Protest
Captainswan2000 asked for a oneshot of an adult Emma and a young Neal getting into trouble with their parents so they run together into Emma's room.
"This is ridiculous!" Charming shouted. "Emma, unseal this door!" Charming ordered, rattling the door handle, hoping Emma's magic would suddenly have lost its power.
"Nope!" Emma called back out. "Neal and I aren't coming out of here until this injustice is no more!" Emma cried. Both parents then heard Neal whisper, asking Emma what that meant. She explained that it meant they weren't coming out until their parents said sorry for giving them into trouble.
"Emma, it's hardly an injustice when you were caught in the act!" Snow said irritably. "Now unseal this door and both of you come out, or do you plan on taking your father and I to the supreme court?" Snow said sarcastically.
"Such drastic measures shall not be needed provided an apology is given to Neal and myself." Emma quipped back. Snow and Charming rolled their eyes. Wasn't Emma meant to be an adult?!
"Fine! Both of you stay in there then. We'll see you when you're hungry." Charming said triumphantly. They heard Emma laugh from inside.
"Magic, you guys. We won't go hungry or thirsty in here." Snow and Charming groaned. The problems of a magical child. They thought maybe Emma might be more responsible for her own actions, given that she was in her thirties. Apparently not. They looked at each other and nodded before slowly sinking to the floor. They were in for a long wait.
