Hey guys! Sorry, I know I said I was going to post yesterday but by the time I finished this chapter it was already past ten at night so I decided to wait till today. This week has got me beat. My schoolwork has been taking all my free time so I barely had time to squeeze in writing. However, I will still be posting on Sunday and alls that. Now, I'm going to reply to my lovely reviewers and then let you read the chapter.
IloveSistersGrimm-First, thank you for liking, reading, and reviewing my story! You were my first reviewer so the virtual trophy goes to you this time. The answer to your question is answered in the chapter, but I'll answer it right now. It's there for fanfiction. I will try to post more often whenever I can.
M-Hi! I'm so glad you reviewed again! I know, I've read so many stories that I loved but they were never finished, which drives me insane. I absolutely agree! I am so excited for when Puck finally comes into the book because I think that's a section of all the books that have so much room for freaking out fathers and embarrassed Sabrina and Puck's. Thank you so much for reading, I hope you like this chapter too. I'm not sure about it, but I hope it's good.
beegirl9-It's pretty strange, but I've never really liked that I have two middle names. I'm not sure why... anyway, having 4 or 5 might be really fun though. Can you imagine introducing yourself? That would be amazing.
Zay Zay/Smiley-I absolutely agree about school being hectic, it definitely is. I know, I know, I'm still sorry I went so long without updating. Now, now, put down the knives. I'm thrilled you liked the last chapter, this one was literally one word under 6,000... BEFORE THE FOOTNOTES! That's huge! I agree, if I had one, my foster family would definitely return me. I am just too annoying and talkative for my own good. I always thought I had just one middle name until two years ago, it's a crazy life. I like the name Brooke. Ooh, fun fact about my middle name: My grandmother's real name is Roberta but she's always gone by Dawn-don't ask me why no idea- so in another timeline my middle name could have been Roberta. Honestly, I thought you were older than thirteen- and I am seriously honored you think I could be fifteen. Only about a year and a half away though-I'm fourteen in August. Yes, I was stealing every minute I could to write but I couldn't finish it until late last night. I think Daphne and Pinocchio would be cute together too, they're just different enough to be great together. I could never forget about you two! You two have always been my most loyal reviewers, you motivated me for three stories!
Okay, so, that's all my lovely reviewers. Here is the special chapter. Oh! Maurauderette-for-life has all the credit for You Belong with Me, Puck-except for the song which belongs soley to Taylor Swift. And I think the story is pretty cute-despite Puck and Sabrina's responses to it, which will make sense after you read the story-so you should definitely read the real thing without interruptions from the Grimm family. So... enjoy!
Henry opened his mouth to continue reading just as the book snapped close, making everyone jump.
"What the…?" Sabrina asked in surprise.
Henry tried to open the book but it wouldn't open, Veronica tried but it wouldn't budge.
"Er, what now?" Daphne inquired.
"What about this?" Puck suggested, tapping the laptop that had come with the books.
"Give it to me." Sabrina told him.
"What's the magic word, Grimm?" Puck questioned sweetly.
Mustardseed rolled his eyes, took the laptop and handed it to Sabrina before Sabrina and Puck could start arguing.
Sabrina opened it-with surprising ease-and cringed.
"What. Is. This."
Pinnochio peered over her shoulder and snorted, "Daph, what's that fic thing you were talking about the other day?"
"Fanfiction?" Daphne confirmed.
"Yeah, that;looks like the Sisters Grimm has 'fanfiction'."
"What's fanfiction?" Jake asked, raising an eyebrow.
"It's like…. Fans writing about book series."
"Like… plagiarism?"
"No, the fanfiction writers give note to the authors of the books. Like how our series says that Michael Buckley owns them." (A/N: I forgot! MICHAEL BUCKLEY OWNS THESE BOOKS AND CHARACTERS! NOT ME!")
"And… what? We're supposed to read these?" Mustardseed inquired. "What are they about?"
Pinocchio laughed as Sabrina paled as they read something, "The hell is Puckabrina?"
Puck squeaked and nearly fell out of his chair.
"That's Puck and Sabrina's pairing, I think." Red explained.
"Grimm, give me the computer."
"NO!"
"GIVE IT, GRIMM!"
Sabrina practically threw it at him.
"Puck and Sabrina have a pairing?" Veronica laughed.
"MOM!"
"Kill me." Henry complained.
"Shush, Henry." Relda replied with a smile.
"What. The. Hell." Puck muttered.
"What does hell mean?" Basil asked, causing his mother to splutter indignantly.
"Bad word. Don't ever say it. Only adults can say it."
"Okay."
"What?" Daphne was asking Puck.
"Look at this."
Daphne took the laptop and read "You belong with me, Puck. Name of the fanfic. PUCK IS DATING MOTH!?"
"WHAT!?" Sabrina yelped in surprise. She didn't exactly like the fairy maiden who was imprisoned for trying to kill Sabrina.
"I'm not!" Puck defended immediately.
"Let's read it." Red urged Daphne cheerfully. And then. "What's a songfic?"
"No clue. It's loading."
"I dooooooooooooooon't want to do this." Sabrina complained.
"Honey, this is going to be interesting." Veronica said consolingly.
"It's not you being paired with fairy boy."
"Me?" Mustardseed asked sarcastically. Sabrina rolled her eyes.
"I don't think Red would be thrilled with that idea. But it would be better than the other fairy boy."
"I'm offended, Grimm. I even look older than him now."
"Yeah, only because he stopped aging so Red could catch up." Sabrina replied matter-of-factly, Puck stuck his tongue out at her. "And you're aging because you're annoying."
Mustardseed and Pinocchio snickered, "Yeah, that's totally why he's aging." Mustardseed mocked.
Puck glared at him before looking at Daphne, "Loaded yet, Marshmallow?"
"Yep, I was just enjoying you and Sabrina acting lovey-dovey before we read this."
Sabrina mimed throwing up and Puck turned his glare at Daphne instead of Mustardseed. Pinocchio smirked at his girlfriend's bluntness.
"Liebling, before your father murders Puck perhaps you should start reading?" Relda said with a fond smile.
Daphne grinned before complying.
(A/N: JUST REPEATING! Marauderette-for-life has all credit for this story. And Taylor Swift because of the song. Don't sue me. Either of you.)
You're on the phone with your girlfriend, She's upset
She's going off about something that you said
She doesn't get your humor like I do
Sabrina P.O.V.-
I sighed as I walked away from Puck's door. They were fighting again!
I mean seriously. From what I heard of their conversation(I know, I know you aren't supposed to eavesdrop on people) Puck had made fun of Moth for the way that she did her hair. It was probably something along the lines of "Your hair looks like a moth's nest! Well you are a moth, I guess." I never take his jokes seriously. I mean, I just pretend I don't, to mask my crush-okay, maybe love, of him.
"WHAT!?" Sabrina bellowed, Basil slid off her lap and sidled over to his mother. "OH…" She forced herself to stop. "I am already done with this."
"Same." Puck said darkly.
Veronica chuckled.
I don't get why he is dating her. She is not the one that belongs with him.
I walked to my bedroom, to find Daphne on my bed. (She persuaded Granny to get her and Red a room together.)
"They're fighting again, aren't they?" She asked.
"Yeah. About some stupid joke. I am going to go ask him about it later. I mean, what does he see in her? She is so vain, and not right for him!" I ranted as I plopped down onto my bed.
"I bet I know who is," Daphne said with a sly grin. "You! You are so perfect for him!" She squealed.
"I am so going to barf." Puck complained.
"So am I, god this person hates me."
"It does sound like Daphne, though. When she was younger." Jake grinned.
"Yeah, though we've never had this conversation."
"I think Sabrina is going to start screaming." Mr. Canis observed calmly.
"Daphne, I've told you, he doesn't like me. He's dating Moth!" I told the giddy seven-year old.
"He does! I'm sure of it." She stated firmly.
"Hardly." Puck muttered.
"Why were you dating Moth, I wonder? That seems unlikely." Sabrina observed.
"Ya think? I had her arrested."
"Well I'm sure he doesn't!" I said, lying down.
That night, I knocked on Puck's door.
"Hey." I said. Nice, real smooth.
"Hey, come in." Puck gestured into the room. We walked until we got to his trampoline. His hair looked gold in the moonlight… We walked onto the trampoline and sat down.
"Hey, how are you? I heard that you and Moth were fighting again." I asked, and I turned to face him.
"Tired of drama. I feel like all we ever do is fight. She doesn't get my humor like you do, Sabrina." He sighed as he flopped down onto the black bouncy surface of the trampoline.
"I'm sorry. SABRINA!?" Puck screeched.
"Stop yelling." Red laughed.
"This is sickening." Sabrina complained loudly, a touch below yelling.
"Sorry." I said. I couldn't think of anything else to say.
"It wasn't your fault." He said, simply. We sat there in silence for the rest of the night, until we fell asleep.
"I'm in my room, it's a typical Tuesday night
I'm listening to the kind of music she doesn't like
And she'll never know your story like I do
Puck P.O.V.-
"Joy." Puck muttered.
I watch Sabrina take out her iPod, and a pair of headphones.
"Seriously, what is with this stupid first-name-calling?" Puck ground out.
We were in her room. I had just come back from a date with Moth that had not ended well. We had been at a place out on the mountain in town, having a picnic. She had started to complain that there were too many mosquitoes, and they were bothering her. I told her to get over it, they were just bugs, and she blew up in my face.
"I mean, I feel like this is what would happen if you were dating Moth." Mustardseed said evenly.
"Yeah, okay, but why am I dating her?"
"To add tension between you and Sabrina, purely, I'm guessing." Pinocchio guessed.
"Bleh." Was all both Puck and Sabrina said.
"HERE. I know that this is your favorite song. Listen." Sabrina beckoned to me, and I obliged. We listened into the same pair of headphones as Green Day floated out. I felt so much better.
"You know, Moth never lets me listen to music like this when we are together. She says its 'vulgar' and that it makes her sick." I said, as I closed my eyes.
I looked at Sab-Grimm. She looked so pretty… her hair looked silvery gold, and her eyes were bright. I wonder… bad boy! You are dating Moth! And, why would you like frogface over her Puck? I sighed.
"This is just getting so much worse." Puck whined.
"Yeah." Sabrina replied.
But she wears short skirts, I wear t-shirts
She's cheer captain and I'm on the bleachers
Dreaming bout the day when you wake up and find
That what you're lookin' for has been her the whole time
No P.O.V.-
Sabrina looked up from her book, as she sat on the stands of her high school football field. She watched as Puck darted down the field to score yet another touchdown. He looked up, and Sabrina smiled, but then she realized he was looking at Moth. Moth was on the stage in front of Sabrina, practicing her cheers with the rest of the cheerleaders. Sabrina felt hot tears threaten to spill, and she quickly started to read again.
Sabrina was groaning. A long groan that rivaled all other groans in exasperation and irritation.
Daphne was trying to stop bursting into laughter and Red looked near tears of hysterical laughter.
"I'm going to Moth's house, okay Sabrina? Can you tell Granny where I am? Thanks frogface." Puck told Sabrina as she rushed to meet him after practice. She gulped back her tears again and shouted, "Sure!" as he ran to go make-out with Moth.
Puck looked strangely green, Sabrina enraged. "I. Am. Going. To. Be. Sick." Puck said, looking sickened.
"I. Am. Going. To. Kill. Someone." Sabrina replied.
Why do I even bother? Sabrina asked herself sadly.
That night, when she got to her room, she turned on her radio. The channel was playing, "You Belong with Me" by Taylor Swift.
"Story of my life…." She muttered as she turned it up.
"IT ISN'T!"
If you could see that I'm the one who understands you
Been here all along so why can't you see?
You belong with me
You belong with me
"When did you and I become friends? In this psychopath's mind we're friends? And I call the old lady 'granny!? WHAT THE HE…"
"Puck! Basil." Sabrina interrupted.
"Heck, Grimm, heck."
Walking the streets with you in your worn out jeans
I can't help thinking this is how it ought to be
Laughing on the park bench thinking to myself
Hey isn't this easy?
Sabrina P.O.V.-
"Please, god, no."
I'm sitting on the bus stop bench waiting for the bus to come. It's late again! Seriously. You would think that fairytale creatures could at least get their buses to be on time, right? I guess not. I'm hurriedly reading the last few chapters of The Grapes of Wrath(I might have, sort of, maybe forgot to do my English homework? Oh shut up!) I'm just finished with my reading when I hear footsteps. I look up. It's him! Why does he have to walk on over and completely take over my senses? That's love-like for you. Okay, maybe love.
Jake was literally rolling on the floor laughing with everyone else-save Sabrina and Puck who both looked sickened in equal measure-were everything from chuckling to trying to hold back tears of laughter.
"Hey. What are you reading? It looks horrible." Puck says, his eyes green twinkling.
"Grapes of Wrath. And Puck, you think all books are horrible, so you aren't in a position to judge." I replied. "Are you talking the bus today? You haven't in a while." I asked. A bit of hope was welling up in me. I would get him to myself!
"That's it. I'm done. I quit. Life." Sabrina whined.
(Moth doesn't take the bus. "It's a ghastly form of transportation, fit for only the lowliest of peasants," She would say. "Just look at all that grime!" That just shows that she doesn't know her boyfriend. Puck loves dirt)
"I do. The only true thing besides the fact that all books suck."
Daphne giggled a little at the remark.
"Nah, Moth's picking me up, but she's running a bit late." He said breezily.
My heart sunk.
"Oh." I said dully. We spoke for a few more minutes, until the bus arrived. I got on quickly, so that I wouldn't have to look at Puck and Moth as they said a non-verbal good morning. I thought to myself, 'Why can't my life be easy?'
Sabrina silently agreed that seeing Puck and Moth say a non-verbal good morning certainly wasn't something she ever had to see because… EW.
And you've got a smile that could light up this whole town
I haven't seen it in a while, since she brought you down
You say you find I know you better than that
Hey, what you doing with a girl like that?
"Grimm, I think anyone knows me better than Moth."
No P.O.V.-
After the longest school day ever, Sabrina flopped onto her bed, with a bowl of Granny's special 'Trail Mix'. It looked more like sushi and maple syrup that had been briefly put in a blender. But it was actually pretty good. Sabrina sighed, for what seemed the millionth time this week.
'C'mon, got to get out of this stupid PMS thing!' She told herself.
This brought new peals of laughter from Jake and Veronica while everyone else either had previously been laughing or we laughed out-or were Sabrina and Puck who still looked disgusted.
She reached towards her iPod and put on some music. Not Taylor Swift this time, by the way.
"Good, considering I have never listened to freaking Taylor Swift!" Sabrina hissed.
Owl City blasted, well Owl City can't really blast, maybe floated is a better word. Owl City floated through her earphones. 'Fireflies' always calmed her down. Sabrinaunconsciously groped to the back of her bookshelf, where she found a framed picture. It showed her and Puck jumping on his trampoline, laughing their…
Daphne paused and laughed.
...arses off. Puck had a gigantic, Puck-smile on his face. He didn't flash those anymore. These days it was one of those I've-gotten-used-to-forcing-my-smile-so-I-don't-bother-with-real-ones smiles. How she wished he would smile like that again.
"Grimm, do me a favor, don't ever express your love for me like this."
"Well, as I will never be caught dead expressing my love for you-cause I have none-that won't be a problem."
She wears high heels, I wear sneakers
She's cheer captain and I'm on the bleachers
Dreaming bout the day when you wake up and find
That what you're looking for has been here the whole time
Puck P.O.V-
"Damn."
I tossed and turned that night, as I tried to go to sleep. I counted sheep, (hey! Don't judge me!) I planned the museum that I'm going to make the old lady build for me, for my birthday, I thought of Sabrina-what? No, I didn't say Sabrina...Pshaw...I said Moth! Yeah! Next thing I know, 'm waking up in the morning. I have a fuzzy recollection that I had some sort of dream. There were chimpanzees, and of course plenty of glop grenades, but also a girl...must have been Moth.
Puck's Dream:
Puck and Sabrina were having a glop grenade war. Puck had his chimps, but Sabrina has convinced a few to join her side. They laugh, and eventually get covered in glop. Puck's sub-conscious, ever the gentleman, decides Sabrina should win. She beats him by catching him unaware in a tree. After they bounce on the trampoline. Once they get tired, they lie together, talking… leaning in…
"OH HELL NO!" Puck and Sabrina weren't the only two who screamed it, it seemed Henry agreed as he also yelped the sentiment.
"Relax, they don't actually kiss." Daphne told them.
Sabrina groaned.
..BAM! THE ALARM CLOCK! Never fails…
"Oh thank that blessed alarm clock." Sabrina breathed, hand over her heart.
"I'm going to get that clock promoted."
If you could see that I'm the one who understands you
Been here all along so why can't you see?
You belong with me
Daphne P.O.V
Dear Diary,
Puck can be soooo stupido. Mucho Stupido! And a big jerkazoid… seriously! He has been going out with Moth for a year. She doesn't even like him! It's just because he's the captain of the football team. I don't think that he likes her either. Don't tell, but Ithink he likes Sabrina. She doesn't think so. They always look at each other at dinner. I just wish that there was some way to make them see that they are awesome-sauce-ness together! Write back if you have any ideas, diary.
"Daph, you don't talk like that anymore." Pinocchio pointed out.
"I might have been younger when this was written? That is, the author imagined me at a young age? I don't know."
Standing by, waiting at your back door
All this time how could you not know that?
You belong with me
You belong with me

School Notice:
The evening after the football finals, we will have a celebration party! Please let your parents know that we need refreshments for this event.
Puck: Moth is going to want to 'match our outfits' and 'make sure we are the toast of the party' ugh…
"Bleh, I'm done with life. That is not how I talk."
Sabrina: Like I'm going!
Daphne: Ohmagosh… *bites palm* I'tellit'ssecret!
Daphne ran to her room, and pulled out her diary. She scribbled something onto one of the pages, and smiled smugly.
Oh I remember you driving to my house in the middle of the night
I'm the one who makes you laugh when you know you're about to cry
"Yeah, Grimm, only because your face makes me want to laugh and cry all at the same time."
"You're an idiot."
I know your favorite songs and you tell me about your dreams
I think I know where you belong. I think I know it's with me.
Sabrina P.O.V
I trudged to the car, pulling on my exclusive 'jersey' for the school that you can get for ten bucks online, at the school website. I tried to look happy, and peppy when Puck came into the car. I mean, it's football finals, so exciting! I think I did okay for the first five minutes. Luckily, our school is only seven minutes away, so I only looked constipated for two minutes. Puck was too busy texting Moth anyway. I was a bit cheered when Puck's favorite song, 'American Idiot' came on the radio.
"More like the song which title describes him." Sabrina muttered.
He unglued his eyes from his phone to listen. I bet Moth doesn't know his favorite song, much less his favorite color. (It's green). We all wish Puck, and Moth (ugh) good luck and find our seats. I try to cheer, but I'm just not into it. After a while, I pull out my book, and start reading. I only re-emerge when Granny shakes me, and I see Puck make a touch-down. Then I look at the scoreboard. 7-21! Wow… I think I'll try to pay attention. But, like a doughnut and Uncle Jake, my resolution didn't last long. I drifted away. Then I awoke again, when Daphne shook me.
"And why am I playing football? I don't like football."
"Shut up. This is disturbing to me." Sabrina told Puck firmly.
"The game's over! WE WON!" She shouted.
"Woo-hoo!" I replied
"C'mon, let's go say good job to Puck!" She told me, dragging me by my arm towards the field. But I made her stop short when I saw the drama unfolding below us. It looked like Moth was flirting (not just words) with another football player.
"Does that mean this is over soon? Please say yes." Puck said.
"Ohmygosh!" Daphne exclaimed. Puck was confronting her about it. She gave him this look that said, boy-you-need-to-back-off-because-he-is-so-much-better-than-you. Puck stormed off towards the locker room.
So much for congrats…
Pinocchio observed Puck leaning back and Sabrina looking irritated.
Daphne and I rushed off towards the direction of the locker rooms. Unfortunately, that led us in the path of Moth, who was not looking at all disturbed at the current events. I tried to shield Daphne's eyes from the stuff they were doing. But, of course Daphne managed to, through her blindfold(my hands), stick her tongue out in Moth's direction. Moth noticed and rolled her eyes in that snarky cheerleader way. Ugh. Daphne seemed to share my thoughts.
"I really want to know what they were doing if you had to cover Daphne's eyes." Veronica said curiously.
"Do you really, though, liebling?" Relda asked.
"She is such a meanasaurus." I chuckled at Daphne's unique choice of vocabulary.
I pushed open the doors of the locker room to see, not Puck, but his locker open with most of the contents spilled out. Where did he go? And here I was coming to cheer him up and tell him Moth didn't deserve him anyway and he didn't even have the manners to be here! Sorry… rambling a bit.
"Wouldn't that be the guy's locker room, Sabrina?" Henry inquired darkly.
"Oh my god, Dad, it's not like I actually went into the locker room, jeez." Sabrina told him.
"Daph, I think Puck left already. Can you tell Granny that I'll come home in a bit? Thanks…" I absentmindedly told her as I rummaged through Puck's stuff.
"Um… rude, Grimm."
"Shut up."
"Sure! Do you think Puck's alright?" She asked nervously.
"Of course he is! Don't be silly." I tried to reassure her.
"Okay..." Daphne replied and rushed out to Granny.
I continued looking in Puck's stuff to see if there were any clues to where he went. Socks… shoes..eww, moldy sandwich!
"Hehehehe, I've had those before."
More shorts...shoes...wait, what's this? It was an empty picture frame. I wonder what the picture was. Probably Moth or something. A creak in the door interrupted my thoughts. I scrambled to hide behind a trash can. After all, it's not like I was supposed to be in here.
"No you aren't." Jake's attitude, so similar to his brother in that area, made Sabrina chuckle a little.
"I can't believe you lied to me ! You told me that you and Puck had broken up! He's my teammate, Moth! I can't do that to him." I heard a boy say. Must be the dude Moth was cheating on Puck with.
"Oh come on! Serious-leh, how does it matter! You have me now!" Moth replied.
"Okay, this Moth is on point. I really want to kill her." Red said softly.
"Same." Puck said before anyone else could respond.
I peeked to see what was happening. Moth had her hand on his chest, but he pushed her away.
Ha ha… It was funny to see Moth rejected. She stormed out of the locker room, and the other guy… can't remember his name… sat down and sighed. Great timing! Now how do I escape this pit of sweat and boy gunk? I decided just to attempt to tiptoe out, all 'Queen of the Sneaks' like, y'know.
Mustardseed smirked, "How funny. Queen of the Sneaks and the Trickster King."
Puck gave him a look that could have withered fresh spring flowers.
Pinocchio cracked up at the remark.
"What are you doing in here?" I heard a voice say. I cringed.
Sabrina cringed a little.
"Uh… I was looking for my friend. Puck. I'll be going now..." I replied, and continued to make my way out the door.
"Friend? Incorrect." Sabrina muttered.
"Puck? Hey, I don't know your name, but if you find him, can you say I'm sorry, and that I didn't know he and Moth were still together?" The dude said.
"Sure…" Then I ran out of that stink hole. I breathed in a deep breath of fresh air, and I could hear my lungs let out a cry of relief. But enough about me. TIme to go find Puck. Okay. Where would he be?
"Somewhere undoubtedly mushy knowing this stupid story."
No P.O.V-
Puck looked down at his reflection in the pool. He half-smiled when he thought of that first meeting with Sabrina. . (He had given up about the whole Grimm thing.)
"Never! You must persevere."
"Persevere?" Mr. Canis asked, first one to catch Puck's slip.
Puck blanched immediately before quickly recovering with, "Persevere when people tell you to call Grimm by her first name."
How had he tried to push her into the pool, and probably accidentally kill her, and Marshmallow.
"WHAT!?" Veronica and Henry screeched in unison.
"That is not true! I wasn't going to kill them! Just scare them!" Puck protested vehemently, looking offended at the mere mention of actually harming either girl.
"Besides, I threw him in, instead." Sabrina told them with a self-satisfied smirk.
"Shut it, Grimm."
But the smile was lost when he thought of Moth.
The whole event of that evening was painful for Puck.
"How could she? I lov-" He started to say, but realized the falseness in his words. Had he ever really loved Moth? He racked his brain of all the memories.
Flashbacks-
It was Moth and Puck's first date. Moth had rejected Puck's first suggestion, of a picnic in the woods, because she-quote-"Didn't want to get dirty with all that dirt on the ground. Doesn't anyone clean up over there? Serious-leh!"
"What? Clean up the dirt?" Daphne giggled.
Puck couldn't help but wonder why he was even going on this date. Oh yeah. Because they were 'betrothed' or whatever. He didn't even know what 'betrothed' meant. Oh well. He could just ask Grimm later. Moth was so annoying! He didn't know it was possible for someone to be such a pain in the arse.
"Yeah, thank god that I arrested her. And ended our stupid engagement. Becoming king of Faerie does have it's perks." Puck said with a grin.
Can't you see that I'm the one who understands you?
Been here all along so why can't you see?
You belong with me
He stopped short as he saw a horrible, eye-burning sight in front of him. (Moth had made him go to the mall. Shudder) Grimm.. Kissing a boy! Of course she's kissing a boy, you idiot, his sub-conscious snapped, she's not a lesbian!
"Dad, before you kill someone. None of this ever happened. I mean, these events in particular."
A fire started growing inside of Puck and decided that he was NOT jealous. He just started making out with Moth for no particular reason right where Grimm could see if she looked up.
"Oh this is great." Jake snickered.
No P.O.V (Back to the Present)
Now it all made sense. He had started to date Moth because he wanted to make Sabrina jealous. Wow… how did he forget a motive like that?
I guess it's because it hasn't worked at all. A small voice in Puck's head piped up.
"Why would I be jealous? I mean, I might be irritated that you were dating, ya know, someone who tried to kill me. But, you tried to kill me and I tolerate you."
"I was not going to kill you, Grimm!" Puck insisted.
"You would be my subconscious, right?" Puck asked.
"Hey, you and Sabrina are both nuts in this." Pinocchio said cheerfully.
"Clearly, we think we like each other."
Of course, you dolt!
"Hey! No one addresses the Trickster King like that!"
I can, I'm your subconscious
"I really don't like you."
Right back at you.
Sabrina chuckled, "That means you don't like yourself."
"I will end you."
"I have the knife, fairy boy."
"Sorry to break in this weird little discussion with yourself, but, I need to talk to you." Another voice broke into the conversation.
Puck spun around, to see Sabrina standing there with a smirk on her face.
"Yeah, Grimm?" He replied, a bit more harshly than he intended. He saw a look of hurt cross her face.
"Why do I feel like I'm going to be balling my eyes out in this story before the end?"
"Well, I just wanted to see if you were okay. After the Moth thing." Sabrina replied, a bit coldly. "Sorry if I interrupted anything. I'll go."
She started to walk off, and Puck thought he saw a flash of a tear.
"WHY AM I ALWAYS CRYING IN THIS GODDAMN STORY!?"
"Wait! Sabrina! Wait!" He called, walking after her. She turned around.
"You called me Sabrina."
"I have a very bad feeling about this." Sabrina said firmly.
"Same, Grimm."
"Yeah, I did."
She walked over and sat down again.
"So, what did you want me to wait for?"
"Nothing. Just wanted to let you have the opportunity to talk to me, the Mighty Trickster King!" He told her.
"How about, instead, Grimm just leaves."
"I don't think you two are going to get that lucky." Red giggled.
Sabrina rolled her eyes at him, but looked at him expectantly, waiting from him to say something. When he didn't, she just stared into the pool for a bit, before asking, "Why?"
"Why what?" Puck said, looking confused.
"Why did you date Moth? What was attractive about her? I mean, I know she's pretty… but she has a sucky personality." Sabrina explained. Then she blushed. "Sorry. I just don't like her very much."
"God help me." Sabrina groaned.
"Well," Puck paused. He debated on whether to tell her the truth, or make up something like 'She has good teeth' or some other nonsense. He decided on half-truth. "I really liked this one girl, but I couldn't ask her out. I saw her with some other guy, and it made me jealous. So I decided to try and make her jealous, too. But that didn't work out, so I just dated Moth instead." Puck tried to say it all really fast, so Sabrina couldn't figure out who the other girl was.
Daphne was trying to keep in her laughter as she continued reading.
Sabrina and Puck looked distasteful.
"Is this real? Are Sabrina and Puck dating just like how the books are their lives?" Basil piped up.
"No, this is made-up." Sabrina said firmly.
"Oh. Who was the other girl? Does she still live here?" Sabrina asked, sounding a bit jealous. No. Not jealous. SO not jealous. "What does she look like? Is she pretty? How old is she? Is she an Everafter?" Definitely not jealous.
"He, you're so stupid, Grimm."
"Shut. Up. Fairy."
Puck looked like it was Christmas again. Was Sabrina jealous? Of herself? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! He thought. He smiled at Sabrina.
"Okay, cutting in for a minute because that hahahaha… Is GOLD." Mustardseed interrupted.
"I agree." Red laughed.
Sabrina's P.O.V-
Puck's face lit up when I asked all those questions about the mystery girl. Ugh. Did it make him so happy to think about her?
Sabrina shuddered.
Wait. Hold the phone. I am not jealous, right. Oh gosh… In the name of Mr. Canis's fluffy bunny slippers… I can't be jealous of this girl, can I?
Mr. Canis snorted at the 'fluffy bunny slippers' remark. "Before you ask, no, I do not have fluffy bunny slippers."
You sure can, little Sabrina-poo.
Oh shut your non-existent trap, would you?
Feisty. Yes, my dear, you are in fact jealous. Cue scary sound effects.
Ellen, I really wish you would be quiet. Yes, I have named my subconscious. Don't judge me…
Sabrina shook her head. "I did not name my subconscious Ellen."
"Wait, does that mean you did name it?" Mustardseed asked curiously, raising an eyebrow.
"Doesn't everybody?"
"No." Red laughed.
Sabrina shrugged with a grin, "Now, back to this… thing."
As you wish, dear...
"Sabrina, are you jealous?" Puck asked. I blushed, not meeting his gaze.
"No, why would I be?"
"Good question." Sabrina muttered.
"I don't know why you would be, unless you have mental problems." He told me.
"And why is that?"
"Because the girl I'm talking about is you." He stared into my eyes.
"I am so done right now."
Standing by or waiting at your back door
All this time how could you not know that
You belong with me
You belong with me
Have you ever thought just maybe
You belong with me
You belong with me
"Really?" I was speechless. Puck likes me? Do I like him? I know this sounds corny, but when I looked at him, I knew it was true. Yep, I officially liked Puck. I guess this must have taken me a while to figure out because I heard Puck say something.
"I'm going to throw up, it's so sweet." Pinocchio was full-out laughing; both at Sabrina and Puck's reactions. But Henry's face at the story.
"If you don't like me, then just forget I said that, okay? He started muttering, "So stupid...of course she wouldn't like you…"
"Finally. A truth." Sabrina said.
I rolled my eyes at his stupidity. He continued to ramble. It was becoming a bit annoying, really. I decided to do the logical thing, and shut him up. With a kiss. He let out a gasp as I crashed my lips onto his. Oh… this was really nice. So soft, and warm
"NOPE." Sabrina yelled, Puck seemed to agree-both looked a little sick. Henry looked murderous.
Oh get a room, won't you? I heard an irritable voice say
"Yeah, or just stop!" Sabrina exclaimed.
You get a room, I told Ellen. Then I continued to kiss Puck.
"I am actually going to vomit right now." Puck groaned.
Both he and I were smiling when we returned to the party at our high school. I heard a lot of catcalls as people noticed our hands, which were interlocked.
Daph rushed up to us, and started yelling.
"C'mon! It's not fair! I had this awesome plan to get you guys together and it would have been awesome and Moth would look like a jerkazoid and you guys would be awesomesauce and so would I because I came up with the idea in the first place but you had to go and ruin it by getting together before I could get you guys together!" She was really out of breath after that, but somehow had managed to pout.
"Okay, if that happened, I would be really angry.' Daphne noted as her sister and Puck continued looking horrified and disgusted.
I chuckled.
"Sorry, Marshmallow. Sabrina just couldn't wait to get her hands on this." Puck gestured at himself.
Henry growled and Sabrina made a low noise that might have been a groan-fake sob.
I I punched him. Then I kissed him. Daphne bit her palm.
"You two are mucho cute-o!" She exclaimed, losing her pout.
"Yeah, yeah we are." I replied. When we got home that evening, I followed Puck into his room. We sat on the trampoline, and chatted. As we were falling asleep, I heard him tell me, "You belong with me."
"Yes, yes I do." I kissed him on the forehead.
"NO I DO NOT."
"I will kill him, 'roni." Henry was grinding out.
"Henry, no."
And then, Sabrina blanched a very white color. "Puck, if a fake story was this bad…"
Puck seemed to catch on and he froze, looking at her with wide eyes. "Grimm, this is so bad."
"It's completely your fault!"
"My fault!?"
"What?" Pinocchio tried to intercede but the two were two caught up arguing. Daphne just rolled her eyes and shrugged at her boyfriend.
"You did it!"
"What? You two have never kissed, have you?" Mustardseed seemed amused and Red giggled.
"NO!" Both yelped.
"Well, actually you have." Daphne corrected. "You woke up Puck. And the lake."
"That was not a kiss. That was CPR cause I thought the idiot was dead."
"And you say you don't care."
"Granny would have yelled at me."
"Anyways! Do you think now we'll be able to read again?" Veronica said over Puck and Sabrina's bickering.
"Yeah, but can we skip... the rest of the books after this one?" Puck asked.
"Why?" Pinocchio asked amusedly.
"For so many different reasons." Sabrina told him.
"Uh, before Hank explodes, perhaps we should try to start reading again? And I'll do it, this time, Hank." Jake offered. Henry tossed him the book. This time, it fell open easily.
Daphne, Mustardseed, Pinocchio, and Red all looked insanely amused at their friends-and-family in some cases- uncomfortableness.
"Oh. Great. Closer to my demise." Puck muttered, Sabrina smacked his shoulder and gave him a warning look.
Jake started to read again.
I hope I let everyone talk enough. I tried but I think Relda and Mr. Canis were rather quiet this chapter. And Basil. Oops. Did you like the chapter? I really hope you did. Since this was a test run, I'll see how everyone likes it. If people like it then I will publish one of these chapters every Wednesday whenever I have time that week. I am going to publish either late Saturday or anytime on Sunday this week so be on the lookout. Jake is reading this time and we're getting to the good stuff-I am only like three chapters in, yeesh. Oh, and I just want to repeat that MICHAEL BUCKLEY OWNS SISTERS GRIMM. NOT ME IN ANY WAY. So, please don't sue me, I don't have any money.
Anyway, I love all my readers and reviewers! Oh, and the QoTW this time is... what are some questions you'd like me to ask at the end of chapters.
Book Out.
