to think of it, Mermista never invites me to hang out with her other friends. I mean, heh, am I not cool enough for them? Im so cool, I'm Sea hawk. "Sea Hawk rants"

The others ignored him then he bumped into a kneeling She-Ra

Adora whats wrong? "Ben asked"

I think something around here. "Adora answered"

"Ben was alarmed then activated his Ultimatrix and asked" What is it?

Well there are sort of strange things happening in the Northern Reach. Voices on the Wind. Monster in the snow. Machines break down. Sailors disappear without a trace. We could be next. "Sea Hawk explained then interrupted by Ben

Hey this isn't the time to be dramatic Sea Hawk. We have an important mission right now. "Ben said"

My tracker pad's has been on fritz ever since that rogue communications messed with it. I'm having trouble pin pointing the Horde's location. "Bow stated"

Worry not, we'll our instincts. This way "Sea Hawk pointed out"

Seriously? "Ben looks annoyed"

Or there's this new signal. It's big. Its looks like a First Ones tech signature "Bow reported"

Well that could be the Horde after. "Ben pointed out"

Then they start running towards it after a minute of run they saw a large outpost and saw Catra, Scorpia and Entrapta

Catra "Adora yelled out" It's been a while "Adora said"

Hey Adora. "Catra is taunting Adora"

You're pretty far from the front line. I guess Shadow Weaver's keeping you away from the action since you lost the Battle of Brightmoon. "Adora guessed"

Shadow Weaver? Wow. I always forget how clueless you are. "Catra said"

We're here to take back this land. Its time for you to go back to the Frightzone. "Adora said"

You want us to go? Try and make us. "Adora dared them"

Yeah you have no choice since you didn't bring your new toys "Ben pointed out they didn't use the Advance Horde armor" or perhaps she something in your sleeve. "Ben thinked"

Then She-Ra charges at Catra

Wait don't "Ben was cut off by Sea Hawks"

Adventure! "Sea Hawk yelled,"

Ben then activated and slammed the Ultimatrix and transform into a humanoid, plant-like alien that has an overall green and black colored body, mostly with a red flame-patterned head and root-like feet, seemingly holding black rocks. His eyes are oval-shaped with points at each end with pupils copying the shape but are smaller. Also, his shoulders and head have red petals and his elbows and legs have green frills sticking out. he is taller than an average human and has a distinct rotten stench that worsens with heat.

Swampfire! "Ben yelled"

What he can do that? "Sea Hawk asked"

Swampfire then tries to run towards to Adora to warn her but got hit and knock back by Scorpia then she jump and landed at Sea Hawk and run towards at Glimmer while blocking her attacks then she grab and throw her into the pit which she teleported out before she landed in, Swampfire then run pass Scorpia while she is fighting Sea Hawk. When Swampfire found Adora she saw her sword with red vine like substance coming from its sword along with her having red eyes attacking Glimmer, Swampfire was surprised

What is going on here? "Swampfire asked" but she replied by charges at him and chop off his left hand then Glimmer gasped while Catra smiled but his left hand just reattached automatically"

Whats has got into you? "Swampfire asked but she continue swinging her sword at him"

Ben get out of the way "Glimmer yelled at Ben while Bow and Sea hawk arrived.

What is going on here? "Sea Hawk asked"

Then Adora hit a bit of scratch at Ben Ultimatrix on his chest then a small static of energy came from it then a second later Swampfire transformed back into into Ben.

What the? "Ben wondered" Adora is about to hit Ben with sword but he manage to dodge it as Glimmer grab him with teleportation.

Don't tell me it already time out. "Bow said"

It didn't "Ben replied while trying to fix the Ultimatrix by rotating its core each sdirections then after a few seconds it turn back into normal mode"

Okay its back "Ben said as the floor is cracking and break by Adora hitting her sword on ground"

While there falling Ben manage to hit his Ultimatrix in time then transform into a red, humanoid manta ray-like alien with green eyes, black outlines on his face, yellow horns extending from his nose, gills underneath his arms, yellow patagia which he uses to fly and glide through water, and two black lightning bolt-like stripes coming down from his shoulders.

Jetray! "Ben yelled a he grab the 3 of them while Sea Hawk is holding into Bow and Glimmer then Ben dropped them into ground and see her attacking Catra and Scorpia"

What is going on with her? "Jetray asked"

We will explain when we reached there. "Glimmer replied"

Then a few minutes later Adora then dropped her sword and started getting floppy and lazy like. Jetray saw a red artifact at Catra's hand and charge towards her but when Catra saw Jetray she then scratch the Artifact at his Ultimatrix then he transform back into Ben as his Ultimatrix starts to malfunction

Awww did your little toy broke. "Catra taunted as she is walking towards him"

Ben then tried to fixed his Ultimatrix again but then it started Flashing as green energy as it then started created feedback which then hit at Catra, in the process even Bow, and Glimmer when they tried saving Ben after a the flash of the Green feedback. Ben then look at his Ultimatrix which he only saw his crytal hand when he look into himself he realized he transform into a humanoid crystal which has purple crystal from his head to his foot and has 6 shards on his back

Diamondhead? "Ben wondered then check if Bow and Glimmer are okay" Bow, Glimmer are you oo-k- Ben was cut of after looking at them"

Glimmer are you okay? "Bow asked while trying to gain his consciousness"

Um Bow? "Glimmer trying to tell Bow something"

What is it? "Bow asked"

Um look at ourselves "Glimmer said"

What happen to us?"Bow asked as he realized they transform into one of Ben's Aliens" Bow turn into a humanoid alien that is approximately twelve feet tall, has well-developed muscles, two pairs of four-fingered arms, and red skin. A black stripe goes from his chin to his lower lip, and he has four eyes: a main pair, and a smaller pair below them while Glimmer transform into a a feline-like alien with a black suit-like color scheme, and his hands, legs, chest, and part of his head are colored blue. He has black mask-like fins around his green eyes, a triangle-shaped nose, a thunderbolt-like design down his chest, and a triangle one down his back, he also has spike-like blades on his arms and legs.

What happen to us? "Glimmer wondered"

Wait what happen to Catra? "Bow asked then look at her laughing as she is mutated in many forms her left earm composed of super hot plasma covered in dark rocks connected with a jack hammer from her elbow and her wrist, her right arm transform into a red skin muscles with crystal palms her left leg turn into a plant with roots for a foot and her right leg is a purple durable crystal along with a new eye above her left eye and recolored to yellow even gaining bug like wings.

Well this is interesting. "Catra said"

Oh no "Diamondhead said"

Well lets see what can this do? "Catra trying out her new power from her left arm pointing if at Diamondhead which start generate a wave of fire which he manage to dodge"

I have beaten mutation more powerful than you and i can do it again "Ben stated while shooting crystals at her which she dodge and they continue to fight while Bow and Glimmer try to figure out there powers"

Okay what kind of Alien is this? "Bow wondered"

Bow you are Four Arms. He is one of my best hand to hand combat. "Diamondhead informed him"

Okay his feels weird. "Bow confessed"

I know what alien I am, this one can run fast. "Glimmer informed"

Alright I try using this power "Bow said before running to help Ben"

Diamond head is dodging Catras attack but got hit and knock back in the last minute Bow helped Ben when he try Punching Catra but manage to dodge all her attack until Catra tried to punch back at bow with her right hand but blocked her attack with his hand then Catra then used the jackhammer which hit bows hands in full force which stunned him

Oww that hurts. "Bow stated"

Well this hurt more. "Catra said before she punch him in the stomach while using the jackhammer with her right arm which knock him few feets back"

Give up? "Catra asked then got hit fast by Glimmer running back to back punching her each time she get close then she stop"

Hmm giving up now Catra? "Glimmer asked"

Not a chance "Catra replied"

I need Humungousaurs for this "Ben murmured to himself then he slammed the Ultimatrix and he transform into a red, mollusk-like alien with green eyes, and a grey mouth that does not move when he speaks. Behind his legs and on the top of his arms are small spikes that are grey, there are black spots on his shoulders and legs, and on his hands, there are portholes, which he uses to shoot water. Water Hazard also has four fingers with claws on them and on each of his feet, there is a grey spike. His lower torso is grey, with two spikes on the side of it.

Water Hazard? "Ben muttered"

After a few seconds while Glimmer is running towards to Catra she transformed into a small, white suit made of silicon, along with a mp3 player behind his back with head phones beside each of his head before she punched her.

Seriously what the heck? "Glimmer wondered what happened Catra then smiled and kicked her which knock her before Bow could help Glimmer he suddenly transform into a hulking, broad-shouldered alien covered in natural, yellow armor plating on his back, shoulders, and the backs of his arms. He is mostly white with black on his upper half and has four claws on both of his hands, having a color scheme and claws similar to that of a panda. He is covered in fur across the thickest parts of his body, while every other part except for his elbows and knees is short fur which he tripped.

What just happened? "Bow wondered then try to stand up"

Lets see if you can handle water "Ben said and went to help Glimmer by shooting a wave of water at Catra but dodge by flying above them and start shooting crystals and wave of fire at Ben but manage to dodge the crystals then Cara look towards at Scorpia fighting Sea Hawk"

Scorpia throw him at me "Catra ordered then she grab Sea Hawk and threw her at Catra then he is flying towards her she started blasting fire at him"

Glimmer screamed at the fire. "Water Hazard ordered her then Glimmer started using a sonic scream to deflect the fire away from Sea Hawk and Bow went to catch Sea Hawk

Thank for catching me Ben "Sea Hawk said"

Um I'm Bow "Bow replied"

Um what happened to you? "Sea Hawk asked"

We'll explain later. "Glimmer replied while all of them regroup"

Hmm I have enough testing this new powers of mines "Catra said and smash and use the jackhammer at the ground and 4 of them fell in it.

Come on Ultimatrix give something that can fly "Ben then slammed the dial and transform into a black and white head and face, black shoulders, large hands with four digits and feet which are merely stubs it also has three fin-like growths on his head, and gem-like extended sensory nodes on his arms and waist and height average to a child.

Seriously Ultimatrix "Ben yelled"

Glimmer transform into a humanoid plant with one eye in the middle of his face, five vine-like legs, four long fingers on his hands, flytrap-shaped flaps with teeth covering his head, and pods on his back that he can use as explosives or smoke bombs while Glimme turned into a mummy-like alien whose bandages are made from an alien material that feels like old cloth, but do have elasticity.

Glimmer grab us that alien can stretch "Ditto Yelled"Glimmer then grab all 3 of them and teleports them in a nick if time'

Just in the nick of time. "Ditto said"

Well I for one shock. what happen back there "Sea Hawk asked"

It's Entrapta's disc. It infected She-Ra once before and it also infected Ben's Ultimatrix "Glimmer explained and Ben notice that Ultimatrix has red vines li9ke substance on it""

No wonder why it keeps transform into random aliens for a while and you 3 turn into an alien. "Ben realized"

We've got to get to Catra and destroy it for good. "Glimmer said"

But firsf can you try turning us back into our human form? "Bow asked Ben"

Ben then slammed the Ultimatrix but no reaction

Um whats going on? "Glimmer asked"

Ben slammed the Ultimatrix again but instead of transform them back they transform them into a different alien Ben transformed into a a humanoid, moth-like alien whose four wings and antenna can fold up into a hooded robe, giving him the appearance of a phantom. He has a black body with cyan patches on his arms, shoulders, legs, the back of his wings, and the back of his neck that resemble ice chunks. Each patch has thick blue outlining except for the ones on his wings, which are outlined in black. There is also a black line that runs on the edge of the outer margin on the back of each wing. Bow transformed into a plasma-based life-form whose body is composed of a super hot inner plasma body covered by a dark red or brown rocks. As a fire-based entity, his body radiates high amounts of heat. His feet have a slight oval-like design with only two toes and one back toe. His tongue which is also made of fire. And Glimmer transformed into a silicon-based alien made of extremely durable crystal. His body is overall purple, with several dark lines and spots. His hands and face are magenta, and he also sports six magenta shards on his back, two on his chest, and one on the top of his head that resembles a horn. His face consists of a mouth and one large green eye at the center.

Um Ben whats going on? "Bow asked"

Gimme a sec."Big chill said" Ultimatrix user access voice recognition mode "Big chill accessing the Ultimatrix"

User Ben Tennyson not recognize. "Ultimatrix replied"

Wait your Ultimatrix has an Artificial Intelligence? "Bow asked"

Well it clearly is the most power device in the universe. "Glimmer replied

Ultmatrix Command Function Override Code 10 "Ben Accessing the Ultimatrix"

Override not accepted "Ultimatrix replied"

We have destroy that artifacf first it may fix the Ultimatrix "Glimmer explained"

Well while we head there Adora could probably destroy them for us . "Ben said"

Actually she won't be operating for a while "Glimmer said"

Why is it? "Big Chill asked"

When Adora gets corrupted with the Artifact she can get floppy when she isn't using her sword "Glimmer answered

What do you mean? "Ben asked"

You'll just see. "Glimmer answered"

Okay. Lets go. Glimmer. Teleport us up there. Adventure! "Sea Hawk yelled"

I can't I exhausted my magic after that fight. Until I recharge we're climbing. "Glimmer said"

Don't worry our current alien right now can fly "Big Chill explained"

Oh ok "Glimmer said and try flying which she did"

Wait how can I fly "Bow asked"

Generate a large wave of Fire on the ground and you can then control the burning ground to make it fly. "Ben answered"

Bow try doing it but failed once and tried again but this time succeeded

Okay i'm getting used to this "Bow said"

Alright we better head up now "Ben said"

At the Horde Outpost

Always so perfect look at you now. You're coming back to the Horde under my command and along with this new powers I have. "Catra muttered"

So we're uh, keeping her? "Scorpia asked"

You saw her out there. As long as we have this sword, we have the power to make her berserk. We can turn the Rebellion's own hero against them. Thats good. I wonder which of your friends I'll have you annihilate first. "Catra answered"

What about Ben? "Scorpia asked"

I will destroy him with my new powers when I do i'll take his Ultimatrix from his corpse. "Catra maniacally laugh"

Back at Ben's team

I'm a pirate! Pirates are definition of cool."Sea Hawk continue to rant while they're flying but he's climing"

This guy is kinda getting on my nerves. "Big Chill whispered at Glimmer in a form of Chromastone"

I know but we got deal with it. "Glimmer whispered back" when they look back they saw Sea Hawk singing while looking sad

Well I go carry him. "Ben grabbed Sea Hawk"

When they reach the top

Um guys what are those. "Big Chill asked"

Huge Bugs. "Bow answered"

I'll distract the bugs you find that disc and Adora. "Ben ordered then he flew towards the bugs to distract them. Glimmer and Bow are running towards the base but stop midway hiding behind snow"

Where did this things come from? "Glimmer asked"

I'm guessing it's something to do with that giant pit Entrapta made."Bow Answered"

Bow their eyes their just like She Ra's. Do you think maybe the monsters have been infected too? Ugh I hate Catra. "Glimmer stated and screamed" then the bug saw them

Do you think you have one more teleport left? "Bow asked"

I hope so. "Glimmer replied" then they were teleported in the last minute

Back at Ben

Ben was trying to freeze the creature but its too strong

Damn it, this thing is too strong I gotta go with another alien. "Big Chill muttered"

Ben then looked at his Ultimatrix and muttered" Sorry in advance guys" Ben slammed the Ultimatrix and transformed into a yellow ten-feet-tall alien with an armored, robotic-like body. His head is similar to a Greek Corinthian helmet with two ears on it, giving him the appearance of an armadillo. He has a gray tail and jackhammer parts on his elbows, wrists and hands, creating the impression that he is a digging robot. Despite his mechanical appearance, all of these aspects are, in fact, biological and natural to his race. He also has blood that is grey and partially translucent.

Armodrillo! "Ben yelled"

Lets see if this can do good."Armodrillo muttered and run towards to the bug then the Bug charge at Armodrillo, then he pointed both at it then use the jack hammer in full force at the beast which knock it back a little"

Alright this could be good. "Armodrillo muttered"

A few minutes ago during Ben's fight at Big Chill Glimmer teleported inside the base.

Catra shoot flames at Glimmer which Glimmer absorbed by accident

Well Catra lets see how like the taste of your own medicine? "glimmer asked as she fired ultraviolet beam at Catra which she dodged"

Bow fired flame at the ground to hover on it and flew towards at Catra and said" Lets see how you like this" But suddenly they transformed into a different alien Bow transformed into a swampy-green skin, a tanned stomach and muzzles, black sprouts and black-green spots on his tail, limbs, and back. His eyes are sharp and green, he has whisker-like lines, his teeth are more aligned with visibly sharp canine teeth and his tail is short and straightened. While Glimmer turned into a humanoid alien, a physical being constantly emitting pure, red, radioactive energy wearing a heavy, dark green-teal oven-like containment suit with three slits capable of containing high levels of radiation and heat. While Bow was flying with the flaming rock he then fell fell after transforming.

Crud "Bow said" then Catra kicked him

"Glimmer was about to shoot another beam but got transformed and she said" What the Ben must have transformed into another alien outside.

Fascinating. "Entrapta observed"

Ok I'll test this one out. "Glimmer muttered and tried pointing her arms at her and tried again and said" What does this thing do" Then she accidentally fired a radioactive beam at a crate" Ok this will do"She said and shoot again at Catra which he jump above a crate and she asked?"Wheres the disc Catra"

What you don't like your new and improved powers? "She asked"

Entrapta please look at who you're working with. Whatever the Horde is giving you its not worth the danger you're doing to Etheria. Those monsters outside are infected by the same virus that is infecting She-Ra. "Bow pleaded"

Infected? That cant be right. The disc only infects First One's Tech unless... The bugs are First One's Tech "Entrapta realize"

Meanwhile with Ben

This creatures are tiring at least I don't have to time out."Armodrillo muttered"

Then the Bug charges towards Ben in a fast speed which Ben pointed his arms at it but got hit through a wall then Ben used the Jackhammer in full force which knock it back whem he got hit in

Ben? "Glimmer wondered"

Don't Worry I got him. "Ben replied then Scorpia, Sea Hawk and Adora run in the roon"

Ben what does this one do?"Bow asked"

Just eat any object and vomit it into a bomb. "Ben replied while holding the bug off"

Are you serious? "Bow asked"

Just do it."Ben yelled"

Catra smashed the floor with her jackhammer which made a crack but Glimmer dodge it on time which she shoot her hand holding the Disc which she drop Bow then Vomit the crate piece he ate but Catra smack it back at him which exploded which Catra grabbed it. Ben then slammed the Ultimatrix again which transform him into a a somewhat humanoid dinosaur standing about twelve feet tall with hard skin that is colored brown on its outer side and beige on its inner side.

Humungousaurs! "Ben yelled"

Alright this will do. "Glimmer muttered excitedly Glimmer then jump towards and grab at Catra and yelled" Just give me the disc

Are you kidding? I've this new power and control over Adora. I am not giving that up."She replied then she kicked her away but then another bug lunged towards her which she then dropped it again"

Glimmer tried to grab the disc but got hit from Ben when he got knock back by the bug then Scorpia then holds on to the disc

Scorpia, you can end this. Break the disc now. "Bow pleaded"

Don't you dare. "Catra yelled"

Then Scorpia tries to think

It seems to me that caring about someone is the greatest adventure of them all. "Sea Hawk said"

Then Scorpia agreed then break the Disc. Which fix the Bugs, Adora, and her sword but not Ben, Bow, Glimmer and Catra

It fix Adora but not us. "Bow said"

Gimme a sec. Ultimatrix user access voice recognition mode. "Humungousaurs accessing the Ultimatrix"

What are you doing? "Catra yelled"

User Ben Tennyson recognize. Voice command mode activated."Ultimatrix Replied"

Ultimatrix Hard Reset."Humungousaurs accessing the Ultimatrix"

Hard Reset in progress."Ultimatrix replied as the core lowered into the Ultimatrix"

Ultimatrix Reset. "Ultimatrix said"

Humungousaurs then slammed the Ultimatrix then Ben, Bow, Glimmer and Catra revert back into there default forms

No my powers. "Catra yelled while being grabbed by Scorpia"

We gotta head back. "Ben said which then Glimmer grabbed all of them then teleport back into the boat"

Well that was close. "Bow stated"

Hey Sea Hawk good job on convincing Scorpia, That was pretty cool of you."Ben admitted"

Really? you think I'm pretty cool? "Sea Hawk asked"

Yeah and thanks for helping us Sea Hawk. "Glimmer said"

We couldn't have done it without you. "Bow stated"

Don't worry now time for us to get home "Sea Hawk said then he did a pose and yelled out" Adventure!
