Okay, short and sweet A/N, I'm not going to answer reviews because I just want to get out this chapter that is five days late. I forgot to include how long it takes to write a chapter. I'm sorry. Anyway, with the next chapter I'm going to include a special chapter that answers all the reviews. Thank you so much, Jo and Smiley for not abandoning this story! I hope you enjoy!

...
I am just so thrilled to have helped you and the girls reunite."

Oh, I'm sure you are,"said the old woman, turning her back on the caseworker and giving the girls a wink.

"And you said you didn't smirk,"Henry snorted.

Relda's icy look shut him up.

She placed a hand on each girl's shoulder and turned them towards her companion.

"Girls, this is Mr. Canis. He helps me take care of our and other matters. He lives with us, too, and he'll be helping me look after you,"she said.

Daphne and Sabrina stared up into the old man's gaunt face. He was so skinny and frail looking that it seemed as though the umbrella he was holding would collapse on him at any moment. He nodded at the girls and then handed Mrs. Grimm the umbrella, picking up the suitcases, and walking down the platform toward the parking lot.

"Well, girls, this is goodbye,"said Ms. Smirt as her eyes darted to the open train door.

"All I can say, years later, is, yay."Sabrina said spitefully.

She stepped forward and limply hugged Daphne, whispering something in her ear that made the little girl cringe. Then she hooked Sabrina in her uncomfortable embrace.

"Let's make this the last time we see each other,"the caseworker snarled into Sabrina's ear.

"Good luck, Mrs. Grimm,"Ms. Smirt said as she released Sabrina and reached out to shake the hand of the old woman, who looked as if the caseworker were trying to give her something smelly and dead.

"Isn't she leaving, yet?"Puck asked, a little snippier than usual.

"In a minute. Shut up and it'll go faster,"Sabrina reminded him matter-of-factly.

Ms. Smirt, sensing disapproval, hemmed and hawed for a moment and quickly reboarded the train without looking back.

"And we were free of her,"Relda smiled.

The doors shut and the train pulled away, back to New York City. As happy as Sabrina was to be rid of Ms. Smirt, she realized that their caseworker had left them in the care of a complete stranger. Mrs. Grimm's barrage of kisses continued all the way to the parking lot where Mr. Canis was waiting for them beside the oldest car Sabrina had ever seen.

"Ah, that car was like a hundred years old. Dad bought it in 1970."Henry remembered.

"Oh my god! Seriously?"Veronica asked, surprised.

"Yeah, but Mom and Dad refused to get a new one,"Jake added.

"It worked,"Relda said stubbornly.

"Can I continue?"Red questioned politely.

"Of course, go ahead,"Sabrina answered.

Dingy and covered in rust, it squealed and protested when Mr. Canis opened the back door and the girls crawled inside.

"Is this safe?"Sabrina asked as Mrs. Canis and the old woman settled into their seats.

"Not for your hearing,"Daphne commented.

"What?"Puck asked.

"That car was really loud, loud noises can deafen you,"Sabrina explained.

"It got us here." the old woman laughed, "I suppose it will get us back."

The car sputtered, backfired, and then roared to life, belching a black fog out of its tailpipe.

Red snorted, suddenly, "You Guys certainly contributed to air pollution."

"Oh, shush, go back to reading,"Sabrina laughed.

The engine was an orchestra of gears grinding so loudly Sabrina thought she might go deaf. Daphne had already plugged her fingers into her ears.

Mrs. Grimm turned to the girls and shouted, "Put on your seat belts!"

"What?"Sabrina shouted back.

"What?!"the old woman asked.

"I can't hear you!"Sabrina yelled.

Puck was rolling on the floor, laughing hysterically. Daphne was doing the same. "This is comical. How is it possible you couldn't even have slightly heard each other?"Jake snorted.

"I hate that car,"Sabrina said, making a face. "Stinky, get up."Sabrina prodded Puck with her foot. He stuck her tongue out at her but retook his seat by her, Daphne on her other side.

"More than six!"the old woman replied.

"Six what?"Sabrina screamed.

"Probably!"the old woman laughed, turning back around.

Sabrina sighed. Daphne took her fingers out of her ears just long enough to hold up the torn straps of her seat belt. Sabrina rolled her eyes and then looked for hers. She reached down into the ripped up seats and pulled out a filthy old rope.

"I forgot there were never seatbelts in that car,"Basil piped up.

"Did you ever fall out of the car?"Jake asked, curiously, to the girls.

"Obviously not, I think we'd have noticed,"Veronica pointed out.

"Actually, we did, once,"Daphne admitted.

"What? How badly did you get hurt?"Henry asked.

"Not at all. And it was only me."Sabrina explained.

"How did you not get hurt?"Veronica asked.

"Puck caught me, with Red's help. We were in the midst of a car chase, don't ask, the car door popped open and I almost went splat,"Sabrina summarized.

"I didn't really help, I only stopped Daphne tumbling out after you,"Red contradicted.

"Well, that's a help in my book, anyway,"Sabrina replied.

"Told ya, Grimm, you'd be dead without me,"Puck laughed superiouslg.

"Yeah, and we'd also not be reading about my life events. Puck, do you remember a certain event that happened the day after Uncle Jake arrived? Cause that's probably in the book,"Sabrina snapped.

Puck blanched, "Oh my god. When, what do you think? Which book?"

"Probably the second or third one,"Sabrina sighed.

"Why? What happened?"Relda asked.

"Nothing, absolutely nothing. Just an argument between me and fairy boy."Sabrina lied.

"Hold on, let me continue!"Red insisted.

"I told you to put on your seat belt!"Mrs. Grimm said.

"This?!"Sabrina shouted holding up the rope.
