Hey guys! This is my first fanfiction, so please be easy on me. :DDDD So… yeah. Please no flames! Yeah, I know fanfic vocab. PLEASE REVIEW! Also, this is just about our dear Annabeth being sent back to the very first PJO book and READING the book by her good ol' mum.
Annabeth's POV
I was at school. I saw an owl. The owl gave me a letter.
I know, right? So unoriginal! Harry Potter definitely copied my mom.
But anyway, the letter said:
Dear Annabeth,
In one final attempt to make you see how wrong it is to choose the son of Poseidon, I am sending you back to the past when you knew nothing of Percy. (I know, right? So unfair!) I have, ahem, done a slight investigation on Perseus's memories and constructed a book. Read it. You will now know anything about your adventures and believe it to be a prophecy given to you by Apollo. You will come back to your proper time, and your past self will return, forgetting all about the book. Your welcome.
SIgned, Lady Athena
Yeah, I know. Great mom. *sarcasm*
Also, the teacher freaked and yelled, "Huge bee!"
Mortals are weird.
Anyway, how can Mom send me back to the time when Percy didn't exist?
So, well, it's not like there's a giant school bus come to take me there.
Oh. Wait.
Scratch that. There is a giant school bus. Apollo's sun bus.
Guess I'll have to sit down, because, well, it's not like I want to be smashed into a grease spot, no matter what you readers think.
That's Percy.
And maybe Grover.
Also all the demigods in the world. (It seems like it, but we really don't!)I'm sitting inside with a flaming hot (Not the hot hot, the sweaty hot. You know what I mean?) guy, so actually, maybe I do have a death wish.
Annabeth Chase, died inside the sun. No, not joking.
Apollo isn't talking. Maybe that's because Apollo isn't in here. On second thought, I'm thinking it's a real good idea to get out of here… Gack! Nope, I didn't die. But… this is NOT a sun bus. It's Hephaestus's newest invention, the TimeTraveler. Oh gods. I think I'm supposed to drive.
*whimper*
I don't have a license… Only one thing to do. Drive.
