Reiko was curled up asleep on the couch in Butler's room. They were back at Fowl Manor He had been gone with the Fowl boy for several days.
She was getting weaker by the day. If she didn't have nectar and ambrosia soon she would die.
Reiko tried to get up but she had no energy.
After a while she fell asleep again.
"Reiko." Butler's voice. "Please wake up."
He was feeding her the ambrosia. Reiko managed to eat and slowly return to consciousness.
"You should have told me how badly you needed these things. Luckily Artemis knows everything." Butler said, concerned. "You could have died."
Reiko shook her head, drinking the nectar. "I wouldn't die before seeing you again."
Butler smiled. "That was a nice thing to say."
Reiko put her hand on his, and he blushed.
"I might kiss you." She whispered.
Butler blushed even more. "You could...if you wanted."
They kissed.
