Hello everyone. Back with the next chapter or so, whatever it's called because these are more like one-shots but, I don't know lol. So, uh. With that. ONWARDS WE GO! Oh, also, this is six or so months later than chapter one. One-shots, remember?

3rd Person POV

Aang was searching the market looking for a birthday present he could get his best friend, Katara. It's her ninth birthday tomorrow, and he has no idea what to get for her. He then stopped walking and turned to gaze at a nice shop. On it, there was a beautiful red pendant. As he looked at it an idea came to his mind; he should make Katara a necklace.

Aang POV

"Excuse me, pardon me. Coming through!" I was speeding through the busy market, so I could get to the flower shop and get the supplies for the necklace. I bumped into an old man and his cabbage cart. "Oops, sorry sir." As I continued walking, I hear the screams of that same guy "MY CABBAGES!" I couldn't help but chuckle at this. I have always seen or heard this man when I've gone through town. He always has that cabbage cart and I always wonder if he actually has any customers.

I stopped walking and looked around for a moment to see if the store was nearby. And sure of enough, it was. The store a few buckets of flowers in the front and had a delicate fire nation color scheme to it. This was the store where I met my extremely bubbly friend Ty-Lee, and where I met my extremely gloomy friend Mai. Ty Lee has grey eyes similar to mine, and she is extremely flexible, you can take the term "bouncing off the walls" literally with her. Mai. She is just dark, always bored, and expresses little to no emotion. I don't know why she's like this, but I just accept it as a part of who she is.

I stroll over to the entrance and saw Michi, Aunt Mura, Mai, and Tom-Tom.

3rd Person POV

Michi turned and looked at the "customer." "Aang! It's been so long!"

"Michi! Tom-Tom! I didn't know you guys would be here! Is Master Ukano here?"

"No, he's not. The end of his company was hard on him, on all of us really. But he crossed the line. I finally realized that he only cared about money and politics over the safety of his own children! So, we're here on our own." Michi looked down at her shoes as she answered this.

"Oh, I'm sorry!"

"Don't be. Living with Mura has been wonderful."

Mura then spoke up and turned to Michi, "Oh, the pleasure's all mine! Nice having company for a change." She then looked at Tom-Tom, "Flowers, aren't for eating Tom-Tom!"

The young boy was still was nibbling at the leaf in his mouth, "Then how come they're so taastyyyy?"

Mura laughed at this and shook her head. "Don't eat any more buddy." She turned to look at Aang, "So, what are you here for young boy?"

Aang blushed and smiled. "I'm looking to make a necklace."

Michi opened her eyes and gave him a cheeky smile. "Someone has a crush, no?"

Aang blushed and she got the entire answer she needed.

Aang walked out of the shop and paused to turn towards Michi and Mura. "Thanks for all the help with the supplies and making the necklace! I really appreciate it!"

"You are very welcome son!" Mura waved at him as he smiled and went off.

Aang got home and was looking for the right wallpaper. He went into the basement and pulled out the gift-wrapping container.

He opened it up and there were 6 colors of wrapping paper. Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Purple, and Black.

He thought for a few moments before remembering Katara's favorite color was blue. "Okay... Now time toooooooooo wrap it."

He wrapped it with a nice green bow on top to contrast the blue and white striped wrapping paper. "I hope she likes it." He shrugged.

He went upstairs and called out to his guardian, "Gyatso, I wrapped Katara's gift. Good Night!"

"Good night young man, make sure to brush your teeth! Also, pick out your clothes for tomorrow."

"Will do!" He went up and hugged Gyatso before waving off and going to bed thinking that tomorrow will be a good day.

Aang woke up with a big smile on his face and sat up on his bed. "Today will be a good day."

He then heard a knock on his door followed by a familiar voice. "Aang wake up, we don't want to be late to Katara's party do we?"

"I'm up Gyatso, and no we won't be late. But I won't jinx it! We can still be attacked by some giant spoon. Or find out the city's been submerged in an ocean full of killer shrimp!"

Gyatso opened the door and gave a look. "You been hitting the cactus juice again? You are too young for that!"

"You never know what could happen. You never know."

Gyatso let out a chuckle and closed the door as he left the room.

"I wonder if it will actually happen, I hope it doesn't though."

Aang got dressed and got into some nice clothes but not too formal for the party.

Katara woke up in a happier mood than Aang. She was so excited for her birthday she let out a screen of joy in pure happiness. Sokka barged in when he heard her scream. "SIS WHAT HAPPENED! DID SOMEONE BREAK INTO YOUR ROOM AT 3 AM ASSAULT YOU THEN ERASE YOUR MEMORIES THEN REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE THEN SEND YOU A NOTE AND THEN THREATEN TO KILL YOU?"

"One, that was an extremely detailed philosophy on something that will probably never happen in my lifetime, and no, no they didn't. I just screamed. Because I'm excited. And it is my birthday."

"Sorry Kat, forget this entire conversation except for this last part. Happy Birthday!" He ran up and hugged his little sister tightly.

"C-ca-n't breathe"

"Oh sorry." He ran off and she smiled while shaking her head.

"Okay, clothes."

Katara got dressed in a beautiful blue blouse with black jeans. She hopped down the stairs and was met by her father, mother, and brother.

Her father looked at his daughter and showed her a smile. "You look good my little 9 year old. Happy Birthday!"

"Aww. Thanks, dad." She turned to her mom. "Okay so is everyone coming?"

"Aang, Zuko., Ty Lee, Toph, Azula, Mai, and Suki are all coming. But who is the new person here, Jet? I haven't seen him around everyone yet. But Haru's Mom said he was taking earthbending classes today." Kya was wondering two things. Was this new boy Katara's crush or someone that she never met but they hung out all the time?

"I kind of have a crush on him so PLEASE don't embarrass me."

Hakoda was worried for Katara because she didn't understand love too much only being 9. "Hey, what did I say about the "No Dating Until 30 Policy"?"

"I know I know. I just said I have a crush on him, that doesn't mean I am going to marry him."

Sokka got over his initial shock and then spoke up, "If this Jet creature ever THINKS about hurting you, he's not gonna know what him until he's 6 feet under." Sokka then made artificial punches and kicks with his feet and hands.

"Don't worry Sokka I can use my waterbending to protect myself."

"Okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy but I'll be prepared" He then put his left fist into his right palm and made a growling sound.

They then heard the doorbell ring and Katara ran over to see who it was. It turned out to be Aang with his cloudy grey eyes. She went over to him and gave him a big hug. As soon as they parted from the embrace Aang told her, "Happy Birthday, I wish you many more!"

"Thank you, Aang." They then heard a honk from her driveway and saw a big black SUV and 4 kids popped out of it. Those kids being Ty Lee, Mai, Azula, and Zuko. They all walked in and said hi then another car came up with Toph in it.

"Sup sweetness. Happy Birthday or whatever."

"Thanks, Toph."

They then greeted Suki as she walked over. The same old same old "Happy Birthday" happened.

Katara waited by the door for five minutes wondering if Jet would come or be a no-show.

About 30 minutes into the party the door opened seeing a tall boy with a piece of straw in his mouth. "Sup."

Azula had a big look of disgust on her face about this new boy. "Who are you and what are you doing here."

Katara then spoke up, "Jet, here. Is my friend."

Toph being her usual self said, "OOOOOOO. Look's like Sugar Queen has a crush on someone."

Katara blushed and yelled, "NO I DON'T!" Jet just smirked.

Later after the food was devoured and before the presents were opened Jet suggested they play Spin the Bottle. They all agreed but some reluctant to do so.

The first spin saw Zuko kiss, Suki. They both agreed it was awkward and plan to forget about it.

The next spin saw Mai kiss Sokka and they both faked it because they didn't want to kiss the other.

The third spin saw Jet kiss Azula. Jet didn't seem to enjoy it at all but Azula clearly did.

It was now Sokka's turn to spin and it landed on his sister. "EW NO, IM NOT KISSING MY SISTER!"

Jet just said clearly annoyed, "Spin Again and be done with it."

This time it spun and it landed on Toph. Their kiss turned into a full-blown make-out session and it took Azula to take a photo for them to realize there were others there. They both blushed out of embarrassment. But before Aang could spin, Jet wanted to raise the stakes and said, "You have to kiss for at least 30 seconds. Tounge is optional." Aang then spun and it landed on...

Azula.

They then kissed for exactly 30 seconds and then broke apart and sat back down. Katara didn't want to kiss anyone out of the group besides Jet. And to her pleasure, it did not turn out that way. It landed on herself. So she made out with her hand. Everyone laughed at her displeasure.

She just blushed out of embarrassment.

After their little game of Spin the Bottle it was time for presents.

Suki's present was first.

"Here girl, I hope you like them!"

Katara opened up the present and it had a bunch of scrunchies and hair accessories. "Thank you, Suki. Now I have more supplies for my hair loops."

The next present came from Toph. "Here sweetness. Inside is a computer, but this computer is not yours. Just open it up and you will see." Katara opened the computer and the background had the "Shut up and take my money" meme. "Here's the cash Sugar Queen. It's like 500 bucks."

The group laughed at Toph's antics while Katara just hugged her.

The next present came from Azula and Zuko. Katara opened the present to see a pamphlet for Master Pakku's waterbending classes. It was paid in full. "OMG. THANK YOU!" Katara's reaction was of pure joy that she got to get batter at her native element.

Zuko being the awkward boy he is just said, "Your welcome?"

The next present came from Katara's parents and Sokka. It was a brand new smart-phone. "Thank you, mom and dad. Also, why does it also say from Sokka?"

"I helped search for the right phone."

"Oh, in that case, thank you."

Ty Lee gave katara a $25 dollar target gift card and then it was time for Aang's present.

Katara opened it up and had a big smile on her face. Aang saw her reaction and smiled while saying, "I made it myself. I got supplies from Mai's Aunt Mura's flower shop."

Katara got up and gave Aang the second big hug of the day. "Thank you. And will you do the honor of putting it on me?"

"Sure."

Katara turned around and handed him the necklace. Aang pushed her hair out of the way and put the necklace on slowly. She turned around and Aang smiled. "You look beautiful."

"Aww, thanks."

Sokka then said, "OOGIES!"

Toph laughed and said, "ALRIGHT, I want more cake."

Katara then realized something, "Jet and Mai, you forgot my presents."

Jet shrugged, "I didn't know I was supposed to get presents."

"I don't hang around with you much so I just bandwagoned with Zuko and Azula. I also helped with Aang's present." Mai just replied.

"Okay..."

The party then dispersed and everyone went home.

Yes yes I know. Very quick ending. But like i said before. Most of these chapters will be quick. This chapter may feel like a filler chapter but I wanted to introduce the entire gang with some outside branches. Also I felt that I wanted to get that necklace in this. I think that Kataang moment is pretty underrated in terms of A:TLA. So, peace out.
