Hypocritical
Heysnowasked for a oneshot of *6x01 spoilers!* (I hope you don't mind me editing this slightly!) Snow knowing about Emma's "fate" and Charming getting mad at Snow for hiding it from him.
Charming couldn't believe he hadn't been told. He couldn't believe he had to find out from accidentally overhearing Emma and Snow talking one evening when they didn't know he was still awake. He was hurt that Snow had kept it from him. Didn't he deserve to know that his daughter's life was potentially on the line? He kept it to himself that night, but the next morning when he and Snow were alone again, he knew he had to talk to her about it.
Snow at least felt bad about keeping it a secret from Charming, explaining that she didn't want to worry him, but that wasn't good enough for Charming.
"I didn't want to worry you about me getting poisoned in Neverland, but that wasn't good enough then and I don't think it's good enough now. Especially when it concerns one of our children's lives, Snow. I had a right to know about Emma. You said no more secrets."
"I know." Snow said quietly, feeling bad about the whole situation. "And I wish that I had told you as soon as Emma told me, but I just didn't know what to say. How was I meant to tell you that our daughter might die, Charming? And there's nothing we'll be able to do about it?" Charming sighed.
"I don't know, Snow. But you should have said something." Snow moved over and placed her hands on Charming's chest.
"I know that I should have, and I'm truly sorry that I didn't. You're right. I was being hypocritical. Please don't be angry with me though. I can't take it when you're angry with me." Charming looked down to see Snow's sad little eyes and sighed. He couldn't cope when she was sad.
"No more secrets." He repeated. "Agreed?" Snow reached up on her tiptoes and kissed Charming's cheek.
"Agreed." She said, relieved he wasn't mad at her. They would have to work together to save Emma, which would be pretty hard if he wasn't speaking to her.
