Bughead first kiss

Elizabeth Cooper, or known to many others as Betty Cooper or the perfect girl next door sat behind her small and tidy make-up table her fingers fiddling around her necklace. A small wrinkle was forming on her forehead as she watched herself through the mirror continuing the failed attempt of processing everything she had learned today. Everything about Polly. About Jason. About the two star-crossed lovers planning an escape together from Riverdale. Thankfully a quiet knock on her bedroom window dragged her back to the scary reality, before her hands could go into fists, nails digging sharply into the flesh in her palms.

She turned around abruptly, a quizzical look on her face as she wondered and pondered that who might be expecting her or wanting to talk to her via her own bedroom window in the afternoon outside school. The list of possible visitors was very short. As soon as she saw who the sudden guest was, all the fear and the growing list of unsolved things evaporated from her mind and even a small smile was able find its way on her pink full lips and a small burning flame lit in her eyes. Outside the window on a ladder stood the one and only Jughead Jones. The boy who nowadays helped her and did nearly everything with her. The boy who understood her from a whole different deeper level. The boy who could make her smile even on the worst days of life and constantly believed in her when she didn't believe in herself. So, that was just a quick summary of what Jughead Jones meant to Betty Cooper.

Betty stood up quickly and eagerly walked toward the window, bending her knees slightly and pushing the windowsill up, letting the widely grinning boy with his usual trademark beanie on in. " Hey there, Juliet." Jughead had casually said as he climbed into Betty's pink room. The funny choice of word for this situation only widened the smile on her lips. When Jughead had safely climbed in, Betty couldn't hold in anymore and she released the long chain of issues and thoughts that she had kept with herself, releasing all the stress and pressure through words that her family and school had caused. Usually all this pressure of being perfect from outside was something she was able to handle, even used to, but with the Jason Blossom 's cold blooded murder on top of all the other thing to solve, things were getting pretty intense right now. At some moments she would even wonder that was she going crazy, since her own parents were definitely crazy and now maybe even Polly, the big sister that she had always looked up to and admired. What if craziness flew in the Cooper blood?

Gradually when she had finished speaking everything that had piled inside of her during the short period of time, she felt Jughead's warm and rough hands on her stiff shoulders begging her to calm down a bit. "Betty, we are not our parents. We are not our family. Yes, half of the Riverdale population is going crazy at this point, but you aren't, we aren't. We are going to get through this together. I know it." Juggie said first telling her that they weren't crazy like their parents and sarcastically saying that half of Riverdale was crazy and finally ending his short speech confidently telling her they were going to get through this together. Finding ways to make Betty feel better was one of the many traits that she liked in Jughead. "Also..." Jughead had suddenly trailed off after the grand speech. Betty raised one of her eyebrows as questioning why he had stopped talking. "What?"

And then Jughead had cupped her fragile and delicate face in both of his gentle hands and his lips had enveloped hers. Warmth spread all over her whole stiff body making her relax as her lips reacted instantly and she kissed him back eagerly. The kiss was passionate and slow, both of them kissing for the first time, if the kiss shared between Betty and Veronica didn't count. Betty's hands had moved to the back of Jughead's head just below his beanie and now slipped into his thick dark hair massaged his scalp. As for an answer to Betty's actions a soft moan escaped from Jughead's lips. Their moment seemed to last forever as their kiss only grew deeper. Jughead liked the taste and softness of her lips, they tasted like strawberry, cupcakes and of course Betty. Kissing Betty Cooper seemed like the best thing that Jughead had ever done in his life.

Eventually they reluctantly pulled away from each other, both of them breathing faster than before. They were also grinning like stupid idiots.

What a way to relieve stress!
