Summary: Look only at me. Want only me. Be mine only. Otherwise, I'll break you. Dark!Kurama and Botan.
Warnings: crazy Kurama, strong sexual innuendos, profanities, drug use (no, not those things you get addicted to in real life. When I mean drug, I mean like, plant drugs... if that makes sense), explicit and mostly rough smut (sorry, I just like that kind of thing), kinks, blood and possible gore, kidnapping and entrapment. And because this is a dark romance fic, a lot of insanity and psychological trauma. Not to forget obsession, of course. There's gonna be a very good dose of that.
Due to the aforementioned warnings, the relationship between the two characters in this fanfic will most likely be toxic and abusive. Note that I don't condone this in real life, nor do I support any of the things mentioned above if it's happening in reality. This is only for the sake of the story. If you don't like this, please don't read.

Chapter 15
"Botan."
Hana spun her head around to the source of the sound, the vibrant grin on her visage briefly faltering to a single thin line of displeasure as she caught an imbue of familiar scarlet mane and a pair of peridot colored irises. Reattaining the smile on her face in an instant, Hana whirled her attention back to the purple-haired ferry girl she had been conversing with. Well-articulated lies tinted with feigned amiable passed her lips before the overtly obnoxious and high-spirited grim reaper excused herself and left for her ferry duties, leaving only the sound of thudding footsteps before they gradually dwindled. Hana waited for the striding noise to completely diminish before returning her gaze to Kurama, the radiant slant of her lips reduced to a tight scowl as she crossed her arms over her chest.
"Kurama." Her voice was tart, almost holding an underlying edge of brewing annoyance. "How many times do I have to tell you that I can handle myself? You don't have to check up on me everyday. You're not my parent."
Her patent irritation brought upon waves of fleeting chuckles to rumble through his chest. "Oh? Did I ever imply that I was?" he responded with a tinge of humor in his timbre once his chortles subsided. "I may not be a father figure to you, but I am your guardian to some degree."
Hana's appearance was the same with Botan, 'her' cerulean locks held up in place by a vermilion-hued elastic as 'her' violet-shaded orbs rolled to the side in barely curbed exasperation. The pink kimono sleeve slid down her left lower arm as she hoisted it up slightly in the air to give him a dismissive wave of her hand, a scoff bubbling out her throat. "Do whatever you want."
Despite her origins being that of a plant Kurama had sprouted in his room, her real personality was a direct contrast to her redheaded master as she tended to display an attitude which bore a striking resemblance to Hiei. She was snide, cold and condescending, but the difference between her and his fire demon friend was that Hana, on the other hand, was an expert at deceit and an even more skillful specialist in the arts of disguise. If he hadn't known that Botan was back at his place and in a situation where she was undoubtedly unable to escape, Kurama himself would have probably been fooled by Hana's crafty methods.
A part of the few rules he had imposed on her upon her birth was that she wasn't allowed to perform her trickery and camouflage abilities to delude him. After all, a scenario might come up in the future where Botan would have to be released from the cage he had cruelly forced her into and he couldn't have Hana turning her back on him. In spite of her keen intelligence, she was still a freshly-bred bud regardless and was easily swayed by others. Botan was no master of misleading others into fabrications and forced friendliness but her genuinely considerate demeanor might end up leaving a huge mess for him to clean up if they were to ever meet and Botan winded up winning the favor of Hana. After all, Hana's experience in the real world was similar to that of a newborn infant, therefore there was a possibility that Botan's kindness and natural warm-hearted temperament might leave a maternal impression on her and she would be compelled to betray him in order to help her instead. The chances were pretty slim considering the already low risk of them needing to encounter one another, but Kurama was unwilling to be too overconfident, even if Hana was practically his subordinate in a vegetation sense.
"How have you been doing?" he calmly inquired at her, hands shoved into the safety of his pockets. He rarely ever called her by her name as he had considered the probability of anyone listening in on their conversations either on purpose or by accident. He couldn't permit even a soul to figure out that she was an impostor. And even if he had addressed her, he would always endorse Botan's name.
"You ask the same thing every day," she grumbled under her breath but then justified his question with an answer nevertheless, "Well, if being a ferry girl is this mundane, I don't know why you would want to sink your claws into one in the first place." Another scoff erupted from her throat before she then offered him a lopsided shrug of her shoulder. "Not that I care, I guess. At least, I get to derive some sort of sick pleasure from watching the fear on the faces of the dead souls that I ferry. It's a wonder why your little mistress hasn't grown to be a sadistic murderer at some point."
Crimson locks swayed behind his back as Kurama shook his head. "First of all, you seem to be mistaking Botan as someone who would share your grotesque hobbies." The mirth disappeared from his bright jades as the remnants of humanity also faded away to revert his humor-tinted emeralds into a dimmed shade of underlying angry forest greens. "And second of all, I do not reckon I need to proffer the reminder to you over and over again that we are not supposed to speak of any subject that might give away your identity in public. If you assumed that I would let even you off the hook for foiling my schemes, then you are awfully inaccurate."
Hana directed her pupils to the side to study him as she detected the touch of animosity in his controlled timbre. The fox's eyes were narrowed into dangerous slits, his jaws clenched tight as his once slackened form turned to a rigid line. A threat lingered in both his words and the sinister undertones of the long, hard stare he pinned her with, causing a cold shudder of trepidation to rack down her spine. But she wasn't the type to show that she was perturbed and instead sounded out a snort as if to shroud her fermenting fright.
"This isn't in public," she steadily droned her reply. "No one's around. Your little secret is safe."
The miniscule spiking of his demon energy in tension-filled shocks calmed down into a level-headed flow-like stream as he regained his composure. "Don't you mean yours? Either way, we never know if there's anyone eavesdropping or not so we might as well be more careful."
She drew her lips shut. Despite the tranquility reinstated in his voice, Hana was well aware of the light chastising note that mingled underneath. When he said 'we', it wouldn't be too far off the mark to assume that he only meant her. After all, the fox had always adopted a cryptic manner of speaking in their chatters and simulated coded syllables that only the two of them would understand in his frequent visits.
"What's wrong?" Hana asked, curiosity evident in her timbre as she swivelled around to see the redhead sporting a deep frown on his forehead. They had been strolling along, prattling in encrypted words when the sound of Kurama's footsteps halting in mid-tracks echoed in the empty corridor.
There was a short moment of pause as he seemed to consider something. His furrowed brows distanced themselves as the frown dispersed from his features, but the tiny grimace on his clamped shut lips indicated that he was still a little unsettled. He spared a few seconds to survey around their surroundings for any hint of nosy ogres and ferry girls, directing his attention to the plant once more when he sensed none.
He parted his lips and drawled out the response, "Botan. She's feeling weird."
Hana's expression began to match his previous one when the words gave rise to an inquisitive question from the back of her mind. "You can tell how she feels?"
"In a way, yes, considering that our senses are now joined together," he replied, albeit the riposte bubbled out his throat in a rather hesitant, soft-spoken murmur. He gave another shake of his head, the motions scolding but directed at himself. "This discussion is over," he finished, timbre stern and sounding final as if to crush her residues of piqued interest.
The frown marring Hana's forehead only intensified for a fleeting second before she expelled a defeated sigh and grumbled something incoherent under her breath, but she relented and complied nonetheless. "Fine, I'm not going to ask. You never tell me much about how everything's going on your end anyway."
The penitent smile that he conferred to her in return was clearly an act of pretense as it lacked any remnant of remorse whatsoever. "I'm heading back to my house," he slowly declared, quickly leaning closer to Hana and giving her a featherlight peck on the forehead as he caught a distinct silhouette of Hinageshi approaching from behind her.
The feigned affection in his emeralds and the telltale signs of forced attention to her was perceptible and Hana was accustomed to the false guise he would regularly endorse whenever anyone who knew of his and Botan's relationship would come across them. He couldn't afford anyone to get suspicious of him, after all, and inclined to fake intimate gestures with Hana if there was a risk of obtaining unwanted wariness.
"Oh, Kurama-san," Hinageshi happily beamed at the fox once she had gotten close enough.
She had caught a glimpse of the tender buss he had placed on 'Botan's' hairline and resisted the urge to permit the hopeless romantic side of her to scratch the surface as she stifled a dreamy sigh. She was about to strike up a conversation with the two, only to blink in bewilderment when Kurama seemed to lift a hand up in the air as if in a muted apology.
"I'm afraid I have to decline the notion of catching up with a long-time friend at the moment, Hinageshi." His voice was as smooth as ever as he retracted the hand back into the confines of his left pocket and proceeded to turn his body half-way to the other direction. "I have matters which need to be addressed. It has been great to see you again though, as temporary as this reunion might have been. I do apologize for leaving so early but I'm afraid duty calls."
There was another blink as the confusion lingered on Hinageshi's face before recognition flitted across her and caused her to perk up. "Oh, yeah! I remember Botan-chan saying something about you working part-time at your step-father's company at times. It must be difficult to juggle that with college activities as well."
"Not at all," he answered her in a reassuring manner as he shook his head for added emphasis. He spared Hana a brief glance before he retrogaded his attention back to Hinageshi. "Please do take care of my beloved Botan though. I'd really appreciate it."
Hinageshi didn't seem to discern the feigned concern in his voice, nor did she notice the way 'Botan's' nose scrunched up in disgust as she gushed, "Oh, my, that's so sweet of you, Kurama-san! But no worries, I promise that she's in good hands. I think she's always the one who helps me out though." The last sentence rippled from her chest in a slightly high strung laughter as she proceeded to scratch the back of her head.
Hana eyed Kurama proffering Hinageshi a nod once as if to excuse himself before he went on his way, spinning on his heels and heading to the earliest portal back to Ningenkai. She observed his figure getting smaller and smaller before it soon disappeared before she felt a gentle tug at her wrist and turned to look down to see the smaller ferry girl smiling up at her as she clasped her hand in hers.
"Come on, Botan-chan! Ayame said that we'll be eating cake today. It's her birthday," Hinageshi implored her with a grin before she began to drag 'Botan' back to the ferry girls' headquarters. Hana expelled a deep sigh but let the girl pull her along the way.
Well, back to pretending that she was someone she was not for her.
Botan hadn't anticipated Kurama's earlier return from his daily routine, nor did she expect him just barging in. She hadn't managed to reattain her equilibrium at all ever since she found out that she was pregnant, and his sudden presence here was merely serving as a propellant to her already wrecking nerves.
He creased his brows into a worried frown as he noted the blood draining from her face, her skin a bleached, pale white as he closed the door to his room behind him and approached her. Ignoring the tiny jump that she gave out as he stopped right at the edge of the bed before flopping down on an unoccupied space beside her, Kurama extended an arm out to cup her cheek in his right palm, his thumb tracing lazy, soothing circles on her currently flushed flesh as the blood returned to her head to color her cheeks bright red in embarrassment from the doting contact. He intended to let his touch alleviate whatever concerns that were bringing about her overwhelming uneasiness, relief pouring over him in a comforting undulated surge when her tense shoulders slumped down to relax.
He had perceived her mounting anxiety from even before he had stepped in the house, and although it was a standard pattern to experience her agitation from time to time since her captivity, never had it heightened up to the point that he could almost feel the nauseating feeling building up in the pits of his stomach. Remorse would coil around his human heart whenever her bouts of regret coupled with the mental strain caused by his ruthless, forced actions of subjecting her to indefinite imprisonment would assault his senses as well.
But whatever residuum of moral standing he had ever had before was regularly shoved down to the recesses of his mind where it hopefully would never reappear from ever again as his own selfish desires to keep her to himself reared its ugly head and overpowered everything else. Her emotions were almost like his own now, and he was becoming accustomed to swallowing her overbearing neurotic sensations with his more punishing possessiveness. It was one of the conditions of being mated, after all, to feel whatever your partner would feel and to share everything with one another.
Whatever worries that plagued her subconscious, he would get rid of them with his own touch of madness. He was certain she was well aware of his obsession over her at this point, though she was smart enough not to fight over it all the time. It was easier to give in, even if the act of yielding to him had to be coerced into her brain and body through the means of animalistic sex and clement aftercare and him purposely sending signals of his frenzied love for her. Regardless of that though, the newfound level of restlessness he could distinguish radiating off of her and threatening to shroud around him at the moment was disquieting.
"Are you alright?" he inquired in a gentle murmur against her skin as he inched closer to give her a tender kiss on her nose. He watched her eyelids flutter close from the action before he reluctantly withdrew from her.
Botan slowly opened her eyes again, her lips jutted forward in a thoughtful manner before she caught the lower half between her teeth and skittishly chewed on the supple skin. "Nothing," she mumbled after a while of silence.
Kurama's brows knitted together into another frown as he detected the bluff in her bizarre reaction. If her barely audible mutter wasn't anything to go by, the fear palpable in her pools of amethysts peeking underneath long, thick eyelashes was certainly enough to give away an inkling of falsification.
"Surely you must know by now that lying to me will lead you nowhere, Botan," he droned, timbre still tender but now ruffling along with an acutely firm tone. "You're giving off intense apprehension, my dear," he beseeched her when she remained unresponsive.
Botan perceived the warning edge in his voice, the notion of angering him immediately causing panic to rise from under her skin. "That- I-" she tried, stumbling over her words before she quickly clamped her lips shut to silence herself. Goodness, how was she to disclose the news to him? And should she even offer the truth? Well, if he was planning on caging her until god knows when, she was supposed to tell him at least. But whatever coherent sentence that she formed in her head failed to roll off her tongue, seemingly lodged in her throat.
That was when he noticed that there was something off in the room. His fretting over her had briefly clouded everything else and even rendered his enhanced senses a little dull as his insides had roared with the need to ensure that she was in good condition. But now that he was in front of her and had confirmed that she was fortunately uninjured, Kurama took a moment to school his features as he focused on the air surrounding them. Everything seemed to stop for a fleeting moment before he finally caught the infinitesimal feeling of demon and spirit energies flowing around the room before mixing together. Neither of them belonged to him nor Botan, he realized, a startled gasp tearing out of him as he attempted to pinpoint the exact location of where the unique motions of blended auras originated from and succeeded to track them down from within her belly.
"Are you…?" he trailed off as an odd yet fierce gushes of glee protruded into his chest and swirled around his swelling heart. His lips tilted upwards into a childishly elated grin as he darted the hand on her cheek lower still to her smooth abdomen. "You're pregnant," he absent-mindedly remarked, more to himself than to her, his budding surprise mingling with a stronger tide of gratification.
"Yes, I-" she stopped herself to will the wild palpitations of her heart into a calmer set of pumps before continuing, her voice barely above the octave of a hushed whisper as she whirred out the words, "I know they're yours. No one has… you know, released inside other than you and… Youko." Her cheeks flushed a deep vermillion as the last sentence left her throat before the blush immediately became a subdued pink as another thought crossed her mind.
There was a note of caution in her explanation as the letters passed her lips as her mind flashed briefly to the prior recollections of the patent jealousy and conspicuous chagrin she had received from both sides due to mistakenly assuming that they were one of the same. She thought that it was still foolish and incomprehensible that he would be envious of himself, of all people, but she was wise enough to know that voicing her perceptions out loud would only land her in more trouble.
"They?" he echoed, astonishment evident in the way he broadened his emerald orbs into saucers as he halted his staring on her stomach and directed his gaze back to her. "They're twins? How do you know?"
Botan's hands glided down to her gut, her fingers stroking over where she presumed her womb was situated at when Kurama flicked his wrist, removing his hand from her only to position them to the side of her head as he tucked a single tendril of cerulean hair to the back of her ear. "Yes," she replied with a small nod, her purple-hued irises downcasted to her stomach. "Life energy starts to form the moment before an embryo leaks out either spirit or demon energy. That's how the process of pregnancy goes in Reikai terminology, as far as I know." She took a brief moment to pause as she mulled over the right phrase. "And well, I guess you could say that I sensed that there were two life forces growing inside my belly, thus the prospect of twins."
Kurama didn't respond at once, silent for a fraction of a second as he sanctioned the piece of information to settle into his brain. He didn't reckon that ferry girls were capable of detecting life forces, but then again it correlated with her being a messenger of Death itself so it made sense. "Not to mention that the mixture of demon and spirit energies is too strong for it to just be one child," he stated as the revelation dawned on him when he focused once more. "Hence, it supports the theory of it being twins."
"It's not a theory," Botan huffed at him before pursing her lower lip outwards into an admittedly adorable pout. "They are twins," she insisted before the moderate vexation in her voice abated, leaving behind in its wake a defeated sigh as she exhaled it from her mouth. "Do you really always have to make everything sound like a science project?" she mumbled, but did not pull away when he delivered another chaste kiss on her lips before he instantly broke it off.
An amused smile lingered at the corners of his mouth, the gaiety-filled expression followed by the sounds of his short fits of chortles as they erupted from his throat. "My apologies. I'm still flabbergasted by the turn of events," he supplied, the tinge of levity in his voice significant as he ogled at her long and hard, his peridots reflecting unfathomable depths of love and satisfaction as he pinned her with an affectionate stare.
Botan melted under the passionate gaze of his ardent permeated greens - until she looked up to peer back at him and met with a certain darkness lurking quiescent underneath his pools of emeralds as his eyes turned chilling, the ominous nuances loitering in the way he leered down at her as his lips arched upwards into an equally forbidding smile. The sight sent shudders down to the base of her spine, her blood running cold from the eerie display before she swiftly slid her eyes away to fixate on the wall behind him instead.
She had almost forgotten the messy background of their relationship until his monstrous side scratched at the surface, screaming to be let out again. His insanity threatened to cripple her and eat her up, serving as a painful reminder of what he truly was whenever his crazed interior and manic desire to claim her came slapping her across the face.
But did she have any choice? She already had no way out of this even before she found out that she was expecting. And it wasn't even a single offspring, it was two. The deal with him that she would succumb to him and be his aside, the conception of taking the babies with her was tempting at best but stupid at worse. The markings on her neck implied that she was mated to him and thus bound to him until he decided otherwise assured her that he would find her wherever she would go even if she managed to slip through his fingers. She dared not think of the consequences of her escape; she was doomed to an eternal life with him ever since she granted him the permission to dig his fangs into her skin in the heat of the moment of their first night together.
And even if she mustered up enough strength and courage and came up with a brilliant idea to flee, what would that mean for their unborn children? Spirit energy was adequately easy for her to teach, but she had no clue about how to control demonic energy. Granted, considering that they were his litter, there was a rather high likelihood that they would inherit his sharp insight and would most probably be completely capable of learning it themselves. But she couldn't exactly leave him. She was incapable of abandoning him even before, and especially not now that he had impregnated her. Her imprudent, never wavering love for him was one thing, but the notion of separating her children from their father was a different story altogether. It made everything more difficult, more complicated and it finally left her no options.
But was it really all that bad? Kurama treated her with overbearing care, tended to her needs with effortless expertise and made her feel loved and wanted like a woman every night. He was even gentle with her after breaking her multiple times, healing her with tender kisses and soothing, sweet little nothings whispered into her ears. She could never forget the absurd atrocities he had committed against Shouji, nor did she think she would be able to brush aside the fact that he was holding her in captivity, manipulating everything so that she could stay by his side and never leave. But he was normal for the most part. Unless something came along to rip her away from him, then he would never land a finger on another person or hurt them. However, was there really a guarantee that he wouldn't snap again along the line? Nevertheless, now with the presence of two growing fetuses inside of her, she was more or less stipulated into full submission.
The sound of shuffling brought her out of her reverie, causing her line of thoughts to steer into a dead end as she felt Kurama's forefinger and thumb cup her chin, coaxing her head upwards to meet his gaze.
"I'll let you go. You can go back to Reikai," he drawled steadily, smiling at the hopeful glint in her violents as her eyes widened in slight astonishment from the abrupt news. The smile contorted into a wicked grin, his emerald orbs flashing dangerously at her as he relished in the wave of despair that flitted over her charming features as he uttered his next words, "After all, now that you're carrying my children, you can't escape. Not anymore."
His other hand stretched upwards to position at the side of her throat before he craned his head slightly to the side, burying his face into the crook of her neck as he trailed teasing, daunting kisses all over the goosebumps he could feel rising over her skin. "You're trapped for real now, Botan," he whispered against her heated flesh as his lips glided lower to her shoulders and collarbone, down to her cleavage as he unbuttoned his dress shirt that she was clad in.
An evil howl of chuckles bubbled up from his chest and circled around her, threatening to choke her out of breath as he proceeded to peel the article of clothing off of her. He threw it over his shoulder, his gaze clouded heavily with lust as he hungrily stared down at the exposed skin of her ample breasts and perfectly slim waist. "No risk of you telling the others because you won't be able to stand the thought of tearing a couple of kids apart from their father." His hand slithered teasingly lower from her neck to position itself on her left mound, his callous fingers squeezing and blunt nails digging into her nimble flesh. "No more obstacles, no more possibility of anyone or anything stealing you away from me."
He drew apart, cheeks tinted pink in sadistic pleasure and lips slanted into an illicit grin which bared a sharp canine at her as he stared down at her and reveled in the vulnerability rotating from her in strong spasms. Warm tears peeked from the corners of her eyelashes before springing free, streaming down her face in rapid, uncontrollable waterfalls. He leaned closer, his tongue darting out to lap them away as he permitted the salty flavor of her tears to dissolve and fill his taste buds.
"You have no choice but to become my wife and raise them with me," he spoke, voice low and husky as he kissed all over her cheeks, forehead and nose before claiming her lips in a hot, bruising lip-lock. Saliva blended with tears as he shoved his tongue into her mouth and stroked against hers to entice her to respond, only to pull away when she didn't. The ferry girl was too distraught to feel anything at the moment. But that was okay, because he would make her feel everything in seconds and he would strip her off of her will to fight as he would compel her to surrender himself to him again. "And don't forget this," he coldly reminded her as his free hand crawled to the bite marks adorning the junction between her shoulders and neck. "This is a sign that you're forever mine. That wherever you go, I would always know where to find you."
Botan's mouth trembled before parting open to let out a choked sob, "This isn't fair, Kurama."
"But it's the truth." His fingers left her skin as the hand on her breast trailed lower to the pearl between her thighs, a mocking yet self-satisfied smirk grazing his lips as the pads of his digits met warmth and wetness and want. Using the hand on her shoulder to push her down to the bed, the fox nudged his knees between hers and mouthed a silent command for his vines to restrain her as they skirted out of the cracks in the walls and wrapped around her wrists and ankles. "Apparently, it's alright to have sex during pregnancy. It won't resort to any harm befalling you or the babies. Our babies. There's research to prove it," he informed her when he discerned the hint of terror in her amethysts, the trepidation fusing with the overstrung tension dormant underneath. "Well, tell me to stop if you're uncomfortable," he reassured her as he leaned down and gave her a soft, featherlight buss on her hairline.
The ferry girl felt like she was being snapped into half, almost succumbing to the sobs threatening to assault her every nerve as the prospect of him ascertaining her permission and comfort beforehand settled into her like freezing cold ice-picks. His fingers drifted across her skin, his touch benevolent as he placed demure, loving kisses from her chest down to her stomach. His hands spread her legs apart once they found them and Botan almost jumped from the bed when his lips found solace on the insides of her thighs, his teeth scraping against her flesh as he gave her vigorous sucks and sharp nips.
Kurama's dark forest greens were heavily dripping with barely contained ardour, raw nympholepsy apparent in his pools of jade as his fingers once again brushed against her sensitive bundle of nerves, his caresses for some reason sweet-tempered as he stroked her up and down between her folds.
He could almost see the link of chains that once kept the monster within him in place break one by one, freeing him as they hooked around her. They slinked around her waist, her neck, her limbs and at every part of her body and ensured that she would perpetually be shackled to him. She was trapped like a bird in her solitary cage, like a lone flower that only he would cherish and embrace. Intense shivers of delight rushed through him as the imagery greeted the dark recesses of his mind.
"You don't have anywhere to run anymore, Botan."
A/N: Meh… feels like I can do better, but this is okay, too I guess. I wanted to write more but stopped myself because of a stomach ache and also due to the fact that this has been dragged out long enough lol. Hope you guys liked it anyway!
saillovelypines- Lol, agreed! I can't imagine anyone not attracted to him at least to some degree XD. Aw, that's sweet. I feel the same way! I like talking to you hehe :3 If we were officemates I feel like we wouldn't be able to get any job done because we'd be too busy fangirling over fics lmao.
I'm glad you liked it! Your opinions always make me happy throughout the day whenever I get a review from you. Hehe, jealous Kurama is cute and hot (the same goes for Youko) and I don't know why I always ever write smut XD. Well, he freaked out a little at first, but that's because he was surprised and all lol. But no worries, Kurama doesn't hate kids. In fact, the faster it is he can make a family with Botan, the better!
lovelyirl- Welp, just in case y'know because I feel like I tend to overly explain things XD. Thank you! I'm trying to update everyday to make it up to my readers for how long I've ghosted you guys before lmao. Aw, thank you! I'll keep it in mind to rest once a while. Lmao, I dunno, I guess people just like seeing two hot guys playing tug of war over a girl XD. Yep, pregnant! With twins, too!
kyoandyuya- Who wouldn't find it hot if two hot guys are fighting over a girl? Lol XD. Yep! I totally agree with you. I see them like two different alter egos. I mean, from just his little bit of screen time, Youko seems more forward, ruthless and condescending than his other half. His personality sort of contradicts a little bit with Shuichi's mild-mannered, and reserved demeanor. They're like two souls combining into one, but still seemingly separate individuals. Like two different sides of the same coin, so to speak.
You're very welcome! I just had to put it in because it seemed like an interesting suggestion. Putting that aside though, I feel like you and I share the same mind. Everything that you've said from the first point of the baby (or babies in this case) being twins, up to the notion that Youko fathered one of them during his short moments of control, due to the contributing effect of the Blood Moon - everything is exactly the same as I was planning. Lol, the whole reason I portrayed the whole Blood Moon thing was for this to happen in the first place XD. When I first read over your idea, I was mulling over making the baby a single child or a twin. After some time though, I figured the latter was better - simply because it would be more interesting to me for the two of them to be the fathers, one being Youko's and the other being Shuichi's.XD
It is, isn't it? Then again, their world isn't exactly the same as ours so I like to thread between the line of reality and supernatural at the same time. :) This isn't taking place in a more realistic (meaning no demons and the such) situation in the first place, so anything is possible, really. Which makes even what seems crazy - if they had been normal - to make sense - because they're not normal.
Howdy Aamy- You're very welcome, dear! Hehe, I like responding to my reviewers. Feels like I'm interacting with my beloved supporters. Lmao, yep, Google Translate isn't the best thing to use but it's the only language translator that I know XD. Google Translate told me that you're 25? I'm not sure if it's accurate but if it is, then hey, me too! Lmao. Are you referring to my stories being not cliche? I'm not exactly confident about my writing skills, so if that's right, then thank youuuu! I try my best and not to say that I'm the best writer of course but I offer fellow shippers whatever I can.
Well, I wasn't trying to confuse people but hearing how you say that sometimes keeping readers in the dark is good makes me feel like maybe I did something amazing for once and it was completely unintentional lmao. I know, right? I love writing how fucked up he can possibly be yet he acts like a total saint when it comes to people he cares about. To be honest, if it wasn't for Shiori I feel like he would have totally been a bad guy in the original anime. Lmao. You know, there probably will be a time where he realizes how too far gone he is but he'll probably be too busy being elated over the fact that Botan's his to care about what a monster he's become.
Lol! I'm glad to know that me, along with the people enjoying this story, are all perverted in the head XD. I'm happy to know that people like my smuts, even if I feel not too confident with them lmao. But the thing about me is that I still want to share my stories with others even if my self-esteem as a writer is pretty low. Well, thank god for Botan not being a normal human then, huh? Because she would have probably snapped in half. XD
Aw, don't have a nervous breakdown! The new chapter is here now :3. Well, if I were her, I probably WOULDN'T play dead and make him angrier just for the consequences I might suffer in bed you know :wink wink: Lol, in all truth though, I tend to imagine him with Botan a lot and I'm mostly simping him with her than him alone. Well, that's the paradox of Kurama in this story I guess lmao. He still cares about her, even if he manipulated her feelings and her actions to get her to go along with him. Lmao. And yes, Youko is a majestic, jealous, sex god. Kurama is a majestic, jealous, sex god. Together, they make for a good duo! A totally good duo if you want to end up fainting from the overstimulation XD. I made Botan all naive simply because I wanted to showcase how Youko and Kurama were fighting over her despite being the same person.
Lol, and don't worry. She's not suffering from a fatal disease. She's totally 100% pregnant with twins. And she's totally 100% not going anywhere anymore.
Again, I'm sorry for not responding to all of your reviews. I've read all of them but I feel like it'd be a few pages of essay to explain everything XD.
Tashio- I know what that is but I forgot the term and had to look it up before realizing that it was what I was going for. Lmao, thanks for making me remember what it's called.
And sorry for the misunderstanding lol. Sometimes I assume the tone of a sentence from the way a person types. Totally my fault for making the wrong assumptions. I feel like you have a really active imagination, and here I thought mine was already conjuring up multiple scenarios in my head all at once. It's a good thing though. Well, first of all, I didn't think of making a female rival but Kurama's too head over heels in obsession over Botan to notice another woman. Even if he did, he'd probably get rid of her lmao.
