Rex was very confused as his commander kept holding onto him as General Skywalker told her what had happened and what was going on. Now all the commanding officers but Admiral Killian knew. They also knew what was going. Anakin kept an eye on his padwan as he explained what was happening, because he also knew that Ashoka had a strong padwan, but he feared that this was too much. Cody was stood behind Obi-Wan as General Skywalker explained what was going on. Cody knew what was going on but it was still a shock when he heard the plan again, he couldn't imagine what Ashoka was feeling. Obi-Wan was not looking at Ashoka like the others but he was looking at Anakin's Captain, he knew Ashoka was strong, Mental and physical. The physical part was what Obi-Wan was worried about, as Ashoka still had her arms around Rex. Obi-Wan knew the clone had probably never had a hug before and Ashoka hug's were very strong.

Meanwhile in the medical bay:

"Come on, Kix, I am perfectly fine" said Hardcase, as Kix was trying to force the hyperactive clone onto the table so he can forfull the Captain's orders.

"Hardcase it is what the Captain wants so I would do what he says." replied Kix, still struggling.

"Why?"

"That I can't tell you"

"Come on Kix, tell me!" begged Hardcase, leaning on Kix. Kix shock his head as Hardcase rambled on about making him to tell him what was going on. Kix ignored Hardcase as he got his tools ready to extract the inhibitor chip from Hardcase's head. "Do you ever shut up?" asked Kix

"Wooo, what are you doing with that thing?" cried Hardcase moving away from Kix.

"Trust me this will not hurt a bit" Kix looked at Hardcase before sticking a needle in Hardcase's arm and putting Hardcase to sleep, "Sorry buddy, but it what has to be done!"

Rex knew that the medics were doing their jobs and what the Generals had ordered them, but Rex couldn't shake the headache that was building behind his eyes. It hurt, but he knew that he wasn't the only one, Woolly had said to Cody, "That he had a really bad headache, that was making him feel unwell." Rex couldn't help but break down in tears because he didn't know what was happening and they had no idea if they were going to get out alive.

"Rex!" somebody said from behind him.

General Anakin Skywalker's perspective:

I was walking down the corridor on the way to the bridge, when I heard somebody crying. I came to the conclusion that it was one of two people, Ashoka or Obi-Wan. I walked to where the crying and what I saw shocked me. It was Rex.

"Rex!" I said, slightly shocked because I had never seen my brave, strong captain cry. He turned around to look at me, after trying to wipe away the tears. I knew something was very wrong because Rex never cried. I was worried.

3rd perspective:

Anakin sat down next to Rex. Rex still had tears following down his face. Anakin was still in shock that his Captain was crying. "Rex," Anakin asked, "What's wrong?"

"General, nothings wrong" said Rex, gasping and still trying to wipe away the tears.

"Rex, come on, you are crying." Anakin kindly shouted, Rex winced as Anakin said, "Rex, are u ok?"

"No my...head...hurts" Rex gasped. Anakin could see that he was in real pain. He put his arm around Rex, "Take it easy and close your eyes. Just try and get some sleep. You won't be the only one." Anakin sat there rubbing Rex's back, hoping to comfort him.

"Anakin, come in!"

"Obi-Wan, what do you want?" Anakin said quietly, hoping to ease Rex's headache.

"Where are you?" asked Obi-Wan, quiet loudly.

"I am in the commanding quarters."

"Stay there. Don't move. Ok"

"Copy" Anakin felt Rex move at the side of him. Rex berried his head further into Anakin's side, Rex moved again. Anakin could tell that Rex was uncomfortable, Anakin didn't know what to do. Rex kept moving, Anakin really didn't know what to do. Just at that moment, Obi-Wan and Cody burst through the door. "Right, Anakin, what are you doing?" cried Obi-Wan, causing Rex to flinch even more.

"Keep it down" said Anakin

"Why? Why is Rex curled up by the side of you?" said Obi-Wan

"Listen Rex has a really bed headache and you come in hear screaming and shouting." said Anakin, quietly but angrily. Cody looked at his best friend, feeling sorry for him, but he knew this may be one of the side effects of the chip removing, but he didn't really think that it was that bad.

"Sorry, Rex, we didn't know." said Obi-Wan, "Funny thing Woolly was also complaing of a headache eariler and I haven't seen him since. Do you think that he is ok?"

"I think his is fine Obi-Wan." said Anakin, as Cody sat down next to Rex.

"Well the Jedi council wants us."

"What am I to do about Rex"

"I will stay with him General, if that is ok" said Cody

"Yes, that's fine, Cody. There water over there Cody, should you need it. And if you start to get a headache, tell me. Ok" said Obi-Wan, not giving Anakin a chance to say otherwise.

"Sir Yes Sir"
